When is Cyber Monday 2025 and are treadmill retailers taking part?

Cyber Monday falls on December 1, 2025.

It’s normally the final day to get your hands on incredible discounts, as it comes straight after Black Friday.

Unlike Black Friday, Cyber Monday was traditionally geared toward online shoppers, with some retailers adding extra discounts for web purchasers.

However, over the last few years, it has become an extension of Black Friday, with retailers extending deals both online and in-store.

It’s well worth keeping an eye out for any last-minute price cuts, as it’s the final chance to score treadmill savings before the festive season (although retailers will sometimes extend the sale).

For this year’s best Cyber Monday deals, make sure to check out our Cyber Monday hub.

How much does treadmill shipping cost?

Delivery costs will vary depending on the retailer, distance, weight, and size of the treadmill.

If free shipping isn’t available, treadmill delivery costs generally range from around £25 to £100 or more.

Additional fees may apply for installation or upstairs delivery.

Do treadmill retailers offer any other discounts?

Yes, retailers like Amazon, Argos, Very, and John Lewis offer treadmill promotions, limited-time deals, and new customer discounts throughout the year.

You can also search for monthly offers and seasonal sales at retailers like NordicTrack, Decathlon, WalkingPad, Echelon, and Sports Direct.

Which retailers had the best Black Friday treadmill deals in 2024?

All the big fitness brands usually take part in the Black Friday sales action, as well as retailers like Argos, WalkingPad, and Decathlon.

This means you can pick up a bargain on treadmills by the likes of NordicTrack, Echelon, Reebok, and more.

Because of the sheer range of choices, it’s hard to give a definitive answer for which retailer had the ‘best’ deal.

There were bargains to be found in several places and on different brands and models of treadmills – so this year, it’s well worth shopping around to compare prices.

Make sure you check out the following places for deals:

What are the best treadmills you can buy?

Not sure which treadmill is right for you?

When it comes to the best treadmills to use in the comfort of your own home, there are plenty of great options out there, depending on your needs and budget.

If you’re prepared to make a serious investment, NordicTrack’s Commercial X22i will keep you motivated and quite literally on track with its trainer-led iFIT workouts and 22″ smart HD touchscreen.

We’ve listed a couple of budget-friendly options below, so make sure to check them out.

How much do treadmills cost?

If you spend around £300, you’ll get more choice of design and features, like a smartphone connection.

On average, the majority of treadmills fetch around £400 – a reasonable amount that will get you all the gadgets and gizmos, a foldable and compact design, and still help you on your fitness journey without breaking the bank.

High-end treadmills are around £500-£3,000, with a huge choice of designs, brands, sizes, and features within that range.

It really depends on what you need from your treadmill, how often you’ll use it, how much space you have, and whether it’s worth making that bigger investment.

How much is a Peloton treadmill?

Peloton treadmill starts at £3,345.

There is also a £39 monthly fee for membership and access to the Peloton app and classes.

Shoppers who purchase a Peloton treadmill will also receive free delivery and installation to a room of their choice.

Peloton also offers several deals to help shoppers save.

For example, you’ll save £55 when you purchase the Tread Ultimate Set, which includes dumbbells in four different weights, a workout mat, and a water bottle.

Finance options are also available to take the sting out of paying the total sum in one fell swoop.

What is the best foldable treadmill to buy?

According to our best home treadmills UK 2025 guide, one of the best foldable options on the market is the Stride-6s Auto-Fold Connected Treadmill from Echelon.

It features a 10” Class HD Touchscreen, Bluetooth audio connectivity, adjustable speed and incline levels ranging up to 12.4 MPH and 12.5, and, best of all, it folds away easily.

There are plenty of foldable treadmills available from various online retailers, so be sure to shop around.

Is Black Friday a good time to buy a treadmill?

Yes, Black Friday is a fantastic time to invest in a treadmill, especially if you’re hoping to score significant savings on premium models.

Major retailers like Amazon, Argos, and John Lewis stock several models to suit all fitness needs and budgets, and during Black Friday, many of them are heavily discounted.

Whether you’re searching for a foldable treadmill to maximise storage or a machine that features a smart display to monitor your progress, there are plenty of options up for grabs in the Black Friday sales.

We’ve listed several retailers worth checking out above, so make sure to take a look at the deals and discounts they’re offering this November.

What is the best treadmill on a budget?

For those on the hunt for a budget-friendly treadmill, Amazon has an array of offers you won’t want to miss.

One standout saving is on the Walking Pad Treadmill with 5% Incline, which has been discounted from £119.99 to just £99.99.

