The mum-of-one, who looked radiant in a strapless pink satin gown, admitted she was “bricking it” as she stepped out on the red carpet for the first time since giving birth.
She pleaded that the crowd “be gentle” with her as she took to the stage to cheers following her return from maternity leave.
The star said she hadn’t slept for 13 weeks, and admitted that she’d been covered in “bright yellow s**t” since giving birth.
And addressing a graphic snap of her placenta, posted by hubby Calvin, she joked: “‘It was posted by my husband but placentas are amazing. I am keen to celebrate motherhood after what my vagina has done – it’s f***ing majestic.
The post, which included images of Vick in a birthing pool, had snaps of her placenta with capsules, suggesting they had it encapsulated, which is an increasingly popular trend.
He wrote in the caption: ““20th of July our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah.”
Last week, Vick posted a series of summer highlights on Instagram, and looked radiant as she cradled the couple’s three-month-old son Micah at the couple’s sprawling Spanish residence.
Vick shared a series of snaps with hubby Calvin, along with close family and friends, as she marked the end of summer.
The Radio 1 host was still pregnant in a large chunk of the pics, before sharing adorable snaps with Micah post-birth.
In the caption, she wrote: “A womb with a view, a summer of love and another trip around the sun [sunshine emoji]”.
In one of the pics, Vick is seen cradling her huge baby bump in the Spanish sunshine, with a number of the snaps showcasing her and Calvin’s life as new parents.
The pair are seen pushing young Micah in a pram on the farm residence, along with Calvin holding their son during a seaside walk.
Vick is then seen beaming as she holds their three-month old, wearing a green and yellow halterneck one-piece bikini.

Kelsey Grammer has just welcomed a fourth baby with wife Kayte, 24 years his juniorCredit: GettyThe actor is best-known for appearing in Cheers and FrasierCredit: RexKelsey now has eight children in total with four different womenCredit: Getty
The daughter of Bristol City footballer Alan Walsh and 24 years his junior, she tamed the “wild man of American comedy”, who had long battled drug and alcohol addiction.
She gave him the one thing he was missing – cosy domesticity – after endless family heartache including his sister being raped and murdered, two half brothers dying in a freak accident and his estranged dad being gunned down when he was just 13.
The couple already had a brood of three – Faith, 13, Gabriel, 10, and Auden James, eight – prior to Kelsey announcing “we’ve just had our fourth” on yesterday’s episode of Pod Meets World.
New arrival Christopher, born on Friday, takes the actor’s baby tally to eight with four different mums.
And a source told the Mail he’s “thrilled to finally have time to fully enjoy being a father all over again… [and] embracing the hands-on parenting he missed in the past”.
There’s no doubt Kayte put an end to Kelsey’s turbulent years in the wilderness, which were plagued with tragedy, heartache and more faux pas than his pompous, gaffe-prone character Dr Frasier Crane.
Yet their romance got off to a bumpy start – as the actor was still married to ex-Playboy pin-up and future Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Meyer.
Kelsey would later claim his third-wife only “married me because I was Frasier”. At his peak, he raked in more than £1million per episode for the show, which ran for 11 seasons.
He also described their marriage, which spanned 14 years until 2011, as being “so broken” that they “had not had sex in a decade” and claimed she asked for a divorce the day of his mother’s funeral in 2008.
For a long time Kelsey knew the relationship was on the rocks, admitting it was “over as soon as it began” yet he stayed with her as a “self-imposed sentence”, mainly out of stubbornness and for the sake of their two children, Mason, 24, and Jude, 21.
He met Kayte in 2009 as she showed him to his seat on a Virgin Atlantic Upper Class flight from Los Angeles to London, where he was due to appear in a play.
She claimed it was “love at first sight” – dismissing the much-joked about claim of cabin crew being on the “lookout” for wealthy suitors – and noticed “this golden glow around him”.
They chatted about music, England and life at the plane’s bar before he slipped her his number and told her the hotel he was staying at.
Kayte was “blown away by how lovely he was” but uncertain and “indecisive” about whether to call him.
She told the Mail: “I said, ‘God, if I’m meant to call him, I want a sign.’ I looked out the bus window and saw a sign reading, ‘Frasier Suites’. I was like, ‘OK, that’s not enough.’
I was her big brother, I was supposed to protect her – I could not. I have never gotten over it… It very nearly destroyed me
Kelsey Grammer
“Four minutes later, we passed an art store called Crane and a few moments later, we drove past the hotel where he was staying.”
Secret mistress
Two days later they went for a coffee, where he confided he was “in a situation he wasn’t happy in and I needed to be patient”. She claimed they spent months only kissing and holding hands.
It wasn’t long before Camille discovered Kelsey’s mistress. Allegedly when she arrived at the couple’s New York apartment to be told by the doorman ‘Mrs Grammer’ was already inside.
Fire and fury followed. The former Playboy bunny claimed she was dumped by text, sniped about his bedroom skill and made another lurid claim he liked to dress in women’s clothes.
At the time Kelsey responded: “Never been a cross-dresser but I have been very sexually adventurous. I’m not ashamed of anything I’ve done in the bedroom.”

