Ant and Dec weigh in on Jimmy Bullard pay row as they blast him for using Adam

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have had their say on the I’m A Celebrity live final, which descended into chaos when Adam Thomas was crowned champion

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have waded in on the I’m A Celebrity pay row after Jimmy Bullard raged about losing his fee for wanting to quit the show.

Ex footballer Jimmy had said he wanted full pay and that was why he decided to call out ‘I’m a celebrity get me out of here’ during a trial rather than in camp sparking a huge row with Adam Thomas. Jimmy said for his own reasons – thought to be his father’s health – he wanted to go home, but because of his contract, he would have to lose a trial rather than ask to leave early.

During an extraordinary moment in the final, Jimmy said: “Listen, Adam and all of you can be upset with me and I absolutely threw him under the bus, I get it and I’ll wear that.

“But what I don’t stand on, is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating, I don’t stand on that.” He then called on Ant and Dec to have their say on what happened.

Speaking for the first time in their podcast about the live fallout, Ant and Dec appeared to side with Adam as they suggested he was used as ‘collateral damage’ in Jimmy’s plan.

“Jimmy used Adam as collateral damage,” said Ant. “We tried to be professional and keep it on track. It was a real shame – we were supposed to hear from every person.

“The whole thing was weird to me,” he added. “Which is why I said quite firmly on the night said I disagree.”

Asked on the night why he quit, Jimmy said: “There were a lot of heavy reasons, which I don’t want to go into now. Also, [I told Ollie], can you talk me through my contract? Because my contract’s pro-rata. Let me give you an example, if I go home and call Adam back with me, I get full pay. That money’s big for me and my family.

“If I go home, stay in, and go back and pull the plug, I get a small percentage of that. I made my mind up in that lightbulb moment – I have to go home. Then all hell breaks loose. You can all be upset. I threw him under the bus. I absolutely get it. I’ll wear that. But what I don’t stand on is someone being abusive, aggressive or intimidating. I don’t stand on it. You didn’t show none of that. None of the C-words. You didn’t.”

The pair also clarified what happened between them and David and Jimmy in the car park, which was snapped by paparazzi.

Speaking on their podcast ‘Hanging Out with Ant & Dec’, Dec explained: “I went up to David Haye and he went ‘How brilliant was that? Wasn’t that great?’ I went well…

“It was certainly talk about TV, I wouldn’t call it great but anyway we had a laugh and we were cool and then I’ve walked off and seen Jimmy Bullard and I just shook his hand and I was like ‘look after yourself’ and he was like ‘yeah, yeah cheers, cheers, cheers’. So there was no confrontation. I wasn’t flanked by two security guards as it said in the paper.”

Setting the record straight Ant insisted there was no argument in the car park, with Dec adding: “I saw David Haye and he said ‘what about that then, hope you get some good ratings for that one.'”

Ant also added: “I just felt it was a shame the crowning moment of I’m A Celebrity South Africa couldn’t have been more celebratory. If anything, remember it for Craig Charles having a bath in the washing up bowl – that’s how I would remember it.”

I’m A Celebrity South Africa future ‘revealed’ after dramatic live ITV final

The future of I’m A Celebrity All Stars has been revealed by a TV insider, following the chaotic live final that delighted viewers last week.

I’m A Celeb All Stars will reportedly not return to our screens until 2029, despite the final being a huge success with massive viewing figures.

The South Africa-based show was pre-filmed in 2025, with the explosive final taking place live in London last Friday night. The final episode saw Adam Thomas win the show while arguing with Jimmy Bullard and David Haye.

The mayhem initially broke out when David interrupted Adam’s interview before the winner was announced. It rumbled on further when Jimmy Bullard interrupted to have his say over what he called “intimidating” actions by Adam in camp.

The row was so severe between the campmates that Sinitta and Gemma Collins stormed off, and Ant clashed with David and Jimmy.

It has been reported that around 2.8million people tuned in for the explosive finale, but despite the huge interest, show makers won’t be bringing back the all-stars version for a few years.

