It comes as new research from Jet2 reveals that more and more families are bringing the grandparents with them on holiday.
According to booking data, most family trips are taken in groups of five or six, with the Canary Islands proving to be the most popular spot.
Choice of destination is a huge consideration for multi-gen groups, with 43 per cent choosing somewhere based solely on suitability for their party.
Following the Canary Islands on the list of most in-demand multi-generational getaway locations is Turkey, the Balearic Islands, Greece and mainland Spain.

TENERIFE
Promising year-round sunshine and affordable deals, the rugged Canary Isle of Tenerife is the sweet spot for families after something quick and easy with unlimited R&R.