He considered the slings to be “pathetic” attempts to remain famous – yet as a “parting gift” to give her a new direction, he helped to secure her a spot on Real Housewives and even appeared in a single episode.
The couple married just 15 days after Kelsey’s £30million divorce from Camille was finalised in February 2011. It followed a stern demand before Kayte accepted his proposal.
She recalled: “Because he’s been married so many times before I said, ‘You have to marry me more times.’ I’m his fourth wife, so I said, ‘You have to marry me at least five times.’”
Lavish nuptials followed – the first was New York, followed by an Elvis officiated Viva Las Vegas do, another at their LA home and the final, an especially romantic service in Giverny, France.
The last was inspired by Kayte’s favourite artwork Monet’s Bridge Over a Pond of Lilies. He took her to the bridge the painter used, got down on one knee and proposed.
She recalled: “It was a complete shock. Kelsey had arranged everything with the Mayor so we got to say our vows in French. It was lovely.”
Serial killer slayed sister
The romance with Kayte has undoubtedly given Kelsey the peace and stability he has lacked throughout his turbulent life.
He was born to parents Sally, a dancer, and Allen, a coffee shop owner, in Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands, but raised in New Jersey by his mum after they divorced when he was two.
At the age of 12, his grandad died of cancer and the following year his estranged dad was murdered during a wave of racial violence after Martin Luther King’s assassination in 1968.
Seven years later, his younger sister Karen, 18, was kidnapped, raped and murdered by serial killer Freddie Glenn, who killed three women.
Glenn, now 68, who Kelsey remarkably forgave many later years, was sentenced to die in the gas chamber only for the death penalty to be scrapped.
“I was her big brother, I was supposed to protect her – I could not,” he said at the murderer’s 2009 parole hearing. “I have never gotten over it… It very nearly destroyed me.”
And just five years after losing Karen, two of his half-brothers were killed in a freak scuba diving accident.

Unsurprisingly, that amount of trauma caused unbridled chaos in his personal life – with him stating they were “the catalyst that got me into a really big problem for at least the next 15 years”.
‘Chaos, insanity, mayhem’
He consistently battled cocaine and alcohol abuse – especially while filming Frasier and Cheers – and was known for being difficult to work with, one colleague described him as “one of the biggest jerks” he had ever met.
Kelsey was described as “oozing” onto set with “glazed over eyes, half asleep, going through whatever he was going through” yet when the director yelled ‘Action’, he was “pitch perfect”.
Because he’s been married so many times before I said, ‘You have to marry me more times’…You have to marry me at least five times
Kayte Grammer
He was regularly in trouble with the law too. Kelsey was charged at least four times for crimes including cocaine possession, drink driving and violating parole conditions.
The crimes, which spanned 1988 to 1996, resulted in 30 days jail time, more than 300 hours of community service, 90-day house arrest, fines in the thousands and a 30-day court mandated rehab stint.
His relationships weren’t going well either. Kelsey’s first marriage to dance instructor Doreen Alderman lasted eight years until 1990, despite their relationship being over after less than 12 months. They share a daughter Spencer.

Two years later Kelsey had a second child, Greer, who later appeared on MTV show Awkward, with make-up stylist Barrie Buckner.
He married former stripper Leigh-Anne Csuhany, who was three months pregnant, seven months after that. But their romance wouldn’t last.
Kelsey filed for an annulment and evicted her from his home, alleging she was physically abusive to him.
He claimed she once fired a gun at him and even on their wedding day, he was seen sporting a black eye from one of her violent attacks.
In his autobiography, Kelsey claimed she convinced him he was “nothing, unattractive, untalented, undeserving of love and incapable of being loved by anyone but her” to ensure he would never leave.
“She’d spit in my face, slap me, punch me, kick me, break glasses over my head, break windows, tear up pictures of my loved ones, threaten to kill me or herself,” he wrote.
Shortly after the split, Leigh-Anne tried to kill herself. She suffered a miscarriage.

Kelsey had a string of short-lived flings after, including with Playboy model Tammi Alexander, before his third marriage to fellow top-shelf mag pin-up Camille.
Five weddings
Ultimately, it has been with Kayte where he has finally found happiness. But that contentment could have easily been derailed due to the tragedies they have faced as a couple.
Two of their pregnancies ended in miscarriage and Faith’s unborn sibling died in utero. Heartbreakingly, this often requires a mum to undergo labour to birth the deceased child.
Kayte admitted it was “devastating” for them but the blows further strengthened their relationship. Each baby has reminded them “life is a miracle” and to count their blessings.
There was the other part of me that wanted to surrender to it and go, ‘Let it mess you up a little bit. Let it hurt.
Kelsey Grammer
His ever expanding brood has also given him a second chance at parenting, after admitting he took his eye off the ball with the older kids.
He said: “I have neglected a couple of the kids in my life, especially the first two,” he said. “I’m trying to make up for a little of it now. I’m still their dad, so you can always have [a] chance to show up.”
With a stable, loving home Kelsey’s addiction issues appear to have been kept at bay – despite in 2016 admitting he stopped attending AA because he likes to “enjoy a drink”.
It’s known he was sober for years after his 1996 car crash while under the influence, which resulted in him being sent to rehab by the courts.
Previously, Kelsey’s calling toward “chaos, insanity, mayhem” was spurred on by “running away from uncomfortable feelings” and being unable to “forgive myself” for his sister’s death.

He acknowledges having “a self-destructive part of me” that encouraged his addiction, which worsened his health and contributed to a near-fatal heart attack in 2008.
Kelsey added: “I always had something in the back of my head saying, ‘Okay. That’s enough now. Cut it out. You know why you’re doing this.’
“But there was the other part of me that wanted to surrender to it and go, ‘Let it mess you up a little bit. Let it hurt.’”
But now thanks to Kayte, he lives a calmer life – when not changing nappies at 5am – and previously she said their “favourite place is our sofa”.
There they snuggle up, eat popcorn while watching films and eventually fall asleep in each other’s arms. It’s a far cry from the decades of debauchery before.
Kayte says: “As a general rule I try to operate from love. I always wanted to find a family and the love of my life. That was my dream. I feel blessed.”
No doubt Kelsey feels it’s he who has been blessed, after finding the woman who saved his life and drastically changed his future for the better.

