LIZZIE Cundy has revealed the heartbreaking news that her brother has died.

Sharing a picture of her sibling Peter, Lizzie wrote in an emotional tribute: “It is with a heavy heart and great sadness to tell you that my brother Peter has died.”

The TV and radio presenter, 57, added: “We as a family are heartbroken.

“Peter was a much loved son, brother and uncle.

“He worked in theatre, film, had a great love of dogs and of Chelsea FC.

“A real character and a kind soul who will be very much missed.

A number of famous friends commented on Lizzie’s post, with Vanessa Feltz writing: “Lizzie I am so sorry for your sad loss.

“I send you my deepest condolences and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your lovely family. Love always Vanessa.”

GMB’s Charlotte Hawkins wrote: “So sorry to hear that Lizzie, sending huge love to you”.

Lizzie’s loss comes just five months after her best friend, TalkRadio star James Whale passed away following a five year battle with terminal cancer at the age of 74.

The legendary broadcaster, who appeared on Big Brother in 2016, is said to have died “with a smile on his face” following the lengthy battle.

He was first diagnosed with cancer back in 2000 and had to have one of his kidneys removed.

Then, in 2020, the TalkTV host revealed that the cancer had returned in his kidney, spine, brain and lungs.

Lizzie was friends with James for over three decades, and said at the time: “I got the phone call from his lovely wife Nadine and I just burst into tears. Because I knew this day was coming but I never wanted it to come.”

She also described James as a father figure, recalling: “He helped me through a lot of ups and downs, through my divorce.

“He told me when I was being an idiot, he told me straight and I loved that in James.”

Lizzie is a mum to sons Josh and James, who she shares with her footballer ex-husband Jason Cundy.

TOWIE star Harry Derbidge’s ex-boyfriend has been left heartbroken by the tragic death of his fiancé.

Dean Rowland, 41, announced partner Steven Hewitt’s passing on Facebook today with a selfie of the couple and a devastating statement.

He wrote: “The world didn’t deserve you, the best of the best, you’ll forever be my one true love, I love you so much [broken heart emoji] I can’t believe I’ve got to go on without you.”

One follower wrote: “So sorry to hear this, thinking of you.”

Dean thanked Steven for being “my constant, my calm and my chaos all in one, thank you for being my home wherever we are.”

And he signed off the positive post, writing: “If 2025 taught me anything it’s that life moves fast, moments matter and the right people make everything better. Here’s to growth, love, laughter and whatever comes next.”

The couple, who had been together for four years, got engaged this time last year at the five-star Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland.

In October Dean revealed they were on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue and were finishing off home renovations.

Last January he shared special videos and pictures from the engagement, writing: “I said YES! Completely overwhelmed and filled with joy.

“Stephen surprised me with the most beautiful proposal, and I couldn’t be happier to start this next chapter with the love of my life.

“Here’s to forever and a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventures together.”

Dean was previously engaged to Towie star Harry but they split two years later in 2021.

It came after the former couple were forced to put their adoption plans on hold.

They also cancelled their wedding twice in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Harry said on Towie: “To be with someone for four years… and for it to not work out, it has just been the most heartbreaking like awful thing I’ve had to go through.

“I gave so much to this relationship, I gave everything to it!

“To the point where I’d give so much… that it would actually cause an argument.”

At the time, Dean reflected on their four years together and said they remained amicable and good friends.

He wrote: “After 4 long amazing years, Harry and I have decided to part ways. It’s with a really heavy heart and absolute anxiety that I’m sharing this with you all.

“There are no secret nor salacious events at the root of decision- just two best friends realising it’s time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives possible.

“I would trust him with anything and he still remains that important person in my life.”

He continued: “No relationship is easy, and we all know this, but with my hand on my heart, I can say the last 4 years have been the most amazing memories I could have ever asked for in a human being.

“We have laughed, cried and drunk a lot of wine, and after all of this, I still have the utmost respect for Harry and his decisions going forward.

“Not only was Harry a lifelong partner for me, but he also was my best friend I did everything with, and although I’ve lost the connection on that level he’s still my best friend and someone I trust with my life.”

In the woodland they ran into Kit Green who was knocked out by John, before the brothers found each other and the shotgun went off – shooting Cain in the stomach – but he still got up and went on to hunt John down.

Later at the hospital while he was getting treatment for the gun wound, Cain was given a shock diagnosis.

He was told that he had cancer and was set to face a battle ahead.

His death was revealed as Victoria Sugden was seen standing over John’s body in the woods but who killed him remains a mystery.

Another exit hint came when Becky Swain was finally arrested for her crimes – by her wife Lisa who was in an ambulance bed at the time, handcuffing her to herself to stop her fleeing.

Elsewhere, a soap favourite returned from the grave tonight.

Throughout the episode a man in a hooded raincoat could be seen with a woman tied up in the back of his van.

The woman knocked herself out on a tree while fleeing him, and was found to have a distinctive tree tattoo – that was also seen on Corrie’s Shona Platt, hinting at a connection between the pair.

But the big shock came when the man’s identity was revealed as Graham Foster.

