Maradona’s ‘Hand of God’ ball from Mexico sells for $3.35m | Football
Diego Maradona’s 1986 World Cup ball has sold for $3.35m. Maradona scored against England with his hand, later calling it the ‘Hand of God’. Four minutes later, he beat five players to score the ‘Goal of the Century’. Argentina won 2-1 and went on to lift the World Cup.
