BROOKLYN Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz enjoyed a luxury stay at his godfather Elton John’s £15m Nice villa after narrowly avoiding an awkward run-in with estranged parents David and Victoria.

Sir Elton, 79, and husband David Furnish, 63, invited the couple over to stay and the vibe looked relaxed from pictures shared to the couple’s Instagram pages.

In one Brooklyn, 27, looks carefree as he lays on the grass while in another he smiles beside Nicola, 31, who beamed with her arm wrapped around Elton.

Furnish commented: “So lovely having you both to stay with us……”

He also wrote on Nicola’s collection of snaps: “Such a lovely time we all spent together.”

The American actress could be seen admiring a lily pond and outdoor tennis courts.

Before the villa stay, the couple lived it up on Elton’s super yacht off the shore of St Tropez.

David, 51, and Victoria, 52, had the same idea and spent time relaxing on their own vessel at the lavish location on the French Riviera.

The two warring factions were photographed minutes apart when they ventured onto dry land for a spot of shopping and a bite to eat.

Despite numerous olive branches, Brooklyn is still refusing to speak to his parents, who he accused of “hijacking” his wedding to Nicola in 2022 and caring more about Brand Beckham than family members themselves.

He also alleged the fashion designer Victoria pulled out of making Nicola’s dress at the eleventh hour. 

Brooklyn has since served his parents with a legal notice telling them they should only contact him through his lawyers. 

Meanwhile, it has been claimed by the Daily Mail that things between them were tense before he and Nicola tied the knot. 

A source told the publication: “Indeed, relations had become so fraught between Brooklyn and his parents – because of tensions with his fiancee Nicola – that I can reveal that they weren’t actually on speaking terms for some three months before the young couple married in Palm Beach, in April 2022.”

The star could be seen sporting a new inking on her ankle which featured the name “Elijah” emblazoned on her foot.

Nicola is currently enjoying a holiday break away in St. Tropez with her husband Brooklyn after being invited aboard Sir Elton John‘s yacht.

During a break to get some ice cream, Nicola was snapped by photographers in which her brand new inking was on full display.

Nicola has inked the name Elijah onto her foot – which means “The Lord is my God”.

The Hebrew name is featured in the Book of Kings which describes Elijah as a “bold prophet who famously defended his faith”.

Elijah is also the name of one of Sir Elton’s kids – with the legendary singer having invited Brooklyn and Nicola to join him on board.

The bold new inking comes following Brooklyn’s decision to cover up many of his tats.

Brooklyn had previously sported tributes to his dad David with the word ‘dad’ tattooed as well as the message: “Love you Bust.”

Snaps from earlier this year however show that he had these inkings covered up.

Nicola showed off her ankle on her outing which came as Brooklyn’s estranged parents David and Victoria were spotted just mere minutes away.

The couples are both currently in St. Tropez but on separate trips amid the ongoing Beckham family feud.

Photographers in France captured the estranged family just minutes apart visiting locations that were just five minutes in walking distance from one another.

David and Victoria were spotted walking past an eatery known as The Pirates Candies.

They then made their way into the nearby Cherry Restaurant for something to eat.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn was spotted in-store at a Jacquemus shop and later picked up an ice cream at Barbarac.

The distance between Brooklyn’s whereabouts and that of his parents is a simple five-minute walk.

They were just moments away from one another in what could have been a VERY awkward and unexpected run-in amid the vicious ongoing family feud.

The singer, 40, took to social media to reveal the exciting news.

She said: “Our beautiful baby girl is here. We haven’t stopped staring at her perfect little face or kissing her softest little head’. 

“She arrived healthy and content a couple of weeks ago at 38 weeks weighing 6.5lbs and is thriving. It’s heaven on earth with her and we can hardly believe she’s ours.”

Sharing a post to Instagram in front of the tree, she said: “Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families.

“We’ve been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant!

“We can’t wait to meet our little one in the spring.”

Nicola has been dating businessman and semi-professional footballer Mitch since 2022.

The pair are engaged, with Mitch popping the question two years into their relationship.

Brooklyn’s tribute for his wife comes after he was noticeably absent at his grandfather Tony’s 80th birthday celebrations.

His mum Victoria, 52, put on a lavish celebration for her dad at Hotel Café Royal in Central London last weekend.

Victoria, who wore a white dress at the party, said as her father turned 80: “Happy birthday, Daddy, we love you so so much! 

“Thank you to all our friends and family who helped to make it so special! Such an amazing night celebrating my wonderful dad.” 

Victoria and her husband David, 51, posed for a family photo with her parents Tony and Jackie and their children, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21 and 14-year-old Harper.

Sir David gave Tony a leg of Monte Nevado ham as a gift and called him “the best father-in-law I could ask for”. 

Despite not attending the celebrations, he did take to Instagram to send a birthday wish to his grandfather.

Posting a sweet snap of the pair, he penned: “Happy 80th papa x I love you so much.” 

He is said to still be close to his grandparents despite not seeing them for months amid his feud with his family.

Brooklyn and Nicola cut off all ties with his family and he claimed in his bombshell statement in January that they cared more about “Brand Beckham”.

It’s perhaps every drama student’s dream to become an acclaimed actor in film or TV. But former Coronation Street star Nicola Thorp has revealed the downside to following her passion to work in the arts, as she racked up a £30,000 debt accrued from drama school fees.

The 36 year old ITV former soap star, who landed the role of Nicola Rubinstein, on the iconic TV show back in 2017, admitted to being in debt for 17 years. While on This Morning the actress claimed that students were missing their lectures as they were too tired from working to support their schooling.

Nicola studied at the Arts Educational School in London between 2007 and 2010. When asked by host Ben Shepherd about her school fees, she replied: “Yes I did. I had to pay. I am still in about £30,000 of debt now.” She added: “Even 17 years later.” Left in shock by her answer, Ben said: “And that’s the reality for a lot of these students. They don’t have a choice.”

Nicola played Nicola on the ITV soap for two years and left in 2019. Leaving the acting world behind, she has now become a journalist and presenter.

With regular spots on This Morning over the past six years, she has also co-hosted TalkTV’s Talk Today for four years, ending in 2024.

She has also delved into the world of reality TV as she appeared on Celebrity Hunted alongside her husband Nikesh Patel in 2023. The couple became parents to a baby girl the following year.

Speaking of her daughter she took to social media and wrote: “We are delighted to say that we recently welcomed our beautiful baby daughter into the world.” She added: “Everything they say about birth being a rollercoaster of emotions is true. We’re shattered and smitten and everything in between.”
