AARON Paul has paid tribute to RJ Mitte saying he has been left “heartbroken” after the Breaking Bad star died, aged 34.

Mitte, who famously played Walter White Jr in the Emmy Award-winning show, tragically died on Monday in Brownsville, Texas.

Paul – Mitte’s Breaking Bad co-star who played Jesse Pinkman – told The Hollywood Reporter: “I am at a loss. I am heartbroken over this news.

“RJ, I love you my friend. You will be missed. And to whoever happens to be reading this, please know you are loved, and you are not alone. Always remember that.”

Dean Norris, who also played alongside Mitte as his on-screen uncle Hank Schrader also paid tribute, saying: “Though RJ didn’t play my TV son, I always looked out for him as a young kid on set.

“He was a sweetheart of a young man and will be greatly missed. This is so heartbreaking, I can’t believe it. Thinking of him and his family.”

Mitte’s representative confirmed to TMZ on Monday that Mitte had tragically passed away in Texas.

They said: “It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of beloved actor, philanthropist, and passionate disability rights advocate RJ Mitte.

“RJ Mitte was best known for his role as Walter ‘Flynn’ White Jr on AMC’s critically acclaimed, award-winning series Breaking Bad. 

“Drawing from his own experience living with cerebral palsy, Mitte brought authenticity to the role and built a platform on disability awareness and inclusion.”

His cause of death was not immediately disclosed, however, the outlet reported that he died by suicide.

Mitte was born on August 21, 1992, in Jackson, Mississippi, and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at just three-years-old.

But he used his stardom as a Hollywood actor to become a leading disability rights advocate.

He spent most of his childhood using crutches, but improved his ability to walk over his teenage years through sports and exercise.

Just months before his death, Mitte told young people who also live with the condition to “never give up”.

He told Future of Personal Health: “My hope is to inspire a ‘never give up’ mentality.

“If there is something you want in life, pursue it no matter how hard it may be. Keep your dreams alive. Don’t lose sight of who you want to become.”

Off the set, Mitte served as a celebrity ambassador for several organizations, including United Cerebral Palsy and Shriners Children’s.

He was also the president of his own charity – The Mitte Foundation – which supported philanthropic efforts and community initiatives, challenging stereotypes around people with disabilities.

Breaking Bad – often credited as one of the best TV series of all time – aired on AMC for five seasons between 2008 and 2013, earning a staggering 58 Primetime Emmy nominations.

Mitte was cast in the leading role of Walter “Flynn” White Jr in 2008 at the age of 15, going on to star in 56 episodes of the hit crime drama.

He played the son of Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn’s characters – Walter and Skyler White – and his character also had cerebral palsy, as Mitte drew on his own experience for the part.

A week before his sudden death, Mitte appeared on the Joe Vulpis Podcast, where he spoke about his early days in acting and his time on the show.

He called auditioning for Walt Jr “one of the longest auditions of my life”, saying he was one of the last characters to be cast in an audition process that took six months.

Mitte added: “It was me versus another individual at the time. An hour later, Vince called me and goes, ‘Hey, RJ, you got the part. Pack your bags. Go back to Los Angeles, and come back to set. You’re already late. We’re already filming. We need you here’.

“And that was history for me.”

Reacting to the news of Mitte’s death, Vulpis said on social media: “I had the honor of sitting down with RJ Mitte not too long ago and I can genuinely say he was such a kind, incredible, and gentle soul.

“My heart goes out to his family and loved ones, and I wish them peace and privacy during this difficult time.”

Mitte’s breakout role came after starting his career in entertainment as an extra in shows such as Everybody Hates Chris and Hannah Montana.

It opened up further opportunities with the TV star going on to feature in shows including Switched at Birth and Netflix’s animated series The Guardians of Justice.

He also appeared in several films including the drama “Triumph” from 2021, which he also executive produced.

Mitte’s final public appearance came just days before he tragically passed away as he smiled on the red carpet for the premier of his new movie – Talking to Strangers – on September 30 in California.

He was a Screen Actors Guild spokesman for actors with disabilities and in 2013, he received the SAG-AFTRA Harold Russell Award.

A year before his death, Mitte got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Kennedy Suarez, in October 2025.

At the time, Mitte gushed about starting a life together with Suarez, telling People: “I’m thrilled to have found my person, my partner in life who makes me want to be better, no matter what we’re doing.

“Kennedy is my everything and I can’t wait to officially start our life together and see what adventures life takes us on next.”

When he was born in Louisiana, he was not breathing and suffered permanent brain damage as a result.

He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy – a neurological condition that affects movement, muscle tone, and motor skills – when he was three years old.

Doctors put his legs in casts to try to strengthen his feet and later he was fitted with leg braces.

RJ spent most of his childhood using crutches, but improved his ability to walk over his teenage years through sports and exercise.

The actor previously opened up about his experiences undergoing physical, occupational and speech therapy, which he also started when he was three.

He told Future of Personal Health late last year about routines he used for managing his disability.

The star said: “Stretching has been one of the most important tools for me.

“I also rely on hot showers and baths to relax my muscles, especially to help manage spasticity.

“With my travel schedule, I’m not always near a gym, so I’ve learned to build small, sustainable routines that keep my body in balance.

