Adam Thomas reveals ‘lie’ David Haye dropped after heated I’m A Celebrity clash

Adam Thomas has claimed David Haye lied to him while they were in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! South Africa camp, leaving the actor at a complete loss for words

Adam Thomas has claimed David Haye lied during their time on I’m A Celeb. The Waterloo Road star was crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa last week during a tense live final.

Throughout the series, former boxer Haye came under fire for comments he made, including branding his girlfriend, Sian, an “ugly duckling”. He said: “She’s like tall, blue eyes. She’s lovely. She’s got the personality of a proper ugly bird.” He added that “ugly girls” need to have “a personality and banter,” to overlook “the fact that they’re not aesthetically amazing”.

Elsewhere, when Adam, who suffers from psoriatic arthritis, stated he didn’t feel physically able to take part in a trial, Haye branded him “useless,” adding he didn’t “give a s**t”. While the pre-recorded show was airing, Adam explained that he felt “broken” in the camp and considered leaving.

Adam has now spoken out on his podcast, claiming that David lied to him in an attempt to rile him up. Despite his struggles in the camp, Adam never spoke to anybody about his feelings. “I didn’t talk about it to anyone,” he told his brothers, Scott and Ryan on At Home With The Thomas Bros.

He went on to say: “It wasn’t until I was with David, and I came back from this trial, and he was goading me about fainting, that’s when I finally had the courage to go, ‘Listen, shut up now, enough is enough’.

“He got pulled to the Bush Telegraph, and then he came out and he sat me down and said, ‘They’re worried about your mental health. They’ve told me to stop now. Have you been crying about me in there?’

“So that was when I realised, I was like, ‘So, they know, they know what’s been going on’, and that upset me more. Because it’s the fact that I’ve never once talked about [David] or mentioned what [David’s] done to me in here to them.”

Adam later confronted the producers of the show to ask why they would disclose such information to David, who confirmed that there had been no conversation about Adam’s mental health. “I asked David when I got out and he said ‘Yeah, I just made it all up,'” Adam said.

He fumed: “I was like, ‘Wow, you really fu***ng manipulated the s*** out of me!'” Following the dramatic final, Ant and Dec broke their silence tonight, branding it “weird”.

In the preview to their podcast Hanging Out with Ant & Dec, the duo joked about the chaos from the event, with Ant joking, “If you didn’t see it, I bet you read about it!”

“It was quite the night!” said Dec, promising to explain the “ins and outs” of the event. Ant replied: “It was a weird night of TV,” adding that there were “walk-outs” Highlighting the main topics of the upcoming podcast episode, the pair promised to discuss Jimmy Bullard as Dec said: “The first question was to Jimmy about why did you call I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.”

Ant added in response: “On the night I said I disagreed with him,” likely speaking about Jimmy Bullard, whom Ant publicly disagreed with when Jimmy asked him to confirm that Adam was aggressive on the show.

I’m A Celebrity South Africa future ‘revealed’ after dramatic live ITV final

The future of I’m A Celebrity All Stars has been revealed by a TV insider, following the chaotic live final that delighted viewers last week.

I’m A Celeb All Stars will reportedly not return to our screens until 2029, despite the final being a huge success with massive viewing figures.

The South Africa-based show was pre-filmed in 2025, with the explosive final taking place live in London last Friday night. The final episode saw Adam Thomas win the show while arguing with Jimmy Bullard and David Haye.

The mayhem initially broke out when David interrupted Adam’s interview before the winner was announced. It rumbled on further when Jimmy Bullard interrupted to have his say over what he called “intimidating” actions by Adam in camp.

The row was so severe between the campmates that Sinitta and Gemma Collins stormed off, and Ant clashed with David and Jimmy.

It has been reported that around 2.8million people tuned in for the explosive finale, but despite the huge interest, show makers won’t be bringing back the all-stars version for a few years.

“The aim was never for it to be made or be on air in 2027, even though there may be an appetite for that right now. The aim was to deliver something as a special show that was on from time to time, not an annual revisit like the main I’m A Celebrity show,” an insider told The Sun.

This was the second all-stars version of the series, with the first season airing in May 2023 after being recorded in the autumn of 2022.

