LOVE Island’s Lucinda Strafford has been praised for showing off her natural skin as she gets her lips injected with filler in a new video.

The villa star, who is in a relationship with Sean Stone, popped into Jessica Rose Aesthetics for a couple of treatments.

She was makeup-free for the beauty session which included filler in her nose and 1ml of Revolax pumped into her lips.

Her eyes caught the attention of viewers as did her spots, with viewers pleased to see her proudly displaying them and urging her to represent brands that treat them.

Lucinda commented on the post: “The most humbling tiktok to ever see tbh xxx.”

She needn’t have felt self-conscious as all the comments were positive.

In the video, Lucinda did her best to stay still, only flinching slightly as the needle pierced her lips.

It comes amid her trip to Paris with Sean Stone, their first holiday as a couple.

In one sunny snap in front of the magic castle, Lucinda wore Minnie Mouse ears and captioned it: “Living our fairytale…”

They also visited the Eiffel Tower with Lucinda looking incredible in a tiny polka dot skirt.

The trip to the French capital saw the couple get off to an early start, and Lucinda struggled with her bulging suitcase.

The pair checked in for an EasyJet flight at 6.50am.

After weighing their cases, the couple grabbed breakfast in the airport before boarding.

Lucinda tucked into eggs Benedict while Sean appeared slightly flustered, keeping an eye on the time.

Things quickly turned chaotic as the pair were seen sprinting through the terminal in a last-minute dash for their flight.

Lucinda admitted she had no idea where they were staying, teasing fans that the hotel was a surprise.

The couple were then seen arriving at luxury accommodation before heading out to enjoy a romantic lunch.

Gushing over the glam getaway, Lucinda declared: “This is going to be the best holiday ever!”

Monty Don has gone under the knife and admits he will need to do it again in 2027 as he opens up about his future with Gardeners’ World and retirement plans

Monty Don has spoken of his “painful” recovery from a knee replacement in October that briefly slowed the Gardeners’ World host. The broadcaster and horticulturist went under the knife shortly after he turned 70 last Summer.

Looking back he says: “I was finding by the end of a day’s filming I could barely walk upstairs and I certainly couldn’t take the dogs for a walk. It was severely limiting what I was doing. I did it so I could keep on working because it was getting to the point where filming was cutting round me limping.

“However you do it, a knee replacement is horribly painful. But three months on I’m gardening again and haven’t walked with a stick for a month. Sarah says I’ve been doing far too much stuff, but it’s fine and going to plan – though it can be inexplicably painful one day and then not at all another. At some point, I’m going to have to do the other one – but only when I can fit it in, probably late 2027.”

As well as planning his next new knee, the good news for his fans is Monty is also in discussions to continue hosting on screen Gardeners’ World until at least 2028.

Although speaking to Saga Magazine, he admits he may be closer to the end of his run than the beginning now, having been on the show since 2003, with a break between 2008 and 2011.

“I hope I’m continuing, but as I come up to the end of every contract, I seriously consider how it fits the rest of my life.” He ponders. “And each time, it’s come down fairly and squarely that I’d like to continue. But there will come a time when either they’ll say, ‘No, thanks’ or I’ll say, ‘It’s time for a change’. But neither of us, as far as I know, has reached that point yet.”

Almost all of his TV filming is done at his Herefordshire home Longmeadow, which the father-of-three shares with his wife Sarah and their two dogs; golden retriever Ned and Yorkshire terrier Patti.

“Longmeadow has a dual personality,’ admits Monty. “The compatibility between a private domestic garden for all the family and one that works for television is at best a fine line and at worst an impossible line to tread. Everything we do is heavily influenced by filming. I’m often working on the programme seven days a week and when we’re filming, it’s a place of work at every level.”

So whilst that level of work maybe ok for now, it seems there will come a time when he wants to do a bit less. Retirement completely is not on the cards though.

“I genuinely don’t know what retirement would look like. I don’t play golf or tennis, and I can’t see myself doing the crossword all day. Whenever I say to Sarah, ‘Well, thank God, I have no addictions’, she rolls her eyes and says, ‘You are completely addicted to work!’.”

Monty is also well known for being a dog lover with his faithful hounds on screen. He has lost three of his dogs in recent years – Nigel then Nellie who died in 2020 and 2023 – then Peggy who died on 24 January but thinks he is ‘good for one more at least’.

He said: “She[Peggy] was 16, very old, so while it was sad, somehow it was the right thing. She was completely deaf, 90% blind, and walking round and round in circles. So we’re down to just two dogs, Ned and Patti, the lowest number for a long time. Although I’m sure it will go up again, as there’s talk of more. I think I’m good for one more dog, at least.

“I’ve always said the deal with dogs is one of you is going to die, and with ageing it’s more likely to be you. But of course, the dog won’t care particularly, I think we completely romanticise that. They’re absolutely callous.”

It’s filled with thick exhaust fumes and lacking proper lighting or ventilation

The Anzob Tunnel in Tajikistan, Asia, also known as the “Tunnel of Death,” is regarded as the darkest and most treacherous tunnel on the planet. Situated on the M34 highway at an elevation of 2,700 metres in the Tajikistan mountains, the 5km tunnel lacks lighting or ventilation systems.

The pitch-black tunnel is shrouded in dense smoke, making breathing “hard and painful due to the thick mixture of exhaust gases”, according to specialists at Dangerous Roads.

The frightening underpass features massive potholes and lacks adequate lighting and ventilation, rendering it exceptionally hazardous.

The Anzob Tunnel links Dushanbe, the nation’s capital, and Khujand, the country’s second-largest city, and was constructed in 2006 to accommodate heavy traffic, reports the Express.

There are also no traffic signals to manage the thousands of vehicles passing through it daily; instead, just complete darkness.

The tunnel underwent partial renovation in 2018, with drainage systems installed and potholes repaired, but it still requires substantial improvement, according to specialists.

Dangerous Roads stated: “The tunnel is dark and dangerous with hardly any lights inside, and it’s suffocating as there’s no ventilation but one fan.”

“Locals have shared stories of a number of people dying inside it due to traffic jams that leave people trapped, where they succumbed to carbon monoxide. The poisonous air in the tunnel is barely shifted by one solitary fan somewhere in the middle of the tunnel, which gives some, but not sufficient, movement to the air.

“Expect huge, axle-snapping potholes threatening to swallow up the car, along with flooding that almost turns them into tunnel ponds. Your whole SUV can submerge if you drive in the wrong place.

“There are no road markings, so driving on the left or the right are optional, with the middle being the common choice.

“Halfway along the tunnel, water floods the road as a result of an engineering fault. Oncoming cars and trucks emerge in the darkness with headlights flashing for the other drivers to get out of their way.”

One visitor detailed their experience on Tripadvisor, writing: “We went through this tunnel twice with no ill effects other than fear!”

“The traffic was two-way, and the darkness and lack of ventilation were scary, but we survived. The drive was scenic and fabulous and well worth the risk.”