“The aim was never for it to be made or be on air in 2027, even though there may be an appetite for that right now. The aim was to deliver something as a special show that was on from time to time, not an annual revisit like the main I’m A Celebrity show,” an insider told The Sun.

This was the second all-stars version of the series, with the first season airing in May 2023 after being recorded in the autumn of 2022.

The series 6 runner-up, Myleene Klass, was crowned winner of the series after beating series 16 campmate Jordan Banjo in the final survival trial. It was three years between the first and second seasons of the show, so fans might be waiting a little while for the next season if ITV continues to follow suit.

Voting figures for the show were revealed earlier today, showing that Adam won by a landslide. The Emmerdale actor came first in the vote for the final four, with 51 per cent. He was followed by Sir Mo Farah, who won 32 per cent, while Harry Redknapp and Craig Charles each got 9 per cent.

I’m A Celebrity is expected to return later this year with the usual format. Adam’s win came off the back of a series of dramatic moments for the actor on the show. Things first took a dramatic turn when David Haye was accused of bullying Adam after he ruled himself out of a trial. He called the actor weak and later doubled down, claiming that the Waterloo Road star was using his arthritis to get out of doing Bushtucker Trials and challenges.

Adam was also at the centre of a row with Jimmy Bullard. He was left angry when Jimmy quit the show mid-trial, which could have tanked Adam’s time on I’m A Celeb, as they were doing the trial in pairs.

Adam swore at Jimmy. Though he later apologised, Jimmy was insistent that Adam was “aggressive” and “intimidating”, and blasted ITV for not showing the full clip. ITV have said what they showed was a “fair and accurate” representation of what happened.

The Mirror has approached ITV for comment.

Gemma Collins takes fresh swing at David Haye and Jimmy Bullard over I’m A Celeb fight

Gemma Collins has doubled down on her opinion that David Haye and Jimmy Bullard’s behaviour was ‘disgusting’ in the live I’m A Celebrity final, which crowned Adam Thomas as Jungle Legend

The I’m A Celebrity fallout continues and Gemma Collins isn’t prepared to let it lie. The former Towie favourite is very much Team Adam in the feud between Adam Thomas, David Haye and Jimmy Bullard.

And she has once again hit out at the former sports stars, doubling down that their behaviour in the live final was “disgusting”. The GC reposted claims the duo had been kicked out of the live show and again took aim at the pair.

Referencing the alleged kicking out Gemma wrote: “Good job!” She went on: “Behaviour [sic] was disgusting for rest of cast the right move was made as we all felt so uncomfortable.”

The words echoed Gemma’s statement a day earlier as she once again raged at the pair’s antics. While Jimmy called Adam’s behaviour “intimidating” after the former Fulham player’s decision to quit the show almost cost Adam his place, David has been labelled a “bully”.

David admitted in his exit chat he may have taken the “banter” too far, but Adam says he actions left him “broken”. And Gemma firmly stuck up for her soap star pal.

And after the live show, she shared a clip of her and step-son Tristan cuddling in. She said: “Good morning Tristan, we loved the I’m A Celebrity final last night but we were very upset wasn’t we? Tell everyone why we were upset.”

Tristan then said: “Because someone was bullying Adam.” Gemma went on: “And it was hard to see wasn’t it?. And did it ruin our night? Upset us very much? And what has it taught us in life?

Tristan continued: “Never bully.” As she spoke to her fans, Gemma added: “Adam, it was really difficult to sit there and watch you go through that last night. It was disgusting. And what a shame because we all…I mean the jealousy is real.”

During the live show, Gemma stormed off stage as the heated arguments took place. Ant McPartlin, who initially had tried chatting to the trio about the events, even appeared agitated with how things were playing out.

Body language expert, Judi James, told the Mirror: “You could see the rigid, unhappy and blank poker faces of Gemma [Collins], Scarlett [Moffatt] and Ashley [Roberts] as the lead men continued to steal the spotlight by continuing their arguments during the live final. Gemma, Scarlett and Ashley looked drained and resigned here while the battle for screen time raged about them.”

