Reality star Princess went all out in a satin dress befitting of her royal name, while Ella Rae gave a glimpse of her bra in a fitted white suit and carried a pink Chanel bag.

Bond Girl Gemma showed off her legs in a black mini skirt and heels, which she teamed with a black vest top and white tee.

She joined Tom Bradby on the black carpet and the pair looked to be having a good laugh in between posing for pictures.

Fashion-savvy Meryl rocked a long red trench coat over a silk cream shirt whilst Emily stunned in tight-fitting red trousers which she paired with a very unique corset-esque design which draped down to her feet.

Socialite Nicky Hilton also looked fantastic as she flashed her incredibly toned abs in a cut-out dress.

Her tiny waist was exposed in the summery number which also put her cleavage on full display.

Star of the flick Stanley Tucci was also in attendance as he posed alongside his cast mates on the red carpet.

KERRY Katona has revealed she’s experiencing speech difficulties after she was rushed to hospital over stroke fears.

The Atomic Kitten singer said she was with her partner Paolo Margaglione and her daughter Heidi who noticed that her mum’s face didn’t ‘appear right’.

Kerry, 45, was in London at the time of the incident, watching her eldest daughter Molly in a new play, when she fell unwell midway through the performance.

The TV personality was then rushed to hospital in an ambulance where it was treated “as a stroke”.

Although it was later ruled out as a stroke and most likely a result of stress, the mother-of-five said she’s still dealing with aftereffects.

Writing in her New column, she said: “I know I’m talking differently and I know my face looks different after my suspected stroke, but it’s actually loads better.

“It comes and goes.”

Kerry admitted that the terrifying ordeal had sent her anxiety through the roof.

She continued: “I’ve just got to try and not think about it, because I’m the worst hypochondriac in the world.

“It’s awful for my family, I think they’re all fed up and sick of me at this point.

“I have severe health anxiety, so when I start reading all the comments and I start learning all these new things that could be wrong, it makes me truly panic.”

Kerry opened up about the hospital dash earlier this month.

She told the Mirror: “I went to the toilet and noticed my face wasn’t right.

“And Heidi was like, ‘Mum, what’s wrong with your face?’ I started panicking. I discreetly left, went to my hotel and asked to see a doctor. I told the staff, ‘Something’s not right.’”

The mum-of-five was subsequently rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

“I got there, and they said, ‘We’re treating this as a stroke,’ so they blue-lit me in an ambulance from St Thomas’ to King’s College Hospital,” explains Kerry.

“They were shining lights in my eyes while my face and speech were getting worse.

“An hour ago I was watching our Molly in a play and now I’m being treated for a stroke. What the actual f**k? It just shows how quickly things can change.”

She said she felt ‘really scared’ and feared the worst but a stroke was later ruled out after a CT scan.

The Celebs Go Dating star revealed that her health scare was down to ‘delayed stress’ that can affect a person after they’ve ‘found peace’.

Following the incident, Kerry jetted off on holiday to Spain with her family to celebrate Dylan-Jorge’s 12th birthday but said she would see follow-up care when back in the country.

Kerry has Molly, 24, and Lilly-Sue, 23, with ex Brian McFadden; Heidi, 19, and Max, 17, with ex Mark Croft; and daughter Dylan-Jorge (known as DJ), 12, with late-husband George Kay.

Kerry exclusively told The Sun how things have been looking up for her ever since coupling up with new beau Paolo – 12 years her junior.

“Paolo is just a complete one-off,” she said.

“I’ve never met a human being like him. It actually makes me anxious, because I keep thinking it’s just too good to be true. I get emotional talking about him.

“I am so lucky I found him. I feel loved and wanted. I’ve never felt like that. I don’t think I’ve ever really truly been in proper love until I met Paolo. I don’t think I realised how starved I was of affection.

“I wasn’t even looking for a boyfriend or to get married again – I couldn’t think of anything worse. I wanted a pay cheque, exposure and a therapist [from the show]. Then I met him and thought, ‘You’re different.’”

CHLOE Ferry has been criticised by fans and animal charity Peta after her boyfriend surprised her with a new French bulldog puppy.

The Geordie Shore star’s dog Ivy died in October leaving her devastated. In a bid to cheer Chloe up, her boyfriend Alex Swinney bought her a pup she’s named Olive.