The major retailer is also treating bargain hunters to an incredible price drop on the Treadmill Walking Pad Running Machine, which has been slashed by a staggering 75%.

Both machines effectively boost your workouts, fold down when not needed, and are ideal choices for at-home fitness routines.

It’s also an affordable way to spruce up your space for the colder months after being marked down in the sale.

The cream shaggy faux fur rug was originally priced at £18.

But it’s currently scanning for just £4.50. This works out at a huge £13.50 saving.

And it’s not just an insulation solution for your floors.

A savvy bargain hunter revealed she has been using the rug as a throw for her bed and sofa after snapping up two in her local store.

Posting on the BARGAIN LOVERS – Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More Facebook group, which boasts 910,000 members, Jayne said: “Bargain down to £4.50 at B&M.

“iv put one on my sofa and bed “

Other shoppers are now racing to pick one up, as one gushed: “I need.”

A second asked a loved one: “Have u any in if so please save me 2 an let me know.”

Meanwhile, a third cried: “I need a new rug!!! When we going?”

What Can You Get For Under £1 at B&M Stores

Elsewhere in store, a mum has revealed the top B&M buys you can grab now to spread the cost of Christmas shopping.

Kirsty, who jokingly describes herself as ”Christmas crazy”, recently shared the epic haul of goodies she got her teenager ahead of the festive season.

While some people reckon Christmas shopping in September is ”too early” – and even her hubby reckons she’s ”lost the plot” – sorting out the presents months in advance is a great way to spread the cost.

”I start shopping [for Christmas] straight away, soon as the year starts – especially once we get to February, March, April, I’m in full-swing Christmas,” Kirsty told her 29k followers on TikTok.

The monster haul included just some of the items the mum will be treating her 16-year-old daughter to during the festive season.

The majority of the goodies she snapped up as long as six months ago were purchased at B&M and included a range of items.

Mums are also snapping up a £10 festive buy that guarantees an hour of peace from your kids.

How to save money at B&M

Shoppers have saved hundreds of pounds a year by using B&M’s scanner app.

The scanner lets you see if an item’s price is cheaper than advertised on the shop floor label.

Products that are typically discounted are seasonal items and old stock that B&M is trying to shift.

The app is free to download off the B&M Stores mobile app via Google Play or the Apple App Store.

According to one ex-B&M manager, you’ll want to visit your local branch at 10am on a Wednesday too.

Here’s how you can join the B&M bargain hunt:

  • Download the B&M app for free on any smartphone with an App Store or Google Play.
  • Once you’ve installed it on your device, click on the option labelled “more” on the bottom, right-hand side of the app home page.
  • You’ll then find an option that says “barcode scanner”. Click on this and you’ll open a camera screen.
  • Use the camera to hover over the barcode of the product you wish to check.
  • If the price comes up as lower, take it to the cash desk and it will automatically scan at the lower price.
  • You don’t need to sign up to the B&M app to use the barcode scanner.

“Best” depends on the floor type, pets, and runtime needs.

Expect strong cordless vacuum deals on Shark and Dyson products during the event, as well as value contenders that undercut the competition on bundles and spare batteries.

Track attachments you’ll actually use—crevice, mini-motorised pet tools, soft rollers—so you’re comparing like-for-like across retailers.

What is the cheapest vacuum cleaner?

For the lowest prices, consider solid-value ranges from big-box retailers, watch outlet sections, and certified refurbished items from brand sites, such as Amazon Renewed or eBay Refurbished (opens in a new tab)” href=”https://go.skimresources.com/?id=34784X1028065&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fb%2Fbn_7117653182″ target=”_blank” rel=”nofollow sponsored noreferrer noopener”>eBay Refurbished.

Entry-level sticks and compact cylinders often dip further during sales events like Black Friday and Amazon Prime Day, and even premium brands occasionally offer sharp bundle promotions.

Set alerts, check warranty terms on refurbished items, and be flexible with colour to score the best price.

Which is the best robot vacuum cleaner to buy?

For most busy homes, I’d recommend the iRobot Roomba i5+: self-emptying, smart mapping technology, combined vacuuming and mopping capabilities, easy setup, and a stylish design.

After a cheaper workhorse? The Eufy Robovac G30 delivers powerful suction, whisper-quiet operation, and impressive battery stamina.

Prioritise LiDAR mapping, auto-empty docks, and low profiles if you’ve got pet hair, high-traffic hallways and sofa legs to dodge.

Watch for Black Friday bundles with spare brushes and filters—often the smarter buy than chasing headline suction numbers.