The series 6 runner-up, Myleene Klass, was crowned winner of the series after beating series 16 campmate Jordan Banjo in the final survival trial. It was three years between the first and second seasons of the show, so fans might be waiting a little while for the next season if ITV continues to follow suit.

Voting figures for the show were revealed earlier today, showing that Adam won by a landslide. The Emmerdale actor came first in the vote for the final four, with 51 per cent. He was followed by Sir Mo Farah, who won 32 per cent, while Harry Redknapp and Craig Charles each got 9 per cent.

I’m A Celebrity is expected to return later this year with the usual format. Adam’s win came off the back of a series of dramatic moments for the actor on the show. Things first took a dramatic turn when David Haye was accused of bullying Adam after he ruled himself out of a trial. He called the actor weak and later doubled down, claiming that the Waterloo Road star was using his arthritis to get out of doing Bushtucker Trials and challenges.

Adam was also at the centre of a row with Jimmy Bullard. He was left angry when Jimmy quit the show mid-trial, which could have tanked Adam’s time on I’m A Celeb, as they were doing the trial in pairs.

Adam swore at Jimmy. Though he later apologised, Jimmy was insistent that Adam was “aggressive” and “intimidating”, and blasted ITV for not showing the full clip. ITV have said what they showed was a “fair and accurate” representation of what happened.

The Mirror has approached ITV for comment.

I’m A Celebrity star Jimmy Bullard’s rant at Adam Thomas IN FULL as Ant and Dec step in

Jimmy Bullard took Adam Thomas to task over their I’m A Celebrity row, which he claims was a lot longer and much more expletive ridden than was aired

Jimmy Bullard ranted at Adam Thomas over their I’m A Celebrity spat during the live final last night.

In extraordinary live television, Jimmy had explained what really happened with the row between him and Adam over the Rancid Run trial. He said he had told everyone he planned to leave – after the trial was changed from collecting stars to staying in the competition.

He had said for his own reasons – thought to be his father’s health – he wanted to go home, but because of his contract, he would have to quit a certain way or he wouldn’t receive his full fee.

During an extraordinary moment last night, Jimmy said: “Listen, Adam and all of you can be upset with me and I absolutely threw him under the bus, I get it and I’ll wear that.

“But what I don’t stand on, is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating, I don’t stand on that.” He then asked Ant and Dec – who were hosting the show – to share their opinions.

“You [Ant and Dec] were there and you didn’t show any of that footage. You didn’t show any of the C-bombs, it’s a liberty,” Jimmy told them. Ant then argued back: “The reason we didn’t air the C-bomb is because that is unbroadcastable. I was there and I didn’t think it was intimidating. I was there Jim.”

David Haye then stepped in to back Jimmy over Adam, who was sat in front of him. Adam then stepped in to say: “Let the finalists speak,” as he was cheered on by the audience.

Adam then said: “I take full responsibility for my actions and yes emotions were definitely running high in that moment. I have nothing but love for Jimmy in that moment. I have apologised to Jimmy on numerous occasions and I do take everything that he is saying into account and the only thing I can do is apologise.

“That is not how I want to show myself off and I have never shown myself off like that before or after that. I do apologise Jimmy.”

David then said: “Funny way of showing it,” as Ant and Dec stopped him from speaking.

“I like to say how I see it, I like to keep it real and what I have seen is a lot of editing to make this poor guy [Adam] the victim so the people will support him,” David continued to say, as boos filled the audience, “We all had banter back and forth, a lot of it was cut out from their side. But I think it is time for the truth.”

Sinitta then stormed off stage as she told the audience: “Guys, you weren’t there, I was there and it was aggressive and abusive, we were shaking.” Gemma, who is a support for Adam, also walked off the stage.

“You can’t be aggressive, abusive and intimating, it doesn’t matter if Adam said sorry. I will not take you [Ant] saying it wasn’t aggressive, abusive and intimating, you can’t say that. Show it, let everyone watch it, let’s play it now!” Jimmy said.

Ant and Dec then closed things off, saying: “Right, let’s leave it there. We’ll agree to disagree Jim.”

