Brazilian police say they will reopen dozens of cases after they arrested a self-confessed serial killer disguised as a woman. Jorlan Lopes da Silva, 33, confessed to 80 murders after he was arrested in Paraiba State in the country’s north east, trying to flee in a wig and holding a baby.
