“So, walked around London all day in these £10 shoes. I thought they were so jazzy. Amazing. Right, walked around them all day.

“Went to walk out the concert, walking down the steps and I can feel… I thought it was like the… you know the end of a heel, the little spongy bit that stops it from being like scrapy?

Noah Price reassures Venezuela Fury after she admits feeling ‘fat’ without tan

“I don’t know. I thought that was like digging in because I could feel something like pressing up and then when I step it was loose.

“And I looked and my full heel was just wobbling off,” she recalled.

“So, Noah’s tried to like put it back on and he pulled my foot from underneath me.

“I fell, flying up the floor outside of Wembley Stadium as we were waiting for the taxi,” she added, recalling the fall.

“Then, I see two girls on the kerb next to me waiting for their taxi. They had cowboy boots on. So I looked to them. Do you want to swap shoes with me, love?” she added.

“Thank God for this woman, you know. She really was lovely and I felt bad for her after.

“So, I’ve kidded her up. Oh, these shoes, they’re the best shoes in the world. They’re so expensive.

“It’s just me heel snapped. You can go and trade them in. Right, that’s what I’m telling her. And she’s gone like, oh, I don’t really want to trade you.

“Yeah, you will, love. You will. You’ll love it, love. So, I’ve kidded her up.

“I’ve got these shoes on. They’ve crippled me in blisters. But I made sure I got myself to the Coyote Ugly Bar in the end up. Because I don’t think they would have let me in with no shoes on.

“Anyways, I wouldn’t advise going to that either because it was only full of old men.

“And that’s my story time,” she concluded.

Fans were quick to react to her TikTok video, with many flocking to the comments.

“We’ve all been there with the heel,” said one person.

“You’re actually so funny I can’t,” penned a second.

While another said: “Oh Noah.”

World Cup 2026: England’s loss to Argentina most painful since 1966 – Phil McNulty

Once Gordon put England ahead in this latest stormy episode of an old and bitter rivalry, Tuchel decided on a rearguard action.

That had worked for England in their knockout wins over Mexico and Norway – but it would not against a Messi-inspired Argentina.

Tuchel replaced goalscorer Gordon with defender Ezri Konsa with 18 minutes left and switched to a back five. He then brought Nico O’Reilly and Dan Burn on for Declan Rice and Reece James.

It was clear almost instantly that Tuchel had called it badly. It did nothing but invite Argentine pressure and those late goals. This one was almost all on Tuchel.

If there was one statistic that brutally condemned his approach, it was that England only had 12% possession between taking the lead and Martinez’s winning goal nearly 40 minutes later.

Such was England’s sudden attacking need in the closing moments that Tuchel threw on Ivan Toney after 96 minutes – his first appearance of the tournament.

Toney’s “blink and you’ll miss it” cap also brought some of Tuchel’s selections under scrutiny. Was Toney simply picked for a penalty shootout that never came?

And the debate around Tuchel’s defensive picks, especially at right-back, will continue to rage.

Tuchel gambled on the injury-prone Reece James staying fit – but when the Chelsea defender was sidelined with a hamstring issue, right-back suddenly became a problem position.

The position turned into musical chairs between Jarell Quansah – injured against Panama then sent off against Mexico – Djed Spence and Ezri Konsa before James was back for the semi-final.

All this while Trent Alexander-Arnold watched from afar, his natural gifts ignored by Tuchel on the basis of defensive frailty.

And as the ashes are raked over, Tuchel’s decision to ignore the creativity of Cole Palmer and Phil Foden – easy to say with hindsight given both had poor seasons with Chelsea and Manchester City – and Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White will be revisited.

Jordan Henderson, whose tournament ended in bizarre circumstances when he broke an arm amid the celebrations after the win against Mexico, was taken for his influence around the squad but was never going to be a serious on-field performer.

If Tuchel valued his professionalism and personality so much in this area, why not take Henderson on his backroom staff and open up a place for a younger, more creative player?

This was a desperate day for England – and Tuchel and his tactical approach.

A day when it could easily have been said, as the song goes: “Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.”

An onlooker said at the time: “Katie and Lee had no one with them when they got married.

“They said their vows and then kissed, it was sweet to watch.”

Amy, who was on MAFS in 2024, has been documenting the whole process by filming herself both before and after the surgery.

On Day 2 of her recovery, Amy took to TikTok and exclaimed: “OMG, I’ve woke up this morning and I literally can’t go for breakfast looking like this. What am I gonna do guys?”

In the video, Amy jokingly tried on various disguises as she tried to limit how bad she looked.

Then with her hoodie and dark sunglasses hiding some of her face, she made her way down to breakfast.

“I can’t believe I’m going for breakfast like this, this is absolute hell,” she exclaimed in the lift.

Minutes later she appeared back in her room and explained that she had bottled out of going for breakfast because it was so busy.

“I just said to the lady can I get some food and leave and she said no problem so I got a slice of cheese, 3 walnuts and an apricot.”

Fans flocked to comment and one said: “What did you get done?”

“Endoscopic brow lift and orbital brow shave,” replied Amy.

Another wrote: “Don’t know why some people stare init they can see you’ve had surgery, hope your ok.”

A third said: “I would defo stay in the room.”

While a fourth added: “Got this girly. It will all be worth it.”