“Finding what works for you, and blending those therapies into your daily life, can truly change everything.”

Giving advice to young people with disabilities, he said: “My hope is to inspire a ‘never give up’ mentality.

“If there is something you want in life, pursue it no matter how hard it may be.

“Keep your dreams alive. Don’t lose sight of who you want to become.”

RJ, who got engaged last year to Kennedy Suarez, also credited his mum with his success in a 2009 interview.

Opening up about his early diagnosis, he told Ability Magazine: “They told me I was going to need a wheelchair because I couldn’t bend my legs.

“My mom stretched my legs and really pushed me to get to where I am today. Really, I owe my mom.”

He also said playing football helped him overcome his physical problems.

“What most helped me to get out of my braces was playing soccer,” he explained.

“I always wanted to play football… but because of my disability, my hand-eye coordination was off. I couldn’t do that. So I gradually started playing more and more soccer.”

RJ was a Screen Actors Guild spokesman for actors with disabilities, and a celebrity ambassador for United Cerebral Palsy.

In 2013, he received the SAG-AFTRA Harold Russell Award.

Just four days before his death, RJ posted to Facebook about the movie.

He wrote: “Had the pleasure of attending the LA premier for a film I made, Talking to Strangers The Movie, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

“It’s got a little love, some comedy, and maybe even some drama.”

Speaking on a podcast, RJ praised the film for “pushing social norms” and “stepping out of the realm of comfort”, pagesix reports.

HE’S Towie’s handsome long-serving lothario who’s charmed a long list of show stunners over the years.

But you can’t break hearts for a decade on a major reality show and not cop any flack for it.

And Dan Edgar has been on the receiving end of some stinging barbs from former show star Olivia Attwood, who once branded him “boring” and a “coward” on account of his love-life drama with Chloe Sims.

The Essex charmer famously cooled things off with Chloe amid cheating allegations in 2019 and he went on to reunite with on-off girlfriend Amber Turner.

Chloe later told us that the way Dan handled the split “bulldozed” her confidence and led to a cruel pile on from trolls.

Despite brushing off Liv’s criticisms publicly, sources say it left Dan bristling and his decision not to follow Olivia on social media is telling.

Now the follicly-blessed 36-year-old is determined to prove Liv wrong with current girlfriend Chloe Lewis, 35, who he hard-launched in August and has appeared in fun, loved-up snaps with ever since.

An insider told The Sun: “Towie fans will remember it was Olivia who told Chloe that Dan had cheated on her with another woman.

“That led to the implosion of her blossoming romance with Dan, and while Liv was sticking up for her mate, Dan just thinks she’s a trouble maker.

“The ‘boring’ jibe has also never been forgotten by Dan. That was a bit of a sore spot for him, he thinks it was a low blow.

“As a result he still doesn’t follow Olivia on social media to this day, and unsurprisingly she doesn’t follow him either.

“It’s been made a bit awkward though since Olivia started dating Pete Wicks as Dan is still mates with Pete.”

Mum-of-one Chloe Lewis left Towie after four years in 2018, just months before the drama that would kickstart the simmering feud.

She doesn’t appear to have taken offence to Olivia’s past comments about Dan as she remains on the documentary-maker’s social media friends list and even shares the same management.

Our insider said: “It’s a bit of an elephant in the room but it’s safe to say the four of them won’t be going on double dates anytime soon.”

When contacted by The Sun, Dan’s rep denied any beef, saying: “Dan is genuinely surprised by these claims as he has never had an issue with Olivia.

“They’ve had very little interaction over the years, and he certainly doesn’t hold any negative feelings towards her. There’s no feud from Dan’s side, and he wishes her nothing but the best.”

As for Olivia, her issues with Dan stem from the way he treated Chloe Sims during their fling in 2019 on a cast trip to Thailand.

ITV golden girl Liv was a member of the cast at the time and ripped into Dan for ghosting Chloe every time the going got tough, a view shared by viewers who likened him to someone going to ground in witness protection.

Olivia’s boyfriend Pete Wicks once had his own close relationship with Chloe Sims and their friendship secretly spilled into romance on a number of occasions.

It was around this time that Dan, fresh from his split with girlfriend Amber, hooked up with Chloe.

The love triangle, and its murky timeline, sparked confusion and saw Dan and Pete clash in heated scenes.

Liv has made past comments about Dan’s penchant for fading out romances rather than having an honest and frank discussion about the issues getting in the way.

There have been digs about his passivity, with it said that if he wasn’t so good-looking his partners wouldn’t tolerate his behaviour.

Olivia’s past assessment that Dan wasn’t mature enough for Chloe Sims led to fans likening him to Peter Pan, the boy that never grew up.

Pete, whose friendship with Dan has been turbulent over the years, has had a few tongue-in-cheek comments too, once joking that laidback Dan is so chilled that his heartrate remains below 40bpm no matter what drama is unfolding.

Last year, Dan experienced another failed relationship when he and Ella Rae Wise ended their 18-month partnership, despite having a “great sex life”, and it looked like Dan was destined for the single life.

That is until former Towie star Chloe Lewis caught his eye at mutual pals Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallett’s Majorca wedding last summer.

