She shared a post that read: “No more learning experiences please god I am smart enough,” while Tame Impala’s aptly titled ‘New Person, Same Old Mistakes’ played over the top.

Yesterday, Olivia revealed that she will speak about her split from footballer Bradley, 32, a week after she was spotted leaving the same Manchester hotel as close pal Pete Wicks, 37.

The Sun reported how he was seen carrying two pizzas up to his room at 3am.

Yesterday, Olivia joined This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley in the studio to discuss her new ITV show The Heat.

Olivia Attwood opens up on ‘good distraction’ from Bradley Dack split

But the presenters couldn’t help but turn the spotlight onto Olivia’s personal life as they asked her how she was coping following her split.

Ben said: “It’s been a very busy start to the year for you professionally and personally, how you doing?” to which Olivia began to laugh.

She replied: “My feet haven’t touched the ground, I’m grateful forever for this wonderful thing that I get to call work and I can throw myself into it.

“I think when you are in entertainment and you have to show up as the person you’re booked to be, almost when you’re doing that you kind of trick your brain – it’s a distraction isn’t it, you can just get into it, that’s been my anchor since Jan.

“I feel like I haven’t breathed.”

Olivia then spoke about her house move, which saw her leave her shared home with Brad last month.

“I am now getting there with the apartment, I am very lucky that I’m in the position where I’m on my own two feet and I can do that. But moving is hell, no matter how much help you have,” she said.

Olivia acknowledged there is an expectation for her to share her private life due to her rise to fame on reality show Love Island.

But she said she’s taking her time to process everything before speaking about her split on her podcast.

“The reason I’m sat here with you guys today is from being on Love Island, so people are used to a level of access to me which I have no issue with providing still but I have to do it when I’m ready and I know what I’m wanting to share,” she said.

“I’m trying to do that a little bit more as I get older ‘think before you speak’, because once you’ve said it, it’s hard to take it back.

“I’m still digesting things and working things out. We’ll get to it, we’ll have a podcast chat, it’s coming but I just need to process it.”

The Sun revealed in January that Olivia had split from Gillingham footballer Bradley following a “breach of trust” on his part.

In 2017, she went on Love Island and emerged in a relationship with Chris Hughes, later saying it was revenge on Bradley for cheating.

They eventually reunited after having a heart to heart while she was still with Chris, and she joined Towie in 2019, on which Pete was already a regular.

Last summer, Olivia and Pete were seen in an intimate embrace on a yacht off Ibiza.

We revealed Bradley has now blocked Pete on Instagram — just a few weeks after the couple’s split.

Speaking ahead of the Brit Awards on their Sunday Roast podcast, Pete said: “What always happens at these events is Liv and I gravitate towards each other and basically just stick together, don’t we?”

Olivia replied: “Because I feel like we both have the same objective. And talk to as few people . . .”

Pete then added: “As possible.”

Pete then said: “Although we are not going big this year, are we?” – to which Olivia countered: “What do you mean?”

Pete continued: “You have a flight the next day.”

Olivia replied: “I know – you need to keep me lucid enough that I don’t get stopped at immigration.”

Pete said: “The danger being that I jump on the flight with you in what I am wearing from the Brits.”

Olivia Attwood’s new ITV show branded ‘a disaster’ after ‘serving lukewarm dishes’

The Heat was set to be ITV’s next big reality show but the culinary programme fronted by Olivia Attwood has been criticised after its first episode

Olivia Attwood’s new ITV show, The Heat, reportedly ran into a few hiccups during filming. Former Love Island star Olivia, 34, took on the hosting duties for the new reality TV cooking show. It sees 10 chefs head over to Barcelona to work under multi Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.

The group is battling it out to become the next rising star in the culinary world. But guests invited into the pop-up establishment were supposedly greeted with non-alcoholic Prosecco.

A source told The Sun: “The diners waited for nearly two hours for their main courses while shouting and screaming could be heard from the kitchen.

“They didn’t even have any alcohol to keep them going – just some warm non-alcoholic Prosecco.”

And the insider added that some of the show’s starters were served “lukewarm”. There is also claims that the Spanish omelette that was served on the menu was missing a key ingredient – potatoes. Things took a turn for the worse when the establishment was forced to be evacuated following a small fire, which is shown in the trailer.

In the first episode of the show, it was soon a baptism of fire for the new chefs as they hit the ground running while trying to stay focused on a first service while having fun flirting. In an exclusive first look at the second episode that was obtained by the Mirror, host Olivia is seen on a lavish yacht in the Mediterranean sea.

The presenter says: “Yesterday The Heat opened its doors, the fire was on in the kitchen and later on the team let their hair down but there were sparks there too… Today, a new head chef has to step up and take control. Let’s hope there’s not too many distractions!”

And later, Olivia hilariously asks crew members: “Is my a**e out? I want it to be, I’ll get more likes” to which laughter off camera is heard.

Opening up on what she is usually like in the kitchen, Olivia confessed: “I’m a bit Victoria Beckham-coded. I could eat the same thing every day, I can’t be bothered to make a big mess. I want to eat the food, I don’t want to make it.”

