DAVID Beckham has showed off his ripped torso in a shirtless snap from New York City – and made a subtle nod to his estranged son Brooklyn.

Brooklyn let loose on his family in a scathing social media post in January, with things remaining tense ever since.

David shared the stunning snap on Instagram, which showed him standing topless on a NYC balcony with his morning coffee.

In later posts, he revealed he was having dinner in Brooklyn — the place his son was named after.

This appeared to be a subtle nod to Brooklyn as his mum Victoria discovered she was pregnant there with him.

Brooklyn said at the start of the year that he did “not want to reconcile” with his family, and accused his parents of “controlling” the narrative.

His initial statement read: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private.

“Unfortunately my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.

“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”

He then went on to recall the night of his wedding and how his mother danced in an “inappropriate way”.

Brooklyn also sent his parents David and Victoria a legal notice warning they can now contact him only via lawyers.

The extraordinary “desist” letter also instructed them not to “tag” him on social media.

Things then led to Brooklyn snubbing his father’s Hollywood star unveiling in June.

Just this month, Brooklyn let his shirt do the talking as he ramped up his family feud once more.

The telling ­message on Brooklyn’s top read: “It’s not clocking to you.” 

It refers to pop star Justin Bieber’s 2025 paparazzi meltdown, when he complained: “It’s not clocking to you I’m standing on business.” 

The singer meant photographers were not understanding he was busy and wanted to be left alone.

The 21-year-old rocker took to Instagram to share a slew of loved-up pics of him with his stunning DJ partner, 30, in tribute to her special day – but it was the very last image that has courted comments.

In the suggestive snap, that’s since been edited out, the couple are seen together on a yacht, with Jackie bent down and squeezing her boyfriend’s buns with her head near his crotch.

Cruz’s head is cut off in the photo, as he holds a glass of milk in his hands.

The pic in question was the last to be shared in a carousel online, but eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the snap before it’s removal.

“THE LAST ONE,” wrote one with a laughing face and fire emoji, while a fellow follower commented: “Bro, the last picture.”

Cruz began his post with a smitten snap of the couple locking lips, with another showing them embrace as he scoops a bikini-clad Jackie up into his arms.

Another cheeky snap shows the two posing for a mirror selfie, with the musician grabbing a handful of her cleavage.

“Happy Birthday my love. you have no idea how much i love you,” read the post caption.

Cruz wasn’t the only Beckham family member to send well wishes to Jackie on her birthday.

Little sister Harper, 15, took to her Instagram Stories to pay tribute to her brother’s girlfriend.

“Happy birthday @jackie.apostel !!! I love you so so much and thank you for alwaysss being there for me, you are the sweetest and kindest person I know.

“You deserve to have the best day ever, I hope all of your wishes come true.

“To many more cakes and candles,” she concluded alongside another snap of the two.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham has been dating German-Brazilian singer-songwriter and producer Jackie, 30, since 2024.

Jackie previously revealed they met when their managers put them in a studio to write songs together.

The model said their work turned into a friendship before it became anything romantic and that she was Cruz’s “biggest fan forever”.

The loved-up duo were over in France enjoying the much-anticipated fashion event, but also appeared to be making the most out of their trip.

The photo dump follows the Beckham’s family feud rumbling again during Paris Fashion Week.

Brooklyn sensationally cut contact with his family after dropping a bombshell statement back in January.

The statement called his family “performative” and he forbade them from posting about him or interacting with him on social media.

Brooklyn’s father David Beckham appears to have been trying to extend olive branches by “liking” his posts from PFW.

He appeared to clap back at his dad by walking out wearing a short with the words “it’s not clocking to you” on it from Justin Bieber‘s clothing label Skylrk.

It’s another way saying “you’re not understanding”, in reference to the breached social media contact rule.

Meanwhile Brooklyn hasn’t been liking any posts back, and swerved seeing his mother Victoria Beckham while she was in France to showcase some of her new clothing at a PFW event.

KATHERINE Ryan couldn’t resist taking a cheeky pop at David Beckham as she joked about being “cancelled” by the BBC after her rude slur about his wife Victoria.

Last month it was revealed that the broadcaster had upheld complaints after she made the offensive joke about Posh Spice while hosting an episode of Have I Got News For You last year.

Two weeks ago, Katherine issued an online apology to Victoria, 52, after the ruling by the BBC‘s Executive Complaints Unit (ECU).

Raising the controversy during a stand-up gig in Chelsea, London, last night, the 43-year-old declared her love for Victoria Beckham while making a sly joke about her famous footballer hubby.

“I have been cancelled by the BBC for allegedly calling Victoria Beckham the C word,” she said.

“Or as David Beckham knows it – the K word, because bless him the alphabet is hard,” prompting laughter from the audience.

“But I actually did not do that, I actually love Victoria Beckham.”

Speaking in an episode that aired on November 7 in 2025, Katherine made reference to a 2013 private email sent by David Beckham, where he allegedly used the word ‘c***’.

She said on the show: “I don’t know that we are allowed to broadcast the C-word, but you did reference Victoria Beckham earlier and we’ll allow that.”