Who won I’m A Celebrity 2026? Adam Thomas triumphs to be Legend despite ‘unbroadcastable’ row

Adam Thomas is the I’m A Celebrity South Africa winner 2026 despite ‘unbroadcastable’ row

Adam Thomas defeated the bullies and the other finalists to be crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa.

In a live final back in London, the actor beat runner up Mo Farah, third placed Harry Redknapp, and Craig Charles in fourth to be named an I’m A Celebrity ‘legend’.

Looking surprised and a bit shaken after a night of controversy, Adam said: “Thank you guys, thank you so much. I love ya.”

Earlier in the live show there had been chaos as he came face to face with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard and the verbal clash led to two other campmates – Gemma Collins and Sinitta – storming off stage.

The 37-year-old actor had faced abuse in camp from boxer Haye, had a row with quitter Jimmy Bullard and also got emotional at times on the ITV show. But he put it all behind him to come out on top.

Before he did his final trial in South Africa, Adam admitted there had been “a lot of drama” in camp. And there was a lot of drama in the final too as hosts Ant and Dec struggled to stay on top of things as it got chaotic with the crowd booing comments and celebs speaking out of turn.

Just minutes before Adam was crowned champ there were awkward scenes in the studio as Jimmy Bullard said Adam was “aggressive, abusive and intimidating” when Jimmy quit and Adam feared his own jungle adventure was also over. Thankfully the other campmates let him stay in the camp.

Adam reflected on it and said he had apologised to Jimmy several times. Looking serious he said: “Listen I take full responsibility for my actions. Yes emotions were definitely running high in that moment. But, you know, I have got nothing but love for Jimmy.”

When David Haye tried to interrupt him Adam also said “will you just let the finalists speak”. Adam then said: “I take everything he said into account. That is not how I want to show myself off and I have never showed myself off in that light before that or after that. And I am sorry Jimmy.”

Adam was given a final eating trial in South Africa called Swallow the Odds, and looking ahead to the prospect of winning said: “I am gonna be a legend baby” He then proceeded to smash the trial, eating five courses with the likes of five pig teats, two century fermented eggs, tarantula and fermented tofu.

He even cheered himself on, saying “come on Adam, ” in between mouthfuls. After watching Gemma said: “You done so well, you amazing.”

But he also had to cope with a backlash from other contestants, as David Haye interrupted the show at this point and said: “Do you think you deserve to win it after calling Jimmy the C-word a couple of times?”

Adam replied: “After that trial I deserve it yeah.”

Trying to restore order, host Dec said: “We are going to come to this a bit later.”But David continued: “Don’t you think you should ask Jimmy…a lot of that stuff was cut out.”Ant said: “There was a lot of stuff which was unbroadcastable which is why, look we will get into this later in the show.”Dec added: “I knew it was going to smoothly.”

Actor Adam first appeared on the show in 2016 making the final.

Asked about the South African version he said: “It was completely different but at the same time, so much better because of the people there. Everything was stepped up a lot, especially the trials and challenges. It was like going back to being a kid again. In my eyes there’s no comparison, this was definitely for the legends and it felt legendary.”

He had paired up with Jimmy Bullard for a trial where the bottom two left the show, but when Jimmy refused to take part and said “get me out of here” Adam had been due to leave too and verbally attacked Jimmy. He was so furious the scenes were edited down, something Jimmy is unhappy about. During the final he urged ITV to show the full contents of Adam’s rants.

Commenting on his clash with Jimmy Bullard when the ex-footballer quit, Adam had said on Thursday: “It was just really random and unexpected to be honest. I didn’t see it coming.

“Safe to say, I don’t think I was too happy about it. The fact I felt like I was leaving because of someone else just really broke my heart more than anything as I wanted to do my kids proud. Emotions can get the better of you in there and in hindsight, I probably would never have reacted the way I did but I was just really upset.”

On social media this week he had claimed even getting to the final he had felt a winner. But he had also said in a podcast chat with his brother this week he was still getting therapy for the way he had been treated in camp by David Haye.

What time is the I’m A Celeb All Stars final on tonight?

The final instalment of I’m A Celeb All Stars will be shown live tonight from an ITV studio in London.

It will be shown across two parts, with the first section running from 7.30pm to 9pm, and the second from 10pm to 10.30pm.

