STRANGER Things star David Harbour admitted he has “made mistakes” over the last 10 years just WEEKS before ex-wife Lily Allen released her bombshell album.
The couple, who split after a five year marriage in February this year, have had their relationship thrust into the spotlight after Lily’s blistering attack on her marriage on new album, West End Girl.
The 14-track album was dropped last week, but shortly before the release, Harbour briefly spoke about ‘regrets’ while promoting the upcoming final season of Stranger Things.
Talking to Esquire Spain, Harbour was asked to reflect on the past decade of his life in line with how long he has played burly cop Jim Hopper on the show.
He responded by calling it a “hard question” and, while not addressing Lily specifically, he said: “I would change either everything or nothing.
“You either accept your path completely and realise that even the pain and the slip-ups and the mistakes are all part of the journey, and that there’s truth and growth, wisdom and deeper empathy and connection in all that.”
“It’s kind of like a house of cards,” he added. “The minute you try to change one thing you kind of have to change it all.”
Ultimately he said he’d change “everything” and “just make his life happy and silly”, though it would “suck” not to be an actor.
West End Girl
On West End Girl, Lily chronicles her relationship with Harbour, starting with their whirlwind relationship after meeting on Raya in 2019 and setting up their life together in New York.
However, she notes things began to unravel after she landed a part in a West End production of 2:22 A Ghost Story, which required her to come back to London.
She then accuses him of getting close to a woman she names “Madeline”, despite them having an “arrangement” for him to sleep with other people.
Mentioning her on the track ‘Tennis’, fans were abuzz with the question: “Who the f**k is Madeline?”

After six years of marriage the pair split up, with the divorce being finalised in 2021 after pandemic delays.
Following his split from Katie, Hayler started a relationship with Michelle Penticost.
She later gave birth to their son Apollo.
The couple proceeded to get engaged in 2020, but went their separate ways in February this year.
His representative told The Sun: “They separated on good terms and remain close, with their focus on Apollo.”
He was last photographed out in public on Friday, October 3 when he visited Tulleys Farm Shocktober event near Crawley.
His selfie from the celebrity bash was captioned: “My favourite event of the year.”
When did Katie Price and Kieran Hayler get married?
Katie and Kieran tied the knot in 2013 after first meeting in 2012.
Hayler proposed on Christmas Day and not long after they got married at a luxury resort in the Bahamas.
In May 2014, while pregnant with Bunny, Katie discovered Hayler had been cheating on her with her best friend Jane Pountney, when she caught them kissing on a beach in Cape Verde.
He later confessed to a long and intimate relationship with Jane.
Speaking with The Sun on Sunday in 2017, he said: “I would get into the passenger seat of Jane’s car, she would jump on top of me.”
Despite this, Katie forgave him, only for him to cheat again in with their nanny, Nikki Brown, in 2017.
Katie said: “I was crying, asking, ‘How could you do this to me again?’ When I begged him to tell the truth he finally said, ‘Yeah, we have’.”
The marriage eventually broke down in 2018, with the divorce finalised in 2021.
Why has he been charged?
Hayler has been charged with three counts of rape and one sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
The allegations date to June-October 2016, the midway point of his marriage to Katie, 47.
The alleged victim is not a member of his or Katie’s extended family.
In a statement made last night Sussex Police said:
“We can confirm Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl.
“The offences are alleged to have occurred at an address in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016.
“Hayler remains released under investigation and is due to appear before Crawley magistrates’ court on November 19.
“The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has received support from specially trained officers as our enquiries continue.”
Hayler is currently denying these allegations made against him.
His legal representative added: “Kieran Hayler strongly denies the allegations made against him in its entirety.

But Ojani, who was married to J-Lo from 1997 to 1998, hit back on social media, saying: “Stop putting us down.

PARIS Fury has predicted her hubby Tyson will burst into tears when he walks their daughter Venezuela down the aisle.

Paris said: “I think Tyson will get teary and emotional giving Venezuela away. He might be strong, but underneath he is softer than I am.
“If he is feeling the love that day, he will be balling. She’s our daughter.”
She added: “Hopefully it’s not too close in the future though, we hope Venezuela has time to embrace her engagement.
Recalling the proposal, which saw Noah get down on one knee in front of Venezuela’s family and friends last month, she said: “Noah asked for Tyson’s permission to propose to her at her 16th birthday shortly before he proposed.
“I didn’t get involved, but I had an inkling it might happen.
“It’s an old fashioned tradition, Tyson asked my dad for his permission to propose to me, we believe in that.”
She added: “But when it happened I was so nervous and my hands were shaking.”
Speaking at the launch of her new Eternal Collagen, held at the Grosvenor House Suites in London on Thursday (MUST REF) mum-of-seven Paris hopes her business venture inspires Venezuela to continue working as an influencer once she is married.
She said: “I want to inspire my kids, you can be a mum, and a wife and have it all.
“I know Venezuela is only 16, but she’s happy, we support her. I know in my heart this is the right thing for her.
“In the traveller, gypsy community, traditionally we get married young, I was 17, but 50 years ago everyone in England got married young.
“I’ve given Venezuela every option in life and this is what she has chosen, she has an independent woman and makes decisions for herself.”
Speaking about the secret to her long-lasting relationship with Tyson Paris said: “You can’t delude yourself that relationships are hard, there will always be ups and downs.
“But Tyson and I have just renewed our wedding vows and we are cringingly still in love, even after all these years.
“We’re still madly in love.
“As long as the good times outweigh the bad times. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes I look at Tyson and think, ‘you’re a pain in my the arse’ but most of the time I love him.
“You have to put the time in, especially when you’re juggling family and work. We’re being negligent at the minute, as we love to do date night, and we have had it enough.
How Venezuela Fury ‘could be a millionaire by age 16’ with her own modelling career
WITH a heavyweight boxing champ for a dad and a bestselling author mum, it’s likely that Venezuela Fury has a bright future ahead of her.
And the 15-year-old is already shaping up to be one of the most popular teenagers on the internet, racking up 70,000 followers on Instagram and more than 200,000 followers on TikTok.
The star has already caught the attention of modelling agencies, who have claimed that her unique style could make her a “millionaire by the time she’s 16.”
Gemma Howorth, Founder of Body London Model Management is convinced that Venezuela’s “gorgeous” looks and “strong social presence”, could make her a lot of money from modelling – before she even turns 16.
“Venezuela is very young but if correctly managed could really do well with a strong fashion-focused brand like Boohoo and then go on to develop an exciting modelling career,” she said.
According to Carol Needham, who runs Needham’s Models, Venezuela could even follow in the footsteps of Katie Price’s daughter, 17-year-old Princess Andre, and sign a deal with PrettyLittleThing.
“Seeing someone like Venezuela Fury is truly unique,” Carol said.
“She’s almost 6ft tall at 15 years old and has her own signature style in modelling, especially with her teapot pose.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if PrettyLittleThing wanted to snap her up!”
Princess signed a four-figure deal with the fast-fashion brand back in January, and some experts predict the move could see her become a millionaire by the time she’s 18.
“We love to have a date night at the movies with popcorn or go 10 pin bowling, just as long as we are together and having fun.
“It’s about getting glammed up and flirting, you’ve got to flirt and date each other. It helps keep the love alive, I love it when Tyson has had a shave.”
Paris has partnered with Eternal Collagen, which she calls the perfect solution for busy women looking to take care of themselves.
Unlike other products on the market, Eternal Collagen delivers a strong 15,000 milligrams per shot of super strength hydrolysed marine collagen and is packed with essential vitamins, including vitamin D, vitamin C, and vitamin B12.
Speaking about her collaboration with Eternal Collagen, Paris said: “It’s got all the vitamins that you need to make you healthy and glow.
“Since I’ve started taking it I’ve noticed so many changes, I never used to be able to grow my nails, but now I can.
“My skin is glowing and clear, my hair is growing fast and I keep having to go to the hairdressers. I also feel really great, all my kids got ill recently, but I didn’t get it, that’s because it’s so good for your immune system.”
She added: “I would only endorse a product I believe in.”