Romance rumours began to swirl in the months that followed as the pair dropped crumbs online, before they enjoyed a joint holiday in Marbella this August, sharing kisses and confirming their relationship.

They had their first official engagement as a couple when they attended a Primark event together last month.

The star-studded bash also had Pete on the guestlist and the trio posed together for a picture, suggesting the frosty relations between Dan and Liv hasn’t affected his and Pete’s friendship. Unlike Dan and Liv, the two do follow each other on Instagram.

There have been a number of smitten social media pictures of Chloe and Dan together since, with the latter now willing to be less subtle about his feelings and seemingly keen to prove to the naysayers that he can be serious and is ready to grow up.

Amy and Billy had their first wedding back in April having previously postponed their nuptials last year.

The new show is expected to land on ITV in the coming months.

WHEN Ferne McCann said she wanted followers who were “coachable and consistent and quietly sick of where they are” to join her business, nearly 3,000 people replied that they were ready.

The former Towie star, 36, didn’t however say what the opportunity actually was or what it involved – instead claiming it pays for her family’s security and her daughter’s education – and can even be done around a full- time job. 

The business in question? Ferne wants you to join her and become an independent distributor for the controversial company Herbalife.

For nine years Ferne has been encouraging people to sign up for the global multi-level marketing (MLM) corporation that develops and sells dietary supplements. 

But behind the glossy facade troubling questions have been asked about the multi-billion pound company.

Herbalife was once regularly pushed by reality stars, but now Ferne is among a handful, alongside Danielle Armstrong, who continues to work with them after a string of concerns.

From the very beginning, Herbalife was a direct-selling company, peddling products to the public through a network of members.

Nothing wrong with that. Plenty of other companies – such as cosmetics giant Avon – have the same model.

Where Herbalife has attracted criticism, however, is in their own particular version of the model.

In the past, members would receive money not just from selling products, but also from bonuses following sales made by new members they had recruited to the brand. New recruits were encouraged to buy a substantial amount of starter ‘inventory’, which meant the person who recruited them earned commission straight away even if the products had not yet sold.

But in 2016 the company was subject to a two-year investigation by America’s Federal Trade Commission.

They concluded that the structure incentivized recruitment over actual retail sales. Herbalife was ordered to pay £147million compensation and told to revamp its compensation structure so that distributors are rewarded for what they sell, instead of fundamentally rewarding recruiting over actual retail sales.

Since the ruling, the recruiter will only get paid commission after the new recruit actually sells those products to real customers and shows receipts.

The ruling did little to quell the fears of some that Herbalife still peddled unrealistic dreams to those who could least afford them.

And despite concerns, last month Ferne was busy recruiting again – sparking outrage and concern amongst ‘victims’ of MLM schemes in the past, who felt she had failed to declare she would be earning money if people signed up and started selling.

A spokesperson for Herbalife confirmed she would not make money just from people being recruited, which appears to be a common misconception about the company.

They said: “Many distributors simply sell products to consumers at a profit. Those who choose to can build their businesses further by coaching their own sales teams of independent distributors and earn a commission on their sales as well as their own. Herbalife distributors are not paid to recruit new members – a practice which is illegal in most countries globally.”

In a surprising move, Ferne admits that MLMs are ‘vague’ but doesn’t explain why – or indeed spell out her business model.

Alongside a series of glam images of herself, Ferne wrote: “Almost 9 years ago I joined a business I didn’t fully understand, with a baby on the way and no plan B.

“Today it pays for my girls’ education, it’s given my family a level of security I didn’t think was an option for me any more.

“I want to be real with you about what this is, because I think the MLM industry does itself no favours by being vague!

“It is flexible. You genuinely can build it from your phone, around school runs, around a full-time job, around whatever your life currently looks like. That part is true and it’s why I’m still here.

“I’m looking for people who are properly ready. People with a work ethic. People who are coachable and consistent and quietly sick of where they are. If that’s you, you already know it.

“I’ll train you, I’ll be in your corner, and I’ll show you exactly what I do.”

There was no direct mention of Herbalife or how anyone signing up, or indeed Ferne, would actually be financially rewarded. I took the plunge and followed the others, who mostly appeared to be women, by writing I was ‘ready’.

I instantly received a DM telling me: “There’s never been a better time to start, it’s exploding…we have such a slick system for anyone who’s ready.”

There was also an invite to watch a 20 minute Information Opportunity Video, hosted by Ferne, which is the point where I got cold feet.

Hundreds will no doubt be desperate to join – tempted by the promise of being able to work around the school run. 

There are clearly still some concerns. Many followers were shocked to see Ferne promoting an MLM, with one person remarking: “It’s so disingenuous isn’t it. She knows that her downline won’t be as successful as her, because the only reason she has a decent downline herself is due to her being a celeb and having followers that way.”

Finding someone willing to talk about their experience with Herbalife is tricky – there appears to be a wall of silence surrounding former distributors. 

One woman, who didn’t want to be named, told me how there have been issues with the company for decades and she lost around £15k when she signed up back in the nineties. 

She explained: “I signed up through an old work colleague who looked like they were making good money. 

