Dodgers-Phillies game on Tuesday begins in rain delay
PHILADELPHIA — The Dodgers’ game against the Phillies on Tuesday began in a rain delay. First pitch would be pushed back to 5 p.m. PDT, the home team announced.
Inclement weather Tuesday afternoon included a flash flood warning in the area and rain in the forecast for much of the evening.
The Dodgers already had one rainout during this East Coast road trip. Their game Saturday against the Yankees was postponed by a day, setting up a doubleheader on Sunday.
