KATIE Price has begged her terminally ill mum Amy to “find the strength to stay” in an emotional Instagram post.

The 48-year-old star said she’s never loved anyone as much as seriously ill Amy, 74, who is living lung condition Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF).

She wrote: “Mum please don’t leave me, please find the strength to stay
with me longer on this earth your my EVERYTHING.

“And you know I’ve turned everything around and your so proud of me.
Your my eyes, my voice, my strength, my absolute Everything.

“You’re a warrior and I’m your baby girl always and you love me through everything and held my hand. I can’t lose yo, u not n, ow not EVE”R.”

Just days ago, Katie revealed on her podcast with sister Sophie that their mum Amy is in hospital and “very poorly”.

Amy was diagnosed with IPF in 2017 and the chronic condition causes irreversible scarring of the lung’s air sacs making it difficult to breathe.

She had a lifesaving lung transplant in 2023 after drifting into a coma and being days away from death.

In July, Katie said she feared Amy might die while filming her recent autobiographical Sky documentary.

“There were so many times we thought we were gonna lose mum through the filming,” admitted Katie.

Sophie agreed, saying she didn’t think Amy was “going to make it.”

Katie went on: “She just keeps battling through and I never thought she’d make the BAFTAs [in February], none of us did.”

FORMER glamour model Katie Price has shared a worrying health update about her mum, Amy, amid her terminal illness battle.

Amy Price was diagnosed with a terminal lung disease called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) back in 2017 with the irreversible scarring of the lungs making it difficult for her to breathe.

During a Good Morning Britain interview in May, Katie, 48, told how her mum was “really not well.”

The admission came two months after Amy was hospitalised in March after being diagnosed with an infection.

Amy has been in and out of hospital, battling the cruel disease for years.

Now, Katie has shared a health update on her mum and it doesn’t sound positive as she’s made a return to the hospital.

Speaking on her podcast The Katie Price Show, she said: “Mum is still in hospital. She’s very poorly.

“She’s very poorly at the minute, but she loves watching what we’re doing. She loves us at the NTAs, she loved it, seeing us all there.”

Amy appeared fit and fighting at the launch of her new documentary Katie Price: Nothing To Hide.

The glamorous 74-year-old made sure she was right by her daughter’s side for her big night.

She wore a beautiful white and blue floral dress and was seen posing up for snaps with a beaming Katie.

During a podcast episode with her sister, Sophie, back in July Katie revealed she was terrified her mum was going to die while they were filming her Sky show.

Sophie agreed saying at one point, she didn’t think Amy was “going to make it.”

The former glamour model, 48, shared a picture of herself wearing a fluorescent yellow lace-up bodysuit.

Katie put her slim figure on display as she posed for snaps alongside a fan at Yours bar in Manchester.

The star showed off her tanned and heavily tattooed legs, but some eagle-eyed followers spotted a blunder with the photo.

Fans pointed out that Katie’s right arm looked unusually long.

One wrote: “Her arm is about 10ft long.”

As well as having his name inked on her hand Katie also etched the words ‘owned by Lee’ on her ribs. 

Following her split from Peter Andre in 2009, the mum-of-five waited just a few weeks before inking a black cross through his name on her wrist, so it shouldn’t be long before she’s keen to get rid of every trace of Lee. 

To have just the words on her ribs lasered off, Katie is looking at between eight and 10 painful sessions which could set her back upwards of £2,500.

Katie had Lee’s name tattooed on her hand days into their whirlwind romance in January.

She later revealed the shocking words ‘owned by Lee’ on her ribs in August.

The star, 48, has started proceedings to divorce the Dubai-based alleged conman just eight months after their surprise ceremony in his home city.

Lee has been in out of jail in Dubai since May and is currently holed up in the UAE’s notorious Al Awir prison.

The last time Katie saw Lee was shortly after he was released from prison the first time.

He then went back to prison at start of July and has been in there for eight weeks over three civil cases.

Katie has now vowed to never go back to Dubai and visit him.

The Sun revealed exclusively tonight that Katie had quietly consulted a top London divorce lawyer about ending her marriage.

She discovered he only had £2.22 in his crypto bank account — not the £37million he had promised her.

Katie told a pal on Tuesday: “I have come to my senses — Lee has lied and lied and lied. I am sick of it. It is over.”

A source added: “The marriage is done. She will never go to Dubai to see Lee again.

“It was, of course, an accumulation of many things but the final straw came after Lee had told Katie he had $50million (£37million) in a crypto wallet, and promised her some of the funds.

“He gave her the ‘recovery phrase’ — the passkey — to get into his account, and on Monday she had a financial expert access the wallet — and, to her shock, discovered it contained just $3, or £2.22.

“Lee never had $50million; he doesn’t have a bean. The most he ever had on any one day was in March for $14,490 (£10,720) which was sent out the very same day.

“Obviously over the past few months Kate has seen all the damning evidence building up against him — and was always planning her exit once the white noise became unavoidable.

“But after seeing his accounts — as opposed to his AI mock-ups — she lost her s***.

“He has deeply embarrassed her and, more importantly, has scammed, hurt and cheated so many other women. Enough is enough.”

As if things couldn’t be worse for the self-proclaimed ‘millionaire businessman’, it’s now been said that a disease is making its way around the notorious prison.

This was claimed in a new joint podcast between Lee’s ex, Alana Percival, and a social media account which goes by ‘The Chaos Corner’.

The woman behind Chaos Corner said during the episode: “Do you know what’s happening in jail?

“They call it, the inmates in there call it ‘The Itchies’, so, they call it The Itchies and it’s spreading like wildfire in the prison and loads of people have got it.”

As Alana then asked what the disease actually was, her co-host replied that it started off as a rash between the fingers before going ‘scaly’ and spreading.

She then said it was ‘1000% scabies’, going on to joke that Lee would be leaving prison with the skin condition.

Scabies is a contagious skin infestation caused by microscopic mites that lay eggs on the upper level of skin.

The prison Lee is serving time in is the notorious Al Awir prison in Dubai, which is described as the UAE’s ‘Alcatraz’ and previously said to be ‘lice ridden’.

Lee’s ex, Alana, who was on the podcast, was his most recent partner before Katie – with Lee proposing to her just four months before marrying the former glamour model.

His current stint in jail is Lee’s second time behind bars this year, with Katie remaining in the UK and yet to speak out on the situation.

She flew straight back into his arms following his last release from prison, but has remained more silent this second time around.

Katie is, however, still wearing her wedding ring after placing it back on this week despite being spotted without it just days before.
