Celebrity Traitors winner ‘sealed’ after just one episode as fans spot ‘huge clue’

There’s been just one episode of Celebrity Traitors but fans think they’ve worked out which celebrity will be taking home the crown already, after a huge twist

It was a dramatic first episode of Celebrity Traitors tonight – and fans think they’ve already worked out who will win the show with eight more to go after thinking they’d spotted a ‘huge clue’.

The show started off with a huge twist tonight. Instead of being taken to the iconic Scottish castle, the SUVs took a major detour, and the celebs started the game by meeting host Claudia Winkleman at a graveyard.

There, they were told to dig their own graves, which all included a shield under all the dirt. The first six were granted immunity, and it was Celia Imrie, comedian Joe Wilkinson, ex rugby player Joe Marler as well as Charlotte Church, Kate Garraway and Jonathan Ross who received the all important item.

However, Charlotte later gave hers up in the challenge after a huge blunder by Clare Balding, and it was a waste for Jonathan Ross, who was named as a Traitor moments later. Alan Carr and Cat Burns were also given the role of Traitors.

Fans have already been left impressed with the Traitors, and think they’ve worked out who will win after dissecting everyone’s gameplan.

There was one Traitor in particular who seemed to stand out to viewers, as one fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter to write: “I think cat can be harry level traitor, she has that vibe,” as another agreed: “i think Cat will shaft Alan & Jonathon and neither of them will see it coming.”

“Cat burns is capable of winning it all imo !!! #CelebrityTraitors,” another penned.

A couple of fans later thought they’d spotted a ‘clue’ that drove them to their predictions, as one penned: “placing my bets now that cat burns is going to win because her album comes out on the night the traitors finale airs.”

Another agreed: “Cat Burns winning traitors – calling it now. Album coming out on night of the final!”

At the end of the show, it was revealed that Traitors, Alan, Jonathan and Cat were given the task to murder one Faithful in plain sight, by touching their face. Fans were left in hysterics at the huge twist

The episode ended on a huge cliffhanger, as the trio decided Chatty Man Alan would be the least suspecting, but who will be the first out?

Fans will have to tune in to the second episode tomorrow night at the same time to see who the Traitors chose as their first victim.

Strictly Come Dancing: First celebrity eliminated

Strictly hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly oversaw this year’s first results show

The first two contestants faced the dreaded Strictly dance-off on Sunday night to decide their fate.

And in the end, it was former Apprentice star Thomas Skinner who left the show, after judges voted to save former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw.

When asked by co-host Tess Daly about his experience on the show, Skinner, 34, paid tribute to his professional dance partner Amy Dowden.

“Thank you, Amy – sorry that we haven’t done too good, ’cause you’re a different class,” he said.

Skinner hit the headlines before the series had even started, after walking out of a press conference early – something he later apologised for.

But the social media personality insisted he had “loved” his time on Strictly.

“I’ve never danced before and my stay was short, but Amy’s amazing. It’s been great fun and I’ve enjoyed it. I can’t really dance that well but I’ve had fun!”

Thomas Skinner and Amy Dowden spoke about their experiences on the show after being defeated in the dance-off

On Sunday night, both couples performed their routines from Saturday once again.

Skinner and Dowden did their salsa to Bonkers by Dizzee Rascal and Armand van Helden, while Robshaw and his partner Nadiya Bychkova reprised their Viennese waltz to Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.

After the dances, the judges delivered their verdicts – and it was Robshaw and Bychkova who won the majority vote, leaving Skinner and Dowden to say their farewells.

Dowden also complimented her dance partner, saying: “I’ve got to know the real Tom, and he is adorable. He’s looked after me. We’ve laughed so much.”

During Saturday night’s live show, Thomas Skinner bench-pressed his partner over his head

Dowden has been candid about her wish to get back on the dance floor following her diagnosis with breast cancer two years ago.

She made a return to Strictly in 2024 but had to pull out midway through the series due to an injury.

Speaking on Saturday night, she said winning the glitterball would have been “amazing”, but added: “What I’ve learnt in the last few years is happiness, health and being alive is more important than anything.”

Addressing Skinner, she went on to say: “The last three years as you know have been quite difficult for me. I lost all confidence as a dancer – but walking into the room with you with a massive smile and a laugh, you brought me back and, honestly, thank you.”

During Saturday night’s live show, Skinner – sporting a clingy, sparkly vest top – hoisted Dowden up so often during their routine, judge Craig Revel Horwood joked it looked more like a weightlifting competition.

They scored 13 points, placing them at the bottom of this week’s leaderboard.

Scores from week one and two were added to the public vote to decide which couples should face the dance-off.

Skinner first hit TV screens on The Apprentice in 2019, and has since appeared on shows including 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Wheel, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, Good Morning Britain and Faking It, as well as Celebrity Masterchef.

He is also known for social media videos, runs a number of businesses, including a gym, and is a regular on TalkSport Radio.

The remaining 14 couples will take to the dancefloor next week for Movie Week.

Celebrity Big Brother’s Tiffany Pollard comes out as non-binary – ‘I’m out of the closet’

Celebrity Big Brother legend Tiffany Pollard has publicly come out as non-binary as she says she’s embracing both her masculine and feminine sides

Reality TV star Tiffany Pollard has publicly come out as non-binary, opening up about her gender identity and sexual orientation in a series of candid interviews.

The former Flavor of Love and Celebrity Big Brother UK star, 43, explained that she resonates with being non-binary because she experiences both masculine and feminine aspects of herself. “I really do resonate with non-binary because I feel like we are so dual without even recognising it,” she shared this week.

“Some days, I may feel a lot more masculine, and some days I’m super feminine, and that’s okay,” the iconic CBB housemate added.

Tiffany has also reflected on her early experiences with her sexuality, revealing that she first kissed a girl in middle school and immediately felt it was right.

“It had to happen at some point. You gonna come out of that closet, and once you do, it’s like, ‘Okay, wow, this world is open to me in new ways,'” she told PinkNews. “Shoving me back in the closet is never gonna be an option.”

The reality star, who became a household name as the “HBIC” on Flavor of Love, has long been celebrated for her unapologetic personality and defiance of norms.

On Celebrity Big Brother UK in 2016, Tiffany delivered some of the show’s most unforgettable moments.

