A SMALL but much-loved holiday resort in the UK is set to get a load of new attractions.
Ribby Hall Village near Kirkham, Preston, has announced plans for a new high ropes course, netted play area and outdoor activity zone.
The new attractions would be at the Wildlife Discovery area in the five-star holiday park and also feature a go-kart track.
A new entertainment centre is already approved for the holiday resort as well.

Ribby Hall Village has a range of accommodation including self-catering cottages and an adults-only spa hotel.
Guests also get unlimited access to a family pool with waterslides and an adult pool.

And much like Center Parcs, you can book onto a number of different activities including heading to the indoor soft play as well as an onsite zoo and wildlife centre.
For more entertainment, there are also a number of daytime and evening shows.
Across the village, guests can head into a number of family restaurants, bars and cafes.
Summer breaks cost as little as £32 per person per night.

One recent visitor said: “Not our first visit to Ribby hall but as usual had a fabulous break with the family – we have chosen Ribby hall over our former choice of Center Parcs as Ribby represents so much better value for money.”
Another visitor added: “Loved it here, obvious comparison is with Center Parcs and I would pick Ribby Hall.”
Fylde Council has not yet announced when they will make a decision on the application.