Their son Oakley hasApert Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that causes fusion of the skull, hands, and feet bones.
Today Talia gave fans an update, and said: “I know I haven’t been on it today. Um, so Oakley had a gemranosec earlier this morning to have a CT scans on his brain just to basically out rule a lot of stuff for the sickness.
“Um, so he had that and then had to wait obviously for the neurosurgeons to look at the scans.
“I mean I’ve still got no answers but they did tell me some bits that’s going on with Oakley’s brain which obviously has petrified me.
“Um, but I’m waiting until the surgeons at Newcastle obviously speak to the surgeons in Liverpool and then I’ll have more of an understanding about the situation that Oakley is in.
“Um, but yeah it’s just been a really shit day, very emotional day.”
APERT syndrome, also known as acrocephalosyndactyly, is a rare disorder that is named after the doctor who first discovered it in the early 20th century.
It is a genetic condition and is caused by a mutation of the FGFR2 gene.
This affects how cells in the body – namely bone cells – grow, divide and die.
Children born with Apert syndrome have a characteristic appearance, which is caused by the bones in the skull and face fusing and not growing in proportion, according to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
It can increase a child’s risk of hydrocephalus, which results in pressure building on the brain, and it can also cause Chiari malformation, where the base of the brain is squeezed.
Other complications include breathing difficulties and heart problems, which require life-long monitoring.
The condition is said to occurs in one in every 65,000 to 88,000 births and a child’s outlook can vary greatly depending on the severity of symptoms

The former couple welcomed two sons together during their three-year marriage.
As well as this, Kevin claims that Britney did cocaine while their boys were young – leaving him concerned about their breastfeeding.
The Sun has contacted Britney’s reps for comment.
Kevin told The Hollywood Reporter: “Of course this concerned me.
“Anything that could possibly harm the child is concerning. So yeah, it was a bit shocking for me through some of those moments.
“But yes, that night at the record release party was really what set everything off. I realized that I needed to get into “protect my children” mode, is what happened.
“Like I said in the book, it’s not necessarily the extracurricular activities (i.e., drug use). I was concerned for my children.
“And eventually she filed for divorce. That was the actual breaking point in the marriage.”
She shared to Instagram: “The constant gaslighting from my ex husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting.
“Relationships with teenage boys is complex. I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and almost begged for them to be a part of my life.

“Sadly, they have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by their own father for me.
“They need to take responsibility for themselves.
“With one son only seeing me for 45 min in the past 5 years and the other with only 4 visits in the past 5 years. I have pride too.
“From now on I will let them know when I am available.