Married at First Sight’s best moments
Married at First sight has brought eight explosive series of drama to the small screen. These are some of the best moments
When series 8 couple Rozz Darlington and Thomas Kriaras brought secretly brought a sex toy to the couple’s dinner party. Unbeknownst to their fellow cast members who they were having dinner with, Rozz wore a vibrating egg gadget whilst husband Thomas had the controls.
Nikita’s exit in series 6. Nikita was removed from the show early on due to her behaviour, which led to her husband Ant re-entering the experiment with Alexis.
A slightly more heart warming highlight from series 6 was watching Dan and Matt’s relationship unfold. Dan and Matt were the first same-sex couple on the show, and their relationship was both ground-breaking and adorable.
Emma and James’ wedding in series 1. They were the first couple to ever get married on the UK version of the show. Emma and James, had a beautiful ceremony that set the tone for the series.
The dinner party showdowns are always a MAFs highlight with explosive arguments and unexpected alliances forming.
The question was met with an awkward silence untilReissgiggled and said: “Easy girl. It’s been two days.”
Then during a boat trip she asked: “”Do you visualise me in your future?”
An annoyed Reiss threw an epic strop and responded: “I can’t cope! You’re too much.
“I don’t need pressure yet, it’s so early.
“I don’t like it. I know you’re saying you want to see the real me you aint going to find that out over night.
“You know I’m a closed book. If you’re constantly pressuring me you’re just going to keep me closed.”

ANOTHER wife of the Manchester synagogue terrorist said the attacker “raped” her and lied about being married with a child.
The woman, whose identity is being protected, told how Jihad Al-Shamie abused her mentally and sexually after they first met on Muslim dating app Muzz.

She had converted to Islam in 2012, ten years before meeting Al-Shamie.
The woman became trapped in a volatile cycle in which he would flip between being “vile” and then “nice” to draw her back in to their on-and-off relationship.
Eventually, Al-Shamie told the woman he was married and had a son, but confessed to keeping them secret.
In text messages seen by the M.E.N, he wrote: “I didn’t tell u because I really like you and wanted u to be my 2nd wife.”
But Al-Shamie told her men can have four wives in Islamic culture and that his first wife “accepts” it.
Within a month of entering into a relationship with him, the pair married in January 2022.
The woman said their Islamic ceremony took place over a video call because of Covid restrictions.
She claimed Al-Shamie raped her, but she did not report it to police.
The attacker’s abuse is laid out in Facebook messages between the couple.

He tells her: “Good luck getting any guy to deal with your rubbish.”
And: “You’re not worth it and I can do better – don’t need someone with your baggage and mental issues.”
To try and win her back, Al-Shamie would promise grand gestures, such as buying a property close to where she lived, although these never came into fruition.
The woman told M.E.N she thought she loved him at the beginning of their partnership.

“He was caring and understanding and didn’t judge my kids for their needs,” she said.
“He would say ‘I love you, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have done that’. He was controlling and abusive.
“He did rape me multiple times, but to us we just fulfil what our husband’s say.
“He was one of them where you have got to do it there and then.”
Domestic abuse – how to get help
DOMESTIC abuse can affect anyone – including men – and does not always involve physical violence.
Here are some signs that you could be in an abusive relationship:
Emotional abuse – Including being belittled, blamed for the abuse – gaslighting – being isolated from family and friends, having no control over your finances, what you where and who you speak to
Threats and intimidation – Some partners might threaten to kill or hurt you, destroy your belongings, stalk or harass you
Physical abuse – This can range from slapping or hitting to being shoved over, choked or bitten.
Sexual abuse – Being touched in a way you do not want to be touched, hurt during sex, pressured into sex or forced to have sex when you do not consent.
If any of the above apply to you or a friend, you can call these numbers:
Remember, you are not alone.
1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience domestic abuse over the course of their lifetime.
Every 30 seconds the police receive a call for help relating to domestic abuse.
She categorized their relationship as “his way or no way” and described him as constantly being “pushy” – telling her wives had to “obey” their husbands.
A former friend told The Sun on Sunday that killer Al-Shamie would smoke around 2g of strong skunk a day when he was a teen and frequently felt the wrath of his parents.
His obsession led him to dropping out of Liverpool John Moores University a year into his English, media and cultural studies degree course in 2011.
Meanwhile neighbours said he would spend his time lifting weights in his garage or wander around in his pyjamas and flip flops.
The woman also reflected this portrayal in her tales of Al-Shamie, who she claimed was always “between jobs” and “living with his parents”.
After their relationship ended, the last time Al-Shamie contacted her was April earlier this year, but she ignored him.