Amy’s surgery comes after she recently underwent a hair transplant.

The star spent £5000 on getting 1,300 scalp grafts to fix her hairline, admitting at the time that she was left “traumatised” straight after surgery as she compared herself to ‘Megamind’.

Amy – who was working in sales when she applied for MAFS – was partnered with Luke Debono in 2024.

But within minutes, the 29-year-old knew she was embarking on anything but a fairytale romance.

What followed, said Amy, was weeks of being sexually degraded on camera, and she revealed to The Sun what went on when shooting ended for the day.

Taylor Swift’s ‘painful to watch’ period drama is on Netflix as she ties the knot

A highly divisive period drama starring Taylor Swift is currently available on Netflix as the hitmaker weds Travis Kelce in New York

It has its fair share of defenders but scored just 32 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

A 2022 period drama with an all-star cast including pop star Taylor Swift is currently available to stream on Netflix – but it’s not some of the star’s most acclaimed work.

The 1989 chart-topper has just tied the knot with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on Friday, July 3 at a lavish ceremony in Madison Square Garden in New York.

Attended by around 1,000 guests and officiated by Hollywood A-lister Adam Sandler, it’s become one of the most publicised celebrity weddings in history.

For those looking to Netflix for their Swiftie fix to mark the occasion, you can currently stream her acclaimed behind-the-scenes documentary Miss Americana, a Netflix Original released in 2020.

However, she is also known for infrequent movie roles, including the critically maligned musical Cats and lending her voice to animated film The Lorax.

Her only acting role currently streaming on Netflix in the UK may be a surprise to fans as it’s David O Russell’s critical and commercial flop Amsterdam, a mystery thriller set in the 1930s.

Based on the real-life Business Plot case from 1933, an investigation into the death of a retired US general, Swift has a supporting role as Elizabeth Meekins alongside an all-star cast that also includes Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, John David Washington and Anya Taylor-Joy.

Made on a budget of $80 million (£59 million), it was a box office bomb for 20th Century Studios with an estimated loss of more than $100 million (£74.9 million).

While it was critically panned, Amsterdam does have some defenders with one fan even claiming: “An instant classic. Given time, it will be regarded as one of the greatest films ever made. The cast is outstanding.

“I can’t remember ever seeing so many talented actors in one film like this before. Everyone brought their A-Game and absolutely nailed their respective performances.”

Unfortunately, not everyone shares their opinion as a Rotten Tomatoes user branded the film “A confused mess that was painful to watch”.

“An incoherent mess. A waste of the stellar cast,” another viewer slammed, and someone else wrote: “Honestly in contention for the worst movie of the 2020s.”

The film continues to be eviscerated on IMDb, with one user slamming Amsterdam as “Quite literally one of the most worthless movies I’ve ever seen.

“The first few scenes set up what could only be anticipated as an action packed murder mystery type movie, only to be followed by a nearly pointless flashback with categorically pointless scenes attempting to make you feel something for characters that make absolutely no sense.

“This movie had serious potential, with an amazing cast. I took three friends and I feel like I owe them several hours of wasting their life.”

Swifties have been warned to stick with Miss Americana this weekend, or perhaps stream her concert extravaganza The Eras Tour, which was filmed and released by Disney+.

Amsterdam is available to stream on Netflix.

Children’s TV presenter left unable to walk after painful health battle

Children’s TV presenter Dave Benson Phillips – who hosted CBBC game show Get Your Own Back – was left unable to walk after suffering with his health

A beloved children’s TV presente has recalled how he was left unable to walk after a painful health battle. Dave Benson Phillips, now 61, presented CBBC game show Get Your Own Back and has recalled how when he was in pantomime, he noticed something about his legs that alarmed him and he immediately sought help.

“I began getting tingling in my legs and to lose mobility. It was very slow, but it was very painful. It was quite scary,” he explained, before it was later revealed that he had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Dave, who was already pre-diabetic, found out 10 years ago that he had diabetes. “I realised it was my own doing, my own fault. But it was still an incredible shock. It was a frightening thing,” he explained.

Dave is now using a Dexcom ONE+ glucose monitor to keep an eye on his blood sugar levels. “It has made having diabetes a lot easier, because it takes away all the guess work,” he explains.

Now, Dave is encouraging others to focus on their health after his own struggles. “I’ve had a real battle. I don’t like the fact that there’s things I’ve had to give up. But having diabetes made me aware of making good decisions about my lifestyle. I want to be around for as long as possible,” he told the Mail.

Dave had previously opened up about how he was one of the first victims of fake news being spread online. He shared: “Imagine my surprise when this lady said to me, ‘Look, you have a Facebook page that says some awful things about children with special needs.’

“I remember diving into Dixons. They had a computer connected to the internet. I said, ‘Do you mind if I take a look?’ The guy realised my distress and sat me down. We saw this page which looked like it was mine; pictures and posters of me, with all this information in between about what terrible people children with special needs are. It was a horrible thing to read.”

He recalls how he had to set up his own social media at the time, so that people could realise the other accounts were trolls. He explained: “The police got involved. One particular person had set up an algorithm that would bombard me; we found quarter of a million emails from one source, and we couldn’t prove who it was.

“Despite the fact that we can see who’s doing it nobody has to be accountable.”