She added: “When Gemma walked, Ant reached peak anger signals. Dec stopped mirroring him here and it was Ant taking total control as authoritative leader.

“His angry stare suggested this was not an act for the camera, and he stabbed both hands onto his own chest in a gesture that signalled he was in charge before engaging in a pointed finger ‘duel’ with Jimmy. There was one final, stabbing point gesture from Ant that should have warned Jimmy that he needed to stop.”

Jimmy Bullard ‘considering suing ITV’ over I’m A Celeb row as he feels he’s been ‘scapegoated’

Jimmy Bullard is said to be considering suing ITV as he feels he’s been ‘scapegoated’ over his row with Adam Thomas in the Rancid Run trial

Jimmy Bullard is reportedly considering suing ITV after a shocking and chaotic I’m A Celebrity final.

During last night’s final episode of the All Stars series, the former footballer came face to face with Adam for – what is believed to be – the first time in six months.

A row soon ensued when Jimmy accused Adam of being “abusive, aggressive and intimidating”. He then asked what hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly thought of what happened, but Jimmy wasn’t happy with Ant’s response.

“He wanted everyone to see the shocking unedited version of the fight. Adam swore at him multiple times and most bystanders were shocked by his actions so Jimmy felt it was the last chance for viewers to see the full extent of his behaviour,” a source said.

“He was hugely disappointed in Ant and Dec for appearing to take Adam’s side and feels like he has been made a scapegoat. “Jimmy isn’t an angry person but he will stand up for what’s right.”

Jimmy was also said to be disappointed that Gemma Collins appeared to back Adam during the show.

The source told The Sun: “He was also disappointed his show buddy Gemma sided with Adam despite not even being present during their row. He thinks it feels performative on her part.

“He is talking to lawyers and looking into his ITV contract to see what grounds there are to sue.”

A spokesman for ITV said: “We showed an accurate and fair representation of events.”

Gemma doubled down on her comments on Instagram this morning, where she praised Adam. She wrote: “THE WINNER @adamthomas21. What a show up !!! Absolutely disgusted with jimmy and David’s behaviour the biggest show up in tv history !!! What an EMBARRASSMENT !

“To all the took part in the show it was a discredit to the production crew cast Ant and Dec biggest disrespect ever !!! Last night was meant to be a celebration instead it was very upsetting !! X Let’s hope Adam will find some energy to absorb his victory ! X”

During last night’s episode, Jimmy said: “Listen, Adam and all of you can be upset with me and I absolutely threw him under the bus, I get it and I’ll wear that. But what I don’t stand on, is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating, I don’t stand on that.” He then asked Ant and Dec – who were hosting the show – to share their opinions.

“You [Ant and Dec] were there and you didn’t show any of that footage. You didn’t show any of the C-bombs, it’s a liberty,” Jimmy told them. Ant then argued back: “The reason we didn’t air the C-bomb is because that is unbroadcastable. I was there and I didn’t think it was intimidating. I was there Jim.”

Adam then said: “I take full responsibility for my actions and yes emotions were definitely running high in that moment. I have nothing but love for Jimmy in that moment. I have apologised to Jimmy on numerous occasions and I do take everything that he is saying into account and the only thing I can do is apologise.

“That is not how I want to show myself off and I have never shown myself off like that before or after that. I do apologise Jimmy.”

I’m A Celebrity star Jimmy Bullard’s rant at Adam Thomas IN FULL as Ant and Dec step in

Jimmy Bullard took Adam Thomas to task over their I’m A Celebrity row, which he claims was a lot longer and much more expletive ridden than was aired

Jimmy Bullard ranted at Adam Thomas over their I’m A Celebrity spat during the live final last night.

In extraordinary live television, Jimmy had explained what really happened with the row between him and Adam over the Rancid Run trial. He said he had told everyone he planned to leave – after the trial was changed from collecting stars to staying in the competition.