Belinda Coleman was also once one of them, having a front row seat to all the money, the pleasures – and pitfalls – of life as a Premier League wife.
She was the spouse of the Welsh football coach Chris Coleman – but in 2011, their 19-year relationship came to a bitter end following cheating accusations.
The divorce ended in Chris, now 55, giving Belinda just two months to leave the two bedroom flat she shared with their four kids, Sonny, Christy, Faraday and Georgie – all whilst he planned his marriage to blonde TV presenter Charlotte Jackson.
Belinda previously lifted the lid on how their dream marriage turned into a nightmare – and how his flings led to their split after 19 years together.
Belinda then said. “He’s an adulterer and I just became bored of his indiscretions.
“His affairs were into double figures. And I’d even confronted three or four of the women. I never ranted at them. I just told them they weren’t the first and they wouldn’t be the last.
“And I told him if he wanted to be with them, he should just walk out and leave us alone to get on with our lives.”
Now, over a decade later, Belinda has revealed what life is like when your millionaire marriage ends, the money disappears, and you go from the A-list lifestyle to having the bailiffs at your door.
By 1991, when she met Chris, then a player with Crystal Palace, Belinda owned a flat of her own and was managing a hotel health club.
“I’d been invited to a match by a player who’d come to the health club for physiotherapy. The first time I spoke to Chris in the lounge after the match it was so natural. I had no idea this man would change my life forever,” Belinda told The Telegraph.
Husband given £325k of wife’s £60m fortune in divorce WINS bid to get more cash
Just six months later the pair tied the knot – and according to Belinda, it felt like a fairy tale.
As Chris’ career began to climb, they went from a two-bedroom rental to purchasing a small house before Chris moved to Blackburn – ”and suddenly, there was so much money”, Belinda said.
There were luxurious holidays, shopping sprees galore and private school education for their four kids.
“I decorated our lovely home in the country, called the Old Stables, with all the top-of-the-range equipment I could find.”
But with so much money coming in, there was no planning for their financial future – something Belinda looks back at now and cringes at how ”financially irresponsible” the two were.
Meet the WAGS of the England footballers
England Wags range from childhood sweethearts to recently blossoming love stories.
The fitness instructor has been married to the England captain since 2019 and joined him in Germany with their four children after he joined Bayern Munich.
“I couldn’t be sensible about it because I couldn’t bear to think about it. There was a lot of guilt at having money when people I loved didn’t, so spending it as quickly as I could on myself and others seemed to make sense.”
Of course, there was also the pressure to look the part, which came with a hefty price tag – the scrutiny of Premier League wives and girlfriends was intense.
There were amazing times together, she explained – the fun of supporting their men at their games, the lavish getaways abroad, the luxurious parties and the fun of watching their children grow together.
But the lifestyle also came with lots of troubles to share, such as woman ”falling over” their husbands, which ”took a huge psychological and emotional toll” on Belinda.
As rumours of Chris’s infidelity became louder, with headlines everywhere, the trust between the couple crumbled.
While Belinda was trying her best to pretend everything was okay for the sake of her children, it was just a mask – and in reality, she was losing her mind.
It eventually led the mother-of-four to do things that she wasn’t proud of, including hiring a private detective and hiding a tracker in Chris’s car – something, she now thinks, created ”suffering”.
As for why the separation and then divorce meant swapping a millionaire pad for a two-bed flat, Belinda is frank.
“Despite once having millions, the money had run out. It was my fault too, of course, but suddenly I was facing financial ruin.”
Bailiffs knocking on door
But the worst was yet to come.
One day, Belinda, now 60, heard loud banging at the door – it was two men who turned out to be bailiffs.
Paralysed with fear, she didn’t dare to move, and when the two finally left, she collapsed.
Following their visit, Belinda’s car was repossessed, and then an eviction notice arrived.
Eventually managing to find a private rental she could just about afford, this was the first of 11 forced moves in ten years for Belinda and the children, Sonny, now 32, Christy 30, Faraday, 27, and Georgie, 25.
While she did eventually receive spousal and child maintenance, the money was nothing compared to her previous lavish lifestyle and Belinda felt as if she ”was depriving the children of the life they’d become accustomed to”.
On one occasion, she remembers, her card was declined at the supermarket checkout, despite calculating everything in the trolley to the penny.
Now raising four kids as a single mum, Belinda took whatever jobs she could fit around their schedule, working nights, weekends and 12-hour shifts.
“I packed boxes for a removal company, worked in a call centre and cleaned. One day in 2016, a year after our divorce was finalised, I drove through the wrought-iron gates of the Old Stables. I was there to clean the house we’d once owned.
Standing in the beautiful home, the memories of the happy times came flooding back and Belinda realised just how much her life had changed.
But she refused to feel sorry for herself. Instead, she appreciated being alive and having four wonderful kids, friends and family who loved her.
Then in 2019, during yet another forced house move, she was packing a book – and things in her life were about to change.
The sentence read: ”Sometimes the universe is just waiting for you to say yes.’’
For Belinda, it was a sign – a sign that if she truly wanted something different in her life, she needed to do something different.
This was the start of Belinda’s journey with manifestation, journaling, meditating, visualisation and expressing gratitude daily that turned her life around – as did winning a legal case.
On a whim one day, the mum-of-four wrote herself a cheque for the amount she believed was achievable from an ongoing legal dispute, placing it beside her bed and acknowledging it every day.
In the end, she ended up winning that case against the odds, and the money meant she could finally achieve the dream of owning her very own home.
”The house I bought was listed for exactly the amount I’d written on the cheque.”
Now a qualified motivational coach and NLP (neuro-linguistic processing therapy) practitioner, Belinda has written a book about her journey.
Wag to Warrior, Every Woman’s Roadmap to Overcoming Life’s Challenges and Rewriting Her Story is a book that Belinda hopes will help other women who are struggling, including other WAGs.