Seeing her other dog Narla playing with the new addition immediately brightened Chloe’s mood and she told fans: “After losing my baby Ivy I wasn’t sure I was ready but my boyfriend SURPRISED me with this little one.

“I can’t tell you how happy I am to finally see Narla with her spark back again, just seeing her play has fulfilled my heart so much.

“From grieving to growing she accepted her new sister right away meet baby OLIVE.”

While many fans heaped praise on her property developer partner for the gift and complimented the cute pup, others, including charity Peta, made their reservations known.

Another said: “Frenchies can barely breathe, and buying one keeps it going. Shelters are full [broken heart emoji] Adopt next time.”

A third wrote: “If you buy a Frenchie you are asking for heartache. The breeds are not meant to mix and that causes defects. It’s sad but true. Its unfortunate they have become the ultimate chav accessory. Poor babies.”

French Bulldogs are renowned for having breathing difficulties due to the way they’re bred to have flat faces.

They have greater chance of contracting a variety of health conditions and, according to Peta, brachycephalic dogs (flattened faces) have, on average, 40 per cent shorter lifespans than other dogs.

They also struggle to give birth due to the large shape of their heads and narrow hips.

Meanwhile, when Ivy died, Chloe told her followers that the pooch “couldn’t stop being sick” prior to its passing.

She wrote: “Pftt, losing a pet is so hard, it’s just like a human and it [the emotion] comes in waves when you least expect it.

“One day you’re alright the next you’re not.

“Today I’ve just tried to get on with jobs, my house has been a mess, so I’ve tried to clean it.

“It has actually made us feel a little bit better but then you sit and overthink everything, and think could I have done more.

“What makes it worse for me, my other dog Narla, she doesn’t understand.

“I had Ivy first so Ivy was always independent, she didn’t need Narla, but Narla came second and needs Ivy.”

HOLLY Willoughby giggled the afternoon away on a boozy lunch with her star-studded girl squad after it was revealed she’s plotting a major career rebrand.

Former darling of ITV, Holly, 45, took centre stage in a fun video clip from a lunch date with pals Nicole Appleton, Emma Bunton, Christine Lampard and Vice President of Artist Relations at Universal Music, Shiarra Bell.

Mojitos looked to be the favoured drink for most of the girl gang, who appeared in playful mood as they looked into the camera.

Holly chose the Sex and the City theme to soundtrack the clip on Instagram and continued the US drama theme in the caption which referenced lead character Carrie Bradshaw [Sarah Jessica Parker].

But the mum-of-three, who is married to TV producer Dan Baldwin, is now branching out from traditional TV and is preparing a comeback on YouTube.

Her channel will start with a magazine show similar to This Morning – effectively marking the dawn of “Holly TV”.

Our insider explained: “Holly has been slowly shedding her This Morning self for a few years now and has been gradually letting the fans see the real her more and more.

“Once rarely posting on social media, Holly will now happily share her outfits, favourite tipples and days out with her very cool group of pals.

“When she was on This Morning her friendship with the likes of the Appleton sisters was kept on the down-low but now there’s no need for her to live up to a certain image.

“She has always been a party girl at heart, but kept it very well hidden while on the daytime TV show.”

Since stepping back from the box, Holly has posted edgier content on social media, including an out of character F-bomb.

When American hip hop group Salt-N-Pepa announced they would be performing in the UK, a delighted Holly squealed online: “Excuse my language but f**k, I’ve waited my whole life for this.”

The insider continued: “Holly would never have sworn online while she was on This Morning but is deliberately showing a different side to herself. She wants to be seen as cool and edgy.

“She was definitely keeping up appearances while on the show and can now finally be herself fully.”

Though the former kids TV presenter has maintained a clean cut image, her party girl image has long been talked about in media circles.

In 2019 she partied until the early hours at The Streets’ comeback gig afterparty at Brixton Academy with Nicole Appleton, wearing a T-shirt that read: “Good girls go to heaven, bad girls go backstage”.

Her legendary drinking stamina has led to her being labelled a “robot” by pal Keith Lemon.

“Holly is a party animal. I’m a drinker, but I can’t keep up with her,” he told The Sun.

Earlier this week Victoria broke her silence on her long-running feud with her son, amateur chef Brooklyn, 26.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal magazine, Victoria did not refer to Brooklyn by name when asked about the rift but discussed how she had only ever tried to “protect and love our children”.

