Macklemore

Macklemore’s ‘Free Palestine’ tour ended with a sold-out show in London. It brought together artists and activists calling for an end to suffering in Gaza, after Macklemore was dropped from Ed Sheeran’s US tour following pro-Palestinian remarks.

American rapper Macklemore opened his ‘Free Palestine’ tour before a sold-out crowd in Dublin after announcing that all tour proceeds would support organisations helping Palestinians. The three-city tour comes after his exclusion from Ed Sheeran’s concerts following pro-Palestinian remarks.

Macklemore says ‘being human is not complicated’ as he kicked off his Free Palestine tour on Thursday night. He returned to the stage for the first time since he was dropped as Ed Sheeran’s supporting act after making pro-Palestinian comments onstage.