I’m A Celeb star pulls out of final after Ant & Dec insist whole cast will attend

Why did Jimmy Bullard leave I’m A Celeb All Stars?

Votes will be counted by the 10pm programme, where the winner will be confirmed by hosts Ant and Dec.

Which stars are in the final?

As previously mentioned, just four celebs remain in the show after eight departures happened in South Africa.

The final four include Harry Redknapp, Mo Farah, Craig Charles, and Adam Thomas.

That means for the first time in over two decades the show has an all-male final – confirming that the winner will be King of the Jungle rather than Queen.

Football legend Harry Redknapp will be hoping he can repeat history as he won the show back in 2018, while Mo Farah has already beaten his last appearance back in 2021 where he placed fifth.

Fan favourite Craig Charles was amongst the top contenders to win the show when he first appeared in 2014, before having to leave the series early after his brother Dean suffered a fatal heart attack.

Whereas actor Adam Thomas will be hoping to win the show after experiencing drama with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard during his time in the jungle.

Who has been eliminated from the show?

Eight celebs have left the show in order to get to the final four.

The first to go was comedian Seann Walsh on day nine after being given the boot by Team Lion leader and finalist Harry Redknapp.

Next up to leave the jungle was controversial campmate David Haye on day 11 after a campmate vote-off.

Before Gemma Collins packed her bags in the same episode after David chose her when given the choice of another celeb to leave the camp with him.

Beverley Callard was next to leave on day 12 due to medical reasons and has since confirmed she won’t be present at the live finale after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

The most shocking elimination was Jimmy Bullard’s as he called out “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!” during a trial.

His decision to quit caused a row between him and Adam Thomas as the campmates were paired up and relying on each other – meaning Jimmy took Adam down with him by quitting.

Fortunately for Adam, who has since progressed to the final, the rules were bent and he was allowed to remain in the jungle.

Ashley Roberts and Sinitta were both recently eliminated off the back of being slowest to finish their trials.

Whilst Scarlett Moffatt was kicked out just 24 hours before the grand finale after losing a trial called Keep Your Eye on the Ball.

Beverley Callard breaks down in tears as she says I’m A Celebrity exit was start of cancer hell

Beverley Callard cried in a new video posted this evening as she explained how I’m A Celebrity was the start of her struggles, which eventually led to her being diagnosed with breast cancer

Beverley Callard broke down in tears as she said her I’m A Celebrity exit was the start of her cancer battle.

The Coronation Street star was forced to quit I’m A Celebrity days before the final on medical grounds. She departed the show after falling ill, with bosses telling her she had to leave for her health.

However, now Beverley has spoken out and explained how she lost consciousness whilst on the show, admitting “I didn’t know then that I had cancer” as she reflected on her time on the show.

Speaking after her exit aired on the ITV show, she said: “I just watched my exit on I’m A Celeb and it made me cry all over again. Of course, I didn’t know then that I had cancer but I just knew that it was the last couple of days there that I hadn’t felt very well.

“What happened was, I went into the Bush Telegraph and apparently, I lost consciousness for a little while. I just wasn’t feeling myself. They took me to a medical hut and they were amazing; they really looked after me and they said you can’t go back.”

She added: “And I said ‘don’t say that, don’t send me home, I’ll be fine. I wanted to succeed and make it through to the end but that was the start of everything. It’s made me really emotional but I will beat this. I will beat it.”

Announcing her exit to her campmates tonight, Beverley explained how she was told she had to leave. She gathered them around and cried as she said: “Hi guys, I’ve just got something to tell you all.

“I didn’t feel very well this morning… and the medics have advised I can’t return to camp. I’ve got to go home. I don’t want to go. I’m absolutely gutted. I wanted to finish.”

She said she “had a funny turn and they’ve said I can’t come back in and I’ve got to go out. I don’t want to go. I’m gutted I wanted to finish. I wanted to prove older women could do it.”

Scarlett then told her: “Your health is more important,” with Adam adding: “Look how far you have come. I’m so proud of you.” Craig said of her exit: “She gave a really good account of herself and can leave with her head held high.”

Since announcing her diagnosis in February, Beverley has been keeping fans updated on her health and recovery.