The Essex-born hunk — who has daughters Matilda, six, and Tabitha, three, with partner Steph Mendoros — may be desired by women across the globe.
But he spent three months kipping by himself on the floor after Tabitha’s birth in 2021, because she was taking up his side of the bed.
In his most candid interview yet, David — who shot to fame wearing tiny white briefs in Dolce & Gabbana ads — tells the latest episode of Fabulous’ No Parental Guidance podcast: “Steph, in the first few months, was sleeping with the baby and was breastfeeding.
“And just so she got a good night’s sleep, she would have the baby there falling asleep.
“That is a situation where you are just going to be a hindrance. You are taking up room. You can’t help.”
He adds: “So when we were building our house, Steph had just given birth to Tabs.
I failed at labour. I kind of turned into George Clooney from ER and thought, “I’m delivering this baby. I was at the business end and the midwifehad to ask me to get out of the way
David
“We were staying in Steph’s old flat while the house was being built, and Matilda had this little room.
“I had nowhere to sleep. I slept on the floor for three months. I had to spin like a dog, trying to find somewhere to sleep.
‘Christmas alone’
“But as long as your partner can get sleep, that’s the main thing. I am fine with no sleep. Steph is awful.”
Since settling down with Steph, a barrister, heartthrob David is now more likely to be found hanging out with the other dads at the school gates than strutting his stuff on the catwalk.
And it seems the menopause is a hot topic for men as well as women.
“The dads have had the [HRT] discussion at the school gates,” David, 45, tells comedian Hannah East and model and influencer Louise Boyce, who host the podcast.
“They say, ‘Get the patch’. Then one dad will go, ‘They’re very horny on the patch!’.”
David and Steph got together in 2016 and daughter Matilda was born two years later.
The model admits that when his girlfriend went into labour, he turned into George Clooney’s character Dr Doug Ross from US hospital drama, ER.
“I failed at labour,” he says. “We still argue about it. I kind of turned into George Clooney from ER and thought, ‘I’m delivering this baby’.
Of course I tried the gas and air. They told me to go and have a sleep and then Steph needed me and the midwife had to go back to Steph and say, ‘I can’t wake him up
David
“I was down at the business end. The midwife had to ask me if she could have her stool back and if I could get out of the way.”
Like most men, David could not resist having a sneaky puff of the gas and air intended to relieve labour pains — only for it to knock him out completely.
He reveals: “Of course I tried the gas and air. They told me to go and have a sleep and then Steph needed me and the midwife had to go back to Steph and say, ‘I can’t wake him up’,” he recalls.
It is all a world away from David’s globe-trotting days as a top-earning male model with an estimated £12million fortune.
After growing up in Billericay, he went on to study marketing at the University of Gloucestershire, where his flatmate entered him into a modelling competition on ITV’s This Morning without his knowledge.
He went on to win a contract with Select Model Management — and a star was born.
His now- infamous campaign for Dolce and Gabanna’s Light Blue fragrance in 2007 — which saw him squeeze into tiny white trunks to cavort on a boat with a brunette — set women’s pulses racing and launched him to stardom.
He now has more than one million followers on Instagram as well as 25million likes on TikTok, not to mention high-profile campaigns for Burberry and Hugo Boss.
After meeting Steph and becoming a dad, he cut back on the commitments that involved him take around 100 flights a year, and has recently launched his own line of underwear for his David Gandy Wellwear brand.
4
David on holiday with one of his daughtersCredit: instagram/davidgandy_official
But it could have ended very differently for David — who has also had high-profile romances with singer Mollie King, musical theatre actress Samantha Barks and TV host Laura Whitmore — because he thought Steph had stood him up on their first date nine years ago.
“We met through one of my good friends,” he recalls.
“We kind of knew each other before — we only lived a mile and a half away from each other. We arranged to go for a date, but Steph has a terrible sense of direction and ended up in the wrong pub.”
He adds: “When me and Steph got together, there was a discussion, like ‘When are we having children?’.
“I said I’ve been working solidly. I didn’t take holidays. I didn’t take time off.
“I spent Christmas alone because I was so exhausted sometimes. I just want two years of us two to enjoy being together’.”
Now, having had two kids with Steph, David thinks there should be more education for men about the hormone changes women go through when they embrace parenthood.
“When babies are born, no one ever tells the husband about the hormones,” he says. “Your wife’s hormones are all over the place, before and after giving birth.
I think we are so scared to let our children even out the front door
David
“No one explains that you are probably going to be wrong about everything for the next year and to just put up with it. Just go, ‘OK darling’.”
‘Give kids freedom’
While, nowadays, parents are often super-protective and more overbearing than previous generations, David is making a conscious effort to relax when it comes to raising his daughters.
He explains: “I’m trying to tell myself not to be too protective.
“I think we are so scared to let our children even out the front door.
At nine years old, I was on a bike going through Billericay, travelling five miles out, and my parents were like, ‘It’s cool’.
“My kids are outside for 20 seconds at a supermarket and I’m panicking. I just think we need to allow our kids a bit more freedom.
“That’s advice for all of us — ‘Don’t worry, no one knows what they’re doing’. Generally, everyone turns out OK.”
4
The star shot to fame wearing tiny white briefs in Dolce & Gabbana ads
But while he tries to be laid back, David, who is also an ambassador for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, admits he is not a fan of the trend for “gentle parenting”.
He says: “I teach them, ‘You’re not having iPads. First of all, you have a conversation around the dinner table’.
“I take colouring stuff and I always make sure they’re entertained so they are not bored.
“But they are very polite. I’ve always said, ‘You don’t talk to someone like that. You don’t ask someone like that. Go and get it yourself. Go and do it yourself’.
“I got to a point with my mum and dad where they just needed to give me a look. It seems to work.
“My mum’s best threat that used to shut me up really quickly was, ‘I’m going to come and take your pants down in front of everyone and smack your bum’.
“My mum and dad never smacked me, but it was the threat of my bum being pulled out in front of everyone.”
And while his children might have excellent table manners, David jokes they treat him like a live-in chef at their home in London’s Richmond Park.
He says: “We have a pretty good rhythm going now. I do mornings — the kids are up with me.
“I do the breakfast, which they order from me.
“I am the waiter. I say, ‘What would you like? Do you want porridge today?’.
“And they say, ‘Daddy, I don’t want porridge, I want waffles. Can I have waffles with honey?’. Matilda musy think she’s at a Michelin-star restaurant.
“It’s actually not that chaotic. I put everything out in the evening as I am not a morning person.

Logan was sexually assaulted for nearly seven years by his own mother
8
Logan Gifford, left, has been confirmed as the father of his younger brother after he was raped by his mum as a teenager
When mum Doreene gave birth, speculation around who the father was quickly swirled.
Doreene – who was convicted of sexual assault, incest and lewdness in 2015 – claimed it was from an affair she had had away from Logan’s dad Ted.
But it wasn’t until Logan was in high school that he started to unravel the disturbing potential reality of his family tree.
Wanting to secure justice for both himself and his younger sibling, Logan became locked in a custody battle over the boy – who was living with his father Ted.
Logan wanted to find out who was the true father and if it was him to support the 15-year-old as much as possible.
After months of uncertainty and DNA tests, Logan has now officially been declared the teen’s dad in a Nevadacourt.
Speaking to The Sun on the verdict, Logan said: “The legal determination was made through the court process, but the biological and emotional realities remain deeply intertwined and unresolved.
“My goal has never been about winning a legal argument — it has always been about protecting my brother and ensuring the truth is fully known.”
The Las Vegas local has been trying to uncover the truth for years after he put Doreene behind bars in 2015 for the abuse.
As he battled to overcome the mental scars of his childhood, Logan started therapy.
It was during one of these sessions that he was asked about the possibility that he could be the father of his brother due to the years of abuse.
Logan said his brother went through a “complex” birth as he was deprived of oxygen and “came out purple”.
His brother went through years of speech and physical therapy and continues to struggle with a range of cognitive difficulties, requiring support at home and school.
Children born as a result of incest face a much higher risk of genetic disorders and disabilities due to the increased likelihood of inheriting recessive genetic mutations.
This case stems from a lifetime of trauma and abuse – circumstances no child or family should ever have to endure
Logan Gifford
Babies who are starved of oxygen can develop Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy, which causes brain injuries and can lead to disabilities such as cerebral palsy, seizures and developmental issues.
Logan has long battled with the idea that he may have been the reason for his brother’s disabilities – due to his incestuous conception.
Logan said: “This case stems from a lifetime of trauma and abuse – circumstances no child or family should ever have to endure.
“My parents did my brother, who is disabled, a disservice in not fully understanding why he was born the way he was.”
The court’s decision allows Logan to claim custody for his brother – but his father, Ted, has not completed a DNA test yet.

