A MARRIED At First Sight star warned fans “a smile hides a lot” as she broke down in tears in an emotional Instagram upload.

The E4 show contestant admitted “I have my struggles” and told how she “feels like a failure” amid a tricky patch in her personal life.

Ella Morgan‘s raw confession came after the Celebs Go Dating alum posted a series of cryptic messages to her Stories, including one which read: “Remember who checks on you when you get a little quiet.

“Those are your people.”

Now Ella, who saw sparks fly with JJ Slater on MAFS as the show’s first transgender contestant back in 2023, has pleaded for fans to “be kind”

The 31-year-old bravely posted an image which showed her in tears in her car.

In a far cry from her ordinarily glam look, Ella was seen donning a pink sports top and going make-up free, brushing her hair into an up-do.

In a lengthy text post uploaded underneath the sad snap she wrote: “Sometimes a smile hides a lot.

“I can be the loudest most outgoing person in the room but inside it’s a very different story.

“Maybe I’ll regret posting this story because I care what others think.

“But I never talk or post about my feelings or when I’m not in a good place.

“But I felt like I needed to post this.

“Maybe it’ll help me or make me feel better or maybe it’ll help somebody else who is struggling right now.

“The reality is, everyone is going through something.”

She continued: “I have my struggles and a lot of you have noticed me going quieter on socials and I have reasons why.

“And social media a lot of the time gives off the impression that life is amazing but the truth is, it isn’t always.”

Ella then told how “constant trolling” and negativity around the trans community, as well as feeling run down and unwell, had also taken its toll.

She also confessed the “pressure of being a role model” felt like a “huge weight.”

In a heartbreaking conclusion Ella put: “Sometimes I feel like a failure and being sent horrible DMs doesn’t help when I’m having a bad day already.

“I took this picture this morning so I can look back when I’m in a better place and remind me how far I’ve come. Not for attention.

“Sometimes the feelings of failure and loneliness and negativity get the better of you and override the positive feelings.

“But I know tomorrow is a new day and hopefully it’ll be an easier one.

“Thank you for you continued support. Please be kind to one another.”

Ella then posted a snapshot of her dog, who she hailed her “best friend.”

Her poignant post came just weeks after the Bristol lass slammed a well-known celeb who called her a transphobic slur behind her back.

STACEY Solomon has been cruelly mum-shamed by trolls after posting pictures from her £30k a week Turkey holiday.

The busy mum, 35, is currently take some time off with her husband Joe Swash, 43 and their huge brood of kids.

It’s understood Stacey and Joe have taken their family away to Turkey, where they stayed last year and the year before.

The Turkish hotel they usually stay at is the Regnum Carya in Antalya, where rooms start from around £1,000 per person per night.

They have been there so many times, Stacey now refers to it as her “second home”.

The couple have a blended family of six children.

They share three kids together – Rex, six, Rose, three, and Belle, two – while Stacey is also mum to Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, and Joe has 18-year-old son Harry with his ex Emma Sophocleous. 

However, in the family photo from their holiday fans were quick to point out that Harry wasn’t on the trip.

Stacey posted slew of sweet snaps of her and Joe with their other five kids and wrote: “Time to make some memories my whole world 🥹 can’t wait for some special time with my babies.

“Got one picture of us all the second one is every photo ever happy summer everyone from pickle cottage to our second home at this point.”

But while most followers pointed out what a lovely photos they were, some took to the comments to cruelly mum-shame Stacey over this.

One fan wrote: “Lovely family pic. Wish Joe eldest son was included more.”

While another added: “Why is Joe’s eldest son never with them.”

This person said: “I agree would be nice for them to acknowledge they’re missing one!”

Their holiday comes just days after it was reported how Stacey and Joe have made a “vow” amid “silly bickering”, according to a source.

It comes after “tension” between the popular couple has recently been captured on TV.

Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants’ living spaces after removing clutter.

However, according to a source, the couple have vowed to take time out to remember why they’re so good for each other. 

During their BBC reality show, the pair shared a close-up look into the ups and downs of life at Pickle Cottage and their relationship.

The source told New Magazine: “There’s tension in the air and there is a bit of bickering. But it puts a strain on any relationship.

“You look at those on reality shows, such as the wives in The Real Housewives, with cameras in their houses 24/7, and a lot of their relationships crack under the pressure.“ 

Despite this, the source maintained that a break away from the cameras, however small, is just what Stacey and Joe need. 

The source added: “They’re worried that if they don’t have a break from the cameras and the limelight, it could affect what makes their relationship special.

“They’re still very much in love and are really trying to focus on each other amid the silly bickering and moments of tension, and remember why they got together in the first place – and why they’re actually so perfect together.

“They have vowed to carve out some quality time this summer to do that.”

WASHINGTON — President Trump, alongside his wife, Melania, on Monday signed the Take It Down Act, a measure the first lady helped usher through Congress to set stricter penalties for the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery online, or “revenge porn.”

In March, Melania Trump used her first public appearance since resuming the role of first lady to travel to Capitol Hill to lobby House members to pass the bill following its approval by the Senate.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters earlier Monday that the first lady was “instrumental in getting this important legislation passed.”

The bill makes it a federal crime to “knowingly publish” or threaten to publish intimate images without a person’s consent, including AI-created “deepfakes.” Websites and social media companies will be required to remove such material within 48 hours after a victim requests it. The platforms must also take steps to delete duplicate content.

Many states have already banned the dissemination of sexually explicit deepfakes or revenge porn, but the Take It Down Act is a rare example of federal regulators imposing on internet companies.

The bill, sponsored by Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), received overwhelming bipartisan support in Congress, passing the House in April by a 409-2 vote and clearing the Senate by unanimous consent.

But the measure isn’t without critics. Free speech advocates and digital rights groups say the bill is too broad and could lead to censorship of legitimate images, including legal pornography and LGBTQ+ content. Others say it could allow the government to monitor private communications and undermine due process.

The first lady appeared at a Capitol Hill roundtable with lawmakers and young women who had explicit images of them put online, saying it was “heartbreaking” to see what teenagers and especially girls go through after this happens to them. She also included a victim among her guests for the president’s address to a joint session of Congress the day after that meeting.

After the House passed the bill, Melania Trump called the bipartisan vote a “powerful statement that we stand united in protecting the dignity, privacy and safety of our children.”

Her advocacy for the bill is a continuation of the Be Best campaign she started in the president’s first term, focusing on children’s well-being, social media use and opioid abuse.

In his speech to Congress in March, the president said the publication of such imagery online is “just terrible” and that he looked forward to signing the bill into law.

“And I’m going to use that bill for myself, too, if you don’t mind,” he said. There’s nobody who “gets treated worse than I do online. Nobody.”