BBC bosses sign chart-topping pop stars for Celebrity Race Across The World to spice up series

HE came second on Eurovision at 2022 with his song Space Man.

Now Sam Ryder is gunning for a first place finish, after signing up to BBC series Celebrity Race Across The World.

And he is in good company, as Came Here For Love singer Ella Eyre is also taking part.

A source said: “Sam loves a challenge and he wanted to test his mettle off stage.

“He signed up with his tour manager Kaz Coles.

“Ella also decided to give Celebrity Race Across The World a go after being tapped up by the casting team.

“A challenge like this is definitely not in Ella’s comfort zone but she wanted to experience something new and push herself. Both Sam and Ella are competitive and they’re in it to win it.

“They filmed the show earlier this year but their fans will have to wait until it airs before they can see who did the best.”

Earlier this month, I revealed that Sky Sports legend Jeff Stelling had signed up to take part with his son Matt.

They’re also competing against Junior and Princess Andre — who are making their reality TV contest debut together.

On Friday, Sam was one of Chris Evans’ first guests on his new run of TFI Unplugged on Channel 4, to promote his telly series Your Song with Paloma Faith and Alison Hammond.

Sam’s show invites amateur singers to take to the stage in a live roadshow across the UK.

Sam explained: “It’s berserk. We go up and down the country, we bring a stage with us for people who have probably never sung in public before with a live band. They come, share a story and sing a song that’s attributed to that. The connection you see being made is beautiful.”

On working with Paloma and Alison, Sam joked: “They’re mad as a box of frogs but great to be around. All of our laughs are so cackly, it’s unreal.

“The three of us laughing together is like the Witches Of Eastwick.”

Sam added: “There is no winning a record deal. There is an event at the end of it and every singer is invited — they rinse the free bar, and a couple of people from each round perform on the night. That is the prize.

“It’s a show that’s got heart.”

LOOK MUM, I’M ALL SET

THERE is less than a month to go until Eurovision and the UK act is now out of the gates, with Look Mum No Computer giving his first live performance of zany track Eins, Zwei, Drei.

The singer– whose real name is Sam Battle – performed at the London Eurovision Party on Sunday night, but admitted it was a struggle to get there after becoming a dad less than a fortnight ago.

In an exclusive chat with Bizarre’s Howell, he confessed: “The concept of sleep is something I fondly miss.”

But it isn’t just his newborn Max who has taken up his time, as he has also built his set for the contest in Vienna.

The YouTuber and inventor said: “Just before we went to the hospital for the baby, I was finishing the props – making and soldering all the bits for Eurovision.

“I didn’t build all of the props – the BBC didn’t trust my welding! – but I’ve built the synthesiser bits for it, and it’s already on a lorry on the way to Vienna.”

Sam has also been working on his voice and dance moves as he prepares for the contest, which starts on May 12.

He added: “I’ve been singing, and I’ve also been working out. I just need to get my stamina up.”

On his staging, he said: “It’s quite complicated. There are some things that require coordination, which is not my forte. I’ve got two left feet.

But (choreographer) Benke Rydman, who I’m working with on the stage setup – he’s very much pushing my boundaries.”

Also at the event in London on Sunday was Boy George, who features on the San Marino act Senhit’s song Superstar.

He was in chipper spirits before the show and spent over an hour talking to journalists, so I’m sure he’ll be hoping to one-up our British act at the final on May 16.

ARNIE TO BACK AUSTRIA

HE is the most famous living Austrian and despite it being rather at odds with his macho persona, Arnold Schwarzenegger has been invited back to his home nation to attend the Eurovision final.

I’m told that organisers are preparing for the Terminator star to be in the audience at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, with the hope that his presence will help celebrate Austrian culture and draw in viewers.

Arnie already has a surprising soft spot for the contest after meeting with 2022’s Ukrainian winners KALUSH ORCHESTRA and then starring in the music video to their song Shchedryi Vechir in 2023.

Reflecting on the response after they won, frontman Oleh Psiuk previously said: “In Los Angeles, we met Arnold, who has been actively supporting Ukrainians since the early days of the war.

“He invited us over to his house and came out to greet us with a pet donkey.