Logan’s father Ted was presumed to be the dad at first

Doreene Gifford was charged with sexual assault and incest
Logan explained: “The DNA testing that was conducted produced results showing that I was not ruled out as his biological father.
“At the same time, Ted – the man who was presumed to be the biological father – defaulted, meaning he declined to participate in the process and failed to appear.
“As a result, the judge issued a ruling based on the available evidence and that default.
“This outcome highlights how complex and painful this case truly is.”
A few years after the abuse ended, Logan decided to report his mum to the police.
Questions still remain over the Gifford family tree but Logan says he is happy to finally be recognised as his brother’s dad by law.
His focus will now turn to supporting the boy as much as possible.
Logan said: “I remain steadfast in my commitment to my brother’s safety, therapy, education, and emotional well-being.
“While this chapter has been extraordinarily painful, I believe in transparency and accountability.
“I am speaking out because I know other families have lived through similar silence and confusion.
“I know how difficult this story is to read, and even harder to live through but I believe that only through honesty and courage can we build something better — for my brother, for survivors, and for anyone still waiting to be heard.”

A few years after the abuse ended, Logan decided to report his mum to the police.
He said the decision to tear the family apart came when he realised he would be able to look after and support his brothers now he had reached 18.
Doreene was convicted in 2015 of sexual assault, incest and lewdness with a child under 14, according to court documents.
She was sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison after taking a plea deal.
Despite being convicted, she has maintained her innocence and has since been released as a registered sex offender after less than a decade behind bars.
At the time, Logan believed he had dealt with the biggest problem in his life by putting his mother behind bars.
Logan is now committed to pursuing additional genetic testing in the hopes of continuing to uncover the truth.
Despite a harrowing childhood and still many unanswered questions, Logan is now looking forward to starting his own family alongside his brother.
He is expecting a baby girl in October with his wife.
Logan is currently the Executive Director of Repair The Vote PAC and has been involved in US politics since 2020.
His top achievement is spearheading a voter ID ballot initiative in 2024, which secured over 180,000 signatures and 70 per cent of voter approval.

Isabel posed in a flowing white linen dress which she wore completely unbuttoned and showed her lacy black underwear, as she cradled her belly.
Other photos in the post shared to Instagram showed the Aussie actress sitting beach side in a white top and skirt, and where her baby bump was proudly on full display.
Also in the photos was her partner, Cyrus Sutton, a US filmmaker, surfer and the owner of a luxury spa home in Washington State.
Isabel captioned the post: “Sometimes words flow and sometimes the mystery is too vast and all that remains, is to feel. A new forever exists here. Among petals of silent wonder and pure love.
“Together we hold this miracle with tender heartful hands.”
Her fans and famous friends rushed to congratulate the star in the comments.
“Another perfectly healthy and beautiful 40 year old woman having a baby. don’t let anyone tell you there is a deadline by 30,” wrote one fan.
Fellow Aussie actress Teresa Palmer wrote: “Can’t wait to see you as a mother and for these little babies to be together. We love you guys xxx”
And Slumdog Millionaire actress, Freida Pinto added: “Oh Izzy!! This made my heart so happy. Sending you and your sweet baby so much mad love.”
Isabel rose to fame playing Tasha Andrews on the Aussie soap, Home and Away.
It was on the set of that soap where she met future Hollywood A-lister, Chris Hemsworth, and they dated for around three years.
Isabel later dated Entourage star Adrian Grenier and Australian folk singer, Angus Stone for two years.
The actress’ other TV roles include in the MacGyver reboot and Steven Spielberg’s war miniseries, The Pacific.
Her film credits include Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and 2022’s Bosch & Rockit opposite her ex, Chris’ brother, Luke Hemsworth.

