The sexy snaps follow Olivia seemingly taking a swipe at ex husband Bradley Dack‘s new girlfriend Emily.

A TikTok user posted a video with the caption: “You’re either an Emily or an Olivia and I know who I’d rather be.”

Then former Love Island star Olivia popped up in the comment section, writing: “OMG [crying emoji].”

Olivia and footballer Bradley, 32, split in January over a “breach of trust” on his part.

Olivia has since moved on with long-time friend Pete Wicks, who she made her relationship official with only a matter of weeks ago after months of speculation.

Dalton Rushing snaps nine-game hitless streak

He held up on a curveball from Phillies right-hander Aaron Nola that clipped the bottom of the strike zone. He fouled off a changeup. And he stayed disciplined as Nola tried to get him to chase a fastball up and two breaking balls in the dirt.

In a full count, Rushing fouled off another changeup. And then, finally, Nola made a mistake.

Rushing hammered the grooved fastball to left-center field, just shy of the Citizens Bank Park concourse.

“It’s pretty obvious I’ve been fighting recently,” Rushing said after the game. “The more you try in this game to fight out of a hole, the deeper you dig yourself in a hole. So I think that’s what it’s been recently. And today it was, obviously, you get a good start to the day, and it’s kind of uphill. Yeah, I wouldn’t say it was anything different. I just trusted myself today.”

It was the Dodgers’ first run during a 9-5 win and Rushing’s first hit in more than two weeks. Over the course of nine hitless games, he went 0-for-19.

Rushing has been the Dodgers’ starting catcher since early June, when Will Smith was first sidelined with a neck injury. And the Dodgers will continue to rely on him, with Smith out indefinitely.

Hunter Dobbins scattered six hits over six innings, JJ Wetherholt hit a home run in the sixth and the St. Louis Cardinals held on for a 1-0 victory over the Angels on Wednesday at Angel Stadium.

Dobbins, recalled from triple-A Memphis for Wednesday’s start, struck out five and walked none to help St. Louis snap a four-game losing streak and end the Angels’ three-game win streak.

Luis Gastelum threw a scoreless seventh, George Soriano had a 1-2-3 eighth and closer Riley O’Brien struck out Oswald Peraza with an 80-mph sweeper and Josh Lowe with a 98-mph sinker with two on in the ninth for his 26th save.

New baseball team courts Asian fans in Irvine

Lars Nootbaar grew up in Southern California, playing for USC and attending games at Dodger Stadium. His mother is from Japan, so he played with Shohei Ohtani on Team Japan in the 2023 World Baseball Classic.

In Japan, fans come up with a song for each player and sing it happily and relentlessly. Nootbaar played in the major leagues, not in the Japanese league, so he was not sure he would get a song until he came up to bat.

“I don’t know how everybody in the stadium knew how to do it,” the St. Louis Cardinals outfielder said Wednesday at Angel Stadium. “Everybody was chanting it. It was pretty awesome.”

In Japan, baseball games are nine innings of songs and chants, drums and noise sticks. No excessively caffeinated in-game hosts. No scolding video commands to make some noise. The joyful sounds are organic, and they come from the fans.

Nootbaar attended Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s last game in Japan and absolutely raved about the energy in the stadium. Does he believe that kind of fan experience would translate to an American ballpark?

“I don’t see why not,” Nootbaar said. “It would probably have to start small, but it would be cool to integrate that.”

We’re starting small, and soon. A minor league team plans to launch in Irvine next year, and the entrepreneur behind it is pitching it as a way to provide fans with a taste of Asian baseball.

“We’re going to really lean into some of the innovation in fan experience that you’ve seen in Korea and Japan,” said Paul Freedman, co-founder of Innovation Baseball Partners.

Sparks fall to Mercury in final game before all-star break

From Joaquin Ruiz: The Sparks and Mercury teetered and tottered, but Phoenix pulled away late to hand Los Angeles an 86-82 loss on Wednesday afternoon at Crypto.com Arena in the two teams’ final game before a much-needed All-Star break.

With the game tied at 60 entering the fourth quarter, Phoenix scored consecutive baskets and never relinquished its advantage. Forward Alyssa Thomas dominated with 19 points, 11 rebounds, 15 assists and three steals, while guard Kahleah Copper poured in 21 points on 10-for-16 shooting to lead the Mercury precisely as Sparks coach Lynne Roberts expected.

“Players like [Thomas] and [Copper] … can both take over games,” Roberts said before the game. “Last time we played them, Copper had 41 … she is an absolute talent. I think they run good stuff. I like what [Mercury coach Nate Tibbetts] does.”

Galaxy fall to sizzling St. Louis City

Lukas MacNaughton and Marcel Hartel scored four minutes apart late in the first half to break open St. Louis City’s 3-1 victory over the Galaxy on Wednesday night.

Simon Becher scored in the second half after Galaxy defender Emiro Garcés was sent off in the 49th minute with his second yellow card, and St. Louis cruised to its third straight win.

St. Louis, which is unbeaten in six straight since early May, also leapfrogged the Galaxy into the Western Conference’s playoff positions with this victory.

1930 — Pie Traynor won both ends of a doubleheader for the Pittsburgh Pirates with home runs. In the first game, Traynor homered in the ninth and in the second game, he connected in the 13th.

1944 — Bill Nicholson of the Chicago Cubs hit four home runs in a doubleheader split with the New York Giants. Nicholson hit a home run in the opener, which the Cubs won 7-4. He hit three straight in the second game, but the Giants won 12-10. In that game, Nicholson was walked with the bases loaded in the seventh inning.