Should I wait for Black Friday to buy a vacuum?

If you can wait, it’s worth it: Black Friday vacuum deals are typically the best of the year, particularly for brands like Dyson and Shark.

However, the best prices can sometimes appear early, as early as late October.

If you spot a deal that reaches a genuine low, don’t hesitate to take advantage of it.

Also, keep an eye on Black Friday robot vacuum deals and handheld vacuum deals, and set alerts so you don’t miss out on any offerings.

Is it better to buy a vacuum cleaner on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

If you want the best shot at a flagship Dyson/Shark at a record price, Black Friday typically wins on big‑ticket discounts and stock breadth across retailers.

Cyber Monday is no afterthought: online‑only promos often appear, and some deals deepen—particularly on smart/robot vacs and bundles.

My rule: set a target price, track early, and buy the moment it hits during Black Friday—don’t wait and risk sellouts.

If it doesn’t drop, watch Cyber Monday for a second swing.

The brand new Finest Chef’s Collection range has been designed by Tesco’s in-house chefs.

It includes slow-cooked meals ranging from Italian to Indian cuisine, as well as classic British flavours.

Prices range from £17.50 to £20 per dish.

Among the British-inspired dishes include a Blush Double Pork Chop a Tender Lamb Rump, Balsamic and Rosemary Lamb Shoulder, Succulent Pork Belly, and an Oak Smoked Chicken Crown.

Indian flavours in the collection include Tandoori Spiced Chicken Supremes, Masala Spcied Beef Cheeks, and Spice Lamb Shanks.

The chicken and beef have masala spice blends in the sauce, while the lamb shanks are served with green tikka sauce.

For the Italian inspired dishes, there is a Blush Shoulder of Pork, Stuffed Beef Featherblad with a Procini and Parmigiano Regiiano stuffing, Nduja Stuffed Porchetta, and Rosemary and Porcini Pork Shoulder.

Breige Donaghy, Director of Product Development and Innovation Tesco, said: “We know life’s busy, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on amazing food at home.

“That’s why our chefs have created the Chef’s Collection – a range of dishes inspired by restaurant menus and packed with clever techniques that make it super easy to cook something special.

“With top-quality ingredients, and most of the prep already done, these dishes make it easy to create special food moments and transform a meal at home into something truly memorable.”

Tesco and Sainsbury’s ‘secret codes’ revealed

It comes after research found almost 30 per cent of Brits, and around 60 per cent of adults, have tried to pass of supermarket-cooked meals as their own.

More people have also been found to be going out less to restaurants to eat compared to last year, often due to costs.

Executive Chief at Tesco, Jamie Robinson, added: “We’ve worked hard to bring authentic flavours from across the globe to customers’ kitchens without the stress of cooking from scratch.

“Most dishes have been gently slow cooked, and come with our top cooking, pairing and plating tips to help you deliver great results every time.”

Each meal is designed as a main for two people, therefore costing £10 each.

The Finest Chef’s Collection range is launching at larger Tesco stores, and offers a 25 per cent discount of Clubcard customers until October 12.

Dishes come with step-by-step cooking instructions and a QR code that can be scanned to provide cooking, plating and pairing tips from Tesco chefs.

It comes after Tesco was mocked for launching a strange meal deal shoppers spotted in stores.

As a £9 Clubcard offer, Tesco launched a meal deal consisting of a 12-packl of Sol beers and a bag of five limes.

Many shoppers also threatened to boycott Tesco last month after it was seen increasing the price of its meal deal by 25p.

How to save money at Tesco

EVERY little helps when it comes to saving money at Tesco.

The Sun’s Head of Consumer Tara Evans explains how you can save money at the UK’s biggest supermarket.

Clubcard points

Tesco first launched it’s loyalty scheme back in 1995. You get one point for every £1 you spend in store. If you spend points in store then 100 points is worth £1. You can spend your points via its reward partners and get triple and even sometimes quadruple the value.

Extend Clubcard points

You can find lost Clubvcard points and find the last two years of unused vouchers by logging into the Tesco Clubcard site.

Clubcard prices

If you don’t have a Clubcard then you will miss out on its cheaper Clubcard prices. However, don’t forget to check prices before you shop because it might not be cheaper than elsewhere, especially on big value items like washing powder and loo roll.

Yellow stickers

Shops do vary the time they reduce groceries with yellow stickers but Tesco tends to be between 7pm and 9pm.

Save money if you shop online

If you get your Tesco food shop delivered then it might be worth buying a delivery saver pass to help cut the cost of delivery fees.