He had said for his own reasons – thought to be his father’s health – he wanted to go home, but because of his contract, he would have to quit a certain way or he wouldn’t receive his full fee.

During an extraordinary moment last night, Jimmy said: “Listen, Adam and all of you can be upset with me and I absolutely threw him under the bus, I get it and I’ll wear that.

“But what I don’t stand on, is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating, I don’t stand on that.” He then asked Ant and Dec – who were hosting the show – to share their opinions.

David Haye then stepped in to back Jimmy over Adam, who was sat in front of him. Adam then stepped in to say: “Let the finalists speak,” as he was cheered on by the audience.

David then said: “Funny way of showing it,” as Ant and Dec stopped him from speaking.

“I like to say how I see it, I like to keep it real and what I have seen is a lot of editing to make this poor guy [Adam] the victim so the people will support him,” David continued to say, as boos filled the audience, “We all had banter back and forth, a lot of it was cut out from their side. But I think it is time for the truth.”

Sinitta then stormed off stage as she told the audience: “Guys, you weren’t there, I was there and it was aggressive and abusive, we were shaking.” Gemma, who is a support for Adam, also walked off the stage.

“You can’t be aggressive, abusive and intimating, it doesn’t matter if Adam said sorry. I will not take you [Ant] saying it wasn’t aggressive, abusive and intimating, you can’t say that. Show it, let everyone watch it, let’s play it now!” Jimmy said.

Ant and Dec then closed things off, saying: “Right, let’s leave it there. We’ll agree to disagree Jim.”

Who won I’m A Celebrity 2026? Adam Thomas triumphs to be Legend despite ‘unbroadcastable’ row

Adam Thomas is the I’m A Celebrity South Africa winner 2026 despite ‘unbroadcastable’ row

Adam Thomas defeated the bullies and the other finalists to be crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa.

In a live final back in London, the actor beat runner up Mo Farah, third placed Harry Redknapp, and Craig Charles in fourth to be named an I’m A Celebrity ‘legend’.

Looking surprised and a bit shaken after a night of controversy, Adam said: “Thank you guys, thank you so much. I love ya.”

Earlier in the live show there had been chaos as he came face to face with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard and the verbal clash led to two other campmates – Gemma Collins and Sinitta – storming off stage.

The 37-year-old actor had faced abuse in camp from boxer Haye, had a row with quitter Jimmy Bullard and also got emotional at times on the ITV show. But he put it all behind him to come out on top.

Before he did his final trial in South Africa, Adam admitted there had been “a lot of drama” in camp. And there was a lot of drama in the final too as hosts Ant and Dec struggled to stay on top of things as it got chaotic with the crowd booing comments and celebs speaking out of turn.

Just minutes before Adam was crowned champ there were awkward scenes in the studio as Jimmy Bullard said Adam was “aggressive, abusive and intimidating” when Jimmy quit and Adam feared his own jungle adventure was also over. Thankfully the other campmates let him stay in the camp.

Adam reflected on it and said he had apologised to Jimmy several times. Looking serious he said: “Listen I take full responsibility for my actions. Yes emotions were definitely running high in that moment. But, you know, I have got nothing but love for Jimmy.”

When David Haye tried to interrupt him Adam also said “will you just let the finalists speak”. Adam then said: “I take everything he said into account. That is not how I want to show myself off and I have never showed myself off in that light before that or after that. And I am sorry Jimmy.”

Adam was given a final eating trial in South Africa called Swallow the Odds, and looking ahead to the prospect of winning said: “I am gonna be a legend baby” He then proceeded to smash the trial, eating five courses with the likes of five pig teats, two century fermented eggs, tarantula and fermented tofu.

He even cheered himself on, saying “come on Adam, ” in between mouthfuls. After watching Gemma said: “You done so well, you amazing.”

But he also had to cope with a backlash from other contestants, as David Haye interrupted the show at this point and said: “Do you think you deserve to win it after calling Jimmy the C-word a couple of times?”

Adam replied: “After that trial I deserve it yeah.”