1955 — Bob Cerv and Elston Howard of the New York Yankess hit consecutive pinch-hit home runs to force extra innings against Kansas City. The Wild Card Game will be replaced by a preliminary round with all teams participating, played in best-of-three format, with all games played in the better-ranked team’s ballpark.

The Coronation Street star appears in family snaps alongside his press office partner and three-week old daughter.

Alongside the pictures, Jack’s spouse wrote: “The best three weeks of my entire life with my baby girl.”

Looking glowing, the new mum can be seen in various pictures cradling the little one and pushing her pram.

Another photo showed the loved-up new parents sharing a kiss.

While they have kept the baby’s face out of shots, you can see her delicate hands and body in a range of tiny floral dresses.

The Sun exclusively revealed earlier this week that the pair had ended their relationship again after she struggled to forgive him for breaking a promise he had made to her and a showdown in Ibiza.

It looked like this time it was for good as they unfollowed one another on Instagram and removed all pictures of each other from their grids.

But in a mysterious turn of events, Andy, 37, and Lou, 42, have re-followed each other on the social media platform again.

Not only that, but all of their photos together have reappeared on their respective pages, sparking rumours of a reconciliation.

An insider told us at the start of the week: “Things came to a head between Andy and Lou after he flew to Ibiza without her – and broke his sobriety.

“He was partying and having fun, which is fine but she just didn’t expect him to be drinking.

“Andy had promised he wouldn’t touch booze to try and save their relationship, so this feels very disrespectful.

“Lou flew out to Ibiza with some friends but couldn’t talk any sense into him.

“He is struggling with the fact it’s over, but she feels like he’s had enough chances now.”

Footballer Andy and Lou began dating in the summer of 2024 – following his split from wife Billi Mucklow – and have had a rocky relationship since.

In June last year, we reported Andy was twice quizzed by police over bust-ups with Lou during a break on Greek party island Mykonos.

At the time, Andy was accused of being “very drunk” as onlookers claimed he shouted he was “done” with Lou.

However, Lou stood by him as the couple brushed off the controversy.

They claimed the situation was “blown out of proportion” in a joint statement, which read: “Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion.

“It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there.

“We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to ‘look after’ us.

“As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested, and no one was charged with anything.”

They added: “We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together, and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.”

The couple split again in August of last year and at the time, Andy opened up about his ongoing booze issues.

In August, Andy said he was fighting to save the relationship – and confirmed they had been rowing about his drinking.

He said at the time: “Things have been difficult for me and I’m going through a divorce.

“Some of our rows have been about alcohol, as Lou has been teetotal for 14 years and I have a beer or wine at dinner and a drink after the game, but it’s not a problem in my life.

“I’m a professional footballer and that’s not the case. I play sport every single day so my level of fitness is really good. I play football every day so I’m fit.”

Lou garnered fame for famously being the hairdresser and make-up artist to One Direction and now has 5.4 million Instagram followers.

NETFLIX host Natalie Joy, best known for presenting Age of Attraction, has given birth to twins with her Bachelor star husband Nick Viall.

The couple took to Instagram to announce the safe arrival of the babies, revealing their names in their heartwarming post.

Under an adorable snap of the babies lying together asleep, the caption read: “Dove Tomlin Viall & Iris Parker Viall – our rainbow babies!!!!!”

The couple are already parents to daughter River Rose, who was born two months before they got married in April 2024.

Nick gained fame through his appearances on The Bachelorette and as The Bachelor himself, with him meeting his wife through Instagram years later.

The happy news comes after Nick revealed that Natalie suffered a third devastating miscarriage last year on his podcast, The Viall Files.

Natalie was absent from the episode, usually featuring alongside her husband during recording.

Nick addressed Natalie’s unusual absence, saying: “As you can see, Natalie is not with us.

“There’s no really easy way to talk about this…”

He then got candid with his listeners as he revealed the heartbreaking news.

“Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. It is her third this year, our third this year…

“There’s no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks.

“She’s obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally.”

Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January 2025, before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later.

Nick explained to his listeners: “When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen.

“And everyone’s just… don’t freak out, there’s nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process.”

Nick went on: “And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy…

“Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing.

“Despite what’s going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family.

“But right now obviously there’s a little bit of uneasiness. It’s far less normal to have two and three back to back.

“Now we’re kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it’s like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don’t want them to find something.

“Because if they find something, you don’t know what that means. We’re in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks.”

Nick also said: “I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys ’cause I know she wasn’t there yesterday, people started to notice, and we’re already getting messages with like a lot of concern.

“So overall, Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she’s OK in that respect and emotionally, we’re currently dealing with that.”

But if you think achieving this physique is as simple as jumping on fat jabs, you need to think again — it’s down to exercise and good nutrition, according to women’s fitness expert Shakira Akabusi.

“There isn’t a single magic exercise to achieve visible abs,” says mum-of-four Shakira.

“But a great set of core exercises are planks, dead bugs, hanging knee raises and bicycles. Compound exercises like squats and deadlifts are also great.”

Although Shakira recommends a well-rounded diet, she says “a modest calorie deficit” is necessary to reduce body fat.

She adds: “Your abdominal muscles sit beneath a fat layer, so visible definition relies on overall body composition as well as building muscle.”

The expert emphasised that aesthetics and health shouldn’t be confused.

“Visible ab definition is not a marker of health, and is down to many factors including genetics, hormones, body fat distribution, nutrition and even lighting.

“So, don’t be fooled by social media posts.”

MOLLY-MAE Hague has shared some sweet new snaps of baby Midas, and they look absolutely adorable.
