GrafTech International (EAF) up 5.3% post-market Monday after saying it plans to permanently close its graphite electrode manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico, winding down operations in phases before expecting to end production in Q2 2027.

KELLY Osbourne’s ex-fiancé Sid Wilson has been “permanently kicked out of Slipknot”.
It comes just four months after Sid, 49, and Kelly, 41, broke up in March after he popped the question in July last year, shortly before her beloved father Ozzy died.
Today, it’s being reported that the keyboardist has been faced with more bad news, and that he is no longer a member of Slipknot according to TMZ.
A source close to the heavy metal band, who are known for performing in grotesque masks, told the outlet: “Sid was notified late Friday afternoon that he’s been permanently kicked out of the band.”
Sid shot to fame in 1999 as one of Slipknot’s nine original members.
The musician joins other OGs from the group who have also left the band in recent years including Craig Jones, 54, and Chris Fehn, 53.

Slipknot has also been plagued by tragedy, with Joey Jordison passing away in his sleep in 2021, while Paul Gray died from a drug overdose in 2010.
Meanwhile, Sid and Kelly, who share three-year-old son Sidney, ended their romance in March.
It came not long after Kelly’s dad Ozzy sadly passed away, leaving her grief stricken.
“Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement,” a source told the Mail at the time.
“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father.
“The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.
“In truth, she and Sid have been facing challenges in their relationship for some time, and things were not as they appeared.
“They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward.”
Just seven months before their split, Kelly was left emotional as she agreed to marry Sid following a sweet proposal, at her dad’s last ever gig.
Kelly and Sid first met in 1999 at Ozzfest, a music festival founded by her parents.
They were friends for over two decades before their relationship turned romantic at the end of 2021.
FAMILIES were left disappointed as the main attraction at a seaside town was forced to close significantly sooner than expected.
A lengthy farewell message was issued to the community, thanking locals for their support.
Eastbourne beach has said goodbye to the popular Sky Club Wheel following the announcement it was closing for good.
The attraction was only opened to the public in April 2025 and following the announcement of its closure, it was intended to be operational until September 6.
However, the ride’s final day has already passed, July 20, almost seven weeks earlier than intended.
Eastbourne Council has previously confirmed the attraction was closing due to “commercial considerations.”
A spokesperson for Sky Club Wheel said: “It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Sky Club Eastbourne has now closed permanently.
“We’d like to sincerely apologise to everyone that was hoping to visit us again before the end of the season. Unfortunately, we had to close earlier than expected.
“To everyone who has visited us over the years – thank you. Whether you rode with family, friends, or simply came to enjoy the incredible views, you’ve helped create so many special memories, and we’re honoured to have been a part of them.
“The support we’ve received from local residents, visitors, businesses and our amazing team has meant more than words can say.
“We are incredibly grateful for every ticket purchased, every recommendation and every smile shared with us.
“Although this chapter has come to an end, the memories we’ve made in Eastbourne will stay with us forever.
“From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all your support over the years. We wish the wonderful town of Eastbourne all the very best for the future.”
England’s record points-scorer Emily Scarratt has committed her long-term future to the Red Roses coaching team.
The 36-year-old joined John Mitchell’s side on an interim basis as the lead attack and backs coach for this year’s Women’s Six Nations.
Following England clinching their eighth successive Women’s Six Nations title in May, Scarratt returned to her role as assistant coach at Premiership Women’s Rugby (PWR) side Loughborough Lightning.
She will now leave her role with Loughborough after joining the Red Roses on a permanent basis.
“The Six Nations was challenging but hugely rewarding in equal measure,” Scarratt said.
“I’d spent so many years in the Red Roses environment as a player, so stepping into a coaching role in the same setting was a new experience and, at times, slightly unnerving.
“There was plenty of uncertainty, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity and learned so much already.
“There’s a huge amount of ambition within this team, and I’m proud to be part of the journey as we continue to grow and build towards the future.”
On leaving Loughborough after eight years as a player and coach, the two-time World Cup winner added: “I’ve been surrounded by incredible people who have challenged and supported me in every way possible.
“I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone connected with the club. I’ll always look back on my time with immense gratitude. Thank you for everything.”
Former England attack coach Lou Meadows left the set-up after helping England win the Rugby World Cup at a sold-out Allianz Stadium last September.
Scarratt, who retired from playing after the World Cup win, then helped the Red Roses’ attack score 27 more points in 2026 than in the 2025 Women’s Six Nations.
“Emily has already made a significant impact on our environment in a coaching capacity, and during the Six Nations she proved to be a huge asset with the insight, calmness and experience she brings every day,” Mitchell added.