The BBC’s Executive Complaints Unit said “there was no such justification” for the comment which two viewers had complained was “gratuitously offensive”.

They added that the word was justified in relation to David’s alleged use of it, but not in reference to his wife.

Now an edited version of the episode has replaced the original on the BBC’s streaming service.

Katherine Ryan publicly apologised to Victoria in an Instagram reel where she shared a screenshot of her message to the fashion designer.

“Hi I’m comedian Katherine Ryan and today the BBC announced their decision to uphold a complaint made by two very influential viewers about a joke that I tried to make on an episode of Have I Got News For You eleven months ago,” she began.

“At that time, though there is no defence, I was suffering from a condition called matrescence.

“I was in that building with a 10-day old baby. Should I have left the house?

“This is gonna be a tough one for the feminists because I was a woman going to work but I did call another woman a c***.

“Sometimes I forget that celebrities are not my friends. If I had called Jimmy Carr a c***, he wouldn’t have minded.

“Joanne McNally, c***, she wouldn’t have minded but this was described by the BBC as a slur.

“As though c**** are part of a protected group,” Katherine said in her trademark sarcastic way.

“The trouble is now that section’s been taken off iPlayer so the incident only exists in printed media, online media and then you lost the context because on the day, if you watched it, it was clearly a joke and the whole audience went ‘huhhhh’ and I said ‘whoaaaa’.”

She then plugged her new book before adding: “I love Victoria Beckham so much that I actually included her in one of my celebrity firstborn daughter chapters.

“I’d like to read you that now whilst remaining very sorry.”

In her apologise message to Victoria shown on screen, Katherine told her it was a “throwaway” comment and that she immediately expressed her love for her after, making it clear it was a “stupid joke”.

Fans spotted ex-England footie star Becks had liked a video of the couple posted on Friday after the Messika Womenswear show in Paris.  

Brooklyn and Nicola ­previously told his parents to stop reaching out to them on social media. 

Nicola wore a simple black crop top and flashed her abs for the Messika bash.

The event was held two miles from where designer Victoria later unveiled her own collection in the French capital. 

Brooklyn, 27, and Nicola, 31, have been estranged from the Beckhams for almost two years.

He claimed his family treated him as a commodity and said: “I do not want to reconcile.”

Brooklyn flew to the French capital with wife Nicola Peltz for a VIP bash just two miles from where designer Victoria was later unveiling her own collection.

As their feud with his parents continued, they were at the Messika Womenswear 2027 show at the Grand Palais on Thursday.

Meanwhile, in a ­display of unity from the rest of the family, ex-Spice Girl Victoria was yesterday joined at La Conciergerie museum by hubby David, sons Romeo, and Cruz, daughter Harper and Cruz’s singer-songwriter girlfriend Jackie Apostel.

Despite being a car journey of just a few minutes away, it appeared Brooklyn and Nicola stayed away.

Brooklyn has been estranged from his family for almost two years.

In January, he wrote a savage statement on Instagram — telling the world he had no desire to make up.

After cruelly accusing Posh and Becks of treating him as a commodity to further their image rather than as a son, Brooklyn, 27, wrote: “I do not want to reconcile with my family.

VICTORIA Beckham was supported by husband David and sons Romeo and Cruz at her Paris Fashion Week show – but Brooklyn has once again swerved the family. 

The fashionista and iconic Posh Spice is hosting her annual display of her clothing collection in the French capital, with David sitting front row with most of their children at the Conciergerie at 2 Boulevard du Palais. 

Romeo and Cruz were both supported by their girlfriends Jackie Apostel and Kim Turnbull, with Harper Beckham, the youngest of the Beckham clan, also there to cheer on her mum. 

However, despite also being in Paris for the annual fashion week, Brooklyn – who has publicly fallen out with his family – has shown no sign of an olive branch, instead attending other events with his wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham.

The couple were spotted watching the Messika runway at Paris’s Grand Palais on Thursday evening, just a mile down the road from the venue the Beckhams appeared at today.

The day before, they attended another show for Balenciaga.

Romeo had also arrived in the city ahead of his mum’s event, though according to the Daily Mail, successfully managed to swerve his brother by partying at another event.

A source told the site: ‘No good will come from them bumping into one another, relations are still devastatingly strained.”

They added that, despite the animosity “Brooklyn is missed” from the family events, but at this point he’s decided to keep away.

The family have been at odds for at least the past year, and over the past month has been doubling down on his commitment to wife Nicola with a string of public appearances, including a red carpet appearance at Venice Film Festival last month while also snubbing his brother Romeo’s birthday.

In the meantime, the rest of the Beckham clan have been putting on a united front, coming together to watch Cruz perform at Reading and Leeds Festivals at the end of August.

He shortly after posted a gushing tribute to his family and girlfriend as his UK tour with his band came to an end.

“I am so grateful for everyone around me, not only are they my best friends but they are family, this journey has been so incredible and i have learned so much because of these people.”

He then shared some extra words for partner, Jackie, writing: “Last but definitely not least Jackie, you honestly have no idea how lucky we are to have you, not only do you take care of me but this whole operation, from creative to strategy to mgmt.

“We are a team and would not be doing this without you. I really love you so much.”