“Little did I know they were doing it by piling stock onto the people they signed up, encouraging them to get to the next level or event.

“I trusted them and had no experience of MLM before and thought well if she can do it so can I.”

But it was far from an easy ride.

“Hindsight is a great thing isn’t it?” she said. “I lost around £15k I’d say over a two-year period of trying to make it work. I never encouraged customers to do what I did and that’s maybe why it didn’t work as it did for my referrer. I couldn’t sit with people getting into massive amounts of debt so I could earn commission.”

More recently there have been a lot more stories of MLM nightmares.

Laura Whitby, creator of The Nuance Nurse, with several years’ experience in network marketing and direct selling, spoke out after seeing Ferne’s post.

She still works within the direct selling industry but believes the criticism of MLMs is ‘justified’. She has not worked with Herbalife.

She explained: “I spent nearly three years with another company selling thousands of pounds of products every month. But between the money I was spending maintaining rank and trying to qualify for commissions, I barely earned anything.

“Three years of work, thousands of pounds spent, and God knows how many hours. I’ll never get back. And that’s where I want to discuss the difference between network marketing and community commerce. Because in my experience of MLMs, you open your back office and there’s quite literally a group of people with you at the top.

Laura added: “If a business is supposedly about selling products, why is there so much emphasis on recruiting people? And when we’ve got celebrities with enormous platforms promoting these opportunities, I think we need to be asking some serious questions about what they’re actually signing up for.”

Herbalife have denied this is the business model they are using.

The company is a long way from its humble beginnings.

It was founded in 1980 by diet product salesman Mark Hughes who formulated his own protein shake.

The business which he first ran from the boot of his car quickly snowballed and by 2011 its sales had grown to more than £3bn in around 90 countries.

The investigation by America’s Federal Trade Commission in 2016 was a minor setback.

It ruled that it had operated unfairly, cheating hopeful salespeople out of hundreds of millions of pounds with its high-pressure multi-level marketing scheme.

FTC chairwoman Edith Ramirez branded Herbalife’s sale of a “dream” career working from home as “an illusion” and many members “made nothing or lost money on their initial investment”.

And as one bruised former distributor put it: “I would be very wary of something that sounded too good to be true!”

Hayden Panettiere‘s former fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, was granted temporary guardianship of her estate on Friday, following the actor’s sudden death in August.

Klitschko appeared in virtual court on Thursday alongside their 11-year-old daughter Kaya, according to People.

Kaya is the sole heir of the estate of the “Heroes” star, who on Aug. 16 was found unresponsive in a Greenville, S.C., residence. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office ruled the death an accidental overdose involving several drugs, including fentanyl.

Klitschko filed a petition in a Los Angeles County court on Sept. 24, requesting that he be allowed to act as Kaya’s representative. The Ukrainian boxer and Olympic gold medalist has had full custody of their daughter since 2018.

The filing cites items that were seized from her home in a federal investigation with no assurance that they will be returned, as well as unauthorized people who gained access to her Los Angeles residence.

“Without an immediate appointment for these purposes, there is a high probability that property belonging to Hayden’s Estate may be lost, damaged or dissipated before a duly appointed personal representative can be in place to protect it,” the filing stated.

According to the petition, Panettiere and Klitschko hired security before her death to protect her home because an unnamed person gained access inside. Her ex-fiancé feared that the same person would continue to “misappropriate” items belonging to the actor’s estate.

A day before their Oct. 8 court date, Klitschko submitted a supplemental claim to the earlier petition where he believed someone from outside of Panettiere’s family was selling some of her possessions, including jewelry, to a pawn shop, per ABC News.

In addition to seeking guardianship, Klitschko also asked the courts to grant him the ability to “request and authorize law enforcement investigation into the recovery of Hayden’s property believed to have been misappropriated.”

Panettiere and Klitschko had an on-and-off relationship between 2009 and 2018 and were briefly engaged in 2013. In 2014, the “Nashville” and “Ice Princess” star welcomed their daughter, but relinquished full custody to Klitschko in 2018 due to her struggles with postpartum depression and substance abuse.

“It was the hardest thing I could do,” she said during a 2022 appearance on “Red Table Talk.” “But the best thing for my daughter was to make sure she was OK, take care of myself and make sure I could be a good mom to her. And sometimes that means letting go.”

Klitschko has always spoken highly of Panettiere, lamenting his loss on Instagram, where he shared a picture of the two with Kaya (with an orange dot covering her face) on Aug. 18. In his post, he stated that the family was going through “profound shock and grief.” He also acknowledged his ex-fiancé’s experience navigating demands of the entertainment industry.

“Nothing will erase the times we shared or the place she had in our lives,” he wrote in the Instagram caption. “To our daughter Kaya, I will always speak of her mother with respect and make sure she remembers the person she was.”

The next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 7, when permanent guardianship of the estate will be decided; however Kaya does not need to be present.

France’s ‌basketball star Victor Wembanyama voiced his support on Thursday ⁠for French ⁠teenagers protesting conditions in the country’s schools.

The Ministry of the Interior said 71,500 people took part in Thursday’s demonstrations, ⁠including 24,500 in the main Paris march centred on Place de la Bastille.