These include her infamous “David’s dead” misunderstanding and a string of viral diary room rants where she slammed fellow housemate Gemma Collins.

These moments have cemented her as a fan favourite and contributed to her incredibly strong following within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Tiffany attributes part of her appeal to the community to her authenticity and her resilience, as well as her iconic and sometimes controversial reality TV moments.

Speaking on a recent podcast, she said: “I was bullied a lot, especially coming up as a kid, and I feel like the gays understand that and accept it and see me in a lot of ways, and vice versa”.

She also discussed her exploration of masculinity, noting: “I talk like a man, I think like a man… and why is that something I have to suppress if I know it’s there? But can I throw on a heel and a wig and feel amazing? Yes. There’s still another side to me.”

The star has described her life as “very, very broad,” emphasising that she has never shied away from expressing herself fully.

Tiffany’s openness about her non-binary identity and queer experiences adds to her reputation as an incredibly iconic and influential figure for representation in reality television and beyond.

The Celebrity Traitors star Claudia Winkleman ‘extremely unlikeable’ in series

Claudia Winkleman is hosting The Celebrity Traitors with 19 famous faces all trying to win £100,000 for their chosen charity – but Claudia isn’t her usual bubbly self

Nineteen huge stars are taking part in The Celebrity Traitors – but all eyes will be on Claudia Winkleman’s fierce fashion choices. Wearing faux fur coats, structured layers and statement knitwear, Claudia has honed a look that’s all her own, and reinvented

it for the celebrity version. “It’s absolutely nuts,” says Claudia. “Unhinged in taffeta was where we went.”

Alan Carr, Cat Burns, Celia Imrie, Charlotte Church, Clare Balding, David Olusoga, Joe Marler, Joe Wilkinson, Jonathan Ross, Kate Garraway, Lucy Beaumont, Mark Bonnar, Nick Mohammed, Niko Omilana, Paloma Faith, Ruth Codd, Stephen Fry, Tameka Empson and Tom Daley are all signed up for the gothic game show, each vying to win £100,000 for their chosen charity.

It’s the spin-off fans have been begging for – but at first Strictly host Claudia was against the idea of yet another celebrity format. “I was scared,” she admits. “Only because I’m in love with this show and I wanted to keep it small. Once a year or maybe once every two years felt like enough. My bosses, thank goodness, ignored everything I said.”

When she saw the calibre of celebrity queuing up to play traitors and faithfuls, even Claudia had to agree the show was a good idea. Working with Stephen Fry was a dream come true for Claudia and bearded comic Joe Wilkinson left her especially starstruck. “I could barely breathe when I saw them all in the Highlands. I’m such a fan of every single one of them,” shares Claudia, 53.

“The whole team were just in awe, it was hard not to scream, ‘You’re here!’ When I talked to Stephen Fry I almost welled up, I told him this was my dream. We’re incredibly lucky to have the cast that we have. Each one of them is tremendous. My family and I are obsessed with Joe Wilkinson, I had to stop myself getting his autograph for my son.”

Claudia oversees the games on the show but admits she finds it a challenge not to get too chummy with the players. “The biggest challenge was being strict,” says Claudia. “All I wanted to do was chat and be friendly but my role is aloof and grumpy. I found it hard not to just sit down with them and have a cup of tea.”

And she finds the urge to help them with the missions overwhelming. “Sometimes I try and drop big clues, but my producer tells me off,” Claudia confesses.

To help her maintain her distance from the stars, Claudia channels two classic villains. “[I’m] Cruella de Vil with a touch of Miss Trunchbull!” she laughs.

Hosting such a huge show is a dream come true for Claudia, but she admits she found the celebrity version tougher than the main show. “It was scarier, because all I wanted to do was chat to them and make them like me,” she says. “But of course, I have to be extremely unlikeable. It was tricky!”

Claudia can’t praise the celebrity contestants enough for the energy they put into the show. “They’re incredibly smart and kind,” she says. “They play the game beautifully and were fully engulfed in it. It was an extraordinary experience and we’re so so lucky this 19 said yes. It’s something we never take for granted and are so grateful for.”

‘Alan Carr will be terrible on Celebrity Traitors,’ says pal Amanda Holden

EXCLUSIVE: Amanda Holden has opened up on her friend Alan Carr’s upcoming stint in the Celebrity Traitors castle

Amanda Holden has given her verdict on her friend Alan Carr‘s upcoming appearance on Celebrity Traitors.

Claudia Winkleman returns to the iconic Traitors castle in Inverness next Wednesday (October 8), alongside an all-star cast who are ready to play the ultimate game of deceit and betrayal.

Alongside Alan, the first celebrity series will feature Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway, rugby star Joe Marler, presenter Clare Balding, legendary actor and comedian Stephen Fry and EastEnders star Tameka Empson.

While production for the new series was underway back in April, Amanda Holden shared her thoughts on her close friend Alan’s appearance on the hit reality show.

“He’s in the castle in Inverness as we speak!” she exclusively revealed on the set of her new BBC gameshow The Inner Circle.

“I think he’d be a terrible traitor and I think if they had any sense, that’s exactly what they’d make him be. It would be hilarious because he is rubbish at trying to keep secrets.

“He told me last year he was doing Traitors. It was like the biggest secret, I was like, ‘Shush, Alan!'”

Amanda’s new quiz show is reminiscent of The Traitors itself, with backstabbing and deceit at its core. BBC viewers will be treated to two versions of the quiz, which has the Britain’s Got Talent judge as its host.

The daytime game will see six contestants battle it out to outsmart and outwit the other players, while on Saturday nights, fans can tune in to see celebrities team up with members of the public to play.

During the game, the players will each be randomly assigned a secret stash of cash, anything between zero and £4,000 for daytime and £5,000 for the Saturday night show.

Each player only knows their value with no obligation to tell the truth as they get thrown into a battle of wits, nerve and strategic gameplay across a series of challenging rounds.

Speaking about the exciting concept of The Inner Circle, Amanda said: “It has elements of other shows that you might recognise; The Weakest Link, Traitors and Golden Balls with Jasper Carrot – all in one!

“It’s all about general knowledge and human nature… It’s complex but it’s fun!”

Amanda concluded: “It’s going to be glamorous and nail-biting with a real jeopardy at the end that I don’t think anybody is going to be expecting while they’re dunking their biscuits in a cuppa!