Tonight the experts called Sarah out at the first Commitment Ceremony.
They were left disgusted at her behaviour during last night’s dinner party, as they thought she had acted disrespectfully towards Dean, after she complained to the other couples about her husband’s appearance.
It came after Sarah told everyone she spoke to that there was “no spark” or “attraction there” and doesn’t think there ever will be.
The girls confirmed that she had the “ick” while the boys persuaded her to give him a chance as he is a “lovely guy”.
But Sarah was having none of it.
This evening, viewers watched as Married At First Sight expert Paul pulled her up on her behaviour.
“What are you willing to change?,” he asked Sarah.
“Do you think that you were rude while talking about your partner at the dinner party?”
Not holding back Paul continued: “| get the challenge around physical attraction, but where you absolutely lost me is when you went around gossiping about your husband to other people and you were laughing at it.”
But Sarah didn’t take well to the criticism and she started to cry after she and Dean made the decision to “stay” in the experiment.
MAFS ‘most hated bride’ breaks down in tears after fat-shaming groom
Sobbing she said: “It was really hard to hear what Paul had to say and I apologize, and yeah, I’m sorry, it’s not me, it’s not who I am.
“And maybe if I did have that spark, I wouldn’t have said anything like that because I wouldn’t have.
But there’s not the spark there, so that’s, that was the only reason why I said it.”
Fully crying now, Sarah continued: “I haven’t meant it maliciously at all. I don’t want to hurt anyone.
“I’m being true to myself, but then it’s coming across really badly.”
EDDIE Hearn and his wife are allegedly living separate lives with the boxing promoter moving “abroad” and recently being spotted without his wedding ring.
Viewers were also quick to point out the boxing promoter’s wife’s absence from his recent tell-all Netflixdocumentary.

Although the couple remain married, their relationship has grown increasingly distant, reports Mail Online.
Eddie, 46, now spends most of his time in his luxurious Monaco home, while former beautician, Chloe, resides at the Hearn family’s estate in Ingatestone, Essex.
While Eddie resides in sunny Monaco for six months of the year, reportedly due to tax reasons, his wife occupies a smaller property away from the main house on the grand estate.
It is believed that the pair’s two teenage children travel between the two residences, regularly paying visits to their father.
However, beyond living in separate countries, the chairman of Matchroom sport also appears to not be wearing his ring in his new Netflix tell-all documentary.
The new show has captivated audience as it follows the famous father-son duo in their bid to take their heavyweight sports promotion company to the next level.
Yet, viewers were quick to spot both the absence of his wife of 13 years and a wedding band on his finger.
Eddie, who represents stars including Anthony Joshua and Canelo Alvarez, doesn’t appear to wear the band in the show or in the publicity photos taken ahead of its release.
Due to not being seen in public for months, whether or not Chloe is wearing her ring remains unknown.
The sports promoter’s wife has only been spotted once this year on March 31 when she resigned as a director from Matchroom’s charity foundation.
Late Ghanaian boxer Ernest Akushey works out with trainer
The following day, Eddie filed papers with Companies House confirming his relocation to Monaco.
However, despite this, friends of the pair reportedly remain adamant that the marriage remains robust and they are still very much together.

A spokesperson for the couple said: “Rumours around the status of Eddie and Chloe’s marriage are untrue. They are still very much together.”
A source close to the family confirmed this, adding: “Eddie and Chloe may spend a lot of time apart but that’s down to the differing demands on them for business and family reasons – and they remain very much together.”
Another friend echoed these statements, explaining that the couple do lead increasingly separate lives, however, they remain strong as a couple and have no plans to change that.
The friend said that they are very different people with very different demands, as he fronts a huge business, while she is the primary carer to their girls.
Another source close to the Hearn’s also said that Eddie and Chloe are made for each other, adding that they have a modern relationship.
Prior to choosing to live in separate homes, the couple has always remained confident about their differences.
In a 2015 joint interview at Chloe’s Brentwood beauty salon, she described being married to Eddie as meaning in practice, learning to do everything on your own.
Eddie then chimed in, describing her as a boxing widow.
Eddie also recently shared a post to Instagram of him being welcomed to Kamani Living, a luxury real estate company based in Dubai.
This could suggest that the promoter is looking to make more investments in the Middle East.

The hoard may have been buried for safekeeping by an exceptionally wealthy church cleric during the time of Henry VIII’s Dissolution of the Monasteries and Catholic priories.
The couple, who have asked not to be named for fear treasure hunters may descend on their quiet street, notified the authorities of their find in 2020.
Although the hoard was initially declared as treasure, it was later disclaimed and returned to the couple as no museums or institutions were in a position to buy it during the pandemic.
The coins are now set to go under the hammer at David Guest Numismatics’ auction in Switzerland where they will be sold individually.
It’s usually the case with coin hoards that a portion of the proceeds must go to the landowner, but in this case the finders are the landowners.

The couple are said to be “excited” about the sales which will be like a lottery win for them.
Auctioneer David Guest said: “It is a fantastic hoard found by a couple while they were gardening at the end of the garden of their home in Milford-on-Sea.
“They were digging in a flower border and found these circular discs in a clump of clay soil.
“They put them on the decking and washed them off and realised they were gold coins so they carried on digging and found a total of 64 of them in the same spot.

“After they notified the Portable Antiquities Scheme the coins were examined by the British Museum.
“They organised a further archaeological dig of the site and found six more coins.
“The earliest coins are from the reign of Henry VI in the 1420s and they go right up to 1537 and the reign of Henry VIII.
“They are in a remarkable state of preservation.”
Guest added that it was clearly a hoard assembled over a long period of time and that the coins amounted to £26 which was the equivalent price of a house back then.
“It was a lot of money. I doubt most people in England at the time ever saw a gold coin,” he said.
“The gold coins could have belonged to a merchant of considerable wealth or a church cleric who was very rich.
“Milford-on-Sea would have been part of the estate of Christchurch Priory at the time.
“The dissolution of the monasteries was a very tumultuous time and we know that other hoards were buried at this time to keep money away from the King’s commissioners that sought to take control of lands.”
He said the couple who made the find were in their 50s with two children and added “they were sitting on a gold mine”.
“I don’t think anyone digging in their back garden can imagine what it would be like to find one gold coin from Tudor times let alone a hoard of 70.
“The combined pre-sale estimate is a considerable amount of money and a life changing amount for the vendors.
“I have invited them out for the sale but I don’t know if they are coming yet but they are very excited. We have considerable interest in the sale.
“Hoards always attract interest as people love stories about the thrill of finding buried treasure.
“Combined with the quality of many of the coins and the state of preservation adds to the appeal.”