“We talked about the situation in Ukraine and thanked him for his support and shared how important it was to us.”

Unfortunately though, I don’t think the movie hero’s donkey will be coming with him to the final.

APPLE Music is getting behind Eurovision in a big way, with the streaming service conducting interviews with all the key stars which will air in the run-up to the event.

And you can get to the heart of this year’s songs on Apple Music’s Eurovision 2026 official playlist, which has translated and phonetic lyrics for each of the tracks.

NOW WOODY TELLS HIS OWN TOY STORY

WITH Toy Story 5 hitting cinemas on June 19, the bigwigs over at Mattel invited Bizarre to visit their top-secret studios in LA – where characters Woody and Buzz were once again working their magic before our eyes.

Nick Karamanos at Mattel revealed: “We are bringing to life what happened in Andy’s room for the first time.” (Andy is the central child character in the original film.)

And that means fans of the films won’t just hear Tom Hanks and Tim Allen voicing the characters on screen – they’ll be able to hear them having full-blown conversations in their own homes.

The new Toy Story 5 toy range lets Buzz and Woody actually talk to each other, with no imagination required.

And Hollywood star Tom’s brother Jim Hanks was brought into the studio to bring the speaking toy version of Woody to life.

Mattel designer Baxter Crane explained: “He sounds just like him (Tom), and he knows how to sound like him. He said, ‘To be Tom you’ve just got to yell more, like whatever you wanna say you’ve just got to yell it instead.’

“And it really worked – he sounds just like his brother.”

The craftsmanship behind it all is next level, with Nick revealing that Mattel still uses manual sewing machines to make the characters’ clothes.

Nick explained: “When we think about Toy Story and taking inspiration, a lot of it is just being true to what the characters are and what is the best way to bring them to life.”

It’s not just Toy Story characters being reimagined either, with Camila Mendes, Idris Elba and Nicholas Galitzine all working with Mattel to create figures for Masters Of The Universe.

Andy and his pals will go on sale this Sunday, just in time to get us all excited about the film’s release.

SECRET SOLO SPOT FOR STONES’ RONNIE

THE ROLLING STONES are coming back this summer with their new album Foreign Tongues – but I’m told any plans for Sir Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood to take the record on the road are still up for debate.

Despite this, I hear fans of the Stones will be able to see Ronnie in action at a top-secret gig later this year.

My music moles say he is putting on a special, intimate show at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town, London, on August 31.

They revealed: “Ronnie is doing a show and some big rock names will join him. This isn’t a Stones gig, so it’s not with Mick and Keith, it’s other well-known industry names.

“So far, he’s got Imelda May on board to sing and Ronnie is currently talking to other artists about getting involved.

“He absolutely loves to play live. The show should be announced next week, with tickets on sale soon after.”

Confirming the gig, Ronnie told me: “I’m looking forward to kickin’ ass with my back catalogue and some new songs – look out London!”

I revealed last month that the band was back with a brand new record, and that the legends had signed up actress Odessa A’Zion to star in their comeback video.

Last week, they proved their fan base is still crazy for their music. The Stones released an ultra-limited white label vinyl single, Rough And Twisted, under the alias The Cockroaches – with all copies snapped up within seconds.

They are now being flogged online for more than a grand.

Peter Crouch ‘in talks’ with BBC bosses for series two of Celebrity Traitors

The former England footballer is said to be in talks to appear on Celebrity Traitors following the success of series one which saw Alan Carr crowned winner

Peter Crouch successfully pivoted from being a legendary footballer to a broadcaster, showing off his wit and likability. And over the years he has extended his fanbase.

So it comes as no surprise that he has now caught the attention of BBC bosses who have earmarked him to appear in the next series of Celebrity Traitors.

According to reports, the ex England footballer, 45, is one of the major names that had been thrown into the mix as bosses want the same level of success that was generated off the back of series one.

On the first celebrity spin show which aired last year, Alan Carr fought off all his contenders to be crowned winner back in November.

A source told The Sun: “Producers think Peter would be brilliant. He’s sporty, competitive and really funny.”