Trying to restore order, host Dec said: “We are going to come to this a bit later.”But David continued: “Don’t you think you should ask Jimmy…a lot of that stuff was cut out.”Ant said: “There was a lot of stuff which was unbroadcastable which is why, look we will get into this later in the show.”Dec added: “I knew it was going to smoothly.”

Actor Adam first appeared on the show in 2016 making the final.

Asked about the South African version he said: “It was completely different but at the same time, so much better because of the people there. Everything was stepped up a lot, especially the trials and challenges. It was like going back to being a kid again. In my eyes there’s no comparison, this was definitely for the legends and it felt legendary.”

He had paired up with Jimmy Bullard for a trial where the bottom two left the show, but when Jimmy refused to take part and said “get me out of here” Adam had been due to leave too and verbally attacked Jimmy. He was so furious the scenes were edited down, something Jimmy is unhappy about. During the final he urged ITV to show the full contents of Adam’s rants.

Commenting on his clash with Jimmy Bullard when the ex-footballer quit, Adam had said on Thursday: “It was just really random and unexpected to be honest. I didn’t see it coming.

“Safe to say, I don’t think I was too happy about it. The fact I felt like I was leaving because of someone else just really broke my heart more than anything as I wanted to do my kids proud. Emotions can get the better of you in there and in hindsight, I probably would never have reacted the way I did but I was just really upset.”

On social media this week he had claimed even getting to the final he had felt a winner. But he had also said in a podcast chat with his brother this week he was still getting therapy for the way he had been treated in camp by David Haye.

Gemma Collins and Sinitta STORM OFF I’m a Celeb stage in explosive final

Gemma Collins and Sinitta reacted angrily to Jimmy Bullard’s claims of what led to his own bitter row with Adam Thomas during this I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here series

Gemma Collins and Sinitta both stormed off stage during the I’m a Celeb finale.

Drama unfolded moments before actor Adam Thomas was crowned the winner of the show, beating Mo Farah to the title. Singer and actress Sinitta, 62, appeared to take issue at something Jimmy Bullard had said about his own spat with Thomas which happened earlier in the series.

Addressing the audience, Sinitta said: “You guys weren’t there, you don’t know what happened.” She then stormed off stage, and was soon followed by TV personality Gemma.

Jimmy, the former professional footballer, had accused Thomas of being “abusive, aggressive and intimidating”. Adam came face to face with Jimmy and David Haye again for the first time since their bitter camp fallouts in South Africa.

And it was ex boxer David that made the first move, calling out the star when he was chatting to Ant and Dec. This season has been full of twists, trials, tension and tears and now I’m A Celebrity South Africa has reached its end.

When he was announced the winner, Adam said: “Thank you guys, thank you so much. I love ya.” Before he did his final trial in South Africa, Adam, 37, admitted there had been “a lot of drama” in camp. And there was a lot of drama in the final too, as hosts Ant and Dec struggled to stay on top of things.

Jimmy Bullard plots ‘ultimate sweet revenge’ on Adam Thomas after I’m a Celeb spat

Jimmy Bullard, described as “a massive joker”, is set to reunite with Adam Thomas for the live I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here finale months after that bust-up

Jimmy Bullard is said to be plotting his “ultimate sweet revenge” on Adam Thomas ahead of the live I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here finale tonight.

ITV bosses are understood to be nervously counting down to the reunion amid uncertainty over what might unfold between Bullard and Thomas, whose bust-up in scenes that aired this week was described as the programme’s biggest ever row. It is reported Bullard, 47, remains “seething” over the argument, which happened several months ago as the I’m a Celeb spin-off is pre-recorded until the final.

But sources believe the former professional footballer is ready to give his version of events tonight. One insider said: “Jimmy is a larger-than-life character with a wicked sense of humour and will be revelling in the opportunity to make everyone sweat.

“He’s a massive joker, so they don’t know what he’s going to say or do in the live final. He is also not afraid to say exactly what he thinks — and that means he won’t be toeing ITV’s line… It’s the ultimate sweet revenge.”

