Jinxin Technology (NAMI) said it will change its ADS ratio from one ADS representing 18 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 450 ordinary shares, a move equivalent to a 1-for-25 reverse ADS split.
The China-based digital content service provider said the ADS ratio change is expected to become effective on June 25, 2026.
Under the change, ADS holders of record at the close of business on the effective date will exchange every 25 existing ADSs for one new ADS.
The stock price traded about 17% lower on Tuesday during pre-market trade.