St Helens coach Paul Wellens revealed the baby wasn’t due before Sunday but had an agreement with his player that if things changed he would be allowed to leave.
Wellens said after the game with the Rhinos: “His partner was due to be induced tomorrow but things transpired [differently].
“You can’t have a word with the baby inside and ask it just to hold off for a few hours, so things gathered pace quicker than thought.
“I spoke with Matty in the week and it was really important that he’s there for the birth of his child.
“It’s an important rugby game and yes we’d love him to be there, but he makes sacrifices to perform for us and the most important thing is he was there.
“We had a very clear plan during the week and we were comfortable that if he had to leave, he would leave. When that moment came, we made what I feel is the right decision.
“It’s difficult for him in that situation. You need to be there for your partner, but at the same time you think you’re letting the boys down.
“He needs to know he’s not letting the boys down, because he never does.”
Pixie said: “I will have two on tour. It’s going to be wild. It is going to be rock and roll.
“I’ll just make sure I will rest until then and then just take my time with it and bring the baby with me and be breastfeeding and see what happens.”
Pixie said the couple have found out the gender of their baby but are keeping it a surprise for fans.
She said: “The first time round I knew from day one it was a boy. I was like: ‘100 per cent it is a boy.’
“This time round, there was no clear indication, I had no idea. I really wasn’t sure when we were undoing the letter but it was very exciting.”
Of being a mum in the music industry, Pixie said: “I would say that you can do it.
“It is definitely a juggle and I’m very lucky because I have my mum and dad who will help me out.
“I know not everyone has a village around to help. So it all depends on your circumstance and what you can do.”
Pixie, who released her single Coming of Age last month, is also preparing to headline a show at London’s Union Chapel on December 17.
She said: “I love going to concerts at Christmas with all the candles everywhere and the magic of it – I have never done my own show at Christmas before.”
FROM competitiveness to narcissism – if Noel and Liam have what it takes to patch things up, you have no excuse!
WITH the whole world watching, the Gallagher brothers have been taking to the stage for the Oasis reunion tour – and off the back of their 16-year feud, have proven sibling reconciliation is possible for anyone (though the jury is still out on Princes William and Harry. . .).
1
Just because you have the same parents, it doesn’t mean you had the same experience growing up
One of the most impactful relationships you will ever have is with a sibling, who can be a best friend and confidante from day one to the end.
But the dynamic is complex.
Just because you have the same parents, it doesn’t mean you had the same experience growing up.
Likewise, you can share DNA, but not the same outlook on life or values.
Fallouts will occur, and that can lead to long-held feuds.
In fact, one study found 28% of people had experienced at least one estrangement episode with a sibling.*
“Our siblings have known us in our formative years in deeply intimate ways, sharing baths, bedrooms, road trips and battles over broccoli,” says Ali Ross from the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
“During this time, there’s a tension between them being your closest allies and greatest threats.”
How do you navigate tensions when they reach boiling point, or bring up long-standing resentments that are now having a big impact?
“Those conversations can be painful and difficult, especially if this is unprecedented for you in your relationship,” says Ali.
Rhasidat Adeleke teases ‘brother-sister duo’ for 2028 Olympics in exciting training video
“But they can also be helpful to establish a new way of relating as siblings. It can also be a relief to name the elephant in the room, or to expose that you’ve been misinterpreting something and dispel long-held assumptions.”
But sometimes forgiveness feels impossible, and the healthiest thing to do is to walk away.
Exhausting, right? Often it’s just light-hearted banter, but if micro-aggressions are thrown around by your sibling, it can put a strain on your relationship.
“The truth is, people like to be in charge of their narrative and identity – and the way people see themselves within the family, or when compared to siblings, can challenge both those things,” says Ali.
“It is how much you want to buy into that game.”
WHAT NEXT?
When you feel the competitive urge, acknowledge it’s just a reflex, then redirect your energy.
“If you’re casting judgements about a sibling without attempting to understand what it’s like to live their life, challenge yourself to genuinely, compassionately understand them better, then do this for yourself,” says Ali.
He suggests imagining a version of yourself that doesn’t have a sibling to compete with. What would you care about?
“Once you understand the context, the desire to compare and compete diminishes,” he says.
Fallouts will occur, and that can lead to long-held feuds
The Narcissistic Sibling
However much you want to forge a stronger relationship with your sibling, the reality is that sometimes it’s near-impossible.
Does it feel like they won’t take any responsibility for their actions, and don’t seem to be capable of any empathy for you or your viewpoint?
“These are signs of narcissistic behaviour,” says Ali.
“But rather than writing your sibling off as a narcissist and trying to change this other person’s way of being, it is more empowering to understand what you are encountering, what that means for you, and to consider how you are going to navigate that.”
“If they don’t, do you really want to have a relationship with them?
“The answer may be hard and upsetting, but it means you can move forward from a more informed position,” says Ali.
There’s a tension between them being your closest allies and greatest threats
Ali Ross
The Peter Pan Sibling
Some people might describe your sibling as a “free spirit”, but you only see them as a big kid.
Ali suggests thinking about why your sibling’s Peter Pan energy irritates you so much.
“Do you feel like you got too old, too soon, or took on more responsibility and feel resentment?” says Ali.
Perhaps you took on caring responsibilities for other family members.
“Ask yourself honestly if there are feelings of being a martyr on your part,” says Ali.
“Have you rushed straight in to put out the fire before anybody else smelled something was burning?”
WHAT NEXT?
Try telling your sibling how much you are struggling.
“Say something like: ‘This is the burden I’m carrying, and you’re not helping,’ and follow it up with some actual strategising to prompt a practical shift,” Ali says.
Our siblings have known us in our formative years in deeply intimate ways, sharing baths, bedrooms, road trips and battles over broccoli
Ali Ross
The Controlling Sibling
Is your sibling overbearing or dictatorial? It’s likely to come from a fear of being vulnerable, says Ali.
“They’re taking power in a situation because they can’t bear the idea of not being in control. However, this feeling is often buried so deep that your sibling won’t recognise it for what it is.”
People under control can end up feeling resentment, but may be too oppressed to express their true feelings.
WHAT NEXT?
“Be aware that calling it out is a threat to their control in itself,” Ali warns.
“It is why they are likely to double-down on their control, or find another insidious way to try to resume or re-establish control.
“It is much better if the controlling person is left to try to figure it out for themselves, and you spend as little time as you can in their orbit.”
It can also be a relief to name the elephant in the room, or to expose that you’ve been misinterpreting something and dispel long-held assumptions
Ali Ross
The Disengaged Sibling
Of course, not all siblings are close.
Or perhaps you once were, but can’t make sense of how your friendship fizzled out.
“Too often, we draw conclusions too early, then base our response on that,” says Ali. There can be a multitude of reasons why your sibling is being elusive.
“Let’s say someone has been abused or neglected in some way [by the family], and they just want out. You cannot force someone to confront something if they do not want to, and you need to respect their space.”
Maybe you’re their problem, in which case, are you ready for some criticism?
“It might be that you are both very different people, and they’re just not that interested in having a relationship with you.
“This will hurt, but at least you’ll hear it for what it is and know what you are dealing with.”
WHAT NEXT?
It’s a tricky conversation, especially if it comes after years of distance.
“Say to them: ‘I feel sad that we don’t have much of a relationship, as far as I see it, and I don’t know why that is. Do you want to feel closer, because I do?’” says Ali.
“You can then try to suggest ways you can bridge that gap or, even better, leave it with them.”