“The Saturday night takes the show up another level, just before Strictly. I’m their warm-up, which is just a brilliant place to be!”

The Inner Circle premieres on BBC One at 5.35pm on Saturday 4th October, while Celebrity Traitors premieres on BBC One at 9pm on Wednesday 8th October

I’m A Celebrity ‘sign up TikTok star for new series’ angering rival influencers

Influencers are reportedly raging after an over-night sensation is given jungle spot

Social media influencers are reportedly fuming after TikTok star Angry Ginge is pipped for this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, as some are said to be feeling overlooked by ITV.

Angry Ginge, who is really 21-year-old Morgan Burtwhistle, has been added to the rumoured line-up for the hit ITV show, alongside Lisa Riley and Shona McGarty. The decision is thought to have sparked outrage amongst other social media stars, many of whom are said to feel “snubbed”.

A source said told the press: “It’s turned into an influencer war every single year now. There are some really big names in that space who have been trying to get into the jungle for ages, and they feel ITV keep ignoring them. First it was GK Barry last year, now it’s Angry Ginge – people are fuming.”

Angry Ginge, whose content focuses on FIFA, has more than 3 million followers across TikTok and Instagram and has already filmed videos with football stars such as Wayne Rooney. He even participated in Soccer Aid this year. It is thought that ITV bosses are eager to get the TikTokker into the jungle as GK Barry was popular on last year’s series.

The insider said this was souring the mood for influencers off camera, especially those who have been in talks with ITV for years. “The mood behind the scenes is not good. Some of these influencers have been in proper talks with ITV for years.

“They were already furious when GK Barry got the call-up last year, and now they’re watching another online star — who’s barely been around five minutes compared to them — bag the jungle spot. They feel stitched up.”

Despite the backlash, the I’m A Celeb producers are reportedly excited by their line-up. Lisa, who is known for playing Mandy Dingle on Emmerdale for 30 years, is already a fan of the show is rumoured to be heading to the jungle. EastEnders‘ Shona McGarty is also said to be joining the show, as she has now left the soap after 16 years on it.

ITV have recently struck a deal that has secured I’m A Celeb’s future until 2030, which will mark 30 years of the show. With that in mind, producers are rumoured to be hoping to attract younger viewers.

The Express’ source added that influencers are still pushing for a spot in the jungle, but this push is not a happy one. “It doesn’t matter who else is going in. Right now the influencer community is at war with ITV, and Angry Ginge is right in the middle of it.”

Strictly’s Michelle Tsiakkas speaks out after being left without a celebrity partner

Michelle Tsiakkas, a Latin dance champion, was partnered with Jamie Borthwick in last year’s Strictly Come Dancing but is “gutted” this term not to have a celeb match

Strictly Come Dancing’s Michelle Tsiakkas says she is “gutted” not receive a partner on this year’s series.

The 30-year-old dancer worked with EastEnders’ Jamie Borthwick last year and said she felt it was the first time fans got to really know her. However, she has failed to get a celebrity partner this time and is disappointed.

Speaking in a video she posted to her Instagram account, Michelle said: “Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well. I just wanted to make this post to acknowledge and say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the lovely messages I’ve received since you’ve all seen that I don’t have a partner on Strictly this year. To those of you asking how I am. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t gutted, but I think that’s a normal feeling to have.”

Strictly Come Dancing, a Saturday night staple since 2004, returned last weekend and saw the likes of Thomas Skinner, Alex Kingston and George Clarke jive with the professionals. Several pros, though, haven’t been matched with a celebrity. Others include Luba Mushtuk, Michelle Tsiakkas and Neil Jones. Weeks prior, Gorka Márquez had shared that he wouldn’t have a partner.

But Michelle, a Latin dance champion, has been able to reflect on the decision. She added: “Last year was my first year with a partner and it made me realise just how much I enjoy the process.

“I think it’s the most beautiful and rewarding part of the show. And I also feel like last year was the first time you all started to get to know me better as well.

“There is still a whole lot more of me yet to discover, so I will do my best this year to post more on here to make up for not seeing me as much on your screens.

“I’ll be sharing more about my life, my hobbies, my interests, my experiences, my opinions – just anything that you want to know about me, I want to help you to get to know me better and you will still be seeing me this year in music acts and group numbers and It Takes Two, so I’m not completely disappearing.”

Michelle, born in Cyprus, first appeared on the BBC television dance show in 2022. At the time, she called it “her dream ever since I was a little girl”.

And her co-stars have offered her encouragement despite the snub, with supportive messages flooding in on Instagram. Vito Coppola wrote: “Yes Mish. You are talented in so many different ways. Just keep being yourself.”

Strictly’s Nancy Xu speaks out on disappointment over not getting a celebrity partner

Strictly Come Dancing pro Nancy Xu has spoken out following the news that she won’t have a celebrity partner on the BBC show this year, with her sharing a message this week

Professional dancer Nancy Xu has spoken out about not having a celebrity partner on the new series of Strictly Come Dancing ahead of the first live show. It comes after this year’s couples were unveiled to viewers just days ago.

It was revealed in the pre-recorded launch, which aired on Saturday, that several pros haven’t been matched with a celebrity. They include Nancy, 34, as well as Luba Mushtuk, Michelle Tsiakkas and Neil Jones. Weeks prior, Gorka Márquez had shared that he wouldn’t have a partner.

Following the news of the pairings, it was reported that Nancy had been left “upset” by the situation. She’s since shared her thoughts in a video message to fans ahead of the live shows, which are scheduled to start this weekend.

Nancy shared a video on Instagram tonight. It began with clips of her being asked if she was “okay” by co-stars. She was seen saying “yeah” and smiling in response to the concerns in the skit before looking downcast each time.

Then, in a message to viewers, Nancy expressed gratitude for the support that she has received lately. She shared that she felt “disappointed” initially but she assured fans that she’s “good” because she’s still part of the Strictly “family”.

Nancy said: “Thank you so much for all of your kind, love and supportive messages that I’ve received in the past few days. I am okay. I am okay. As you all know now, I don’t have a dance partner on Strictly Come Dancing this year.”

She said: “In the very beginning, when I just received the messages, it [did] upset me and [I] felt disappointed.” Nancy, who joined the BBC show in 2019, said about having moved to the UK from China: “All I wanted is to achieve my dream.”