The Spice Girls star said: “I think that we’ve always—we love our children so much.

“We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be. And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children.

“And you know, that’s all I really want to say about it.”

Mum-of-three Giovanna recently revealed she suffered a second devastating miscarriage in 2025 after a “surprise” pregnancy.

The podcaster and author, who has been married to McFly star Tom since 2012 – share three sons – Buzz, Buddy and Max.

To mark the 300th episode of her podcast Happy Mum Happy Baby in February, Giovanna was interviewed by her best pal, Emma Willis.

The author said she doesn’t believe parents should have to wait until the 12-week mark to tell people as it means they can’t necessarily be there if a miscarriage happens before that time. 

The former I’m A Celebrity winner revealed she had rearranged the year ahead as she prepared to welcome the baby into the family and was looking forward to having a reason to slow down.  

Back in 2017, Giovanna opened up about suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage with her first baby before going on to welcome son Buzz.

Prior to parenting and stage success, former The Voice judge Tom was one of the original members of Busted but soon got shown the door.

The budding star auditioned for the group alongside Charlie Simpson but fate formed its own version of pop history.

Musician Tom was gutted to learn the record label had changed their mind and only wanted a trio.

In 2003, Tom joined musical forces with Danny Jones and McFly was born – named after Back to the Future‘s Marty McFly.

He has written 10 UK number-one singles and 21 top-ten singles and is credited as having written songs for One Direction, Busted, The Vamps and 5 Seconds of Summer.

The It’s All About You singers became the youngest band to have an album reach the top of the charts.

EAMONN Holmes was pictured smiling and laughing with his girlfriend Katie Alexander just two days before suffering a devastating stroke.

The 66-year-old TV veteran looked in good spirits at an Easter party as he raised a glass for a photo while sitting in his mobility chair.

His TikTok star friend Alex Rayner — also a pal of Prince Harry’s — shared a clip, which showed Eamonn joking: “I’m not winning the egg and spoon race.”

But on Tuesday, just hours later, he was found slumped at his home in Kingston-upon-Thames by a carer and rushed to hospital.

He had been due to return to GB News this week after a month off but remains in hospital.

A friend said: “It’s been a terrifying time. Eamonn fell ill at home and those close to him have been worried sick ever since.

“Fortunately, Eamonn’s on the road to recovery. Katie has been by his side in hospital pretty much all of the time, except to get a change of clothes at home.

“She loves him dearly and is doing all she can to help.

“Everyone is just praying he’ll be back home soon.”

Eamonn’s ex-wife, Loose Women presenter Ruth Langsford, 66, has been kept informed via their son Jack, 23.

The estranged spouses, who were married for 14 years, are still in the process of divorcing after splitting in 2024.

A source added: “Ruth is concerned for him, he’s the father of her son, and she wishes him well. Everyone in the family was made aware of the emergency.”

Eamonn’s health woes came to the fore in 2021, after he suffered  three slipped discs and a dislocated pelvis.

He began using a wheelchair the following year after undergoing surgery, and he is now supported by carers every day.

His recovery was severely hampered when he suffered a shoulder fracture in a staircase fall at his home in October 2022.

He was left  bed-bound at the time —  unable to attend his mother Josie’s funeral in Belfast in November 2022. Eamonn has described missing the service as “the greatest sorrow” of his life.

Speaking about his health last month, the Northern Irishman said: “Well, obviously, I’ve been better.

“I’ve got this back and paralysis problem which has been with me now for three years.

“It’s terrible to come to terms with.

“The thing is, nobody seems to know what the problem is so I just stick with it and hopefully they’ll find a cure one day.”

He has also spoken about how he now requires assistance.

Eamonn said: “I have to have carers now looking after me.

“Somebody dresses me in the morning, somebody undresses me at night, somebody gets my food for me. I have to be tested with spinal injections to see if it will take, and then grow some life back into my spine and legs.”

He said having carers was both “humiliating and humbling”.

Eamonn and relationship therapist Katie, 44, have been together since the time of his marriage split.

The pair are said to have met years earlier, reportedly exchanging messages on social media platform X as far back as 2015.

Eamonn recently described mum-of-three Katie as the “perfect tonic” for his struggles.

He added: “I may be physically struggling, but mentally I’m still very much on the ball.

“I honestly don’t feel any different from when I started on TV over 40 years ago.”