Countryfile anchor Anita, 47, has now been seen with her new man as the pair attended a London Fashion Week show.
The couple looked smitten as they held hands and wandered through the streets of the capital city.
Anita wore a copper-coloured jumpsuit, which appeared to be loosely fitted and boasted of a plunging neckline.
She completed the look with a classic Burberry trench, some green pointed boots that had a stiletto heel, and a tan-coloured shoulder bag.
Anita wore her brunette bob in a sleek style which was straight and glossy.
Meanwhile, her hunky man could be seen in a pair of dark grey jeans, with a black top, a grey jacket and a pair of brown boots.
The smitten pair walked hand in hand as they smiled at one another, with them even bursting out in laughter in one snap.
Earlier this month, the couple were spotted running errands at homeware store B&Q.
As the pair were papped at the start of September, Alex was seen with a tote bag slung over his shoulder and carrying some soil.
Strictly Come Dancing hit with fresh fix row just one week into show as star’s dance career is exposed
At the time, Anita walked closely alongside her man as they made their way to his car.
The pair were also all smiles in a selfie posted from the Green Man festival in August, with Anita and Alex seen posing with her pals.
Anita, who tagged Alex’s work account and also follows his personal page on Instagram, is clearly embracing her next life chapter.
Her man is in charge of an immersive sonic experience company called Frqncy Ldn.
The company “explores the effects of sound and mind on the body.”
He recently focused on the gong instrument, composing and writing the score for the instrument on new release, The White Edition.
Anita proved the supportive partner as she wrote underneath: “It’s a stunner.”
Meanwhile, Alex’s brand has also performed sound meditations as part of Glastonbury Festival’s wellness programme.
Previously, Anita and Alex were seen watching Lankum and Mogwai at South Facing Festival in Crystal Palace park.
At the time, a source told The Sun: “Anita and this bloke were clearly very close and more than just friends – she was wrapped around him in the VIP area then they walked off into the crowd together looking really happy.”

He has been a rock during her recovery from a life-saving brain op, and a friend said: “Everyone is so thrilled for them.”
The couple, together seven years, then flew to the Burning Man festival in Nevada, US, three weeks ago to celebrate.
They have revealed the happy news only to their innermost circle.
Davina is recovering from an op to remove a benign brain cyst last November and a friend said: “To say it has been a rollercoaster year for her is an understatement.
“Whilst surgery was, of course, traumatic, she made peace with a lot in the days and weeks leading up to it.
“Then, having survived, she had a new lease of life — as so many do who have been in similar situations.
“Michael was her absolute rock throughout her recovery.
“If you see them together, genuinely they are like lovesick teenagers.
“Their chemistry is insane.
“Basically Davina thought ‘f*** it, life is short’, and decided it was time to, as the kids say, lock in the love of her life.”
Davina McCall hosts new reality show Stranded on Honeymoon Island
The pair met on Big Brother in the early 2000s when he styled her hair.
They stayed friends for years but only began dating after she finalised her divorce from Matthew Robertson in early 2018.
It is not known when Davina and Michael will but is unlikely to be until after May next year when Davina is expected to be fully recovered from her brain op.
The pal added: “She has a ring but is only wearing it in private.
“It is wonderful news and everyone who knows them is just so thrilled.
“They really do make the most gorgeous couple.”
Yesterday mum-of-three Davina detailed her post-op journey to Radio 2’s Scott Mills, and, without mentioning her engagement, said she had never been happier.
She said: “After my operation they said it will take a year to 18 months to get as good as you’re going to get.
“I keep thinking that next May I’m going to go out for dinner with Michael and say, ‘I hope this version of me is all right as this is what you’re going to get’.
“I don’t know if you think I see any difference but I am so happy.
“It is mad. I guess I am just super-grateful to be here, alive.
“I can’t believe the sliding doors that happened to get me here are magical.
“It’s been a massive journey and some has been incredibly hard.”

Davina has been recovering from brain surgery, and praised Michael for his incredible supportCredit: Instagram
Michael has styled her locks for years and created a glam beehive hairdo for her appearance at Wednesday night’s NTAs at the O2 in London.
He runs his own award-winning brand, MD London and co-hosts popular podcast Making The Cut.
Davina, who once hosted dating show Streetmate, last month insisted they’d never tie the knot.
She said: “We go on honeymoons all the time but without getting married.
“We’re in the honeymoon period even after all these years.
“I couldn’t be more happy. And sometimes there’s an idea of, why change anything?’”
But in another recent interview she praised Michael for his support.
She said: “I want to just big up Michael for a minute, because you and I have been through something mega, and I want to say out loud, just thank you.
“It’s been really difficult for both of us, and I love you with all of my heart.
“You are everything to me, you’re my soulmate.
“We are more than married!”

Davina’s marriage to second husband Matthew Robertson lasted for 17 yearsCredit: News Group Newspapers Ltd
Davina was married to TV adventurer Matthew Robertson for 17 years, and the couple have children Holly, Chester, and Tilly.
Davina wed then-shop manager Andrew Leggett in 1997.
But they fell out after a few months and the marriage ended in 1999.
After realising their feelings for one another, Davina and Michael went public with their relationship in 2018, and by January 2023 had moved in together.
Last autumn doctors discovered a 14mm tumour after Davina had a scan as part of a deal with One Welbeck, a private healthcare facility for whom she had given a talk on the menopause for.
The presenter explained: “In my head, I was literally the healthiest person in the world.
“I had this head-to-toe scan.
“And they came back and they went, ‘Okay, we’ve got your results. Um… we’d like to talk to you’.
“They said, ‘You’ve got a benign cyst in your brain.’
“The doctor explained it’s called a colloid cyst.
“And a colloid cyst is a three in a million thing, and it can also cause… very, very rarely, but it can also cause sudden death.”
Speaking to podcaster Steven Bartlett, Davina said she faced the diagnosis head on with Michael, with the pair discussing what might happen if something went wrong during the surgery.
She added: “I said, ‘Look, I’ve got to plan for it if it doesn’t go according to plan.’
“When I’d spoken to the doctors, they talked about things like stroke, epilepsy, these being risks.
“Nicking an artery or a blood vessel in the brain and having a bleed… so there were a lot of things that could be a risk.
“And obviously, because of my age, you know, I’m 57. That was another thing that mattered to me. I was thinking, you know.
“Would you rather have brain surgery now, or if it grew in eight years’ time, would you want to have it in your mid-to-late 60s?
“Would it not be better to get it done now while you’re fit and healthy in every other way?”
After speaking to her children and closest family, Davina said she immediately set about sorting her affairs — including updating her will.
Following the surgery, Michael updated Davina’s followers and said she was recovering well.
Seeing them in the flesh is like witnessing teenagers in the first flush of intoxicating, all-consuming, hormonal-heavy love. Minus the angst.
News of their engagement is the bit of cheer we all needed at a time when so much else in the world is unrelentingly grim.
Davina is one of the kindest, most genuine celebrities in Britain.
Michael is a bundle of high energy fun.
He is as deeply in love with his fiancée as he is rightly proud of her.
Whilst their public lives are deeply entwined thanks to a successful podcast and his artful rendering of her locks, they are also deeply successful, and independent, in their own right.
A few years ago I bumped into Michael at London’s Soho House.
He came over to say hi; he drinks (moderately, not in a lush way) whereas six-packed, uber-fit Davina is famously teetotal.
He was lovely, unguarded and deeply complimentary of his then-girlfriend.
Michael invariably accompanies her on set and, granted, they’re not snogging unprofessionally between takes, but their chemistry is palpable.
Their decision to marry, having insisted they would never want to rock the boat, will give dog-obsessed spinsters like me hope.
Evidently Davina’s recent trauma, which she so powerfully documented to help others experiencing similar, has given her fresh perspective. Life is short; celebrate those you love.
For a woman so synonymous with menopause awareness, how lovely another M word “marriage” is now what we are all talking about.