Her pregnancy hasn’t stopped Dianne taking part in the 2025 series, where she has been paired with Neighbours legend Stefan Dennis.
Tonight, the duo danced their first routine in the Strictly studio, a foxtrot to the Neighbours theme tune.
The couple scored one of the better scores of the night with 22, and Dianne then received a ’10-second baby shower’ from her Strictly family.
Neil Jones – dressed as a stork – brought on some gifts for her.
Dianne replied: “I love you all so much and thank you for being so supportive.”
While the majority of people have been supportive, some trolls have taken aim at Dianne for dancing while pregnant.
The message said: “I don’t want to see her dance being pregnant, it’s already feeling uncomfortable and she’s only starting to show. It’s really not appropriate.”
Shocked by the remark, Strictly favourite Dianne hit back: “I can’t believe in 2025 things like this are still being said.”
But while one troll tried to bring her down, another fan rushed to lift her up.

According to the Mail, a feud between Coleen’s son Shane Jnr and his former partner, Emma Kivell, has stopped the TV personality from being in touch with her first-born granddaughter.
Coleen was a proud grandmother when Shane became a first-time father to little girl, Amelia Rose, in Januray 2016.
She was even present in the hospital room where she first met the tot.
However, in the years that have followed, a devastating family feud has left relations soured.

Sources have told the Mail that difficulties in the strained relationship between parents Shane Jnr and Emma has caused the lack of contact.
Shane Jnr and Emma are believed to not have been in an official relationship when they conceived their daughter.
A friend told the Mail: “At the time Amelia Rose was born, Coleen was on cloud nine. She was so proud her son and she fell in love with the baby, but Shane and Emma aren’t together, and these situations can become quite hard to navigate.”
They added: “Shane promised to support Emma as she set about her journey into motherhood as a single mum along with the support of her own family, but now there is no contact between the little girl and the Nolans.”
Earlier this year, it is reported that Emma and her inner circle were left “disgusted” when Shane Jnr and his new partner, Kimberley Sallis, sent her a script of their ‘pregnancy announcement’ just ten mintues before their Instagram post to confirm the news.
This left Emma unable to tell their daughter that her father was welcoming another sibling before it was posted online due to her being at school.

It has further been reported that one of Emma’s friends even lodged a complaint to ITV about Coleen but they were unable to take any action due to it being “a private matter”.
The Sun has contacted a representative for Coleen Nolan for comment.
Coleen previously discussed Shane becoming a father and the state of his relationship with Emma with the Mirror, telling the publication: “They got together one night and there you go.
“But they’re not compatible in a relationship. Obviously, you wish they were badly in love and could see a future together.

“I think so much of my life has been shaped around this show.”
Co-star Lesley Nicol – who plays Mrs Patmore – then asked: “What if someone said you’re actually going to find your wife and have a child? Life-changing stuff.”
To which Michael replied: “I know. It’s incredible.”
The Sun has contacted Michael’s representatives for comment.
Meanwhile, the event marked Downton Abbey‘s conclusion – spanning 15 years worth of a TV series and now three feature films.
A source told the Sun on Sunday: at the time: “Laura and Michael absolutely love being parents and were grateful to have some time away from the limelight to enjoy the moment.
“Laura’s taken motherhood in her stride and it’s added another string to her bow.”
Meanwhile, Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale features Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern as the Earl and Countess of Grantham, as well as Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary Crawley and Jim Carter as Mr Carson.
The beloved original series ran from 2010 to 2015 on ITV and PBS in the US.
Ahead of the third film‘s release, Hugh told how it will pay tribute to the late Dame Maggie Smith.

Hugh told The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with The National Lottery on Virgin Radio UK: “It’s very much set in the house and saying goodbye to all these characters and we obviously say goodbye to Dame Maggie, which was very poignant on screen and now in real life.”
“She’ll be sorely missed. But the final film will obviously be a great lasting tribute to her.”