They added: “They know landing him would be a big coup and bring a new type of viewer to the series.” If it is confirmed that Peter is part of this year’s line-up, he is set to make history as the first ex professional footballer to be signed to the show.

Peter has previously shown interest in the show. He once said: “I love Celebrity Traitors but I don’t know if I could go on it. I’d be a traitor. Being a traitor is the one.”

This comes after the show’s host Claudia Winkleman confirmed that a number of high profile names had been presented to her ahead of filming series two.

While on The One Show to promote her new BBC chat show, she was asked if there were a number of big names set to appear on the upcoming game show.

She replied saying: “There certainly are. The people who make it are extraordinary and they had to repeat the people twice to me because I was like, ‘Huh, are you joking? Come again.’ So, we’re incredibly lucky.”

She added: “Yeah, I hope so. We’re so grateful that people want to come and play the game. And the people who said yes for series one, I still can’t believe it.”

Claudia continued: “I was shaking when you see Stephen Fry walking around the castle and Alan Carr, Ruth Codd, all of these people I was obsessed by. I’m very excited. But I can’t say anything else, don’t make eye contact with me.”

Ahead of the official confirmation a number of names have reportedly been shortlisted in the hope of joining the show. The first being iconic actor Stephen Graham, famed for the success of A Thousand Blows and Adolescence.

A TV insider reportedly told the Daily Mail: “They are absolutely desperate to nail down Stephen for the show. He would be their star signing. He is one of the most formidable actors of our generation, and the nation adores him, but no one really knows what he’s like as a person, so there is a definite hunger among viewers to see what he is like in a more reality-based setting.”

Earlier this year, it was speculated that Danny Dyer, best known for his role as Mick Carter in EastEnders, was also being lined up. Previously, the actor had shown no interest in the game show until he saw the first series with Alan Carr as champion.

Another source told the publication: “Danny was always top of The Celebrity Traitors wish list but had zero interest until seeing the fun and games last autumn. As soon as his tune changed, it was all systems go.”

They added: “Danny is a reality TV booker’s dream signing and will be incredible value, as he’s naturally funny but in a totally different way to Alan Carr.”

Celebrity Apprentice line up in full as Gethin Jones and Alexandra Burke set to face Lord Sugar

For the first time, BBC will air the first ever full-length series of the show – six episodes filmed across six weeks – as the celebrities will face a range of weekly business challenges set by the business mogul

The Celebrity Apprentice line-up has been confirmed, with TV presenter Gethin Jones, singer Alexandra Burke and Love Island star Toni Laites all set to face Lord Sugar.

For the first time ever, BBC will air the first ever full-length series of the show – six episodes filmed across six weeks – as the celebrities face a range of weekly business challenges set by the business mogul.

Competing for the chance to win a £100,000 donation to a charity of their choice, they will each be hoping to prove their business acumen and ultimately be crowned The Celebrity Apprentice winner.

There will be another change to this star-studded series – the boardroom will relocate to a London City skyscraper, providing a distinctive new setting for Lord Sugar’s final deliberations.

The full line up includes Alexandra Burke, actor Danny Miller, presenter Gethin Jones, dancer and presenter Jordan Banjo, journalist Kay Burley, actress and online personality Maddie Grace Jepson, presenter, podcaster and content creator Max Balegde, Gladiator Sheli McCoy, UK garage legend DJ Spoony, TV and BBC Radio 2 presenter Richie Anderson, comedian and writer Laura Smyth and television personality Toni Laites.

Lord Sugar said: “We’ve not done anything like this before, and it’ll be entertaining to see these 12 celebrities being put through six weeks of some brilliant business challenges. But just because they’re celebrities, it doesn’t mean they’re going to get an easy ride, especially when there’s £100,000 at stake for their chosen charity.”

Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment Commissioning at the BBC says: “This brand-new full-length series of The Celebrity Apprentice takes everything audiences love about the format and turns the pressure right up. This year’s celebrities arrive with strong reputations – but in the boardroom, status counts for nothing.

“They’ll be tested on leadership, teamwork and commercial instinct, and only those who can truly deliver will make it through. It’s bold, unpredictable and hugely entertaining – and viewers are in for a brilliant ride.”