I’m A Celeb: Adam confronts Jimmy after he backs out of trial

Adam, an actor who is in Waterloo Road, and Jimmy clashed on the show as they teamed up for a Bushtucker Trial which would end with the losing duo being sent home. Former Fulham midfielder Jimmy quit the challenge and, in an angry confrontation, Adam raged at him: “You’re taking the p***!”

Campmates, including Harry Redknapp and Craig Charles, will now gather for the last time in tonight’s programme. Despite the row, Adam was allowed to remain in the camp and so battles to win the competition tonight.

But it will be the first time the former Emmerdale star comes face to face with his rival since the bitter spat, recorded last autumn. It was unclear whether dad-of-two Jimmy would attend the series finale because he remains so furious over the edit of his dramatic clash with Adam. Boxer and fellow campmate David Haye had said in an interview: “It was a lot more intense.”

ITV, though, insists what viewers saw was an accurate and fair representation of events. It also denied wild claims Adam attempted to kick Jimmy. A spokesperson had told the Mirror: “This is categorically not true. Adam did not try to kick Jimmy.”

While Adam, from Manchester, was visibly angry over Jimmy’s decision and he did kick a door in the trial area, it was said to be “nowhere near” his co-star, and was included in the broadcast this week.

‘I know I’m A Celeb’s Adam Thomas very well – there’s a reason he’s acting the way he is’

In an emotional statement, I’m A Celebrity… South Africa star Adam Thomas admitted he struggled in camp due to his health and clashes with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard

A friend of I’m a Celebrity… South Africa star Adam Thomas has spoken out after seeing the actor’s confrontational side on the show. The 37-year-old has faced a number of challenging moments in the all-stars series – and not just in the Bushtucker trials.

In scenes aired on Tuesday night, Adam clashed with Jimmy Bullard after the former footballer withdrew from the Rancid Run trial, putting their time in camp in jeopardy.

During the heated exchange, the actor criticised Jimmy for his decision to pull out and called him a “p***k”, while the sportsman branded his reaction “pathetic”.

The tension came after the Waterloo Road actor confronted David Haye over his behaviour in previous days. The boxer had been accused of “bullying” Adam by some viewers, following a series of remarks.

As tensions escalated, David branded his co-star “useless” and questioned his “mental strength” to complete challenges, despite Adam telling campmates he was unwell.

The actor eventually confronted David in a heated exchange, telling him to “shut up” before the boxer apologised.

Reflecting on the fallout, Ashley Roberts, who also appeared in the series, described the atmosphere as “tough” during a discussion on Heart Radio Breakfast.

The show’s host Jason King went on to say that seeing Adam in a more serious way on screen suggested he had been pushed to his limits.

“I know Adam very, very well and he is the loveliest, most cheerful, smiley, happy guy. If you’ve broken Adam, David, you’ve done something wrong,” he shared.

Ashley chimed in: “It was nice for him to stand up for himself. It starts as lad banter, but we could tell it was going too far.

“And then finally Adam was like, ‘I’ve just had enough’ and we were like, ‘Go on Adam!’ It was tough in there at times, it was tough in general just being in there, let alone having to deal with all of that.”

David was voted out of camp on Monday night. In his exit interview with hosts Ant and Dec, he said there was “no bad blood” between him and Adam and claimed it was banter.

“I won the world heavyweight championship against a seven-foot Russian giant,” he shared.

“So when a grown man tells me that a fun TV show – where we’re being paid handsomely every single day – is the hardest thing he’s ever been through, it’s just not a frequency I recognise. I was actually on my best behaviour in there, honestly.

“I’ve spoken to Adam, I’ve said my piece, and some of what’s still to air will speak for itself. I’ll leave it there.”

In a statement shared on Instagram on Sunday evening, Adam said the boxer “broke me” in camp and “pushed me to my limits”, adding: “I’ve told David this and he’s apologised – that’s that. I’ve moved on now, I’m not one to hold a grudge.”

