The couple stepped out at the Golden Globes on Sunday night as the acting sensation scooped an award for his role in Marty Supreme.

He won the best actor (musical or comedy) award at the 83rd Golden Globes for playing the iconic table-tennis champion in the sports drama movie.

He attended the event with Kylie, who he began dating in April 2023, with the pair looking smitten as they sat beside each other on a big table at the ceremony.

Taking to his Instagram the day after winning the Golden Globe award for best actor, Timothee finally shared a glimpse of his other half.

‘DISRESPECTFUL’

Golden Globes viewers fume as beloved award is CUT halfway through show

He uploaded a photo of him holding the golden gong and looking into the camera.

Someone else’s hands were on the gong – his girlfriend’s hand, Kylie.

Kylie’s perfect manicure was visible as she gripped onto the award.

Fans have since reacted to the Instagram post on Reddit.

One person said, “Soft launching your ‘partner of 3 years’ with a hand on ig is a little weird.”

“He’s still allergic to saying her name in public,” penned a second.

“It’s literally just her hand, lmao. The fact that he used all those emojis and didn’t even tag her is hilarious,” said a third.

And when somebody said he was embarrassed of her, someone else clapped back.

“He took her to all his major events, he was smiling ear to ear,” they said, adding, “He’s not embarrassed”.

While at the award ceremony, fans speculated that Kylie’s table place name tag might have a different name on it.

The couple could be seen looking at one another and laughing as Kylie showed her boyfriend her table place name tag.

Fans then speculated that the tag might have said Kylie Jenner-Chalamet, which sparked marriage rumors.

But in one snap, it appeared Kylie’s place name tag was completely blank, though it might have been upside down.

The couple were first linked in April 2023, and have since sparked a slew of rumors involving marriage, breaking up and pregnancy.

What it’s REALLY like dating bombshell Sydney Sweeney

IT CAN’T be easy dating red-hot Sydney Sweeney – just ask her new boyfriend Scooter Braun.

Everyone wants a piece of Sydney right now, and The Sun has bombshell insider knowledge that reveals the truth about the couple’s struggles as countless men compete for her attention.

Insiders have told The Sun the Hollywood star is happy with the relationship but issues are beginning to ariseCredit: Getty

A-list fame comes with complications – particularly for Scooter, 44, who sources say is struggling to adjust and gets nervous when 28-year-old Sydney takes “me time”.

Premier League footballers have also been “constantly” sliding into her DMs, with some tracking down her private number, sources say.

Scooter finds the persistence “incredibly disrespectful,” even though Sydney blocks and ignores them, according to the insiders.

The Hollywood couple went public last August, shortly after she confirmed her split from longtime partner Jonathan Davino.

They got engaged in 2022, but announced last March that they were now spending time apart.

Sydney, however, didn’t waste any time moving on, with her and new boy Scooter not shy about their blossoming love.

They have been spotted kissing in Los Angeles following the premiere of her new film, and later spent Thanksgiving together at Sydney’s Florida Keys home.

Behind the scenes, however, tensions are beginning to boil.

Insiders claim Scooter was left “furious and disrespected” late last year after Sydney met Davino in LA – a situation that sources say crossed a line for the 44-year-old music executive.

Despite that, friends insist the relationship remains serious.

One well-placed source says the friction has been sparked by differing expectations, especially in the eyes of “old school” Scooter.

“Sydney has always been fiercely independent,” the insider explains. “She values time alone — whether that’s travelling by herself, going out with girlfriends, or just switching off. Scooter prefers togetherness, and he’s still adjusting to that.”

Recent Instagram posts showing Sydney enjoying a dreamy solo trip to snowy Lapland only fuelled speculation. She appeared carefree, glowing and having the time of her life — though it remains unclear whether Scooter joined her.

FRIENDS ARE WORRIED

Friends have also raised concerns about the couple’s 16-year age gap.

While Sydney has dated older men before — Davino is 41 — some social media barbs have struck a nerve with Scooter.

It’s not hard to find negative comments about the pair online.

Everything from “Scooter is stalking out his next payday” to “he is way too old for her” have flooded the comment sections about their relationship.

Some hit harder than others.

“What a step down,” one online critic snapped. “But he does have contacts and is super rich so I see what she is doing here.”

Another blasted the pairing was “gross” and that Scooter “isn’t good enough and definitely not good enough looking.”

The music executive was also slammed as a “red flag” and ridiculed as a “limp piece of spaghetti”.