If you live near a Tesco then you can get click and collect slots of as little as 25p, so it might be cheaper than getting your food delivered.

Mum warns shoppers ‘don’t waste money’ on viral Christmas buy from The Range & says it’s ‘flimsy’ & ‘not worth the hype’

A BARGAIN hunter mother has shared a stern warning to parents about a viral buy from The Range.

Last year, mums and dads were racing to stores desperate to get their hands on the must-have buy that was sure to make the festive season even more special.

But not everyone agreedCredit: facebook/@ExtremeCouponingAndBargainsUK

And earlier this month, parents were left overjoyed to see that the purse-friendly product was now available to buy again.

But one shopper has been left very disappointed with the Large Christmas Sleigh Hamper, which she claimed is “not worth the hype.”

Eager to alert others about the “flimsy” purchase, Emma Smith took to social media to express her frustration with the £7.99 buy.

Posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private Facebook group with 2.6 million members, the savvy shopper uploaded snaps of the huge sleigh, which was once sold-out and can hold dozens of gifts and decorations.

Read more Fabulous stories

Alongside her post, she shared a messaged to “everybody thinking of getting The Range viral large Christmas Sleigh Hamper.”

She fumed: “I would not waste your money.”

Sharing pictures of the damaged sleigh, she snapped: “The cardboard is very flimsy.”

As well as this, she claimed: “The sleigh has collapsed to the side.”

Clearly very frustrated with her purchase, which has been described as a “fun way to display gifts” and is hailed as “the gift that keeps on giving,” Emma added: “Definitely not worth the hype!”

Emma’s post has clearly shocked many, as it was posted just 13 hours ago, but has already racked up almost 200 likes and 239 comments.

Forget advent calendars, here’s the new chocolate treat trend parents are doing for Christmas and kids will love them

Big divide

But social media users were left totally divided – while some were thankful for her thoughts, others had “no issues” with their Christmas Sleigh Hamper, which is bound to turn your home into a magical festive scene in seconds.

One person said: “Not buying again. I was crazy to get it from The Range. When you put it away it won’t fold back up. It’s cute but not worth it and very small.”

Looks like it’s been forced together tbh. For the price, it looks amazing, warts and all

Facebook user

Another added: “Thank you, I was going to get one. So glad I saw this post.”

A third commented: “Same happened to mine! Filled it with sweets and it couldn’t take the weight and the legs buckled!”

However, at the same time, one shopper wrote: “I got these two years ago and this will be the third year I’ve used them. Mine are great. No issues with them.”

How to save money on Christmas shopping

Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how you can save money on your Christmas shopping.

Limit the amount of presents – buying presents for all your family and friends can cost a bomb.

Instead, why not organise a Secret Santa between your inner circles so you’re not having to buy multiple presents.

Plan ahead – if you’ve got the stamina and budget, it’s worth buying your Christmas presents for the following year in the January sales.

Make sure you shop around for the best deals by using price comparison sites so you’re not forking out more than you should though.

Buy in Boxing Day sales – some retailers start their main Christmas sales early so you can actually snap up a bargain before December 25.

Delivery may cost you a bit more, but it can be worth it if the savings are decent.

Shop via outlet stores – you can save loads of money shopping via outlet stores like Amazon Warehouse or Office Offcuts.

They work by selling returned or slightly damaged products at a discounted rate, but usually any wear and tear is minor.

A second chimed in: “I got two the other day and put them up and all fine.”

Someone else beamed: “I got the large one from The Range last year and I’ll be using it again as I found it ok and didn’t have any problems with it.”

Whilst one user observed: “Looks like it’s been forced together tbh. For the price, it looks amazing, warts and all.”

Definitely not worth the hype!

Emma Smith

However, to this, Emma wrote back and claimed: “It wasn’t forced. The cardboard is hard regardless so you’ve got to make sure it’s put in the slots properly.”

Meanwhile, others praised a similar sleigh hamper from B&M.

One shopper shared: “B&M ones are better and cheaper!”

Another agreed: “Got mine from B&M, £5. Sturdy and solid.”

But the games are only available for a month before they vanish from Amazon’s freebie list.

So you need to claim them before they disappear.

If you’re savvy, you’ll collect them all. You can bag September’s lot, and then get the October, November, and December offerings too.

You’ll probably end up with more than £1,000 in games from a four-month run.

But if you miss any of them then you’ll be too late – they’re then gone for good.

So make sure you’re hot on checking for the freebies each month. You can find them here at the Prime Gaming website.