A HUMILIATED Brooklyn Beckham “was accidentally called David TWICE” during his wedding ceremony to Nicola Peltz.

Brooklyn, 27, and Nicola, 31, married in 2022 in a lavish star-studded ceremony which took place at her parents’ luxury mansion and involved both of their families.

However, since last May they have been at war with his famous family after they skipped David’s 50th birthday in May.

Brooklyn confirmed he had severed all ties in January in an explosive six-page statement.

In the nuclear Instagram post, he made a number of wild accusations about his parents which included accusing his mum of hijacking his first wedding dance with Nicola.

Now, further claims of why Brooklyn‘s wedding was the catalyst for the Beckham family feud have been alleged.

According to The Cut, the groom suffered humiliation when he was called by his father’s name a number of times on his big day.

The outlet alleges that it happened during Brooklyn and Nicola’s vows.

A guest claimed that the rabbi conducting the ceremony called Brooklyn “David” during this poignant moment.

The insider claimed that the rabbi “stuttered and asked for forgiveness”, and claimed that he “was a soccer fan”.

However, it’s alleged that he made the mistake a second time.

Brooklyn’s rep has been contacted by The Sun for a comment.

This latest chapter in the Beckham family feud drama comes after it was reported that Brooklyn and Nicola have been approached by an US streamer for a tell-all series to rival his estranged parents’ Netflix deal.

His American management teams are said to be in early talks with production heads at Hulu.

SCOTT Mills will not be performing DJ sets at Boyzone concerts this summer after being removed from the lineup.

Mills, 53, was sacked from the BBC two weeks ago following a probe into his personal conduct – seven years after a police probe into alleged sexual offences with a boy under 16 that was later dropped for lack of evidence.

The former BBC presenter had been lined up to spin the decks at Boyzone’s massive shows at the Emirates Stadium in June.

Back in February, Arsenal announced Mills would support the Irish boyband across two nights of their “Two For The Road” concerts.

But in a dramatic U-turn, the club has scrubbed any mention of Mills from its site and it is understood he will no longer appear at the North London venue.

On promotional material, Mills was quoted as saying: “What a dream to support the lads this summer, it’s going to be 2 nights of big tunes, big singalongs and plenty of 90s nostalgia. I hope you’re ready!”

Scott Mills erased by BBC as they remove famous plaque from Radio 1 studio

Boyzone are still set to take to the stage on June 5 and 6, with pop favourites S Club and B*Witched also on the bill.

The Sun revealed last week how the BBC knew Mills had been investigated by police but chose to keep him on air.

Mills worked for Radio 1 from 1998 to 2022, when he moved to Radio 2 to host the coveted Breakfast Show.

The allegations are understood to relate to events between 1997 and 2000, when Mills was in his 20s.

He was quizzed by cops in 2018, after an allegation was made against him in 2016.

He was sacked on March 27 following a second probe by the BBC.

Last week the BBC launched an internal investigation into why he was allowed to stay on air.

In a statement they confirmed The Sun’s exclusive that bosses were aware Mills was being investigated by the Metropolitan Police years ago and was now trying to unravel who knew what and when.

Mills later released his own statement and said: “An allegation was made against me in 2016 of a historic sexual offence which was the subject of a police investigation in which I fully cooperated and responded to in 2018.

“As the police have stated, a file of evidence was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service, which determined that the evidential threshold had not been met to bring charges.

“Since the investigation related to an allegation that dates back nearly 30 years and the police investigation was closed seven years ago, I hope the public and the media will understand and respect my wish not to make any further public comment.”

The BBC are expected to announce Mills’ replacement for his Radio 2 Breakfast Show in the coming weeks.

It comes after the corporation removed a plaque dedicated to Mills from Radio 1’s main broadcasting studio in London.

He was honoured with the silver plaque on his final day at Radio 1 in 2022, with the 82A studio he broadcast from renamed as 82 Mills.

Insiders said the plaque, which was up in the studio, had quietly been removed over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Jesy has previously said it is unlikely they will ever walk and tragically may not live to the age of two.

The 34-year-old launched a petition for more health checks for babies, with it reaching almost 150,000 signatures.

In a letter addressed to Jesy and Giles Lomax, the chief executive of the charity SMA UK, Health Secretary Wes Streeting confirmed that screenings will be rolled out earlier than planned.