He went on to say he also struggled in camp due to his psoriatic arthritis, a long-term condition that can cause joint pain, swelling and stiffness.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa airs weeknights at 9pm on ITV, ITVX, STV and STV Player.

Jimmy Bullard risking wrath of I’m A Celeb stars as he says he will play pranks in camp

Footballer Jimmy Bullard is set to stir things up on I’m A Celebrity All Stars as he joins the camp with Harry Redknapp, completing the full South Africa line-up

Jimmy Bullard vowed to shake things up in the I’m A Celebrity All Star camp as a late entry with some pranks.

The former Premier League footballer, 47, will head into camp alongside Harry Redknapp, and both King Harry and King Jimmy are new monarchs who will pick their subjects from the celebrity campmates to form two teams: the Lions and the Rhinos.

On playing pranks, Jimmy said: “I’m A Celebrity is a very similar scenario to being in the changing room – and it brings the devil out in me! When I did the jungle in Australia, I loved having a laugh playing some pranks and messing around like kids.

“That’s what I loved most about it and I was always playing up! I’ve always done it in changing rooms too and so now this time around, I am sure it will naturally happen because I’m always going to look to have a laugh and wind people up!”

Jimmy hopes to do better than first appearance in Oz when he was first out in 2014 having gone onto the show as one of the favourites to win. He said: “My last time I was there I finished stone cold last because I came out first, so it’s flattering that I didn’t get forgotten. It’s nice to have another bash at it, but it was tough last time and I know the trials are going to be tough again!”

He added: “I was scared of lots of things and I still am fearful of snakes. Doing I’m A Celebrity… did not cure me of any of my phobias!” However his time in the Aussie jungle should at least help him a little bit for his return in South Africa. Speaking before he went onto the show, he added: “I feel a little bit more prepared because you understand what is coming but I have been watching it year after year, and the trials just seem to get tougher!

“I am still scared of snakes and spiders too and I am apprehensive about what is going to happen. You could be jumping out of a plane before you know it or getting chucked in a box full of snakes! But I signed up for this, so I am looking forward to getting started.”

According to reports in November after this series was filmed, viewers will see Jimmy clash with Adam Thomas during a row in camp. And Jimmy did admit it can be difficult living in camp with others,

Looking back on his Aussie experience, he explained: “I learnt that when you are in the camp, it can be difficult because you are with 11 other people you don’t really know.

“You don’t want to rub people up the wrong way. But I did have a lot of fun whilst I was there and it was amazing how bonds form. You get close to the other celebrities so quickly.”

And Jimmy is honest enough to admit that despite not being on the show for long first time around, it gave his career a boost. The show opened doors and gave him new opportunities after retiring from football.

He said: “It’s weird because ever since I did the programme, a lot of families have come up to tell me they watched it. In the past, it was always lads as I obviously used to play football. I don’t think I would have had some of the gigs I have had were it not for I’m A Celebrity… I co-presented Soccer AM for seven years and you do question yourself whether you would have had gigs like that if you hadn’t done the jungle.

“I’m always in front of the camera now with my golf YouTube programme. My life has definitely changed (for the better) post I’m A Celebrity…”

Harry Redknapp seen on I’m A Celeb for the first time dressed as a king

Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard were seen for the first time on I’m A Celebrity South Africa with the football legend dressed as a king as fans say they ‘can’t wait’ for the next episode.

Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard have made their first appearance on I’m A Celeb South Africa, with the former winner dressed up as a king. Harry was previously crowned the King Of The Jungle in 2018.

At the end of Friday’s episode (10 April), I’m A Celeb aired a snippet of what’s to come next week, including the arrival of two new campmates. Football manager Harry and former Fulham and Hull player Jimmy, who were both announced as part of the cast earlier this year, were then seen entering the camp. Harry was dressed up in an elaborate outfit, reminiscent of the King of the Jungle flower crowns.

The footballer could be seen in the normal I’m A Celeb uniform of a khaki shirt and shorts, but also had a velvet cape over the top as well as a huge flower crown.