Shoppers stunned by Sainsbury’s bargains that are nearly twice as cheap as Aldi

Sainsbury’s has also recently been seen slashing the prices on dozens of its chocolates as part of an “amazing” offer.

Several Cadbury’s chocolates in the supermarket were slashed to under £1, with Twirl bites reaching just 97p.

The sale is lasting until Sunday, September 21 and is only being offered to Nectar card holders.

Sainsbury’s recently made a huge change to its Nectar loyalty schemes earlier in the year.

It made personalised ‘Your Nectar Prices‘ available for shoppers for the first time in July.

The scheme has allowed customers to earn points when they shop, which can be turned into money off vouchers.

Previously, the discounts were only available for online orders or through the Smart Shop app or handset in-store.

Now shoppers can enjoy these discounts at the tills by simply scanning their Nectar card.

Discounts are known to refresh every Friday, giving customers regular opportunities to save on essentials and discover new favourites.

How does the Nectar scheme work?

UNDER the Nectar card scheme, customers collect points when buying certain products or goods, in-store and online.

You earn 1 Nectar point for every £1 you spend at Sainsbury’s and 1 point for every litre of fuel bought at Sainsbury’s petrol stations.

You can also collect points with other partners like Esso and eBay.

To start, download the Nectar app to register and get an e-Nectar Card.

Simply swipe your card whenever you shop to collect points, which can be used to save money on future purchases.

Each point is worth 0.5p, so 500 points will give you £2.50 off.

As a Nectar member, you also get access to Nectar Prices, offering discounts on selected products when you scan your card at checkout or add it to your online shop.

Plus, with Your Nectar Prices, you’ll receive personalised discounts on items you regularly buy.

Amazon’s 89p mini dehumidifiers ‘keep condensation away’ in the winter

If you live in a house that’s prone to damp, the problem can get worse over the colder months, especially if it’s not tackled.

A dehumidifier can help, but you don’t have to splurge to buy one – Amazon has slashed the set of 12 Nyxi dehumidifiers from £13.49 to £11.46, working out at 89p each.

The dehumidifier pots can fit on windowsills and in corners.

Nyxi Dehumidifier Set of 12,
£11.46 (was £13.49)

Condensation on windows might be a common occurrence in the autumn and winter, but it can lead to problems.

Dehumidifiers are a solution that many households turn to for the latter part of the year.

They work by taking moisture from the air, which soaks into the beads and collects as water at the bottom.

Each one can hold up to 500ml, lasting 3-5 weeks depending how much moisture there is, but with 12 replacements, it could end up as an entire year’s supply.

Thanks to the small size, each one can fit in any area, which can prove difficult with a large dehumidifier.

This means you could place them on windowsills to collect condensation, or in wardrobes to ensure clothes don’t get damp or mouldy.

Utility rooms and bathrooms naturally get super damp, so these are also good places to use the dehumidifiers to reduce humidity.

If left alone, damp can progress and cause damage to walls and also lead to mould, which creates an unhealthy living environment.

The affordable Amazon buy has gained thousands of reviews, with shoppers praising how affordable and effective the dehumidifiers are.

One shopper said: ‘’I bought these dehumidifiers as I live in a ground-floor flat, and during the wet weather I cannot hang out my laundry, so I have to hand it on a clothes horse next to the radiators.

‘’As we all know this will cause dampness, so these dehumidifiers are ideal – they suck up all the moisture in the air and store it in the lower section.

‘’After about 3 months I can throw them away, and replace them with new ones, helping me keep my flat free from mould and dampness.’’

Another shopper commented: ‘’I find these to be quite useful for small rooms.

‘’I live in Devon and near the sea which means I have double the amount of humidity than other places.

‘’High electric bill prevented me from using a dehumidifier so this is the next best thing.

‘’They usually last about 6-8 weeks in my house.’’

A third shopper added: ”This product is brilliant for keeping condensation away from windows in the cold months.”

Major UK supermarket slashes ALL Christmas chocolate tubs – and you DON’T need a loyalty card

A MAJOR UK supermarket has slashed the price of all its Christmas chocolate tubs – and you don’t need a loyalty card to get the bargain.

With just under 100 days to go until Christmas, shoppers are being urged to stock up early and save money on their festive favourites.

A tub of Quality Street or Celebrations now costs £4.42,

Asda, today cut the price on its tubs of Celebrations, Quality Street, Cadbury Heroes and Cadbury Roses – making them the cheapest on the market without signing up for any scheme.

A tub of Quality Street or Celebrations now costs £4.42, while Cadbury Heroes and Roses are just £4.92 each.