Now, they will begin as part of in-screening evaluations (ISE) from October 2026 instead of January 2027.

“As you know I’ve been campaigning to try and get SMA as part of the newborn screening here in England.

“My girls were diagnosed with SMA type 1 – unfortunately they weren’t tested at birth because it weren’t here in England.

“But they have now decided to roll that out in October for all babies in England to be tested at birth for SMA, which is absolutely incredible.

“I know it’s a really big moment for the SMA community because this has been going on for years, trying to get this passed.

“It’s a real proud moment but at the same time it’s a bit bittersweet because they are only doing it in certain areas of England.

“So if you do not live in that certain postcode of England then your baby won’t be tested for SMA, which is really sad and it’s essentially postcode lottery for your baby which should not be the case, all babies lives matter.

“As amazing as it is, there is a long way to go in terms of that, so I’m going to keep pushing and trying as much as possible to get this in all areas in England.

“Also, the petition that all of you signed and get the 100,000 signatures, is now going to be debated in parliament is amazing.

“That’s all down to you guys, you are all incredible.

She wrote in the caption: “I wanted to update you all on something very close to my heart…

“SMA screening is now set to start earlier, from October 2026 instead of 2027 which is such a huge step forward for early diagnosis and the SMA community.

“It’ll be rolled out in selected areas first, so while this is real progress there’s still so much more to do. We need to keep pushing to make sure every baby has the opportunity to have this heel prick test at birth.

“Also… the petition YOU all supported has reached the stage for a parliamentary debate which means even more awareness where it matters most.

“I truly am grateful for all your support not only for me and my girls, but for everyone in the SMA community… We’re getting closer. Love you all.”

It is believed that more than 400,000 newborns will benefit from the move.

But 163,000 newborns will remain untested so they can act as a control group to compare outcomes.

This has been branded by experts as “unethical” and means that an estimated 11 babies a year will still be diagnosed too late.

ISE is used to test proposed new screening programmes or changes to existing programmes before being adopted nationally.

SMA is a rare but devastating degenerative condition, affecting around one in 14,000 babies, with the majority being type 1 which affects babies less than 6 months old. 

Common symptoms include muscle weakness, such as floppy or weak arms and legs, movement problems, problems with breathing or swallowing, tremors and bone and joint issues that can lead to spine curvature. 

 Most types of SMA are caused by inherited faulty genes and crucially can be picked up through a heel prick blood test.

Tests, including genetic blood tests, are available before, during and after pregnancy but historically have only been offered to at-risk parents and children. 

Jesy’s twins have since had a one-off infusion that puts a missing gene back into their body to stop other muscles from dying.

However, they will not be able to regain any muscles that have already died.

It was revealed this week that fan-favourite host Scott had been fired from his Radio 2 Breakfast Show over allegations surrounding his “personal conduct.”

The interview was related to alleged offences which took place between 1997 and 2000.

The case was dropped in full due to a lack of evidence.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson told The Mirror: “In December 2016, the Met began an investigation following a referral from another police force.

“The investigation related to allegations of serious sexual offences against a teenage boy.”

The spokesperson said a man, who was in his 40s at the time of the interview, was questioned by police under caution in July 2018.

“A full file of evidence was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service, who determined the evidential threshold had not been met to bring charges,” the Met said.

“Following this advice, the investigation was closed in May 2019.”

The allegations, which did not result in any charges, were reported to have taken place between 1997 and 2000.

Scott began at Radio 1 in 1998 presenting the early morning slot before earning his own breakfast show The Scott Mills Show.

Scott’s pals have also claimed they “can’t reach him” amid the “teen boy sex probe”.

A BBC spokesperson told The Sun: “While we do not comment on matters relating to individuals, we can confirm Scott Mills is no longer contracted to work with the BBC.”

Dubai is known as the playground of the ultra rich – with social-media loving influencers flouting their lives with supercars, yachts and sun-drenched bikini snaps.

Some 240,000 Brit expats have moved out to the playground city – lured by the promise of a lavish lifestyle and low tax.

Expats make up between 85 and 90 per cent of Dubai’s population.

But beneath the glitzy exterior, Wolfgang – who runs The Wolf MBA business academy – says people are now waking up to the city’s dark side.

He claims that it is not just influencers desperate to return to London, but also private investors and ultra-wealthy families.