Graham famously died in Emmerdale in 2020 when he was murdered by Pierce Harris, his body left to rot in woodland in a huge whodunnit mystery.

He was seen in the hospital having got Joe Tate there, and Joe appears to have seen a glimpse of Graham before he slipped away.

Fans of the show will have to wait to find out where Graham has been and how he is linked to the mystery new woman.

BROOKLYN Beckham blocked his family on social media after mum Victoria “liked” a post of his about roasting a chicken, The Sun can reveal.

The budding chef, 26, saw red after Posh showed her approval of a self-shot video in which he discusses beer-brining a bird to give it extra flavour.

GEORGE Clooney is mourning the loss of his sister Adelia Zeidler who has died aged 65.

The Hollywood star’s sibling passed away on Friday (December 19) following a battle with cancer.

Clooney, 64, described his sister – known as Ada – as his “hero” and praised her bravery.

He said: “My sister, Ada, was my hero. She faced down cancer with courage and humor.

“I’ve never met anyone so brave. Amal and I will miss her terribly.”

Ada’s official biography says she died “peacefully” while “surrounded by the people she loved” at St Elizabeth healthcare in Kentucky.

She was born on May 2 1960 in Los Angeles to mum and dad Nina and Nick, and was described as a “talented artist”.

She was named after her great-grandmother.

Her obit states: “A talented artist, she shared her skills as an elementary art teacher at Augusta Independent School for several years.

“In high school, her academic achievements qualified her to be a National Merit Scholar.

“Her love for reading connected her with other readers in a local book club.

“She was also a member of the Augusta Art Guild and was a past grand marshal of Augusta’s Annual White Christmas Parade.”

Ada married Norman Zeidler, a retired army captain, in Augusta in 1987.

While she led a very private life, she supported her brother publicly over the years, including attending his wedding to wife Amal in Venice in 2014.

Ada was snapped standing next to Clooney on a boat as they rode along a canal in the Italian city.

The siblings grew up together in Kentucky.

Clooney told CBS This Morning in 2015: “My sister, I’m very close to.”

Their mum Nina told HGTV in 2006 how she once came home to find her children had thrown a house party, and had thrown cooked marshmallows all over the walls.

Abbey Clancy shared the sad news that her family pet – her cat Maggie – has passed away at the age of 20 just weeks after they welcomed a new puppy

Abbey Clancy has said she is ‘heartbroken’ after the death of her beloved cat Maggie. The 39-year-old model took to social media to share the sad news their family pet had passed away at the age of 20.

Posting a photo of two of her children cuddling Maggie to her Instagram stories, she wrote over the top: “‘Goodnight my beautiful baby. You were one in a million. 20 years with you I’m heartbroken.”

In another snap the mum-of-four posted a pic of one of her sons cuddling Maggie on what looked like the kitchen floor and wrote: “Lost without you baby,” followed by a red love heart.

Her sad news comes just weeks after Abbey – who shares daughters Sophia Ruby, 14, Liberty Rose, 10, and sons Johnny, seven, and six-year-old Jack with football pundit husband Peter Crouch, 44 – welcomed a new furry friend into the family.

Speaking on The Therapy Crouch podcast she does with Pete, Abbey revealed she’d recently got a new pet dog for her daughter Liberty. This is in addition to their black labrador, cavapoo, tabby cat, a stray kitten they recently adopted from Portugal and a lizard, which was a birthday request from her youngest son Jack for his fifth birthday.

The latest addition is a ‘teacup’ Maltese dog called Bambi, which is the same breed as Abbey’s mum’s dog, Bella. She said: “Lib was saying please, mummy, can I get a Bella? And I just thought, you know what? I’m going to get one.”

Though Pete protested he didn’t want any more pets in the house, Abbey didn’t listen and came home with Bambi in November. He recalled: “I’m sitting there on a Sunday, and Abbey walks in with it under her jumper, saying ‘It’s arrived!’ I just couldn’t believe it. We talk about losing the dressing room, right? I’ve lost the household.”

Abbey has insisted her love of having animals in the house stems from her own childhood when she wasn’t allowed pets. And the one pet she did have – a kitten – was given away by her mum to a policeman. She shared: “I’ve still got PTSD from my childhood because I was never allowed a pet. The one kitten I had, my mum gave away to a policeman.”

In a chat with OK! magazine, Abbey said: “I wasn’t allowed pets growing up. My mum was a bit of a clean freak, too – so I’m reliving my childhood through my kids. Every time they want a pet, I’m like ‘yeah’.

“I’m surprised Pete let us bring the stray cat home. He’s often said that if we introduce another human or animal in this house, he’s running away.”

Abbey also has a horse called Enzo that she rides every day and is in talks with animal charities to offer mistreated horses a new lease of life in the grounds of her sprawling country estate in Surrey.

Husband Pete joked: “I’m worried that, you know, we’re basically opening up a horse sanctuary.” It’s said that animal-mad Abbey is just waiting to be vetted before their new houseguests can move in.

She said: “Some have been rescued, they’ve been treated badly, they are rehabilitated but are homeless. You won’t be able to ride them, they’re just companions. But what better way to live out their remaining years than in the Crouch clan?”