The supermarket said it wanted to give customers the best value possible ahead of the busy festive period, with no need to scan a card or download an app at the checkout.

The deals come as Asda recently unveiled its full Christmas food range for 2025.

It includes Hot Maple Pigs in Blankets, a Pigs in Duvet Wreath, a Festive Fondue Kit, Slow Cured Rack of Pork with Truffle Butter and Parmesan Crumb and a Pistachio & Milk Chocolate Flavour Cream Liqueur.

Retail experts say the price cuts could spark a supermarket price war as competitors look to match Asda’s prices in the run-up to December.

It follows a strong year for Asda, which was named one of the UK’s cheapest supermarkets by Which? earlier this month.

In August, a larger trolley shop of 190 items cost £474.86 at Asda – £11.03 cheaper than Tesco with a Clubcard.

Christmas chocolate price wars

Sweets under the tree are a big part of Christmas for British households.

Supermarkets often offer flash promotions giving shoppers a chance to get their festive favourites at a discounted price.

But these offers aren’t around for long.

Earlier this month, Tesco slashed the price of Quality Street tubs to £2.95.

The price drop gave shoppers a chance to stock up ahead of Christmas.

You’ll need to hide away the tubs to avoid the temptation of tucking in before December.

Besides the big chocolate tubs, other Christmas favourites are starting to land on shelves.

Cadbury’s Mini Snow Balls are one of the best-selling chocolate treats during Christmas time.

How to save money on chocolate

We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don’t have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.

Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs…

Go own brand – if you’re not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save by going for the supermarket’s own brand bars.

Shop around – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.

Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.

Look out for yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they’ve been reduced.

They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.

Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.

So if you’ve got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.

iPhone 16 Black Friday 2025: what to expect this November

BLACK FRIDAY has long been the moment to score serious savings on Apple’s handsets, and this year looks no different.

The timing is especially sharp; Apple’s latest iPhone launch has nudged prices down across the range, and we’re already seeing early iPhone 16 Black Friday deals.

A hand holding a teal iPhone 16.

1

The annual Black Friday sale is the ideal time to save on Apple’s handsets

The timing is especially sharp; Apple’s latest iPhone launch nudges prices down.

For anyone eyeing an upgrade, this is a smart window to start watching the sales.

Retailers tend to slash prices on premium tech throughout November, and while Apple rarely leads with markdowns, there are tried-and-true places to find them.

The recent flagship release adds an extra twist: older models are dropping in price at the same time seasonal Black Friday promotions begin.

That combination makes the iPhone 16 a particularly attractive buy.

If you’d rather explore the very latest hardware, my Apple iPhone 17 where to buy guide has everything you need to know.

But if you’re hoping to save on the 16, we’ll be tracking the best Black Friday deals on the iPhone 16 right here, so it’s worth keeping this page bookmarked.

Below, you’ll find the early deals we’ve spotted, plus a look back at last year’s discounts.

Apple iPhone 16 review

The Sun’s Senior Tech Editor, Sean Keach, reviewed the Apple iPhone 16 series when it launched last year, and this is his verdict…

Pros:

  • New Camera Control button makes snapping quick
  • Action Button adds handy custom shortcuts
  • Faster A18 chip improves speed and photos
  • Big battery life boost
  • Fresh colour choices

Cons:

  • May feel like a modest step up if you have a recent model

Rating: 10/10

I’ve been trying out Apple’s new line of iPhones.

There’s the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, and the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max.

All of them get a new Camera Control button for quick access to the clever snapping feature. Taking photos has never been easier.

And the regular iPhone 16s are upgraded with the Pro’s Action Button, which I’m using to identify songs with Shazam – but you might want to set it up to translate foreign languages, or just turn the torch on.

There are loads of new colours for both models. My favourite is Teal on the iPhone 16, and Desert Titanium on the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Powerful new A18 processors make photos look better, and battery life gets huge gains. Video playback hits a whopping 33 hours on the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I can’t run it down.

That’s my favourite model, also in part thanks to its giant 6.9-inch screen.

But I think the iPhone 16 is now so good that most people will get on just fine with it.

When is Black Friday 2025?

November 28, 2025, is the date to know, but you can expect deals to land earlier in the month, with the best reserved for the big day.

The sale always falls on the day after Thanksgiving, as per the American tradition.

But while it may have begun over in the States, Black Friday has now snowballed into one of the biggest events across the world.

If you’re interested in learning more, check out our guide to the meaning behind Black Friday.

Is Apple taking part in Black Friday this year?