“These are systemic inequalities – problems so deep-rooted ⁠that, in fact, I’m glad that high-school students and young people in general are speaking up,” Wembanyama told a news conference on Thursday night.

“I hear them, and I support them, and ‌I hope the people all over there will do the same.”

The San Antonio Spurs player had previously replied “I would love to” when a fan asked him in an Instagram post to join the protest with the French teenagers.

“I have a lot of interest. I meant it,” Wembanyama ⁠added at the news conference. “I was in ⁠that position not so long ago.

“I’ve had the chance to escape this system, to escape these problems. But it’s chance, it’s luck. So I ⁠want to show my support.

“It’s not something that’s completely unfamiliar to me. I went ⁠to high school in Nanterre, which was ⁠already a stronghold of ‘blocages’ back then,” he said, referring to student-led school blockades.

Concerns about state schools have helped prompt a number of France’s most significant protests ‌in decades.

They began last month at high schools in the poor northern suburbs of Paris, where anger over teacher absences ‌and ‌shabby facilities quickly evolved into a nationwide movement against inequality, weak public spending and falling standards.

Minka Kelly and Dan Reynolds have ended their four-year relationship.

A source close to the couple confirmed the breakup, People first reported on Wednesday.

In July, Kelly shared an Instagram post of Reynolds featuring his four children (whom he shares with Volkman) at Disneyland, with the caption, “No place I’d rather be.”

In a 2024 interview with People, Reynolds shared that his kids had grown fond of Kelly.

“We view it as kind of bonuses to the family: more people to love, more people to help. We’ve just been really careful with that and slow with navigating how to bring Minka into that conversation,” he said. “She’s done a really incredible job of being sensitive and careful on her end as well.”

In 2025, Reynolds made a guest appearance on the first season of Netflix’s “Ransom Canyon,” which starred Kelly as Quinn O’Grady, a former concert pianist, opposite Josh Duhamel, who played rancher Staten Kirkland.

The oldest living Oscar winner said of her two-sentence appearance: “That was a lot for someone to say in those days.

“Most people just said thank you and walked off the stage, which I loved.

“It’s gotten out of hand these days where people have to be funny and go on and on and on.”

With the worldwide success of follow-up movie North By Northwest, an agent pushed her to make more films and become a “superstar”.

Her reply was simple: “I can’t. I can only do one a year. I have young children.”

Her agent’s response was: “Well, I guess you won’t be a superstar.”

Her perfectly calm reply: “Well, I guess not.”

But she became one anyway, and her legendary beauty even inspired the 1984 song Rattlesnakes by Lloyd Cole.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, on July 4, 1924, Eva was from a Quaker background.

“I was in the chorus in high school, not a soloist,” she once said.

“I was on the basketball team. I played the violin, part of the orchestra. I never wanted to be out there alone. Ever.”

She studied acting at university in Ohio, then moved to New York, working in theatre and television.

Her big break came in the Broadway play The Trip To Bountiful, where she caught the eye of director Elia Kazan, who cast the then 29-year-old alongside Brando in On The Waterfront.

She said: “Brando was wonderful. Probably the finest actor I’ve ever worked with.”

But he was fickle. She said: “I only saw him once after On The Waterfront.

Years later, Elizabeth Taylor was having a birthday party and he came into the room.

“He came up, we hugged, and he saw a pretty brunette over my shoulder. He said goodbye and that was the last time I ever saw him.”

With an Oscar under her belt, Hollywood was desperate to make the most of her stardust, but Eva didn’t want to leave her second baby, Laurette, to work on North By Northwest.

Hitchcock’s on-set abuse was well known, but to Eva he was the perfect English gent.

She said: “Hitchcock was a high-class guy. He always had a suit on.”

North By Northwest was a box office hit and one of the pinnacles of Eva’s career.

Going out one night with co-star Cary Grant, she saw how he was mobbed.

She said: “I couldn’t have coped with that kind of fame. I wanted a normal life.”

And when she filmed Exodus in 1960 with Paul Newman, she took family on location in Israel and Cyprus.

She met Jeffrey Hayden before she was famous and they married in 1951 — a union that lasted 65 years until his death in 2016.

Eva’s TV roles included playing Superman’s mother in 2006 and Cybill Shepherd’s mum in Eighties hit TV series Moonlighting.

For her 100th birthday all her family gathered for a big party at her home in Los Angeles.

Eva said: “I certainly don’t feel 100 years old.”

Yet her age didn’t slow her down and she led an active life, saying: “I take walks out in the fresh air, like watching baseball — especially the Los Angeles Dodgers.

“I enjoy time with family and friends. A good life.”

Horror star Mia Goth is ending her marriage to Shia LaBeouf just days short of their 10th wedding anniversary.

Goth, star of Ti West’s “X” trilogy, on Tuesday filed her petition to divorce “Peanut Butter Falcon” and “Honey Boy” actor LaBeouf in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the petition, the estranged spouses married Oct. 10, 2016 but separated in July 2025. The petition confirms reports from earlier this year that the actors were on the outs.

Goth, 32, and LaBeouf, 40, share a 4-year-old daughter born March 2022, according to the petition. Neither representatives for the actors immediately responded on Wednesday to a request for comment.