Fans were delighted to see Harry and Jimmy. One said: “Lowkey quite looking forward to Jimmy and Harry going back in.” Another said: “Monday is gonna be a great episode. The dynamics are definitely gonna change with Harry and Jimmy coming in!” A third added: “Can’t wait to see Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard on Monday show.”

Unlike the normal series, I’m A Celebrity South Africa will not air across the weekend. So while the arrival of Harry and Jimmy will be teased on Friday, it will air on Monday.

Prior to tonight’s episode, fans had been wondering when Harry and Jimmy would make their debut. Taking to social media, one fan said: “Where is Harry and Jimmy Bullard?” Another asked: “So no Harry?” as a third said: “Now we just need Harry!” Some viewers were quick to comment that they’d heard the pair would be late arrivals.

Host Ant McPartlin previously said that Harry and Jimmy’s arrival would kick the show into “another gear”. He said: “We’ve got two more late entries coming at the end of this week. Then, from week two, it just goes off again to another gear. It’s just got everything.”

This week has already been dramatic as several feuds have flared up. To begin with, David Haye and Beverley Callard began to feud after he sent her to Savannah Scrub, much to the shock of the other campmates and Ant and Dec. While the hosts proclaimed the Corrie star to be “poor Bev”, she vowed to get even and said that she would “chin” the boxer.

David also appeared to have a feud with Gemma Collins, first because he insisted that his team draft Craig Charles to his team over Gemma and then because he refused her water during her eating challenge. Gemma told him that she didn’t think that was very nice, but that was not the end to their fighting.

In Friday’s episode, Gemma was talking about the thickness of her hair and David said: “It ain’t thin.” An offended Gemma later told Adam Thomas that she felt David was “unwelcoming”.

Gemma has also had a feud with Sinitta, after the singer said she thought it was a “joke announcement” when Gemma was announced as Mama Morton in Chicago in 2022.

Gemma fumed: “I am not a joke.” The feud was so intense that it was taken off air, with Sinitta slamming fans for their “nasty” response, and Gemma saying “f**k you” to anyone that didn’t believe in her.

Where are Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard? I’m A Celebrity fans question ‘missing’ stars

I’m A Celebrity fans are wondering what has happened to Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard and why they’re not on the show, after it had been announced they would be on the line-up

Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard’s I’m A Celebrity debut, or lack of, has sparked questions on social media.

So where are the former campmates, and why have they not entered the South Africa camp? Stars including Gemma Collins, Beverley Callard and Craig Charles are already on the show.

That said, we already had late arrivals with Gemma and Craig joining the likes of Ashley Roberts, David Haye and Sinitta. But fans are now asking what’s happened to Jimmy and Harry after the news they too would be on the series.

Taking to social media, one fan said: “Where is Harry and Jimmy Bullard?” Another asked: “So no Harry?” as a third said: “Now we just need Harry!”

Some viewers were quick to comment that they’d heard the pair would be late arrivals. It seems the arrival of both stars could be very soon if a TV guide is anything to go by.

While hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have yet to address it, Radio Times’ TV guide states that there are two new arrivals entering during Monday’s show. While it doesn’t name the newcomers, it seems only Harry and Jimmy are missing from the current line-up.

Viewers had been confused, as both Harry and Jimmy were named by the show as stars on the line-up on their social media accounts. So when they did not appear with the others, they questioned what had happened.

But rest assured, Harry and Jimmy are on the show and will join very soon, likely Monday if that TV guide is anything to go by. It’s been hinted by Ant and Dec that the arrivals of both stars will be teased at the end of Friday’s show.

Unlike the normal series, I’m A Celebrity South Africa will not air across the weekend. So it seems the arrival of Harry and Jimmy will be teased on Friday, and air on Monday.

Ant had said: “We’ve got two more late entries coming at the end of this week. Then, from week two, it just goes off again to another gear. It’s just got everything.”

The series was filmed last September in South Africa, so most of the series is pre-recorded. There will be a live episode for the final though later this month, taking place in London.
