The brunette beauty, who is a renowned model and reality star around the world, celebrated her milestone birthday in style on a lavish beach.

Stripping off to her birthday suit for the vert apt occasion, Kendall gave fans a glimpse at her toned physique when she sat on a beach without a stitch of clothing upon her body.

In other snaps, Kendall showed off her slender frame in various bikini shots, and even went topless in another photo.

One snap saw Kendall laying on the sand with some sand covering her nipples as she went topless and wore just a pair of high-cut green bikini bottoms.

Another photo saw Kendall don a red bikini as she showed off her perky bottom through a window.

Supermodel Kendall began posting snaps on Monda after spending the weekend at the $125k-a-week property in Mustique.

Kendall was joined by dozens of family members and friends, including her mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters, Kim, Kylie, and Khloe, although Kourtney was notably absent from the festivities.

She also celebrated with longtime friends, including Hailey Bieber, Fai Khandra, Renell Medrano, and Lauren Perez.

There appeared to be a theme for the bash with everyone dressed in brown, black, and pink beach outfits for the fashionista.

Kendall joined the Tommy Hilfiger family by fronting the brand’s Spring Campaign last year.

His private property in Mustique is known as the Palm Beach Villa, and boasts seven en-suite bedrooms and two pool cottages with room for up to 18 guests.

A website claims the vacation home is situated on six acres on the beachfront land and costs between $125,000 and $130,000 per week to rent.

‘BEACH SEATING’

“The Colonial design of the property is simple yet imposing, and the white facade gives a very welcoming feeling to guests,” the bio reads.

“The grand Palladian-style residence was built in 1999 and has undergone renovation works since.”

Kendall and the gang made the most of the private beach with a seating area set up on the sand, as photographs on Instagram showed pillows and tiki torches.

The bio online also explains, “The villa offers impressive views over the sea and the neighbouring islands from its balconies and terrace.

“Guests can enjoy the views from the large swimming pool, or soak up the rays from the surrounding sun loungers.

“The poolside gazebos are ideal for evening drinks, and there are plenty of spaces to relax throughout the perfectly manicured gardens.”

Services at the villa include a manager, chef, waiter, housekeeping, and laundry, according to the website.

Although food and beverage cost extra, along with grocery pre-stocking, spa and beauty treatments, and activities and excursions on the island.

Dee Hilfiger, Tommy’s wife, gave Marie Claire a tour of the house in 2024, with photographs showing her relaxing in the luxurious setting.

Although she admitted it was all about simplicity and guests being able to relax at the home, not worrying that they might damage antiques or expensive furnishings.

“We have a lot of furniture with slick covers,” she explained.

“We constantly change out all the lampshades in the house because it’s right on the ocean, so things rust.

BIRTHDAY TRIBUTES

“We don’t have anything too precious. It’s a family home and we also rent it a lot.

“I would describe it as a chic but user-friendly type of home where nothing’s too precious or expensive. It’s designed to walk through with sandy feet.”

The outlet explained that the villa sits on the shores of Mustique’s L’Ansecoy Bay and is named Palm Beach for the trees that surround it. 

Kim, 45, shared snaps from the getaway, writing, “Happy 30th Birthday @kendalljenner may this decade bring you the kind of love and joy you so freely give to everyone else. I love you more than you’ll ever understand! Here’s to 30 Kenny.”

Kim could also be seen joking around with a handful of tequila shots in one photograph as she threw her head back laughing.

All’s Fair, which premieres on Hulu on November 4, follows a team of successful female divorce attorneys who start their own practice in Los Angeles, California.

Yesterday, Kim headed to the cabaret club Crazy Horse in Paris to celebrate turning 45.

She wore a gold corset dress, which had a white miniskirt attached to it.

Kim’s incredible curves were on full display in a striking garment. The draped mini skirt and nude heels added a Grecian vibe to the look.

Crazy Horse is a legendary Parisian cabaret known for its sensual, artistic, and modern shows featuring all-female dancers.

The venue, housed in a former wine cellar, hosts a 90-minute show with a mix of avant-garde acts.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are taking legal action to snuff out accusations that they are the subjects of a federal criminal racketeering investigation — claims publicized by the former’s ex-boyfriend Ray J.

Attorneys for the “Kardashians” reality stars and businesswomen sued the “One Wish” singer Wednesday for defamation and false light publicity. The 13-page complaint, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, stems from numerous comments Ray J made this year about his old flame and her family in a TMZ documentary and on a Twitch livestream.

“Ray J’s public statements are blatantly false,” the lawsuit says. “No such federal investigation exists; no law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against Ms. Kardashian or Ms. Jenner; and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations.”

Neither representatives for the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alumnae nor Ray J (born Ray Norwood Jr.) immediately responded to requests for comment.

The complaint alleges that Ray J — younger brother to singer-actor Brandy — first publicly suggested the mother-daughter duo’s involvement in a RICO investigation in May 2025, when he appeared in the TMZ documentary “United States vs. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial.” The TMZ special chronicled the developments in the rap and alcohol-branding mogul’s high-profile federal sex-trafficking case. The 44-year-old singer linked Combs’ case to his ex-girlfriend and her famous family, stating in the special, “If you told me that the Kardashians was being charged for racketeering, I might believe it,” the lawsuit says.

Attorneys for Jenner, 69, and Kardashian, 44, allege Ray J’s comment “was designed to plant the seed in the public mind” that the reality stars are comparable to Combs, who was accused of drugging women, violence against ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and orchestrating orgies known as “freakoffs.” “To date, Ray J has not retracted his knowingly false and disparaging statement,” the lawsuit says.