The “Odyssey” actor filed her petition a day after LaBeouf’s ex-girlfriend FKA twigs brought her latest lawsuit against the former Disney Channel star to a close.

LaBeouf, who had an off-and-on relationship with Goth since their marriage, began dating FKA twigs, legal name Tahliah Barnett, in 2018. Barnett first sued LaBeouf in 2020, claiming she was subjected to frequent episodes of verbal and emotional abuse that escalated into physical assaults by the “Transformers” actor. She also accused LaBeouf of “knowingly infect[ing]” her with a sexually transmitted disease. The exes settled that case with prejudice last year but it returned to a legal spotlight in March.

The Grammy-winning “Eusexua” musician sued LaBeouf, alleging he “sought to silence her” from speaking out about his alleged abuse via an NDA which she claimed violated California law. Barnett on Monday notified the court that she and LaBeouf settled their case, noting that her ex “has agreed that the non-disclosure provisions (NDAs) contained” in the 2025 settlement “are terminated and void.”

LaBeouf faced additional legal turmoil for his arrests in February after his involvement in a Mardi Gras brawl. He pleaded guilty to three counts of simple battery in June.

Goth also faces legal issues. The British star was sued for battery in a 2024 lawsuit that accused her of “intentionally and willfully” assaulting and kicking an actor in the head while filming “Maxxxine” in 2023. Goth was sued alongside director West and movie studio A24. That case is ongoing and a jury trial is scheduled to begin April 17, 2028, according to a court order filed Monday.

KATIE Price told her ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s alleged child rape victim she would “make her a little star”, a court heard today.

The former glamour model, 48, made the comment in a message while quizzing the girl about whether she had kissed Hayler, jurors were told.

The message exchange happened in May 2017 – eight months after the last alleged attack by Hayler, it was said.

The former stripper is accused of three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against the girl between June and October 2016 – when she was 13 and Hayler and Katie were married.

In the May 2017 exchange, mother-of-five Katie asked the girl if she and Hayler, 39, had kissed.

The girl, who was 14 at the time of the message exchange, replied: “It was just a flirt thing and he knew it was wrong. Nothing happened.”

Katie said: “Was it just a flirt and what did he do to realise it was wrong? Did he try (to) kiss you?

“I won’t bring (it) up anymore (I) just want (the) truth! I will make you a little star.

“Please help and tell me… as long as I know the truth, I won’t say. I PROMISE.”

The girl replied: “I never wanted to have this conversation with you and this was over eight months ago… maybe longer. I’m really sorry.”

Katie then queried if Hayler ever said he “liked or fancied you”, to which the girl responded: “Yes, but I took it as a joke.

“Please don’t get angry at him because of me.”

Asked by defence barrister Arlette Piercy what she took the “little star” message to mean, she said: “I think I just ignored it.”

Ms Piercy asked if she had said it before, to which she replied: “No.”

The girl, now 23, reported her allegations to the NSPCC children’s charity in 2021.

The charity then referred it to police and she was interviewed by cops in December 2021, with Hayler questioned the following month.

The alleged attacks are said to have happened at a West Sussex address.

She claims Hayler described sex as “special” to her before the first alleged rape, and says the third alleged attack happened in a bathroom.

She says that after the third alleged rape, Hayler sent her a text saying: “I love you. Good night”, to which she responded: “I love you too.”

Ms Piercy suggested the messages were never sent but the alleged victim claimed Hayler asked her to delete them.

Giving evidence from behind a screen, she said: “They’ve long gone, some years ago.

“I don’t have them anymore, it was ten years ago.”

She added: “Mr Hayler was asking me to delete my messages.”

The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is not a member of Hayler nor Katie’s family.

Hayler, wearing a white shirt and blue suit jacket in court today split from Katie in 2018.

He denies all of the allegations.

A BBC Radio 4 star was pulled off air mid-show yesterday after he appeared to be struggling.

The Today programme host could barely get his words out as he read out the headlines.

Justin Webb, who co-hosts the flagship show alongside Anna Foster, left fans very worried as he sounded strained on-air.

The sick star was heard clearing his throat on multiple occasions and Anna was forced to take the lead to give him some reprieve.

Justin managed to introduce Simon King’s weather forecast and ask a BBC News journalist questions on Open AI’s breach of Australian government websites.

But it all became a bit too much for Justin, 65, and he was later sent to the Conservative party conference to give his voice a break.

The cause of death for Dennis Haskins, an actor best known for playing Principal Richard Belding across the “Saved by the Bell” franchises, has been revealed.

Haskins’ friend and longtime caretaker, Kimberly Snow, confirmed the actor’s Sept. 27 death and told The Times that Haskins had quietly battled Parkinson’s disease and was candid about other health issues. The actor died at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank.

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health cited Parkinson’s disease as the actor’s immediate cause of death,
according to his death certificate obtained by TMZ. Irritable bowel syndrome, depression, hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia were also listed as health conditions Haskins battled.

Snow, a former manager of Burbank’s since-shuttered Dimples Karaoke, shared the news of the actor’s death on Instagram, writing that Haskins was a staple at the joint, so much so that many of the patrons thought he owned it.