They play Lady Edith Crawley and Andrew Parker respectively in the smash-hit period drama.
In 2021, the co-star couple welcomed their first child, son Luca, into the world.
Michael, 36, has now seemingly confirmed that he and Laura have tied the knot.
Speaking at NBC‘s Downton Abbey Celebrates The Grand Finale, he said: “I owe a lot to this show.

“I think so much of my life has been shaped around this show.”
Co-star Lesley Nicol – who plays Mrs Patmore – then asked: “What if someone said you’re actually going to find your wife and have a child? Life-changing stuff.”
To which Michael replied: “I know. It’s incredible.”
The Sun has contacted Michael’s representatives for comment.
Meanwhile, the event marked Downton Abbey‘s conclusion – spanning 15 years worth of a TV series and now three feature films.
A source told the Sun on Sunday: at the time: “Laura and Michael absolutely love being parents and were grateful to have some time away from the limelight to enjoy the moment.
“Laura’s taken motherhood in her stride and it’s added another string to her bow.”
Meanwhile, Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale features Hugh Bonneville and Elizabeth McGovern as the Earl and Countess of Grantham, as well as Michelle Dockery as Lady Mary Crawley and Jim Carter as Mr Carson.
The beloved original series ran from 2010 to 2015 on ITV and PBS in the US.
Ahead of the third film‘s release, Hugh told how it will pay tribute to the late Dame Maggie Smith.
The screen legend playedViolet Crawley, the Dowager Countess of Grantham.
Hugh told The Chris Evans Breakfast Show with The National Lottery on Virgin Radio UK: “It’s very much set in the house and saying goodbye to all these characters and we obviously say goodbye to Dame Maggie, which was very poignant on screen and now in real life.”
“She’ll be sorely missed. But the final film will obviously be a great lasting tribute to her.”

A RUSSIAN oligarch’s estranged wife has won a six-year fight to drag her divorce battle into the English courts.
Natalia Potanina secured a landmark Court of Appeal ruling on Thursday to sue her billionaire ex-husband Vladimir Potanin, who is said to be worth around £15.7billion.

Potanin is described as Russia’s second richest man and a pal of Vladimir Putin through their shared love of ice hockey.
Potanin is the chief executive of Norilsk Nickel, the world’s largest palladium producer and a global nickel giant.
But he was sanctioned by the UK and US in 2022 after Putin’s brutal invasion of Ukraine.
The former couple wed in Russia in 1983, where they lived for their entire married life and raised three children.
They split in acrimonious fashion, with Potanin claiming the marriage ended in 2007.
Potanina insists they only separated in 2013, with a Russian court finalising the divorce a year later.
She said at first she thought it was a “badly-worded joke” but was later told she “didn’t need money” when the subject of a financial settlement arose.
The pair first met as penniless students in the 1970s, when Russia was still under communism.
Potanina argues that her husband only built his fortune after their marriage, and that she supported him throughout his rise.
Putin’s icy encounter with rival at China parade may reveal his NEXT target
Despite his £15billion fortune, Potanina was awarded just £30.9million in the Russian courts – less than one per cent of the family wealth.
Lawyers for Potanin argue she actually received around £63m, but she insists the sum barely scratched the surface of their assets.
Now, after years of legal wrangling, Potanina has been cleared to bring a claim in London for financial relief – setting the stage for what could become the world’s biggest-ever marital split.
She is seeking half of her ex-husband’s beneficial interest in shares in Norilsk Nickel, along with half of the dividends paid on those shares since 2014.
She also wants half the value of a lavish Moscow mansion known as The Autumn House, on which the couple splashed out around £111million.
She is thought to be seeking around £5billion in total.
At the heart of earlier disputes was the couple’s palatial family home in Nemchinovo, 17 miles west of Moscow, where they lived with their three children – daughter Anastasia, and sons Ivan and Vasily.
Also up for grabs were two superyachts, including “The Anastasia,” named after their daughter, and “The Nirvana.”
Potanina’s legal team told the court she had earned her share of the fortune through years of marriage and by being the “main carer” of their children.
Her barrister, Charles Howard KC, branded the earlier dismissal of her case “inconsistent and illogical,” accusing the judge of falling into Potanin’s trap of repeatedly labelling her a “divorce tourist.”
Potanin’s lawyers, led by Lord Faulks KC, countered that the couple had “no connection with this jurisdiction during the marriage” and that Potanina only had “recent and modest connections” to England when she applied.
London’s High Court originally threw out her claim in 2019, warning that allowing it would mean “no limit to divorce tourism.”
That decision was overturned in 2021 by the Court of Appeal, only for Potanin to win a narrow 3-2 victory in the Supreme Court last year, which sent the case back to be reconsidered.
Now, judges Lord Justice Moylan, Lady Justice Falk and Lord Justice Cobb have sided with Potanina once again, ruling she had “substantial grounds” to pursue her claim in England.