The swathes of negativity have been hard to handle for the New Yorker.

“He struggles with the mockery,” the source says. “He’s still learning that she doesn’t need permission or reassurance to live her life.”

Those sensitivities may be shaped by Scooter’s bruising past.

His very public feud with Taylor Swift in 2019, sparked by the sale of her masters, left his reputation in tatters and it may never recover.

Scooter wants to build a long-term future with her.

Sydney Sweeney insider on her new flame

High-profile clients drifted away, his marriage ended, and Scooter later admitted the episode took a severe toll on his mental health.

He has spoken openly recently about having suicidal tendencies.

In recent years, however, he has consciously stepped back from the industry spotlight.

Scooter has focused on charity work and personal growth — and hoping to build a life with Sydney.

After a run of box-office disappointments, Sydney appears to have struck gold with thriller The Housemaid.

Made for around £25 million, the film has already grossed £100 million worldwide and earned strong reviews.

Indeed, it’s been such a success that there are already plans in the works for a blockbuster sequel.

With an estimated net worth north of £30 million, Sydney is officially Hollywood’s hottest property.

Not bad for a girl whose cash-strapped family were forced to leave the humble surroundings of Spokane, Washington and were forced into bankruptcy while attempting to turn her into a star.

Now, however, the spotlight is shining brighter than ever on Tinseltown’s new golden girl never stops.

Neither does the rush for her affections.

Sydney told The Sun last year that her DMs are “not a safe space,” and the messages keep coming.

Premier League stars from England’s top clubs have been bombarding Sydney with messages – but she never replies, insiders say.

“She’s completely transparent,” one source adds. “She shows him everything to be honest. Seeing how relentless some of these men are can upset him — but she always reassures him.”

The jealousy doesn’t bother her though.

“She likes seeing him get a little jealous,” the insider says. “To her, it shows he cares and is fully invested.”

Scooter knows he’s dating a global star, and a modern sex symbol.

He is quickly finding out loving Sydney doesn’t just mean trusting her — it means learning to share her with the world.

“Scooter wants to build a long-term future with her,” concluded the source.

Only time will tell if his dream becomes a reality.

Chris Redd talks ‘pill issues,’ dating Kenan Thompson’s ex-wife

Former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Chris Redd is ready to be more open and vulnerable in 2026. He committed to the resolution by publicizing revelations about his “pill issues” and his relationship with comedian Kenan Thompson’s ex-wife.

“I saw everything that everybody said. Every single thing everybody said, I saw it,” Redd said in an emotional Instagram video shared Tuesday.

The 40-year-old comedian, whose tenure on the NBC sketch series lasted from 2017 to 2022, spoke candidly about how his “pill problems” during his time on “SNL” led to his relationship with Thompson’s ex-wife, Christina Evangeline, whom he did not name in his video. Redd explained in his video that the personal woes prior to his exit in September 2022 were a “very unique, nuanced thing that happened.”

In addition to struggling with substance abuse, the “Power Book III: Raising Kanan” actor said in his video that he sold pills to fellow “SNL” cast members. He kept their identities concealed, assuring them he wouldn’t “snitch on y’all.”

Redd, who said he suffered panic attacks behind the scenes, claimed his cast mates would talk about him behind his back and showed no concern for his health. “It’s crazy that somebody would watch you destroy yourself,” he said.

Evangeline, Redd simply called her “this lady,” was the only person to encourage him to seek treatment and therapy, he said. Her support and their bonding led to them falling in love.

“I felt bad from the start,” Redd said, adding that the relationship was an “emotional double-edged sword” given his collaborations with Emmy-winning “SNL” fixture Thompson.

He added: “I hate doing something to somebody that I know would hurt them.”

Thompson filed to divorce Evangeline in 2022 after more than a decade of marriage. They share two young daughters. That same year, Redd left “SNL” and celebrity gossip account Deuxmoi posted a blind item speculating on the circumstances of his departure. TMZ also reported on Redd and Evangeline’s romance, noting “there was no overlap or cheating” when the pair got together.

Redd said in his video that he chose love, though it made him “look terrible to people that I love and a lot of my fans.” The comedian spoke about his therapy revelations (“I realized I’m more sad than angry”) and assured followers he doesn’t feel “cool” about dating Thompson’s ex-wife. Still, he said, Evangeline was someone who made him “feel like I didn’t know what love was and I just felt like I couldn’t miss out on it.”

Though Redd acknowledged there was probably another way to balance his friendship with Thompson and his relationship with Evangeline, he said, “I was in love and I was spiraling out.”