Nancy continued: “Strictly has given me such a big platform to allow me to show my skills, show my talents. Of course, I felt this year has been left out but I’m good because I’m still part of the Strictly family.”

She went on to say in the message shared this week: “This year you will possibly hear my voice more than ever because I will give all my energy to support all my Strictly family. I will be there cheering for them.” Nancy, who will still be part of the group numbers, teased that she will be on It Takes Two and Morning Live too.

Nancy said that messages from fans “mean the world” to her before saying that she was “sending all her love” to them. She concluded: “The weather’s getting cold, please keep yourself warm. Remember, keep dancing!”

In the caption that accompanied the video, Nancy wrote in the post: “Thank you all for all your love, kind and supportive messages in the past few days! It has meant a world.”

She was met with support from fans and colleagues in the comments section. Michelle wrote: “We love you and I’m here for you my girl! We’ve got each other.” Amy Dowden said: “You are superstar, a beautiful dancer and so loved.”

Vito Coppola wrote: “We love you Xu and I am sure all your dreams will come true. You are never alone, we are always together. Thank you for supporting us and for being the rarest friend that everyone would want in their life, I consider myself lucky to have you in mine. See you soon Xuuuu)))))).” Whilst Kai Widdrington said: “Your star will always shine bright beautiful Nancy.”

It marks the first time that Nancy hasn’t had a partner on the main show in five years. It’s however the second time that she’s not reunited with a celebrity from a Christmas special, as her partners from the last two of them have both returned for the main show but with other pros instead.

Nancy was a runner-up in last year’s special with Gladiators star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, who is now competing with Karen Hauer on the main series this year. Similarly, Nancy won the Christmas special in 2023 with former EastEnders cast member Jamie Borthwick, but he was then partnered with Michelle when he competed on Strictly last year.

Travel back to the millennium at these L.A. spots bursting with Y2K energy

At the turn of the 21st century, hundreds of six-foot angels took over Los Angeles.

Made of fiberglass and painted by different artists, the exciting large-scale public art project was conceived by the Volunteers of America and the Catholic Big Brothers and made a reality thanks to the L.A. Convention & Visitors Bureau and the mayor’s office.

The project, called “Community of Angels,” riffed on the city’s name by scattering literal angels across the city. It was said to be inspired by Chicago’s 1999 public art display of a similar theme: “Cows on Parade.”

If you lived in Los Angeles in the early 2000s, it was impossible not to see these angels. Unfortunately, the project only took flight for a short time, with the statues eventually being auctioned off to benefit youth programs around the city. A little over $100,000 was raised with the remaining angels sold online.

Twenty-five years later, most are now in the hands of private collectors and businesses who proudly display them in their offices, but there are still a few to be found in public if you know where to look. Santa Monica tends to have a few scattered around, including one in front of the XYZ Media building on Olympic Boulevard. One angel still stands in its original spot at the main entrance to Los Angeles General Medical Center, and the so-called Travel Angel, created by artists Dean and Laura Larson, is tucked away in a corner of the Original Farmers Market. Further out, an angel statue can be found at the 27-acre Century Villages at Cabrillo campus in Long Beach, and there’s one in Claremont’s Mallows Park.

There are more angels out there in the wild, but to date there is no updated database of where they are.

ITV bosses of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here are already starting to secure the celebrity line-up for this year’s series and have now eyed up one star they feel will fit in perfectly. Social media star Angry Ginge, who has more than three million followers across his platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok, is one of a few names being thrown into the hat.

Once Angry Ginge signs on the dotted line, he will be following in the footsteps of Nella Rose and GK Barry from previous years.

The social media star, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, is believed to have impressed ITV bosses during the annual charity football match Soccer Aid.

A source told The Sun: “ITV bosses always like to have a social media superstar on their cast, especially after GK Barry proved such a success last year. Angry Ginge has bags of personality and was really friendly to everyone at Soccer Aid this year. He made a great impression.”

Angry Ginge’s followers are regularly kept in the loop with his life and career highlights.

And one of them was when he worked eith football legend Wayne Rooney.

Other names in the mix are Emmerdale star Lisa Riley and former EastEnders actress Shona McGarty.

In December 2023, Nella Rose, who was one of the first social media stars to enter the Australian jungle, wasn’t greeted by anyone following her exit and decided to not be interviewed by Lorraine Kelly.

And at the time, many were left concerned.

Nella became quite a talking point during her time on the ITV show after she famously clashed with First Dates star Fred Sirieux.

And at the time of her exit, the Mirror exclusively revealed the real reason she opted out of speaking on Lorraine.

A source told the Mirror: “There seems to be some confusion but Nella has just been relaxing on her first day out of the jungle.

It is quite common for contestants to do that and she will be giving her views and thoughts about her time in the jungle on ITV on Wednesday.”

The stars of the show have the choice of appearing on either Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women, for their exit interview.

Two Strictly favourites told they won’t get a celebrity partner this year in huge blow

Strictly Come Dancing 2025 is just weeks away with 15 stars competing for the Glitterball Trophy

Strictly's judges dish out 10s
Strictly’s judges will be watching every dance step

The launch of Strictly Come Dancing 2025 is now just weeks – but there’s bad news for two of the show’s brightest stars.

Pro dancers Luba Mushtuk and Nancy Xu are reportedly gutted to have been told they won’t be getting celebrity partners this year, meaning they are out of competing in the main show.

The BBC dance show kicks off next month with the likes of Emmerdale’s Lewis Cope and model Ellie Goldstein taking part.

There will be 15 stars competing in a couple with one of the experienced professionals. Sadly, it has now been revealed that favourites Luba, 35, and Nancy, 34, will not be training up and performing with the famous faces this year.

A source said : “Luba and Nancy were gutted not to be in a celebrity pairing and competing on the show this year.

“They are, understandably, disappointed, but realise that not everyone is able to get a celebrity partner every year.

“Of course, the professional dancers are all expert athletes and want the best chance possible to win, it’s in their nature, but they’re grateful for the gig,’ the insider told The Sun On Sunday.

The Mirror has contacted the BBC for comment.

Last year Nancy was partnered with former X Factor winner Shayne Ward, while Luba was with DIY SOS star Nick Knowles.

Earlier this week it was reported that long-serving dancer Gorka Marquez is actually ‘relieved’ not to have a leading role in this year’s show.