They said there was evidence she had “very largely severed her ties with Russia” and that her connection to the country was “increasingly tenuous.”
The ruling added: “The discrepancy between her award of the marital assets and the husband’s retained share was significant.
“The discrepancy between what she had recovered in Russia compared with what she would have recovered had the case been heard in this jurisdiction was equally significant.”
She said at the time to be fearing that if she returned to Russia her passport could be seized, preventing her from visiting her son studying in New York.
She also accused her husband of offering her only medical insurance, a driver, and maintenance for their youngest child, rather than a fair settlement.
The blockbuster ruling reignites fears that London will become the “divorce capital of the world.”
Jennifer Headon, head of international family law at Birketts LLP, said the High Court had already warned such a move could open the floodgates to “limitless” divorce tourism.
Sarah Jane Lenihan, partner at Dawson Cornwell, said few had expected such an outcome, asking: “The question now is whether it will open the door for others who have divorced overseas to seek a second bite at the cherry in England.”
Sital Fontenelle, head of family law at Kingsley Napley LLP, said the ruling reinforced the UK’s status as the “divorce capital of the world” and left the “door still open” for future claims.
Peter Burgess, partner at Burgess Mee, added that aspiring “divorce tourists” might now wait to demonstrate their links to England at a full hearing rather than being knocked back early.
She has previously said her situation reflects the discrimination faced by many women in Russia, where “the law is male, the ideology is male,” adding that she had been “deprived of money and driven out of the house.”
Potanina’s solicitor, Frances Hughes of Hughes Fowler Carruthers, hailed the ruling as a “second vindication” of her client’s case, saying Potanina was delighted and now hoped the matter could be “resolved without further delay.”

A WOMAN has been left totally lost for words after receiving a passive-aggressive letter from a neighbour she’s never spoken to.
So if you thought your neighbours were bad, you may want to think again.

Not only was the typed-up letter extremely harsh, but it even accused the anonymous woman and her husband Joe of being ‘creepy’ and ‘strange.’
Stunned by the note and unsure on what to do next, the woman who lives in a flat with her hubby, took to social media to ask for advice.
Posting on Reddit on the r/BadNeighbors thread, the woman uploaded a snap of the direct letter and titled her post “At a complete loss.”
She then asked: “What would you do if you received this letter from a neighbour you’ve never spoken to?”

The long letter read: ‘Can you please stop with all of the noise. I live below you. I work from home full time and I am in school full time, online, at ECU for accounting.
‘I am also having to take care of my 13 year old dog in-between those times. In case you haven’t noticed, I am always home.
‘Your loud banging and stomping around is in all of my recorded WebEx meetings and proctored exams.
‘Can you please, for the love of God, stop with all of the noise.
‘Every time you bang your dining room table chair on the floor, slam your kitchen drawers, and have a martial argument you are also causing my animals, and myself, to be in a constant state of hyper awareness and stress. It makes me jump and scares my animals.”
The neighbour then accused the woman of being ‘creepy,’ as the letter went on: ‘Why are you coming home 5 times a day in different cars and sometimes parking on the side of the building and creeping past my window? The other day you were staking my apartment out. Why?
Moment neighbour ‘STEALS’ 1.9m of next door’s garden & tears down their shed in bitter land row while they’re on holiday
‘It’s creepy. I’m installing a camera to keep track of your strange activity because it is not normal. Please stop looking in my window while walking your dog and please stop parking your truck directly in front of my apartment window.’
The neighbour, who claimed to have been a property manager since 2016, continued: ‘I am not sure why it bothers you so much that I am home all the time. A lot of people work from home and do school remotely.
What would you do if you received this letter from a neighbour you’ve never spoken to?

‘I am at a loss as to why it bothers you so badly and makes you suspicious of me. I have family and friends in law enforcement. If l have to report you for noise complaints and suspicious activity I will.
‘I have lived in this apartment for 5 years and you guys are the only neighbours that I’ve had that intentionally try to make my life a living hell.
‘Per the NC lease agreement, it is my right to live in a safe quiet place. You are currently not respecting that law.’
The Top Five Reasons Neighbours Squabble
One study by Compare the Market revealed the top reason British neighbour’s argue
Broken fences – top of the board was broken fences and whose responsibility it was to fix it
Parking: one of the leading drivers of neighbour disputes, with 54.1 per cent of people having issues with people parking in front of their house, parking bay or driveway
Trees – complaints about a neighbour’s tree cracking your garden path was also common with nearly half of participants finding it frustrating
Bin wars – outdoor bin etiquette continues to ignite the most furious debates between neighbours
Nosy Neighbours – some people have their eyes and ears at the ready to have a peek causing problems for others
As well as keeping a copy of the letter, the neighbour also stressed that they would be ‘keeping track of all activity to further support my case in the instance I need to show proof.’
The letter continued: ‘I really hope we can be done with the passive aggressiveness and become civil neighbours. You may be accustomed to living in a loud angry household, but I am not.’
Reddit users react
But Reddit users were left gobsmacked by the letter and many eagerly raced to the comments to share their shock and advice.
One person said: “So YOU have to change your life because THEY work odd hours? Umm no.
“They are trying to threaten you…tell them to go ahead and call the police.
Ignore it, but keep it if they try any other type of communication with you
Reddit user
“They can’t do anything about your living noises if they aren’t excessive. This person feels entitled.”
Another added: “Talk to the landlord and inform them of your confusion and that these allegations are groundless.”
A third commented: “Ignore it, but keep it if they try any other type of communication with you. They should be contacting property management if they have a noise issue with you.”
Meanwhile, someone else penned: “My response would depend on what complaints were valid, if any.”

His heartbroken wife, Sheila, who also won an Olympic medal in Mexico has paid tribute to her husband who she said always gave his best whatever he did.
She went on to say: “There were never any half measures. He would do things properly and that was why he had such a great sporting career and was such a good teacher.
“We were unique in 1968, a married couple who both won medals. We’d married six months before the games.
“We were amateurs and both worked full time asteachers. John was at Intake School in Doncaster at that time, I was at Myers Grove.
“After we won our Olympic medals we just carried on as normal.”
John’s wife Shiela has received dozens of messages of condolence from John’s former pupils at Forth Park Comprehensive, where he worked for 37 years.
John, who is survived by his two grown up children, retired from teaching in 2005.
He and his wife trained for the games together and both took home medals.
Sheila said: “We were unique in 1968, a married couple who both won medals. We’d married six months before the games.