“A lot of people thought he owned it, but he didn’t,” the tribute read. “He just loved the place and its people. He enjoyed singing for people, meeting them, and taking selfies with his fans. Dimples closed down about 11 years ago, and people still associate him with his beloved ‘second home.’ He was known to most as Mr. Belding from Saved by the Bell, but to us, he was much more than that.

“About eight years ago, he became ill,” the post continued. “He had been silent about his fight with Parkinson’s, among other health concerns, because he did not want the attention. He did not want to have to tell people. He would say, ‘What do I even say?’ So I respected his wishes and stayed quiet, and I helped him through his journey into the next chapter of his life.

“Late last night, that journey ended for him.”

The actor played Mr. Belding across seven different series, including “Good Morning, Miss Bliss,” “Saved by the Bell,” “Saved by the Bell: The College Years,” “Saved by the Bell: The New Class,” “The Rerun Show,” “Robot Chicken” and “Victorious.”

SAVED by the Bell star Dennis Haskins’ cause of death has been revealed after the much-loved actor died aged 75.

His death certificate shows Dennis died on September 27 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California.

The certificate, from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, lists Parkinson’s disease at the immediate cause of death.

It also lists irritable bowel syndrome, depression, hypertension, and benign prostatic hyperplasia as other significant conditions.

It was not publicly known that Dennis had Parkinson’s before he died and his former wife Sarah Quinones told TMZ he had even cut off communication with close pals to hide his diagnosis.

In his final years Dennis lived in an assisted-living facility and stopped returning calls and texts from Sarah and other close friends because he didn’t want anyone to know he was suffering from the illness.

Dennis found widespread fame playing Principal Belding on the hit show Saved by the Bell, as well as numerous spin-offs.

Dennis, from Chattanooga, Tennessee, initially played the role of Principal Belding on the show Good Morning, Miss Bliss from 1988-1989.

The series then became Saved by the Bell, which aired on NBC until 1993, followed by Saved by the Bell: The New Class from 1993-2000.

Dennis earned the nickname “America’s Favourite Principal” for his performance.

His character’s exasperated ‘Hey, hey, hey, what is going on here?’ as he struggled to control his students became one of the show’s most iconic lines.

Dennis also reprised his role in the spin-off specials Saved by the Bell: The College Years in 1993 and Saved by the Bell: Wedding in Las Vegas in 1994.

He starred alongside Mario Lopez, Lark Voorhies, Tiffani Amber Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and the late Dustin Diamond, who died in 2021 after a brief battle with cancer.

Before launching his TV career, Haskins attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where the school said he was deeply involved in campus life.

He worked as a music manager, agent and concert promoter, reportedly counting Tom Jones among his clients.

Dennis then made his network TV debut on the 1979 pilot episode of The Dukes of Hazzard.

Aside from his defining role as Mr Belding, Dennis racked up more than 100 acting credits over his decades-long career.

Dennis’ agent Jay Schachter told TMZ: “It’s a tragic loss. Everyone loved Mr. Belding and those of us who got to know Dennis, loved him even more.

“He was a great person, and he loved, I mean absolutely LOVED his fans.”

Despite politics taking precedence over performances during the Loop tour, Isaac had his say.

He told fans: “What’s happening over there [in Gaza] is wrong, but if we’re going to get through it, we’re going to need people to step into that middle place, that common ground.

“That bonfire in the middle of the field that sees both sides, that understands that peace is not a lack of conflict. Peace is not a blank canvas that we need to guard and be polite.”

“[Peace] holds enough beauty, enough tragedy, enough sorrow, enough joy and life if we learn how to integrate it and hold each other in balance.

“We will find a way through this together”.

It isn’t the first time that Isaac, who quit The Fray in 2022, has appeared on the tour.

He also took to the stage in Toronto in August.

Following the Macklemore controversy, which saw Billie Eilish‘s brother Finneas, Irish acts Aaron Rowe and Beoga, and Danish pop star Lukas Graham withdraw in solidarity, Ed spoke out.

Ed insisted in a statement that he would not be drawn on voicing his own views on the Israel/Gaza conflict publicly but is committed to ensuring his gigs are a place of “safety and sanctuary” for people from all ethnicities, faiths and backgrounds.

He also made it clear that he was not personally responsible for Macklemore’s departure and had been trying to find a solution with promoters and billionaire Robert, who owns Massachusetts‘ Gillette Stadium.

New England Patriots owner Robert had accused Macklemore of having a “broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery that we believe has been deeply offensive and hurtful to the Jewish community”.

It was Macklemore declaring “Free Palestine” ahead of his protest song Free Hind’s Hall, written about pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University, which sparked the controversy.

In his own statement, Macklemore insisted his stance was a “criticism of apartheid and genocide” and not of the Jewish people.

Ed wrote on social media: “Macklemore coming off tour was the promoter’s decision, it was not mine.

“I would never let down the fans who had made plans, nor would I abandon the touring crew and the other support acts and musicians who rely on me for work and to make a living.”

He added that fans at his shows did not want a “political forum” and that despite his apolitical stance he is “not complicit”.

