The head coach for the defending City Section Open Division champion boys soccer team is Ian Kogan, whose daughter, Jordyn, is a top defender for the El Camino Real girls team.
In two seasons, Kogan and girls coach Eric Choi will be talking even more, because arriving in the fall 2027 will be Jordyn’s sister, Peyton, and Choi’s daughter, Leighton.
Twisted Sister has canceled all of its 50th anniversary performances following the departure of lead singer Dee Snider because of “a series of health challenges.”
In a statement posted Thursday on Instagram, the heavy metal band said all scheduled shows beginning April 25 in São Paulo and through the summer have been canceled “due to the sudden and unexpected resignation” of Snider. The “I Wanna Rock” singer is no longer able to perform in the way that he used to because of multiple heath issues.
“I don’t know of any other way to rock,” Snider said in a statement accompanying the band’s announcement. “The idea of slowing down is unacceptable to me. I’d rather walk away than be a shadow of my former self.”
“The future of Twisted Sister will be determined in the next several weeks,” the band’s statement read.
The separate statement regarding Snider’s health explained that a “lifetime of legendarily aggressive performing has taken its toll on Dee Snider’s body and soul.”
Also posted to the “We’re Not Gonna Take It” singer’s Instagram account, the statement said that Snider “has had several surgeries over the years” to help manage his degenerative arthritis. His condition meant he had only been able to “perform a few songs at a time in pain.”
“Adding insult to injury, Dee has recently found out the level of intensity he has dedicated to his life’s work has taken its toll on his heart as well,” the statement continued. “He can no longer push the boundaries of rock ‘n’ roll fury like he has done for decades.”

On Wednesday, Annie, who wore a white button-up shirt and dark sunglasses, was seen jumping into a white Toyota Camry.
The car was driven by a man believed to be her brother Camron, who appears to have flown in from his home in Vermont.
Offering more support, a female friend held what appeared to be board games as she stepped outside the home’s gate.
According to an onlooker, at least three security guards were also seen surveilling Annie’s home, which sits just four miles away from Nancy’s Tucson-area property.

On Tuesday, Annie was spotted for the first time since Nancy’s disappearance on a drive with her husband, Tommaso Cioni.
Despite rumors floating around, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has declared there are currently no suspects in the case.

NANCY’S LAST MOVEMENTS
Annie and Tommaso are believed to be the last people to have seen Nancy before she vanished and was declared missing on Sunday morning.
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed Tommaso dropped her off at home around 9:45 pm. on Saturday evening.
He waited to make sure that she got inside, as she suffers from physical disabilities, Nanos added.
Nancy had been spending the evening with her daughter Annie’s family for dinner.
But in the morning, Annie got a call from a church parishioner who said Nancy had never arrived for service.
At noon, the family called 911 to officially report her missing, and she has not been seen since.
Nancy’s wallet, phone and watch were all found in her home.
Cops discovered blood splattered outside the front door, and called the property a “crime scene.”

“Sophie felt the need to say sorry to her fans, while Katie kept silent. It is quite typical of their relationship that Sophie is the one picking up the slack, and she’s honestly struggling with it at the moment. It has caused tension between the siblings, with Sophie just desperate for Katie to be ok.
“Their mum is utterly beside herself with worry – they have all been through so much with Katie, but thought the worst was over in recent years.

Sophie was just six years old when her big sister found fame, meaning that she doesn’t remember a time when Katie wasn’t in the spotlight.
However, Katie’s fame made her a target at school – and she was bullied by cruel classmates.
She recalled: “It was just girls saying nasty things, when you’re a teenager… You know what girls can be like.”
Yet a beautiful relationship blossomed, with the sisters becoming firm friends and podcast favourites.
