- Jinxin Technology (NAMI) said it will change its ADS ratio from one ADS representing 18 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 450 ordinary shares, a move equivalent to a 1-for-25 reverse ADS split.
- The China-based digital content service provider said the ADS ratio change is expected to become effective on June 25, 2026.
- Under the change, ADS holders of record at the close of business on the effective date will exchange every 25 existing ADSs for one new ADS.
- The stock price traded about 17% lower on Tuesday during pre-market trade.