Ed and Macklemore’s friendship goes back 13 years and the latter said he hoped it would continue despite them having had “difficult conversations”.

The other acts also highlighted their friendships with Ed and their gratitude for being given the opportunity to perform on such a high-profile tour, but said they could not continue with clear conscience knowing a fellow artist had been “silenced”.

PUSSYCAT Dolls star Kimberley Wyatt has revealed she had a hip replacement as she shared tearful videos from her hospital bed.

The singer, 44, shared a photo of herself on crutches with compression socks on after the operation.

Kimberley said prior to the procedure she was left limping around and could barely sleep because of the pain.

She wrote alongside a series of photos from her time hospital: “I had a moment tonight. I’m in Dublin, settling into another hotel room, and I’d taken in too much. Too much news. Too much of what’s happening to women. Too much casual cruelty online.

“Too much of the stuff people seem to get away with and a bit too much from my own little world too.”

She then shared a clip of her in hospital before undergoing an operation.

The pop star went on: “So I got in the bath and somewhere in there I realised I needed to give my brain something else to hold onto.

“Something good, Something I’m proud of. Which, weirdly took me straight to my hip. A few years ago I could barely walk. For nearly two years, I limped through every day and barely slept because of the pain.

“I remember watching my children playing on holiday and being in too much pain to walk over to them.

“I just stood there and I was scared.”

The star then posted a clip of her in tears while attached to drips from her hospital bed.

Kimberley was told that she would need a hip replacement and ended up ended up having to learn to walk again after the opertation.

She spoke about the photo of her on crutches with her son, who was then four, and said: “I look at that picture now and I don’t really see the surgery. I see the strength.”

Kimberley admitted she barely spoke about her hip at the time but said it felt “frightening”.

Looking at how far she’s come, the American star said: “And tonight I thought about where those legs are now.

“On a Pussycat Dolls tour, after four major surgeries, three caesareans, one hip replacement and somehow this body is still dancing.”

She captioned the post: “I haven’t spoken much about this part of my story.

“Tonight, I realised why I needed to.

“STILL DANCING. Beautiful Movements,” with a broken heart emoji.

Her Pussycat Dolls bandmate Nicole Scherzinger commented: “Thankyou for this.”

It comes after Nicole suffered a horrifying mishap just an hour before she was due to take to the stage with The Pussycat Dolls.

The band’s lead singer took to Instagram to showcase images of painful burns on her leg, leading one fan to claim: “God heal Nicole of any pain”.

Nicole, 48, is in the midst of the band’s jam-packed tour and shared how boiling water had spilled over her lower leg shortly before taking to the stage in Germany.

The Don’t Cha hitmaker uploaded an image showing her limb looking sore with red raw marks across her inner thigh from the knee down to her ankle.

In her caption she wrote: “Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set.

“But the show must go on.

“Thanks Dusseldorf for keeping me going. See you soon Amsterdam!”

Amol Rajan told The One Show his Celebrity Traitors exit was ‘absolutely horrible’ and said he would give Richard E. Grant less of a hard time if he could play again.

Broadcaster Amol Rajan has described it as “absolutely horrible” to become the first faithful booted off the new series of Celebrity Traitors, after giving “lord of chaos” actor Richard E Grant a tough ride.

The 43 year old journalist was eliminated by the traitors — Grant and TV presenter Maya Jama — during Friday’s episode of the popular BBC spin-off reality game show.

It followed his impassioned plea alongside fellow contestant and comedian James Acaster, who had secretly been recruited as the series’ third traitor.

Appearing on The One Show to discuss his departure from the Scottish castle, he said: “It’s absolutely horrible. It was horrible at the time. Just so people know when you are on The Traitors, it is your world. It’s not like a game, you are hundreds of miles from your family, you don’t have your phone, it’s so intense, it’s a little bubble.

“So as you walk into that chapel you are absolutely terrified.”

During the opening episode, which aired on Thursday, Grant sensationally revealed to his fellow contestants that he was a traitor just minutes into the competition.

The bombshell declaration left many faithfuls, Rajan included, deeply suspicious of the actor and debating whether he was bluffing or had genuinely exposed himself.

Rajan branded it a “moment of utter madness”, admitting that if he had his time again he would “definitely” handle things differently — including going easier on the “lord of chaos” himself. He said: “The one thing I would say is lots of people were giving him a hard time and I did get quite close to being recruited as a traitor.”

He also revealed that, as a journalist, he believes he was targeted due to expectations that he would ask probing questions. Rajan added: “The thing about the celebrity version, and it’s amazing TV, it’s just fantastic television, but on the celeb version people’s reputation walk in before they do.

“So I should have known I was going to be a target but I didn’t realise Richard would go quite that mad that quickly.”

Thursday’s episode made history as the most watched debut of any series of the programme in the UK, drawing an average audience of 8.9 million viewers and peaking at 9.1 million at one point.

In the smash-hit series, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, 21 celebrity contestants compete with those assigned as faithfuls attempting to root out those who have been designated as traitors, who “kill off” fellow players in the dead of night.

The celebrities are battling it out at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, with a charity cash prize of up to £100,000 up for grabs.

The Celebrity Traitors returns on BBC One and iPlayer on Thursday at 8pm.