Redd was known on “SNL” for his impressions of prominent figures such as former New York City Mayor Eric Adams and rapper Kanye “Ye” West. In recent years, he turned his focus back to stand-up comedy and is promoting an upcoming project set for Jan. 28.

Bridgerton season 4 release date, cast and trailer as star opens up on ‘obstacles’

Netflix splits Bridgerton season 4 into two parts as Benedict Bridgerton takes centre stage

The fourth instalment of Netflix’s sizzling period drama, Bridgerton, is on the horizon, and fans are eagerly awaiting the romantic journey of Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) as he falls for the enigmatic Sophie (Yerin Ha). Despite his mother, Lady Violet’s (Ruth Gemmell), persistent appeals, Benedict, being the second son, has resisted settling down.

However, everything changes at his mother’s masquerade ball when Benedict becomes captivated by a mysterious Lady in Silver. He enlists the help of his somewhat reluctant sister, Eloise (Claudia Jessie), to unmask the identity of this intriguing woman. In an unexpected twist, Sophie Baek is actually employed as a resourceful maid for Araminta Gun (Katie Leung). When Benedict and Sophie cross paths again, he remains oblivious that she is his elusive Lady in Silver.

He finds himself caught between his genuine feelings for the captivating maid and his fantasy of the masked lady. The official synopsis teases: “Will Benedict’s inability to see these women as one and the same derail the undeniable spark between him and Sophie? And can love truly conquer anything – even a cross-class connection forbidden by society?” The upcoming season draws inspiration from Julia Quinn’s novel, An Offer From a Gentleman, hailed as a unique take on the Cinderella tale.

Here’s everything you need to know about the fourth season, including its release date, episode count, and cast.

When is Bridgerton season 4 out?

Bridgerton’s fourth season has been divided into two parts, set to air on separate dates on Netflix. The first part will be released globally on January 29, with the second part following on February 26. This means that die-hard fans will have to endure a month-long wait between the two parts. Netflix typically releases new titles at midnight in the US and at 8am in the UK.

Netflix’s Tudum has announced a live stream event on January 14, which will include an early screening of the first episode and red carpet coverage of the global premiere in Paris.

How many episodes are in Bridgerton season 4?

Each part will consist of four episodes, making up a total of eight episodes for the fourth season. Based on previous seasons, each episode is expected to run for approximately an hour. The series is exclusively available on Netflix, meaning viewers won’t be able to catch the new episodes on any other platform.

Benedict actor Thompson teased: “The storyline is a bit of a twist on Cinderella. You remember being told those stories as a child — the magic and the romance of them. It’s really exciting to have that weaved into the world that we know of Bridgerton … It’s such a great story, but it’s also, I hope, really relatable.”

Who is in the cast of Bridgerton season 4?

Season four will introduce several new characters, including Lady Araminta Gun, portrayed by Katie Leung. Lady Gun is a twice-widowed mother of two daughters, who is eager to see at least one of them wed. Katie Leung, a 38 year old British actress, is best known for her role as Cho Chang, Harry Potter‘s first love interest, in the Harry Potter film series.

Rosamund Li is portrayed by Michelle Mao, with her character being Araminta’s eldest daughter and most treasured child. Michelle Mao is a 27 year old actress who has previously appeared in Surfside Girls and Morgan’s Secret. Posy Li is brought to life by Isabella Wei, whose character serves as Rosamund’s younger, more compassionate sister, described as talkative and excessively welcoming. Isabella Wei is a 21 year old actress and dancer from Hong Kong, recognised for her performances in the Netflix series 1899 and Black Doves.

The entire main cast will be reprising their roles, including Jonathan Bailey as Anthony Bridgerton, Simone Ashley as Kate Bridgerton and Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury. Two previous stars have also been promoted to series regulars – Emma Naomi as Alice Mondrich and Hugh Sachs as Brimsley.

Finally, Yerin Ha joins as leading lady Sophie, and she opened up about her latest role, sharing: “What drew me to Sophie was that she immediately has obstacles — something that she constantly has to overcome. Whether it’s this battle around social status or trying to hide her feelings from Benedict.”

Is there a trailer for Bridgerton season 4?

The official trailer for season four dropped over Christmas, sparking criticism from fans as Anthony and Kate were “missing” from the preview.