And he knows how bad things can get in the city – with him having to spend millions of pounds fighting to get his dad Albert freed from a Dubai jail after he was unjustly banged up for a crime he didn’t commit.

Wolfgang told The Sun those “seduced” by the allure of the city are fleeing – but the money is escaping even quicker, with the city now facing a “potentially catastrophic exodus”.

He said: “The Iran war has crashed the Gulf dream, and the real story isn’t expats fleeing Dubai, but how the money is escaping even faster.

“Working discreetly as an intermediary for the private investment houses or family offices of the ultra-wealthy, my phone has been red hot with thousands of calls and messages since late February.”

He went on: “People are threatened or even imprisoned for speaking out or filming drone strikes, but while they weigh options and chase plane tickets, the smart money has been moving – extremely fast.

“Influencers continue posting luxury content while insisting everything is normal, but there are echoes of the Titanic here.”

Wolfgang works in “asset liquidation” – essentially converting assets into cash.

He says he is helping connecting the wealthy with people who can flog property and cars so they can get out of the Gulf.

Wolfgang said one family – who he cannot name – has asked him to help redirect some £250million worth of investments out the region, and instead they are looking at opportunities in London.

Many Gulf natives kept their assets in the West, particularly London while they convinced Brits to move their over to the Middle East.

Wolfgang said: “Fact is, Dubai sold a lie via public and social media, actively undermining confidence in London and the wider UK by highlighting crime, high taxes and political instability, while trumpeting the Gulf as a glamorous tax-free sanctuary for wealth.”

He went on: “While telling the world London is unsafe, many native Gulf investors kept their wealth here all along and continued to live and operate out of Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge, even as their media was persuading Brits to sell up and ‘join them’ in the Gulf.”

“So, property prices in parts of central London fell 20-30 per cent in recent years.

“And who bought those properties?

“The very people who told Brits to sell yet never left their own London mansions.”

Wolfgang added: “So, after years of being battered by negative narratives, this could be the moment capital begins flowing back into London.

“You can build the tallest skyscrapers in the world, shout about luxury and tax-free wealth and claim accolades like having the world’s only seven-star hotel, but when uncertainty strikes, capital returns to long-established safe institutions.”

And he warned influencers simply “can’t admit the truth” and are continuing to sell the “Gulf mirage”.

Businessman Albert says the four-year ordeal in a hellhole Dubai jail stripped him of any shred of ­dignity and left him “feeling less than nothing”.

He had been arrested for ­financial fraud after simply putting his signature to a piece of paper related to son Wolfgang, who also ran a company in the United Arab Emirates.

He claims he witnessed suicides and ­prisoners being raped, rubbed shoulders with killers, and survived on meagre portions of rice and weak soup.

Before his arrest, he enjoyed a life of luxury, driving a Rolls-Royce and living in a £6million mansion on Palm Jumeirah island, where celebrities including David and Victoria Beckham and Brad Pitt own villas.

He made his fortune by cornering the market in wooden flooring in the Gulf after moving 4,500 miles from where to Dubai in 1998.

EAMONN Holmes and ex-wife Ruth Langsford’s joint business has racked up six-figure debts, new accounts reveal.

Figures filed at Companies House today reveal Holmes & Away has to fork out £251,029 on bills. 

It owes a six-figure sum to creditors, according to the figures dated 31 March 2025, and signed off by Eamonn in January. 

All are due to be ‘repaid within a year,’ and will leave the firm, which currently holds £203,055 in assets, £47,974 in the red.

The Sun has contacted representatives for Eamonn and Ruth for comment.

It’s another blow for Eamonn, who has been grappling with ongoing health issues as well as a tax dispute with HMRC which he says has cost him £1 million.

Holmes & Away was set up by Eamonn and Ruth back in 2009.

The former couple still co-own and co-run the firm despite splitting in 2024. 

It’s the second year in a row that the business has fallen into the red. 

In 2024 it was £22,850 in the red and owed £149,115 in bills. 

It’s a long way from the firm’s heyday.

At its peak, in 2018, it held assets of £658,680 as well as £337,477 in ongoing profits. 

Efforts to end the business relationship seem to have failed, at least as at the date of the new accounts. 

For two years running accounts have stated: “These accounts are prepared on a basis other than going concern as the company has ceased trading and plans to dissolve in the next twelve months.”

Despite its intention to close, the firm still has two employees.