Gorka declined the opportunity to be centre stage with a celebrity partner in favour of spending weeks as a judge on the Spanish version of Strictly, Bailando Con Las Estrellas.

A source told The Sun: “Gorka loves Strictly and is so proud to be one of the longest-serving pros, but has said he’ll be relieved not to be there during another fraught series while the show and its cast are accused of toxic behaviour.

“He’s very excited to have been part of the group dances, which were pre-recorded, and loves everyone on the show. But this is the third series where they face questions about bullying, chaperones and everything else.”

A spokesperson for Gorka responded: “Gorka does not feel this way at all; he is delighted to still be a part of Strictly alongside his Spanish filming schedule.”

It comes after The Mirror revealed celebrities taking part on Strictly are joking how their fees to take part amounts to “danger money” given the show’s reputation. It comes as the BBC programme has been beset by controversy in recent years.

One agent of a star on the show said: “Everyone is a little more mindful about the fact that things can blow up…and one misstep is all it takes. Last year Wynne Evans came under immense pressure, while the previous year Amanda Abbingdon said she had a torrid time…the phrase danger money has been bandied about.”

Strictly has been hit by a string of storms recently. Last year, dancer Giovanni Pernice quit after being accused of bullying and harassing 2023 partner Abbington. Some complaints against him were upheld but he was cleared of the most serious ones in a probe.

In the same series, the BBC pro Graziano Di Prima was removed over claims of misconduct towards partner Zara McDermott during training. And this year, Welsh opera singer Evans left the dance tour after being accused of making inappropriate remarks.

The current series of Strictly got off to a rocky start with Game of Thrones actor Kristian Nairn quitting the show after just one week into rehearsals. He was swiftly replaced by Emmerdale actor Lewis Cope, who is now hot favourite to win.

Celebrity SAS’ Bimini breaks silence on failing show as they slam ‘bullies’

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins concluded last night with Lucy Spraggan, Troy Deeney and Michaella McCollum passing the process, though two other finalists didn’t get that far

One of the unsuccessful recruits from the latest series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has opened up about their departure from the reality TV show. Bimini Bon-Boulash was culled from the process after having reached the final.

Bimini, 32, whose real name is Thomas Hibbitts, was a finalist on the Channel 4 show alongside the likes of Adam Collard, who voluntarily withdrew. Last night’s episode instead saw Michaella McCollum, Troy Deeney and Lucy Spraggan pass the gruelling process, unlike the other two finalists.

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK runner-up Bimini was sent home shortly before the end of the experience after failing an interrogation task. The finalists had been given a cover story to present to the interrogators, and Michaella was later “punished” for saying that she couldn’t remember anything.

Michaella was placed into a pit and co-star Bimini was told to pour cold water on her, in a bid to encourage her to speak out. Bimini however expressed discomfort, including that she would be “freezing,” and ended up disclosing details of their mission to interrogators, which ended the situation.

Following the scenes airing last night, Bimini took to Instagram to address their exit. The drag artist told their followers that they “can’t stand” seeing people be “bullied or hurt,” adding that they left with their head held high.

Bimini wrote: “I went onto @sas_whodareswins to give it everything/body, mind, and spirit. I pushed hard, I smiled through the chaos, and I stayed true to myself. In the end, what I failed on and would be seen as my weakness I would call my strength.

“I can’t stand aggression, violence, or seeing people bullied or hurt – it’s just not in me. I am gutted to not have passed selection, but I’m walking away with my head high and I’m SO PROUD of [the four other finalists on the show].”

The drag artist had expressed discomfort over pouring cold water on co-star Michaella McCollum and instead disclosed details of their mission(Image: CHANNEL 4)

In text written over photos from the episode, Bimini said: “SAS Who Dares Wins is over. I was gutted that I missed out on fully completing the course right at the final hurdle. But seeing someone I had grown so close with during the show (huge love to Michaela, super babe!) in this scenario didn’t sit well with me.

“But I’m still proud of everything I managed to achieve on the show. I passed the majority of challenges and stuck to my morals even under the most difficult situation. This gender bender make it to the finale of SAS Who Dares Wins! That is the biggest win for me.”

After struggling to pour cold water on Michaella and disclosing details of their mission to interrogators, Bimini was sent to see the umpire in the episode. The umpire said: “It is with regret, I’m informing you you have been unsuccessful on this phase of the course. In my professional opinion, you tried to protect somebody from unpleasant conduct, rather than any threat of physical damage or danger.”

Bimini was then praised by the instructors over their efforts throughout the experience. The contestant responded: “I’ve enjoyed it, I’ve had a really good time. I think I just misconstrued that last bit there. I just let the emotions get the better of me in that one minute.”

Simon chats to Lucy on a video call as the recruits have their mental resilience tested

Along the way, celebrities have quit, been axed and – last week in the case of boxer Conor Benn – medically withdrawn.

Tonight, the remaining five recruits tackled one of their toughest challenges yet, before having their mental strength tested by having the option to receive calls from loved ones.

While Adam Collard receives his from fiancee Laura Woods, singer Lucy Spraggan is seen taking two calls.

And the first is from her X Factor boss, Simon.

The 65-year-old appears on a video call to Lucy, who had appeared on The Factor in 2012, sitting outside in a sprawling garden.

“How’s my little trooper?” he asks, causing Lucy to chuckle.

She tells him: “It’s been a lot rougher than I anticipated. Simon, it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”

Never one to mince his words, he replies: “You do look tired, I’m not going to lie.”

Lucy then quickly fills him on some of the challenges she’s faced, adding: “It’s not a joke Simon. It’s so, so real.

“Like, you know when you said you might think about doing it if I didn’t find it hard? You would not be doing it.”

Celebrity SAS star cries over her sexual assault

As she laughs, she adds: “Although I would pay such money to see you do it!”

Simon replies with a chuckle: “Just imagine it was me, and how long I would last.”

The pair have remained close in the years that followed Lucy being on The X Factor, and he even walked her down the aisle at her wedding to wife Emilia Smith earlier this year.

Lucy previously told The Sun: “He read a poem at our ceremony, which was cute, and he said to me, ‘I love seeing you this happy’.”