The Heat chaos as ITV2 show sparks co-star ‘feud’ just two episodes in

ITV2’s The Heat sees aspiring chefs vying to impress award-winning cook Jean-Christophe Novelli

Tensions are already mounting just two episodes into ITV’s brand new reality competition, The Heat.

Fronted by Olivia Attwood, the culinary programme follows ten ambitious chefs working in an upmarket Barcelona restaurant led by award-winning cook Jean-Christophe Novelli.

The determined group are challenged with operating the restaurant daily in a bid to impress Jean-Christophe.

But it’s not just their kitchen exploits that take centre stage, cameras also track the young competitors on evenings out as well as during their leisure time.

Wednesday’s (February 25) episode saw unexpected drama unfolding between the chefs as Seren and Kat both developed feelings for the same bloke, reports the Daily Star.

Whilst visiting a local Spanish bar, Seren confided in her close mates that she fancies Djordje but there’s a complication. She said: “I think he’s very fit. However, he likes Kat.”

The fashion marketing student went on to disclose that she had noticed chemistry developing between Kat and Djordje when they worked on the pastry section together during the day.

Seren later acknowledged her genuine feelings in the confessional room, saying: “I would love to tell you that I’m deeply happy for them, but do I wish it was me? Possibly.”

The Buckinghamshire chef had already revealed her feelings to Djordje the previous night, but that didn’t prevent Kat from making her own advance.

Kat even recognised that her connection with Djordje could create a rift with her co-star. “Seren told Djordje last night that she liked him,” she said.

“So I am feeling a little bit awkward. I don’t want to be stepping on toes.”

Despite her reservations, Kat and Djordje subsequently enjoyed a flirtatious conversation and chose to leave together.

Wakefield-born Djordje then discussed their budding connection, revealing: “I had an amazing chat with Kat tonight, it went exactly as I planned.”

Yet he made it clear she wasn’t his sole focus. “But you know me, my doors are always still open. I’m here to have fun in Barcelona,” the chef remarked.

Meanwhile, Seren remained optimistic about her chances with the tattooed chef. She confided to producers: “It’s not over yet.”

A preview for episode three hints at the fallout from Kat and Djordje’s evening together, though viewers will need to tune in to discover whether Seren will make her move to gain the advantage.

The Heat continues on ITV2 and ITVX tomorrow at 9pm

Olivia Attwood makes cheeky admission in The Heat first look

The Heat has released an explosive first look at episode two of the new ITV reality show

First look at the next episode of The Heat

Olivia Attwood makes a cheeky admission in a first look of The Heat episode two.

The new ITV series, which started on Tuesday 24 February, sees ten ambitious chefs as they travel to Barcelona in the hopes of being the next rising star of the culinary world working under multi-Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.

However, there’s a twist, as the cameras don’t stop rolling after the cooks have left the kitchen. As these chefs turn up the heat on the stove, things get hot under the collar at home too. Tempers rise, romance brews and drama is guaranteed.

The first episode saw viewers introduced to the new chefs and it was soon a baptism of fire for the new chefs as they hit the ground running while trying to stay focused on a first service while having fun flirting.

In an exclusive first look of episode two obtained by the Mirror, it sees host Olivia, 34, on a lavish yacht in the mediterranean sea.

The presenter says: “Yesterday The Heat opened its doors, the fire was on in the kitchen and later on the team let their hair down but there were sparks there too…

“Today, a new head chef has to step up and take control. Let’s hope there’s not too many distractions!”

In a candid moment, Olivia then hilariously asks crew members: “Is my a**e out? I want it to be, I’ll get more likes” to which laughter off camera is heard.

Meanwhile, an explosive teaser clip shows viewers what they can expect as tensions soar in the kitchen while two contestants strike up a romance, causing jealousy with another ambitious chef.

It comes as Olivia shared what she’s really like in the kitchen ahead of the show’s realease. “I’m a bit Victoria Beckham-coded,” she laughed. “I could eat the same thing every day, I can’t be bothered to make a big mess. I want to eat the food, I don’t want to make it.”

She added that she can bash out a decent spaghetti bolognese and a good roast dinner, but that she can’t do anything fancy.

Still, Olivia continued to say she thought people underestimated her abilities. “I think people think that I can’t cook at all because I think I’m a bit Carrie Bradshaw-coded, probably like with sweaters in the oven.”

Given her expertise lies less in the kitchen and more in the heart, Olivia said she left the cookery advice to her co-host Jean-Christophe Novelli.

However, she was much more willing to advise the contestants on the reality side of the show, as her experience on Love Island in 2017 meant she had a “unique perspective” on what its like to be filmed all the time.

“I was nervous,” she said, looking back on when a 26-year-old Olivia jetted off for a ‘summer of love’ with ITV2. “But I know what it feels like when you go on to a reality show, and you know some things, but you know there’s going to be surprises.

“I think it gives me a unique perspective, which I’m really grateful for. I would say to anyone actually going on reality shows, or competition shows, that you have to just kind of give yourself to the process. Because you’re in it now, so you might as well just jump in with both feet!’

The Heat continues tomorrow, 25th February at 9 pm on ITV2 and ITVX