AS the UK waves goodbye to summer, experts are urging people to take extra precautions to stay healthy.
As winter illnesses start to circulate, one virus parents are being asked to be especially wary of is RSV – as new evidence shows it can be just as risky to healthy babies as those born premature of with underlying health conditions.
2
RSV can lead to severe illness such as pneumonia or bronchiolitisCredit: Getty
RSV, which stands for respiratory syncytial virus, is a common cause of respiratory infections in young children and accounts for around 245,000 hospital admissions annually in Europe.
In some cases, it can lead to more severe respiratory issues like bronchiolitis and pneumonia, which can lead to hospitalisation, the need for oxygen or mechanical ventilation, and even death.
Researchers have now analysed data from more than 2.3 million children born in Sweden between 2001 and 2022 to find out who is at greatest risk of suffering serious complications or dying from an RSV infection
Almost all children will get RSV at least once before they’re two years old.
Premature babies and children with chronic diseases are known to be at increased risk of developing severe illness when infected with the virus.
And children under three months of age are also particularly vulnerable – although it hasn’t been entirely clear how common severe disease is among previously healthy children.
As part of their findings, scientists from Karolinska Institutet in Sweden found the largest group among the children who required intensive care or were hospitalised for a long period of time were under three months of age, previously healthy and born at full term.
“When shaping treatment strategies, it is important to take into account that even healthy infants can be severely affected by RSV,” said the study’s first author, Giulia Dallagiacoma, a physician and doctoral student at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet.
“The good news is that there is now preventive treatment that can be given to newborns, and a vaccine that can be given to pregnant women.”
The NHSRSV vaccine programme was launched in England on September 1, 2024 offering protection to pregnant women from 28 weeks gestation to protect their baby and to older adults aged 75 to 79.
Parents urged to know warning sign their child is struggling to breathe
Several factors were linked to an increased risk of needing intensive care or dying by the researchers.
Children who were born in the winter, or had siblings aged 0–3 years or a twin, had approximately a threefold increased risk, while children who were small at birth had an almost fourfold raised risk.
Children with underlying medical conditions had more than a fourfold increased risk of severe illness or death.
“We know that several underlying diseases increase the risk of severe RSV infection, and it is these children who have so far been targeted for protection with the preventive treatment that has been available,” said the study’s last author, Samuel Rhedin, resident physician at Sachs’ Children and Youth Hospital and associate professor at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet.
“However, the study highlights that a large proportion of children who require intensive care due to their RSV infection were previously healthy.
“Now that better preventive medicines are available, it is therefore positive that the definition of risk groups is being broadened to offer protection during the RSV season to previously healthy infants as well.”
In the UK, if you’re pregnant, you should be offered the RSV vaccine around the time of your 28-week antenatal appointment.
If you’re aged 75 to 79 (or turned 80 after 1 September 2024) contact your GP surgery to book your RSV vaccination.
2
Spotting RSV symptoms is important to help prevent serious complications.
Most people who get an RSV infection will only get cold-like symptoms, according to the NHS, including the five following signs:
a runny or blocked nose
a cough
sneezing
tiredness
a high temperature – signs include your back or chest feeling hotter than usual, sweatiness and shivering (chills)
Babies with RSV may also be irritable and feed less than usual.
But if RSV leads to a more serious infection (such as pneumonia or bronchiolitis) it may also cause a worsening cough, shortness of breath, faster breathing, difficulty feeding in babies, wheezing, and confusion in older adults.
It’s important to note cold-like symptoms are very common in babies and children and aren’t usually a sign of anything serious.
They should get better within a few days.
There’s no specific treatment for an RSV infection as it often gets better on its own in one or two weeks.
If you or your child have mild RSV symptoms, there are some things you can do to help ease symptoms at home, including takingparacetamoloribuprofenif you have a high temperature and are uncomfortable (giving children’s paracetamol or children’s ibuprofen to your child) and drinking lots of fluids.
But children and adults who get a more serious infection may need to be treated in hospital.
Call 999 if:
your child is having difficulty breathing – you may notice grunting noises, long pauses in their breathing or their tummy sucking under their ribs
you have severe difficulty breathing – you’re gasping, choking or not able to get words out
you or your child is floppy and will not wake up or stay awake
you or your child’s lips or skin are turning very pale, blue or grey – on brown or black skin, this may be easier to see on the palms of the hands
your child is under five years old and has a temperature below 36C
As a parent, you may know if your child seems seriously unwell and should trust your judgement.
Benedict had asthma and several allergies, including eggs, nuts, kiwi fruit and milk.
His parents had worked with the school to put together an allergy action plan in case of a reaction.
The school was responsible for storing oat milk in the staff fridge, which was labelled with the child’s name, and pouring it into Benedict’s cup in the classroom before handing it directly to him.
However, the jury inquest found that, on the day of his death, that process was not followed because his milk had been poured in the staff room rather than the classroom.
Benedict was rushed to hospital but tragically couldn’t be saved and died later that day.
This year, his sister, Etta, six, took a petition to Downing Street to campaign for higher food safety regulations in schools.
She was joined by five other primary school students who took placards and the letter to Whitehall.
They called for Benedict’s Law to be implemented across the country to end the “postcode lottery” of allergy safeguards in schools.
Etta and friends joined other children affected by allergies to stand in front of No 10 and knocked on the door to hand over the petition signed by more than 13,000 people.
It comes following July’s jury inquest intoBenedict’s deathat Peterborough Town Hall, which found that Barnack Primary School, between Stamford and Peterborough, did not follow all the measures in place to prevent the fatalanaphylactic reaction.
It also found there were risks of contamination and delays in administering theadrenaline pen.

WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON FOOD ALLERGIES?
APPROXIMATELY 44 per cent of people in Britain have an allergy or allergic disorder of some kind, says the charity Allergy UK.
Rates are higher in under-35s and lowest in pensioners.
The most common food allergies, according to the NHS, are:
Cow milk
Eggs
Peanuts
Nuts, such as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, pistachios and Brazil nuts
Soy beans, chickpeas and peas
Shellfish
Wheat
You may be allergic to a food if it makes you feel dizzy, lightheaded, sick or itchy, brings you out in hives or swollen lips or eyes, or causes diarrhoea, vomiting, a runny nose, cough, breathlessness or wheezing.
