A UK airport is going back on the market just months after its first sale fell through.
The 350-acre site, which has suffered millions in losses at the expense of the taxpayer, is up for grabs for a second time.

Gloucestershire Airport in Staverton was put up for sale last year by joint owners Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucester City Council, with an asking price of £25million.
However an agreed deal with the preferred bidder fell through, after the terms of the proposal changed.
The councils have now agreed to put the airport on the market for a second time and are said to be “hopeful” that it can be successfully sold.
Estate agent, Savills, has been appointed to head up the process.
It’s hoped a buyer who can offer growth and investment for the space will be found.
Gloucestershire Airport has been hailed as a “vital economic and aviation asset for our county and region” by the City Council.
It’s also been confirmed that there has been “considerable interest from potential investors” in recent weeks, making it the “right time” to put the airport back up for sale.
The airport is still in operation, with the Cheltenham-based site offering charter services for private jets and helicopters.
Flying lessons are also operated from the airport as well as gift experiences like hot air balloon flights.
Speaking on the decision during a recent council meeting, Rowena Hay, leader of Cheltenham Borough Council, said: ”We are hopeful this renewed sale process will attract the right partner for the airport’s future, which remains our key priority.
“We will work with partners and stakeholders to update as the new sale process proceeds.”