Coronation Street star tipped for I’m A Celebrity jungle after quitting ITV soap

Coronation Street star Adam Hussain could be about sign up for the jungle as he has become a favourite of the bookies to brave the reality show amid his soap exit

Adam Hussain as Aadi Alahan
Adam Hussain has quit his role as Aadi Alahan on Coronation Street and could be about to sign up for the jungle

Coronation Street star Adam Hussain could be about sign up for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! The actor, 24, has played the role of Aadi Alahan on the world’s longest-running television soap since 2020 but recently quit the cobbles and his final scenes are yet to air.

But speculation suggests that Adam could be about to trade the the fictional Manchester backstreet for the Australian Outback, when the reality show returns to screens later this year.

Adam has been priced up at 7/1 to swap the Rovers Return for bugs, rice, and beans. It comes after it was announced that Aadi’s twin sister Asha (Tanisha Gorey) is to ‘reach breaking point’ as part of an upcoming special.

Adam Hussain as Aadi Alahan
The son of Weatherfield tycoon Dev Alahan has been through a dramatic time recently

If Adam, who took over the part of shopkeeper Aadi from Zennon Ditchett, does end up venturing off into the jungle, he will certainly not be the first famous face from the soap to take part in Ant and Dec’s long-running reality show, which first aired in 2002. Antony Cotton, who plays knicker stitcher Sean Tully, entered the jungle in 2011 and just missed out on a place in the final, where McFly star Dougie Poynter was crowned winner.

In 2012, Helen Flanagan (Rosie Webster) was voted by the public to face seven consecutive Bushtucker trials, which, at the time, was a record for the programme. And ever since Jennie McAlpine (Fiz Dobbs) joined the jungle in 2017, it has become almost an annual occurrence for a star from the soap to appear.

Last year, Jennie’s on-screen husband Alan Halsall (Tyrone Dobbs) famously struck up a friendship with co-star Tulisa, whilst other Street favourites like Beverley Callard (Liz McDonald), Sair Khan (Alya Nazir), Simon Gregson (Steve McDonald), and Sue Cleaver (Eileen Grimshaw) have braved the programme in recent times.

The news comes just days after Aadi’s exit was teased in sad scenes. As views will know, character has been embroiled in various conflicts over the last few months. Earlier this year, he was unintentionally responsible for Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) becoming a victim of spiking when he threw a house party that went wrong, and, amid their budding romance, he has lied to her about the events of that fateful night.

Jimmi Harkishin as Dev Alahan and Adam Hussain as Aadi Alahan
Adam currently stars as the son of Weatherfield business tycoon Dev Alahan but is set to be waving goodbye to the cobbles in upcoming scenes

Aadi was entrusted with the upkeep of the corner shop owned by his dad Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) when he took a break but he ran up debts of £6,000 and then staged a failed robbery with Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) to try to claim on the insurance.

After all that failed, Aadi finally fessed up to Dev, and his dad learned that his partner Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) had been in on the initial attempt to cover it all up as well, when she brought forward their wedding in the hopes of getting a rich relative to pay for it.

Having been branded a ‘failure’ by Dev, who has owned and operated multiple Weatherfield businesses since he arrived in 1999, things came to a head for the teenager as he hit a new low. Clearly unsure what to do next, Aadi decided to drink his problems away as he ignored calls and text from Lauren, who had been hoping to meet him that day.

Eventually, he was spotted by builders Gary Windass (Mikey North) and Theo Silverton (James Cartwright). He was blocking their van and it all ended in calamity when he refused to move, as he fell and hit his head on a brick wall. Dev, desperate to find his son after he wasn’t in bed after Lauren came calling for him, swooped onto the scene to see what had happened to his son, but Aadi refused any help from him whatsoever and stormed off.

That night, Dev asked him: “What happened with us? You always used to make me so proud of you. Did I not tell you enough? Is that why you’re punishing me?”

Aadi admitted: “It’s not always easy, trying to live up to you. You’re always going on about everything you achieved. I’m not saying you never praised me but it was only when it made you look good. It was never enough to just be me.” Acknowledging that things have to change, Dev revealed that he had been in touch with his cousin Vikram and has arranged for him to go and work with him in India.

Through tears, Aadi protested: “I’m not moving to India!” but Dev said he ‘could not support him anymore. “You’re just kicking me out?” Aadi shot back, to which Dev confessed through tears of his own: “I don’t want to. But you have left me no choice.” Viewers then saw Aadi and Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) act on their true feelings for each other, but even that went wrong in the end, and the character looks set to depart Weatherfield for good in the coming weeks.

But in tonight’s episode, Adam reveals how he almost backed out of participating, after a difficult few months in his personal life.

Speaking to the Special Forces staff on the show, an emotional Adam explains how he was diagnosed with depression.

He struggles to get his words out before saying: “One of them was with my partner…and…we, erm lost something…when it was really close to getting there a second time and telling everyone.”

As the tears fall, the staff clarify that he’s talking about a miscarriage and Adam nods.

He adds: “I think I was proud of the fact that I was excited for it, which I didn’t think I ever would be.

“And when it got taken away, and it was 10 times worse for her, I think it hit us like a tonne of bricks.

“We just really, really went to a bit of a bad place. And to be honest, in front of her I pretended I was cool, and pretended I was absolutely fine.”

Later in the episode, the tears flow again as the celebrities are tasked with reading out their ‘death letters’, which they were asked to write to their loved ones.

As Adam stands up to read his out, he pays tribute to Laura and how much he is thinking of her, before saying: “The last few months have been really tough, but nowhere near as tough as you.

Adam continues to read: “We lost a baby recently” but then starts to sob, as his co-stars look just as emotional, not knowing what he had been through until that moment.

He says: “I wish I had one more night to give you the world’s biggest cuddle. Love you always, Adam.”

Conor Benn then goes over to give Adam a cuddle, who sheds more tears as he is consoled over his loss.

In a piece to camera, Adam praised Laura, saying: “I’d say I’m pretty closed off as a person and she definitely helped me to open up.”

Despite their baby heartbreak, the couple – who got together in 2023 and became engaged in September last year – welcomed son Leo in January this year.

What is miscarriage and why do pregnancies fail?

MISCARRIAGE is generally the death of an unborn baby in the first 24 weeks – approximately six months – of pregnancy.

Miscarriages may not be spoken about a lot but they are very common. Baby loss charity Tommy’s estimates there are at least 250,000 per year in the UK and that one in every five pregnancies ends in miscarriage.

It may not be clear why a miscarriage happens but they are rarely caused by anything done by the mother or father. Usually the embryo has a random genetic defect that means it cannot develop properly.

