TOWIE star Lauren Goodger nearly revealed more than she intended in her latest Instagram story.
The TV personality stripped naked for a massage, which she filmed for social media.
Covered in just a towel, Lauren, 40, was seen adjusting her position to get comfy for the session – but not without risking a busty flash to the camera as she moved around on her front.
All was well, however, as Lauren managed to spare her blushes by grabbing hold of her towel and pulling it over her chest.
The reality star was undergoing a wood massage and lymphatic drainage, as detailed in a second video.
In it, the therapist was seen rubbing Lauren all over with oils, before taking to her body with various wooden instruments,
Known as wood therapy, Lauren’s body was kneaded and rolled with the instruments, helping to boost her blood circulation.
The therapy is also used to break down fat deposits and temporarily smooth the appearance of cellulite.
Lauren then treated herself to a strawberry glow tan to round off her spa day.
Earlier in the week, Lauren put on an equally eye-popping display when she hit the gym for a pilates class.
She snapped a selfie in the studio mirror wearing a very low-cut top before working up a sweat during the class.
Lauren first rose to fame in 2010 as one of Towie’s original cast members and was in a relationship with Mark Wright, before quitting the show in 2012, making brief returns, then rejoining as a full-time cast member in 2024.
