Hayden Panettiere’s mom and boyfriend Brian Hickerson ‘BANNED’ from her memorial as family feud explodes

HAYDEN Panettiere’s mother and boyfriend have reportedly been banned from her memorial amid a nasty family feud.

Lesley Vogel, Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach were left off the list for the tragic actress’ celebration of life in Malibu on Saturday, according to reports.

TMZ reported on Friday that the trio will not be welcomed at the event, where 150 guests are expected to attend.

Hayden’s dad Skip Panettiere will be there, as well as celebrity friends.

As The U.S. Sun reported, Hayden was found dead in a Greenville, South Carolina Airbnb on August 16, where she was staying with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Brian. She was just 36.

According to the police report, Brian attempted to revive her with Narcan before first responders arrived on the scene.

Despite the EMTs efforts, Hayden – who admittedly suffered from addiction in recent years – was soon declared dead.

Authorities believe she took a black-market oxycodone pill laced with fentanyl, though the official cause of death has not yet been determined.

Hayden was estranged from her mother at the time of her death, and slammed her in her memoir released earlier this year.

Hayden claimed her mother was furious when she severed their professional relationship, wanting to just focus on their personal bond instead.

“You owe me!” Hayden claimed her mother told her.

But Lesley blamed Brian for the estrangement.

“Although my daughter and I were estranged, it was not for lack of care or love. It was due to the involvement of a toxic individual who I believe led to her death,” she said, pointing fingers at Brian.

“Hayden was a beautiful and talented young woman who unfortunately became involved with the wrong person, and although her family tried to extricate him from her life, we were unable to be successful.”

And Hayden’s loved ones had been weary of Brian’s presence in her life, after the couple first started dating in 2018.

He had been arrested multiple times for assaulting her, and even served jail time for punching and choking her in the past.

Months before her death, Hayden insisted he was out of her life, but recent reports claimed they were secretly still together in her final days.

In addition to her mother and father, Hayden had a brother, Jansen, who tragically died in 2023.

She was also mom to daughter Kaya, 11, who has lived with her dad  Wladimir Klitschko in Ukraine for several years.

Trespasser stopped at former Vice President Kamala Harris’ Malibu home

A trespasser tried to enter former Vice President Kamala Harris’ cliffside home in Malibu on Friday evening, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and a Harris spokesman.

Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, were not home at the time, according to Eduardo Negrón, a spokesperson for Harris. He did not respond to a question about the couple’s whereabouts.

“Last night, security personnel stopped an individual who illegally entered Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Emhoff’s property before the individual reached the home,” he said in a statement. “They are grateful to the security and law enforcement personnel who responded swiftly.”

Harris’ on-site security contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which has jurisdiction over Malibu.

Lt. Jason Duron, a watch commander at the Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s station, said his department was contacted by Harris’ security detail when a woman made it to Harris’ front door. Sheriff’s deputies responded around 10:30 p.m., and the woman, who has not been identified, agreed to leave voluntarily. She was not arrested.

“We are stepping up patrols of the property to be safe,” Duron said.

Harris’ level of security has previously been scrutinized. Former vice presidents typically receive six months of Secret Service protection after leaving office, but former President Biden extended the coverage. President Trump, who beat Harris in the 2024 election, revoked the extension in August 2025.

That led Los Angeles and California law enforcement agencies to scramble to protect Harris. The Los Angeles Police Department quickly discontinued its involvement amid criticism that shifting manpower to protect the former vice president was hampering the agency’s ability to fight crime.

It’s unclear whether the California Highway Patrol is still helping to guard Harris, or whether the security personnel who called the Sheriff’s Department were private guards.