Months after appearing on the TMZ special, Ray J doubled down on his claims during a Twitch livestream with rapper Chrisean Rock in late September. The “Sexy Can I” musician declared last week, “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” according to court documents. During the livestream Ray J also allegedly said “the feds is coming, there’s nothing I can do about it” and claimed the stars’ supposed RICO case is “worse than Diddy[‘s].”

“I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’m gonna say a lot of s—,” he said about the scale of the RICO case, the complaint says.

Elsewhere in the livestream, he urged his followers: “Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the rain is coming, the feds is coming.”

Infamously, Kardashian and Ray J were an item in the early 2000s. Though they broke up in 2006, their sex tape was leaked in 2007, the same year “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” premiered on E!

Attorneys for Jenner and Kardashian cast Ray J’s accusations as his latest attempts to stay relevant. The lawsuit alleges he has a history of “making false, sensationalized claims about high-profile individuals” to gain attention, citing an online incident with rapper Sexxy Red. Earlier this year, Ray J hinted he got intimate with the “Sticky” rapper. He apologized for the claim and clarified that they just sat near each other on the same flight. “I went out of control and I said that I slept with Sexxy Red,” he said.

The lawsuit says Jenner and Kardashian — who recently completed her legal training — “suffered reputational harm” that has taken and will continue to take a professional toll. They are seeking a jury trial and an unspecified amount in damages exceeding $35,000.

As news of the lawsuit spread Wednesday, Ray J seemingly stood firm in his accusations. In a video shared to his Instagram story Wednesday, he asserted, “I’m not about to be silenced.” He also said he spoke with Jenner-Kardashian attorney Alex Spiro, who allegedly asked him “crazy questions,” including whether he spoke to “feds.”

“Honestly, like, y’all should be super scared because I’m not backing down. I’m tired of it,” Ray J continued. “The rain is coming, there’s nothing you can do about it.”

In another Instagram story shared Wednesday evening, he announced to followers that he would be going live on Twitch at 2 a.m., “that’s 5 o’clock New York Time, perfect time for ‘The Breakfast Club’ to be stalking my page and see what I’m gonna say.”

Kris Jenner was left shocked as she came face-to-face with her ex Caitlyn Jenner on camera for the first time. The matriarch, 69, was married to former Olympian Caitlyn from 1991 until 2015, after she transitioned from living as Bruce up until that point.

Bruce starred alongside his then-wife, their daughters Kylie and Kendall Jenner on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, from 2007 until 2021. The reality show of course also brought Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian, Kris’ daughters from her marriage to the late Robert Kardashian, to international fame. Caitlyn also became stepfather to Kris’ son Rob, who was a prominent feature on the E! series as well.

The series was quickly revived as simply The Kardashians for Disney+, but Caitlyn has never been on it and is set to make her first appearance in scenes that have been teased in a new trailer.

In the trailer, Kendall says: “I think my mom’s had a hard time inviting my dad to some of our family gatherings, but my dad should be included in things..” The camera then pans round to a pair of trainers, which turn out to be Caitlyn’s.

Kris says: “Dear heavenly father, give me the patience, because I’m about to lose my s***!” Later on, she exclaims: “Oh, my God!”

Caitlyn previously revealed that the only way she and Kris communicate now is via her manager. She also revealed she was closer with some of her kids than others as there are so many of them. Caitlyn has children Kylie and Kendall with ex Kris as well as Brody, Brandon, Cassandra and Burt from previous relationships.

Speaking to ITV’s This Morning ahead of a three-part documentary House of Kardashian being broadcast on Sky at the weekend, 73-year-old Caitlyn dropped the bombshell: “Well Kris, I never really talk to anymore,” when asked by host Josie Gibson what her relationship was like with the Kardashian-Jenner clan these days.

Caitlyn explained: “When you have as many kids as I have, you’re closer to some than you are to others… I certainly see them and we do this and that. I’m much closer to the Jenner side with Brandon and Brody, Burt and my daughter Casey (from his first marriage before Kris). But Kris, I don’t really have any more contact with her. It’s kind of sad because we went through a lot.”

Sharing details of their relationship before things turned sour between them, Caitlyn said she first met Kris on a blind date back in 1991 and they “hit it off from day one”.

She confessed: “I had been single for six years, and really kind of struggling with myself and who I was and how I fit into the world. I was just turning 40 and met Kris on a blind date, we hit it off from day one..

“Was it love at first sight? Pretty close to that, yes. I was totally impressed with her and how she lived her life – she had four kids, I had four kids… and we got married five and a half months later! It was very quick.”

Although the family are worth billions now, it wasn’t always that way. At the beginning Caitlyn said her and Kris had no money, but it was Kris’ business acumen that grew their fortune.

She said: “We had no money. We started with nothing, Kris fired the manager and said ‘I’m going to take over…’ she hadn’t really done anything like that before, but she kind of knew the business game, and just started building it.”

A WOMAN who has faced comparisons to Kris Jenner has been told the likeness is even more “insane” following the Kardashian matriarch’s rumoured facelift.

Julia has long been compared to the 69-year-old reality TV star – with people pointing out that her cropped raven hairstyle is incredibly similar to Kris’ look.

However, since Kris has been showcasing her new look in recent weeks – causing surgery rumours to swirl – Julia’s followers have insisted she looks even more like her.

Kris has yet to comment on the facelift rumours, but, according to People.com, she visited Dr. Steven Levine in New York for the transformation.

The outlet said that the surgeon “specialises in natural-looking enhancements of the face, breasts, and body”, according to his website.

Kris hasn’t made a secret of her love of anti-ageing treatments in the past, telling People previously that she’s not ashamed of getting wrinkle-freezing injections Botox.

“For me, it’s been really great,” she said.

If you’re responsible, and you talk to your doctor, I think it works. It’s something that I’ve been using for a long time.“

She also underwent a facelift on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians back in 2011.