One frustrated viewer posted on X, formerly Twitter, writing: “Clearly we understand Kathony [Kate and Anthony] had their season… but it truly doesn’t make sense that the VISCOUNT and VISCOUNTESS Bridgerton, the literal HEADS of the household, are nowhere to be seen Imao.”

The fresh teaser unveils Penelope Featherington, played by Nicola Coughlan, teaming up with Queen Charlotte, portrayed by Golda Rosheuvel, following the revelation of her secret identity as Lady Whistledown. Concurrently, Sophie’s Cinderella-esque scene unfolds as she is compelled to make a hasty exit from the ball at midnight, leaving Benedict in the dark.

The trailer also spotlights the complex relationship between Benedict and his mother, showcasing his struggle between fulfilling her aspirations and pursuing his own dreams.

Bridgerton season 4, part 1 premieres on Netflix on January 29, followed by part 2 on February 26.

The harsh truth about HIV phobia in gay dating

“Internalized stigma is what occurs when applying the stereotypes about who gets HIV, the prejudice, the negative feelings, onto yourself,” says Smith.

In 2024, 38% of people living with HIV reported internalized stigma. And studies show that it can predict hopelessness and lower quality of life, even when people are engaged in care or virally suppressed.

Internalized stigma can also affect how people practice safe sex and communicate about the virus. A 2019 survey of men who have sex with men found that individuals who perceived greater community-level stigma were less likely to be aware of—and use—safer-sex functions available on dating apps, such as HIV-status disclosure fields, as well as sexual health information and resources.

“[HIV phobia] is probably the most intense, subvert bigotry I think you could experience,” Joseph Monroe Jr., a 48-year-old living in the Bronx, told Uncloseted Media.

On dating apps, men have messaged him things like, “You look like you’ve got that thing” and “Go ahead and infect someone else.”

Monroe Jr. has also dealt with misinformed people who rudely opine about how he contracted the virus: “Who fucked you? That’s how you got it, right?” people will say to him.

“You end up internalizing all these stereotypes about who gets HIV—that you were promiscuous, that you didn’t care about yourself, that you did something wrong,” says Smith. “You carry that in, and then you have to relearn: ‘No, I didn’t. This is just a health condition.’”

What HIV Acceptance Looks Like and Raising Awareness

For those living with HIV, acceptance feels far away.

“You’re living under this threat of HIV and the threat that others find you threatening. It inhabits you socially and sexually,” Koester says. “People are hunkering down. Not putting themselves out there and having a mediocre quality of life. To have a sense of empowerment, you have to be legitimate and seen in the world and it’s hard to do that with the stigma that exists.”

Researchers say the path forward lies as much in conversation as in medicine.

Koester says she talks about HIV and PrEP anywhere she can, including in salons, cafes and restaurants. “Whenever I get into a cab with someone, I’m going to bring up HIV so the driver gets accustomed to hearing about it. … We have a long way to go in terms of exposure and awareness and every little bit helps.”

Part of this lies in increasing awareness through targeted marketing campaigns. PrEP is still profoundly misunderstood outside major urban centers, with uneven uptake among minority groups and usage gaps in the bible belt. And a 2022 U.S. survey found that 54.5% of people living with HIV didn’t know what U=U meant, and less than half of Americans agree that people living with HIV who are on proper medications cannot transmit the virus.

While eradicating stigma is slow, there is hope for acceptance.

Years after Jack’s diagnosis, in 2021, he told a man he was on a third date with that he was HIV-positive but undetectable. His date’s reply was almost casual: “Oh—is that it? I thought you were going to say you had a boyfriend or something. I’m on PrEP. You’re fine.”

“It felt so good to hear him say that and accept me,” says Jack. “I was like, ‘This is my person. You’re my person.’” One year later, they got married.

Back in Florida, 19-year-old Cody Nester isn’t feeling this acceptance. He still scrolls past profiles that read “Only negative guys” and tries to ignore the hateful messages.

“It still hurts, but I know it’s coming from fear,” he says. “I wasn’t too informed about HIV before I got it. … When I got it, I really jumped into the rabbit hole and began to learn. I really do think [HIV and stigma] is because people are not knowledgeable. … When people don’t know details, they tend to get scared.”

MAFS star Leisha Lightbody hints she’s dating Premier League footballer

Married At First Sight star Leisha Lightbody has hinted that she has started dating a premiere league footballer but is keen to keep his identity under wraps as it’s still early days for the pair

Married At First Sight star Leisha Lightbody has shared with fans that she is dating a Premier League footballer, months after her split with show husband Reiss Boyce. The 32-year-old reality TV star had mentioned while on the show that she had been DM’d by a footballer while on the E4 show, but assured Reiss that she had told him she was in a relationship.