Most women can go on to successfully have healthy babies in the future.

The NHS says most miscarriages cannot be prevented but avoiding smoking, alcohol and drugs while pregnant can reduce the risk.

Some of the other most common reasons for a pregnancy to fail in the first 24 weeks are ectopic pregnancy and molar pregnancy.

Ectopic pregnancy is where a fertilised egg implants somewhere outside of the womb, usually in a fallopian tube. It cannot survive and grow there so either dies naturally or must be terminated.

Molar pregnancy is rarer but happens when a fertilised egg and/or placenta does not develop properly at the start of a pregnancy. There is no single reason why it happens and cannot be prevented, though it may be more common in very young or old mothers.

A baby who dies after 24 weeks is considered a stillbirth.

The Chase’s Jenny Ryan gobsmacked as she wins Celebrity Catchphrase in record time – but did you know the £50k riddle?

THE Chase brainbox Jenny Ryan proved her talents span across the game shows as she won Celebrity Catchphrase in record time.

The ITV fan favourite, affectionately known as The Vixen, showed her prowess on Stephen Mulhern‘s show as she scooped the £50K cash prize for charity.

Jenny, 43, starred on the celebrity special of the classic game show with David Baddiel and Hollie Arnold.

Wearing a pink cherry-print jumper, she didn’t seem fazed by any of the “say what you see challenges.”

Her cool head was particularly key in the last question with the whopper cash prize up for grabs.

The image panned on the huge studio screen showed a large fridge filled with food but also bizarre items such as a house, gold bars and a document with the word “shares” emblazoned on it.

Jenny stared at the screen and suggested the guesses: “Freezer, cold, argh.

“Money on ice,” before she uttered the winning catchphrase: “Frozen assets!”

Stephen squealed in delight as he revealed she’d won and Jenny was left wide-eyed in shock, with her hands holding her head.

He said: “I can tell you right now, not only in record time but the record amount of money raised on Celebrity Catchphrase ever.”

Yet would you have worked out the brain teaser?

The Chase branded a ‘fix’ by fuming fans as Jenny Ryan stops £142k going to charity

The episode first aired back in 2021.

At the time, Jenny hailed one of her “greatest achievements” on the series was “vanquishing that Super Catchphrase pyramid!”

Fans were stunned by her performance and one wrote: “You. Were. Phenomenal!”

Another posted: “Way to go Jenny! Never doubted you for a second. Super proud fan moment.”

The Chase: Current lineup of Chasers on the ITV show

The Chase first premiered on ITV back in 2009 and has become a firm favourite among viewers since then. The roster of professional quizzers (‘chasers’) has grown significantly since the show’s launch.

  • Mark Labbett (2009 – present): Known as ‘The Beast’, Mark is a former Maths teacher and previously won £32,000 on Who Wants to be a Millionaire? Mark has also reprised his role as a Chaser in the US and Australian versions of the show.
  • Shaun Wallace (2009 – present): Shaun, a barrister and former Mastermind champion, goes by the ‘Dark Destroyer’. Shaun has appeared on the Australian version of The Chase. In 2008, he finished as runner-up to Barry Simmons in Are You an Egghead?, a contest to find a new member of the then-BBC quiz team.
  • Anne Hegerty (2010 – present): A former contestant on Mastermind, Fifteen To One and Are You an Egghead?, Anne goes by ‘The Governess’. Since joining The Chase, she appeared on I’m A Celebrity… in 2018.
  • Paul Sinha (2011-present): Comedian and qualified doctor Paul joined the Chaser line-up in 2011, taking the nickname ‘The Sinnerman’. He has appeared on The Weakest Link, University Challenge and Brain of Britain. In 2018, Paul starred in series 8 of popular game show Taskmaster.
  • Jenny Ryan (2015 – present): Known as ‘The Vixen’, Jenny was previously in a winning team on Only Connect. She also appeared in Mastermind, The Weakest Link and Fifteen To One before joining The Chase in 2015.
  • Darragh Ennis (2020 – present): A postdoctoral researcher, Darragh joined The Chase in 2020 as ‘The Menace’. He is the first former contestant to join the line-up, having been part of a winning team against Paul Sinha in 2017.

A third simply put: “Smashed it,” while one posted: “Well done Jenny!!

“Amazing performance.”

SHOW FIX?

Despite her strong track record on Celeb Catchphrase, Jenny was recently called out on her own show, The Chase.

Fans flagged a fix as she stopped £142K going to charity.

Cheryl Baker, Mark Steel, Laura Tobin and Jason Bell faced Jenny “The Vixen” Ryan in a celebrity edtion.

While Jenny caught Jason, the other three all advanced to the Final Chase.

The team set an impressive target of 19 – while managing to push back Jenny multiple times.

However, the Chaser still managed to wipe out the famous faces within her time limit.

This meant Cheryl, Mark and Laura were left with £1,000 each for their charities, losing out on the £142,000 on the line.

One then wrote on X: “Bradley Walsh needs to stop speeding up when asking the chaser questions on the final round. Bit of a fix really #TheChase”.

Celebrity SAS chaos as two more stars leave – with one axed by fuming instructors

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins’ new series had already seen four contestants quit in the first two episodes but two more were shown leaving the process in the latest episode

Another two contestants were seen leaving Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in the latest episode. One of them became the fifth celebrity to voluntary withdraw, whilst their co-star was axed from process by the chief instructor instead.

The Channel 4 show continued with the fourth episode of its new series, which launched earlier this month, this evening. It saw the remaining contestants face yet more challenges together in Wales, which is considered the home of the first phase of SAS Selection.

Four contestants had already left the experience in previous episodes. Another two were shown departing in tonight’s episode, with the first coming during a mission described as “one of the most physically demanding tasks yet”.

Former footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa, 43, became the fifth recruit to leave. He withdrew during the mission, which saw the contestants tasked with carrying an inflatable boat through “rugged, coastal terrain” in teams.

Adebayo said he was struggling with a pre-existing knee injury towards the end of the mission and decided to voluntarily withdraw. Amid struggling with carrying the boat and concerns that he wasn’t contributing as much as others, he said to his teammates: “I’m messing you up, f***!”