DEAR DEIDRE: WHENEVER I check into a hotel with my lover for sex, I feel judged by the staff and guilty about cheating on my husband.
I can see them glancing at each other, whispering that I’m a cheat, and laughing at me when they think I’m not looking at them.
But I’m not a bad person. I just want to be loved and wanted, and my husband doesn’t appreciate me.
I’m in my mid-thirties and have been married for five years. My husband is ten years older. He is a nice guy and I love him, but our sex life is rubbish and he bores me.
Last year, I was so frustrated and unhappy that I started browsing hook-up sites. I didn’t want a relationship, just sex and excitement.
I found a guy there who, like me, was unhappily married.
We agreed to meet in a seedy hotel on the outskirts of town for sex. The first time, it was thrilling. I felt like I was playing a role in a film. The sex was rough and energetic, and I really enjoyed it.
But afterwards, my lover — who is my age — cuddled me for about 30 seconds. Then he jumped up to shower, as he had to go back to his wife.
I felt grubby. But the feeling soon passed, and it wasn’t long before we then repeated the experience.
Now we meet whenever it’s convenient. We don’t have meals out or dates — it’s purely sex.
But I’ve started feeling increasingly used and guilty.
When you walk into a hotel in the middle of the day and check out an hour or so later, everyone knows why you’re there. It’s humiliating.
Dear Deidre: Cheating and can you get over it
I’ve realised cheating isn’t making me any happier. But I also need to feel wanted.
What should I do?
DEIDRE SAYS: You’ve tried to fill the big void in your marriage with no-strings sex.
But sex with your lover is empty, and so it can’t fill anything. Instead, it’s making you feel more unhappy, and worse about yourself.
Perhaps it’s time to put an end to your affair before you and your lover get discovered by one of your spouses.
If you love your husband, it’s worth putting your energies into improving your relationship. My support pack, Looking After Your Relationship, should help.
Seeing a couple therapist will give you a safe space to talk about the problems in your marriage and sex life.
If this doesn’t work, or isn’t an option, perhaps you need to think about ending your marriage.

THANK YOU FOR HELP ESCAPING MY ABUSIVE MALE PAL
DEAR DEIDRE: WHEN I found myself in a toxic situation with a male friend who had sexually assaulted me several times, I didn’t know what to do.
I was confused because we’d stayed close after he did it the first time, and I felt I’d encouraged him by getting drunk, dancing and flirting.
He’d touch my breasts and private parts, force me to kiss him and take his clothes off uninvited. We’d been pals since we were students. I’m 32, he’s 33.
After the assaults, he’d always apologise and promise it wouldn’t happen again. You were so understanding and made me see it wasn’t my fault.
You advised me to contact Rape Crisis (rapecrisis.org.uk, 0808 500 2222) for support and to think about reporting him to the police.
You also acknowledged how ending my friendship would be hard, and helped me think about how I could make my life better, improve my self-esteem so I was less vulnerable and stop feeling lonely.
And you followed up to see if I was OK. I did go to the police and learned I wasn’t the only woman he’d assaulted.
Although I’m still struggling, I am now getting help.
I know it will take a long time to deal with what I’ve been through.
Thank you for being there, Deidre.
DEIDRE SAYS: Hopefully he won’t now be able to do this to another woman. It will take time for the pain to ease, but you are brave and strong.
TEENAGE TROUBLES
DEAR DEIDRE: I’M so embarrassed that my colleagues at work gossip about my self-harm scars.
I’ve been trying really hard to stop, but knowing people are talking about me makes me want to do it more.
I’m an 18-year-old girl who works in a supermarket. Since I was 15, I’ve suffered from anxiety and have cut myself.
I feel I can’t wear short-sleeved tops due to the scars, even when it’s really hot, and people have noticed.
It’s upsetting me so much.
DEIDRE SAYS: Being gossiped about is horrible. It’s worse when it’s affecting your mental health.
Perhaps you should confide in your manager so they can help to support you.
Self-harming is a way of dealing with emotional pain. Talking to someone can help.

ONLINE BOYFRIEND WILL NOT SHOW ME HIS FACE
DEAR DEIDRE: MY relationship is in trouble – although so far we have only chatted online, and he is too shy to even show his face.
He is an influencer and I’ve become super-jealous of all his female fans.
We connected on Instagram six months ago. We’re both in our late twenties and live hundreds of miles apart.
We soon moved on from DMs to WhatsApp and quickly realised we were falling for each other.
So, we agreed to be in an exclusive long-distance relationship.
We message back and forth all day, every day and talk about everything. I feel like we know each other inside out – he’s my soulmate.
But even though I’d quite like to do a video call some time, he says he’s too shy, and he always chickens out at the last minute.
That really bugs me because he’s not too shy to make content for his fans – most of whom are other girls.
We argue about it a lot and I can’t help feeling jealous. He says he doesn’t know them, and that I’m the one he loves.
He talks a lot about the future and how we’re going to get married – even though we haven’t set a date to meet.
But I worry he’s going to fall for one of his thousands of fans.
What can I do to cope with this better?
DEIDRE SAYS: It’s strange that your boyfriend is confident enough to make video content for his fans, but too shy to show his face to the woman he professes to love.
I’m afraid to say, that’s ringing alarm bells for me. I wonder if he’s not the person you think he is and doesn’t want you to find out.
Long-distance relationships can work, but you do need to meet up at some point, or there’s no future.
Perhaps you need to ask him to be really honest with you about why he refuses to show you his face.
My support pack, Love Online, has more information about this which may be of help to you.
FALLEN FOR COLLEAGUE
DEAR DEIDRE: I’VE fallen for a colleague – but I’m worried if I tell her, she’ll reject me or even report me for sexual harassment.
She has no idea how I feel. But I know she’s my perfect woman. I’m a 40-year-old man and she’s 34, and part of the same team.
We’ve worked together for a year, and although I noticed her cracking figure and pretty face from the off, I’ve fallen for her personality too. She’s funny, kind and patient.
I know she’s single as she recently broke up with her boyfriend. However, if I do or say anything, it could make her feel really uneasy. Not to mention that other people might gossip about us.
So how can I get the message across to her without causing any issues?
DEIDRE SAYS: In the days before dating apps, a high percentage of people met their partners at work.
It’s not surprising feelings develop, given how much time we spend with our colleagues. But some workplaces frown on romances between employees. Before you do or say anything, check out your company’s policy.
As for what to say to her, you could suggest an afterwork coffee or drink, so you can get an idea of whether she is interested in you.
Don’t be overtly flirty, just be friendly. She may already have picked up vibes that you’re interested.
If she agrees to go, and it goes well, ask her again. Let things develop slowly.
If she says no, at least you’ll know where you stand. At the very worst, you’ll still have a friendship.
My support pack, How To Date Successfully, may help.
