Cantor Fitzgerald initiated Lexicon Pharmaceuticals (LXRX) at overweight, saying that it is optimistic on upcoming phase 3 data of the SGLT1/2 inhibitor SGLT1/2 inhibitor Inpefa (sotagliflozin) as a treatment for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (“HCM”). Results are expected in Q1 2027.
The