In addition to his troubles at Holmes & Away, Eamonn has been outperformed by Ruth in their solo business ventures. 

Figures filed last month reveal Ruth paid herself £585,000 and held £776,889 at her solo firm, Hey Ho.

Meanwhile, Eamonn’s solo business, Red White & Green, returned a £29,093 profit in the year to 31 March 2025.

Its accounts, also filed at Companies House today, report £264,778 in funds. 

Set up in 2001, it was at the centre of his £1 million tax case that saw HMRC argue he had avoided tax through the firm. 

FORMER glamour model Katie Price has sparked mystery as her new travel business venture has been shut down just two weeks after its launch amid backlash.

The 47-year-old had created a “Katie Price Travels” Instagram page, trying to recruit agents for InteleTravel under the brand Travel Smarter Group.

She set up the part-time venture alongside her pal TV personality Danielle Lloyd.

Travel Smarter Group “co-founded” by Danielle, promises travel perks, training and financial protection but does not include clear details of its host agency.

One advert on her feed encouraged people to: “Join Katie Price and Danielle Lloyd.

“Hear how you can earn more from travel around your other commitments. Work flexibly. Travel more. Earn extra income.”

The podcast host received a slew of backlash from the travel industry, who branded the venture a “gimmick” and a “slap in the face.”

Katie was most notably called out by Inspire Europe chief executive Lisa Henning.

She criticised the star’s move and accused her of bringing down the industry name amid the ongoing war in the Middle East.

Lisa wrote, as reported by Travel Weekly: “I very rarely comment publicly on things like this. But seeing this today is a step too far.

“For the past 12 days I have worked non-stop, 24/7, supporting our clients and our agents through the disruption affecting Dubai and other destinations.

“I’ve seen agents in tears because they care so much about their clients and are genuinely worried about what’s happening.

“To see promotions suggesting that you can simply ‘earn money from travel’ with a glossy campaign featuring Katie Price and Danielle Lloyd — positioning the role of a travel agent as something you do casually around other commitments — honestly feels like a huge mockery of our industry.

“This isn’t a side hustle. This isn’t a gimmick. And it certainly isn’t ‘easy money while you travel’.”

Lisa continued: ” Seeing this kind of messaging feels like a real slap in the face to the thousands of dedicated agents who work tirelessly behind the scenes every single day.

“Well done and thank you to all of those who continue to give our industry a good name by doing this job ‘properly’. Always book with a ‘real travel agent’.”

Following the negative response, the model appears to have now deleted her travel page on Instagram.

Katie’s PA has responded to the remarks, according to Travel Gossip.

“Katie has never stated that she personally books travel. She is simply sharing this platform with others to help people become independent travel agents and create an additional income – whether that be part-time or full-time.

“All agents within the community receive full training and are committed to supporting their clients.”

She added: “Katie was simply advertising an opportunity call.”

KELLY Osbourne has “split” from her Slipknot star fiance – just seven months after his romantic proposal as she continues to battle her grief.

He said to the TV personality: “Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world!”

Ozzy then appeared to give the game away as he jokingly quipped with his signature potty mouth: “F*** off, you are not marrying my daughter!”

The group laughed before Sid continued as he said: “I want to spend the rest of my life with you – and ask in front of all of our family and friends, Kelly, will you marry me?”

Kelly turned her head as she looked on open-mouthed before Sid began to stand up and place the ring onto her finger.

Sharon and Ozzy could be seen beaming as the onlookers clapped and cheered for the happy moment.

Uploading the video to her Instagram page, Kelly added the caption: “Oh and this happened yesterday!”

Sid proposed to Kelly with a bespoke custom-designed ring from Los Angeles based jewellers, Mouawad.

He designed the ring with the team through various one-on-one meetings in order to ensure it was right for Kelly.

Sid chose to curate a dazzling 18K yellow gold ring adorned with both white and yellow diamonds, as well as citrine accents.

The centerpiece is a stunning 2.5 carat round brilliant-cut diamond with the ring being nicknamed the Honeybee – Kelly’s personal nickname.

The engagement came backstage as Ozzy played his final ever show with Black Sabbath at Villa Park.

Kelly and Sid first met in 1999 at Ozzfest, a music festival founded by her parents.

They were friends for over two decades before their relationship turned romantic at the end of 2021.

Earlier this month, Kelly was forced to her to hit back at those who criticised her body during the “hardest time of her life”.