But now it looks as though her desire to be a WAG has finally come true. Although Leisha has remained tight-lipped over his identity, a source has said that she is “excited” over her new romance.

Posting a cryptic video on TikTok, followers only saw the shoulder of a man sitting next to her. She captioned the video saying: “Last plot twist of the year.” Now, it’s been claimed that Leisha is dating not just any footballer but a Premier League one.

A source told The Sun: “Leisha has spent the summer single but feels she’s finally ready to get into another relationship. It’s too early to tell whether this will work out, but she’s hopeful and excited to see what happens.” The added: “Leisha wants to keep his identity under wraps until she knows if it’s the real deal.”

Adding further fuel to the rumours, she tagged her location as Manchester. Explaining why she has chosen to keep her new beau’s identity a secret, she said: “I honestly can’t”. She went on to say: “We love and adore a man who knows what he wants.”

Earlier this month, Leisha was linked to Love Island star Jack Fincham. The pair reportedly shared a kiss at an event. One fan told her: “I really hope you’ve found someone that appreciates your excitement about the future and your intensity about life.”

In response, Leisha said: “Me too. Thank you so much. 2026, let’s pray.” Another fan said: “As long as you’re happy that’s all that matters.” And again Leisha said: “Yes I am happy. Neeeded the summer to be alone but now things are so good.”

Leisha was left devastated when she split with Reiss after the show. At the time of the commitment ceremony, the couple had decided to try to make it work in the outside world.

But after a few months, the pair failed to make it work after Reiss visited Leisha in Scotland, and they got into an argument while out and about. Soon after the split, Leisha claimed she still had unanswered questions.

In a chat with the Mirror: “When we left after final vows, I genuinely thought that we were in this fairytale and thought we were going to watch it back and it was going to be a magical thing, but actually, he didn’t like me as much as I thought.”

She added: “I honestly thought that he really did like me, and I’m not saying he didn’t, but obviously they picked up things that he said on camera that he didn’t necessarily say too much to me.” Leisha said she felt she had mixed feelings about Reiss.

She continued: “I’m not a body, I’m a human being, I’ve got feelings, I’ve got emotions, and I feel like there was just a lot of mixed emotions, and I think looking back, he probably just wasn’t emotionally available!”

Where child stars from Christmas films are now… from shock car chase to ‘dating’ Brad Pitt & marriage to Elon Musk’s ex

THEY were the sweet child actors who made us laugh and cry in our favourite festive films.

But since their big breaks in Christmas movies, few have bagged big parts and many traded fame for ‘normal’ jobs away from our screens.

Sydney is still a successful actressCredit: instagram/sydneyisitt_ager

While the flicks boosted the careers of Matilda star Mara Wilson, whose first role was in A Miracle on 34th Street, and Game of Thrones actor Thomas Brodie-Sangster, who first appeared in Love Actually, not everyone experienced such luck.

The Holiday star Miffy Englefield told us she was forced out of acting for good because she ‘looked older’ than her years.

And another big name, who starred alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, Natalie Portman and Ewan McGregor, had quit the profession following a “full-blown psychotic breakdown”.

It can be a tough industry that sees some like high-flying star Thomas, who recently returned to his Love Actually role for a Google Pixel ad, rise to international acclaim while others end up in the depths of despair.

NOT SO GROTT-O

We’re at Butlin’s for Xmas Day… how it rates with fireworks, panto & turkey

Alia Shawkat’s first Hollywood role was in Deck the Halls before appearing on Arrested Development

She may be better known for playing Maeby Funke in Arrested Development but one of Alia’s first roles was in Deck the Halls.

She starred as Matthew Broderick’s daughter Madison in the festive flick back in 2006.

Since, she has had roles in Broad City, sells paintings and provided vocals for band Fake Problems in 2010.

This year, Alia, now 36, notched up eight acting credits on IMDB – including runaway hit Severance, starring Adam Scott, Lego Marvel Avengers and Poker Face.

But in 2019 and 2020, there were rumours she was dating Brad Pitt after the pair were repeatedly spotted together

But Shawkat laughed off the story, telling the New Yorker they were just friends.

She added: “It was so weird. Now it’s like a weird dream, where I’m, like, ‘Did that happen?’

“He was, like, ‘I’m sorry. It happens. If you hang out with me, it happens.’ He had no awareness of it at all.”