Later, after the mission, the Traitors winner Harry Clark, 23, became the next contestant to leave. He was removed from the process after he had been told off by the unimpressed instructors, who got Harry to admit that he’d lied about “cutting corners”.

After assuring instructors Billy Billingham and Chris Oliver that he doesn’t cut corners, Harry was shown footage of himself doing only 11 burpees after being tasked with doing 20 earlier in the experience.

Harry was later brought in front of the other celebrities, with him admitting to them that he had “cut corners”. Billy said: “I asked you three times about honesty and integrity, and what did you do?” Harry replied: “I lied, staff.” The reality TV star was then asked to hand in his armband, with the instructor saying “now”. Billy then shouted moments later: “Now!” Harry then left, becoming the sixth departure.

The new series of Celebrity SAS, which launched earlier this month, has already seen four contestants voluntarily withdraw. Two quit in the first episode, followed by two more celebrities who walked away during the second episode.

Former S Club member Hannah Spearritt, 44, and dancer Louie Spence, 56, quit too in the first episode. Hannah withdrew amid a mission on the show, with her having said at the time: “Sorry – I’m done. Sorry. I’ve reached a point.”

Louie later quit following a subsequent task. Sharing that he wanted to leave the process, he said: “I wanna do an immediate withdrawal.” He added: “I just don’t have the conviction and I feel as though I’m not dedicated enough.”

Viewers then saw Love Island stars Chloe Burrows, 29, and Tasha Ghouri, 27, quit in the second episode. Chloe withdrew whilst trekking up a hill, on the way to a challenge set over a ravine. After struggling, and her complaints being met with frustration from an instructor, she declared: “I’m done, I’m done.”

Tasha made the same decision shortly afterwards during the same task in the episode. After falling behind some of the other contestants whilst on the trek up the hill, she said: “I’m not mentally here. I’m not mentally here to do this.”

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues on Sunday night from 9pm on Channel 4.

During an Instagram Q&A, one fan begged Olivia: “Plz do the jungle.”

She replied: “Oh hunny noooooo.”

Olivia recently opened up about her jungle exit during an appearance on the Staying Relevant podcast with Pete Wicks and Sam Thompson.

Speaking about her early departure, she said: “That is the worst thing that’s happened to me in this industry.

“I really wanted the jungle.

“It was a big c**k up on so many levels. [It was a] medical thing essentially.”

Olivia added: “I tried to fight them on it because I felt like I was fine.”

However, the first episode saw S Club singer Hannah Spearritt quit on day one, closely followed by former Dancing on Ice judge, Louie Spence.

The second episode aired tonight and within minutes, a further two celebrities ripped off their arm bands and called it quits.

The stars were tasked with trekking up a hill, before taking on the challenge of hanging from a wire over a ravine.

However, Love Island star Chloe Burrows struggled on the climb, having already told her co-stars that she was finding the demands of the show difficult.

As she was berated by the Special Forces staff for her moaning noises, she ripped off her arm band and told them between gasps for breath: “I can’t do it.”

The DS was furious and yelled: “Can’t do what? We’ve walked 300 metres up a f***ing hill!”

He then told Chloe she was “wasting a massive opportunity” but through her tears, she told him: “I’m done, I’m done.”

After handing over her arm band, she headed down the hill, chucking her water bottle before taking off her backpack and saying: “F*** off, this is the worst thing I have ever done in my whole life!”

But Chloe wasn’t alone for long, as within a minute she was joined by another former Love Islander.

The group continued climbing the hill, and the DS drilled number 5 – Tasha Ghouri – telling her to “dig deep” as she lagged behind.

But an exhausted and struggling Tasha held up her arm band and told the shocked DS: “I’m not mentally here. I’m not mentally here to do this.”

After heading down the hill, the two women reunited and discussed their sudden exits from the course.

Tasha said: “You have to be so mentally strong to do this.”

Chloe replied: “And physically.”

As the new series of Celebrity SAS returned to our screens again on 3 August, fans have been left reeling over one ‘celebrity’ as they claim the choice to have Michaella McCollum as a contestant on the show is ‘disgusting’.

Michaella first made headlines as one half of the so-called Peru Two after she and Melissa Reid were arrested at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru, on 6 August 2013.

Their luggage contained £1.5m worth of cocaine, and Michaella spent three years behind bars in one of South America’s toughest prisons before being granted early release.

Now 32, she is stepping back into the spotlight in the new series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, alongside the likes of Rebecca Loos and Conor Benn, however, fans are not pleased. It comes after Sir Michael Palin says he is preparing for the end of his life in sad update.

Last week, Michaella appeared on ITV’s This Morning and was met with criticism. Fans of the show took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts on the celebrity lineup. One person wrote: “The bookers for @thismorning #thismorning and #CelebritySAS should hang their heads in shame for booking a drugs mule. How on earth does that give them celebrity status!! And what message does it send to young people? Shocking.”

Another person penned: “Hey, @Channel4, how come this criminal is being allowed to profit from her drugs mule crime on the ‘celebrity’ edition of SAS Who Dares Wins?” While a third added: “#thismorning I don’t consider a convicted drug smuggler to be a celebrity, which is a fair enough reason for Michaella McCollum not to be a contestant on #CelebritySAS”.

Another unhappy fan wrote: “I’ve never missed a series, but I’m sitting this one out. Having a convicted drug smuggler classed as a celebrity is disgusting and sends the wrong message to young kids, plus it’s insulting to the others taking part.”

Ahead of appearing on the show, Michaella opened up on how she has changed and grown as a person. She said that signing up for the show was able to help her take back control of her life.

She told the Mirror: “I feel like in my younger days, I made lots of mistakes, so then I was really cautious of doing things, because I didn’t want to mess up again. I didn’t want to mess up, I didn’t want to make any more mistakes.

“But we can’t live life like that, because we’re always going to make mistakes, we’re always going to make bad choices, obviously not as bad a choice as I made previously, but it’s okay to make a mistake.

“I had got to the point where I was just refusing to do a lot of things because I was scared. What if I mess it up? What if I take this job and it doesn’t work out? What if I move to this place and it doesn’t work out? I was just a little bit afraid of making those decisions. I felt stuck. So I guess that was the main thing for me, to try and learn to overcome that.

“I was at the point in my life where I was just stuck in my comfort zone, and I thought this is a good way to break those barriers and do the things that scare me, and maybe that will help me in the future with decisions and just different things in life.”