Apple doesn’t tend to discount its tech, and the brand doesn’t join in Black Friday shenanigans.

So third-party retailers are your best bet, and often where you’ll find the biggest discounts on Apple products during the sale period.

The likes of ArgosAmazonJohn Lewis, and Currys will almost certainly have offers to jump on, as well as mobile phone network providers.

We’ll handle the hard work for you by updating this page with the best discounts as soon as they drop.

So, keep checking back to snap up a bargain.

What to expect from Apple’s Black Friday sale 2025

This Black Friday, we’re expecting to see some deals on the iPhone 16, although the discounts may not be major.

If you’re shopping with big savings in mind and aren’t fussed about having the absolute latest features, it’s a smart idea to search for deals on older models like the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro.

The iPhone 15 will continue to be supported by Apple until at least 2028.

When is Cyber Monday 2025 and is Apple taking part?

This year, Cyber Monday takes place on Monday, December 1.

Back when Black Friday was a bigger brick-and-mortar event, Cyber Monday was reserved as an exclusive online-only event.

These days, things have moved on, and the day is more of an extension to the month-long event, with pretty similar deals across the board.

That’s not to say there are no surprises, but where iPhones are concerned, the deals will only last as long as the stock does, so with hot ticket items like this, it pays to snag them early.

While Apple doesn’t typically offer direct discounts on its products during Cyber Monday, plenty of other retailers do.

We’ve listed several UK retailers below, so make sure to check them out.

How much does Apple’s shipping cost?

Apple offers free standard shipping for all online orders in the UK.

That said, if you’re shopping for a bargain, you likely won’t be shopping there.

So, the shipping costs will vary from retailer to retailer.

To avoid any surprises, check your chosen retailer’s shipping costs before checking out.

Does Apple offer any other discounts?

If you are shopping with Apple directly, there are a few types of discounts offered.

First, there are discounts for students, teachers, and educational staff, which are available through Apple’s education store.

This typically includes savings on MacsiPads, and accessories, along with discounts on AppleCare and Apple Music subscriptions.

There’s also a trade-in programme that allows you to trade in eligible devices for credit toward a new purchase or an Apple Store Gift Card.

Plus, you can check out the certified refurbished products page, which features discounted items that have been tested and come with a full warranty, often making them a cost-effective option.

For more information on refurbished devices, visit our refurbished tech guide.

Which retailers have the best Black Friday iPhone 16 deals in the UK?

As Apple is one of the most well-known brands worldwide, many major UK network providers and retailers will be selling the smartphone.

If you want to land the best deals, check out the sites listed below.

Amazon has slashed the price of a dehumidifier we tested, which also has hundreds of five-star reviews.

The Devola 12L/day Low Energy Dehumidifier has been slashed from £139.99 to £124.99, saving £15 off.

As temperatures drop, the contrast in indoor and outdoor temperatures often causes unwanted condensation.

Most often appearing as dripping water on windows, damp weather can also cause damage to walls, especially if it’s left to build up.

Dehumidifiers have been designed to tackle the problem, but are also a preventative measure for stopping damp in its tracks.

The Devola 12L/day Low Energy Dehumidifier is a mid-range option, which featured in our best dehumidifiers round-up.

We gave the gadget a high rating of 4.5/5, especially for how quickly it worked: ‘’it reduced the humidity from well over 70% (classed as “too high”) to under 60% (classed as “okay”) in under half an hour.’’

The 12-litre capacity is ideal for small to medium-sized rooms, but there are 20L and 25L options for larger or open plan spaces.

Like all dehumidifiers, the Amazon model pulls in humid air, cools it, and it’s then collected as water, which can be emptied.

One of the most handy uses for a dehumidifier in the colder months is to dry laundry.

As it can reduce moisture, placing it beside a drying rack is great for speeding up the time it takes to dry – and the laundry mode is an easy way to do it.

According to Amazon, it costs around 5p per hour to run, which would likely make it cheaper to run than a tumble dryer – which is a very costly appliance to run.

Amazon shoppers are praising the dehumidifier, and with over 800 people already having bought it, now’s a good time to invest ahead of winter.

One shopper said: ‘’Amazing!

‘’I have a basement flat and you can tell the difference it has made in just a week.

‘’No more damp smell.

‘’Very good at drying clothes too.’’

Another shopper commented: ‘’This has transformed the way I dry my washing, wish I had bought one years ago.

‘’Speeds up dry time and stops the house being full of condensation.

‘’Not too big, sits in the corner of the room, not noisy, cheap to run.’’

Shoppers love this ‘reliable and powerful’ £130 MagSafe power bank – and it’s on sale for £20

AMAZON has quietly slashed the price on a top-rated portable charger.

Usually a hefty £130, the Dbasne Magnetic Power Bank has been slashed down to just £19.99.

Dbasne Magnetic Power Bank, £129.99 £19.99

That’s an 85% saving on a portable charger that has all the features I’d look for in this kind of tech.

I’ve tested and written about countless power banks, from bulkier bricks to ultra-slim wireless chargers, and I know what stands out.

For the price, the Dbasne Magnetic Power Bank genuinely impresses.

The design is ultra-portable, slimmer than a centimetre thick, weighing only 109g, and about two-thirds the size of a phone.

Despite the compact body, it carries a 5000mAh capacity, enough to comfortably get most people through a day without scrambling for a wall socket.

The big sell here is the strong magnetic connection, engineered with a grip force that snaps securely to your iPhone.

There’s no button-pressing or fiddling around; the Dbasne charger attaches instantly and starts charging automatically.

Wireless charging gets you from zero to around 55% in just half an hour on iPhone 12 through 16 series.

While the USB-C outport is there if you prefer a wired boost, pushing you up to 70% in the same time.

It’s a fast and fuss-free option, and reliable enough for daily use or travel.

It also comes with built-in protections against overheating, overcharging, and voltage spikes, giving peace of mind.

Another clever touch is the retractable lanyard cable, which doubles as a charging cord.

It cuts out clutter and keeps the charger close at hand, whether you’re commuting, at the office, or heading out away from a wall charger.

While I’m impressed by the design and value, it’s not just me taking notice.

Shoppers themselves have given it a rare 5-out-of-5-star rating with a 97% approval rate on Amazon, which is almost unheard of for a product in this category.

One buyer raved: “Small, quick, and dependable, what a lifesaver this power bank is. It is ideal for everyday usage or travel, and a phone can be charged multiple times thanks to the battery’s strong capacity.”

Another called it an “Awesome little powerbank”

They added that it’s “Lightweight, charges with cable or wireless. Quick charge, fits in small purses, besides, it’s really cute and smooth.”

A third praised its longevity: “Reliable and powerful. The battery lasts a surprisingly long time.”

“I can use it for multiple charges without recharging the power bank itself. It’s perfect for travel, busy days out.”

This isn’t the only tech deal I’ve had my eyes on of late.

Made from natural ingredients with no additives, Re:Nourish’s new flavours of heat-and-sip bottles are bound to make your mouth water.

The brand is releasing Classic Roast Chicken, Chicken & Vegetable, Pea, Leek & Watercress, and Roasted Carrot & Ginger.

These brand new flavours are now available on shelves as part of the brand’s nationwide launch into Tesco.

Nourish said their new soups are designed to “fuel, comfort, and nourish on the go”.

Founder and CEO of Re:Nourish Nicci Clark said: “We started Re:Nourish to make fresh soup exciting again – functional, portable, and genuinely good for you.

“Launching into Tesco with four brand new flavours is an incredible milestone.

“It means more people can grab our bottles on the go and nourish themselves anytime, anywhere.”

Re:Nourish soups are gluten-free with no additives, preservatives or added sugar.

They come in fully recyclable bottles that can go straight in the microwave – and you can sip straight from the pack.

The brand was set up by former nurse turned entrepreneur Nicci Clark.

Walkers launches two new permanent crisp flavours in UK stores for first time in decades

The company is now the UK’s fastest-growing fresh soup brand, sold in supermarkets nationwide.

Re:Nourish says it wants to make soup healthy, handy and fashionable again.

The brand’s products are currently available at Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado, Wholefoods, Amazon Fresh and Planet Organic.

They said: “Launching in 789 Tesco stores earlier this week was a huge win for us!”

The bottled soup items will also be hitting shelves in Morrisons later this month, as well as further Sainsbury’s stores across the country.

The brand’s soups are typically priced at £3 a bottle, which is dependent on each shop.

However, for the month of September, Tesco shoppers can get Re:Nourish soups for just £2 as long as they have a Tesco Clubcard.

In the last few weeks, their products have also been available for £2.50 with a Nectar card in Sainsbury’s.

The brand say they are “absolutely one of a kind” with their microwavable bottle.

The soup-maker says: “All you have to do is loosen the cap, stick it in the microwave for 3.5 minutes, and enjoy!

“The bottle helps keep your soup warmer for longer, and it’s fully recyclable and made using BPA-free plastic.”

The products are aimed at people who have little time to cook for themselves, but also want to stay health-conscious.