Broadcast details for The Celebrity Apprentice will be confirmed in due course. The announcement comes after Karishma Vijay was crowned the winner of the BBC business show last week after an all-female final, which saw her battle it out for Lord Sugar’s coveted investment against Pascha Myhill.

Karishma, from Surrey, recounted the moment Lord Sugar told her she had won and would be receiving his £250,000 investment, and said: “I was so blown away, so shocked – but I kept it very cool. Then, I got in my car and I was screaming. It was just insane – I can’t believe I’ve gone and done it after not having watched the show, I feel like that’s so cheeky.”

Explaining his decision on the hit BBC show, Lord Sugar said: “As always, it was close competition in the final after two outstanding pitches by two brilliant young businesswomen. But Karishma really impressed me throughout the process and has proven why she deserves my investment. She’s a proper grafter and she’s got that entrepreneurial spirit that I always look for. The cosmetics industry is one I know a lot about, and I know our partnership will pave the way for a bright future.”

How old is Ashley Roberts as I’m A Celebrity star celebrates birthday in camp?

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa star Ashley Roberts is marking her birthday with her new campmates

Viewers of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa will see one of the campmates celebrate their birthday in a unique way during the latest episode.

Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts can be seen volunteering for a trial during the episode to be aired on Friday, April 17 – despite it being her birthday. But her co-stars feel she should put her feet up on her special day.

Instead it’s Mo Farah taking on Termite Terror where Ant McPartlin instructs: “You need to make your way into the termite mound and down into the nest below. Once you’re down there, your mission is simple: you must dig, crawl and scramble through the tunnels, collecting stars as you go.”

Meanwhile, birthday girl Ashley has another announcement as she tells everyone they need to leave camp immediately for the day’s challenge – Balance of Power.

She tells them: “Celebrities, in front of you are two pits and eleven balance paddles. You must each take hold of a paddle and keep it steady to prevent your ball from falling into the pit. When you drop your ball, you are eliminated. The last person standing wins.”

The celebrities position themselves behind their paddles and the challenge begins. While some adopt peculiar techniques, they quickly realise it’s an endurance challenge rather than one of skill.

As night falls, most celebrities are still standing, balancing balls on their paddles with focus as the eliminated campmates try to distract them from the sidelines.

The group makes a unanimous decision to throw the game by dropping their paddles and letting one person win. But will Ashley be given that chance as the birthday gift?

How old is Ashley Roberts?

Ashley Roberts is 44 years old. While the I’m a Celebrity episode featuring her birthday airs on April 17, her actual birthday is on September 14.

Episodes of the original series of I’m a Celebrity, which airs in November and December, are broadcast live from Australia but the current all stars series was pre-recorded in South Africa and the latest scenes were filmed seven months ago.

However, the series finale will be broadcast live from London in two parts on Friday 24 April. It will run on ITV1 and ITVX from 7.30pm until 9pm. The winner’s announcement will then air at 10pm.

The entire celebrity cast will gather and the public will get the chance to vote for this year’s I’m a Celebrity legend.

Doctor Who’s Peter Capaldi reveals real reason he declined Celebrity Traitors

Actor Peter Capaldi is the latest big name to reject the chance to appear on the next series of Celebrity Traitors after Alison Hammond said she is just too busy

Doctor Who legend Peter Capaldi turned down Celebrity Traitors because he did not want the “level of exposure” the game of trust and treachery brings with it.

We’re getting closer to knowing who will be the next instalment of the spin-off after the success of the first series in 2025, which was filmed last April. Presenter Amol Rajan has signed up, insiders claim, but who else will star in the BBC show? Danny Dyer is another of the big names linked – but Peter won’t be pulling the cloak over his head.

The Thick Of It actor told the BBC’s Sunday With Laura Kuenssberg programme he was asked to take part in the all-star version of the reality TV show, but said no. He isn’t the only one to reject the chance after Alison Hammond confirmed she won’t be heading to the castle – and said she has also had to turn down the chance to host Strictly Come Dancing, too.

Asked why, 67-year-old Scottish actor Peter, who played the Twelfth Doctor from 2013 to 2017, said: “Because I think there’s a level of fame that… I think it propels you into the public eye, at a level of exposure that I don’t really want.

“I like doing, you know, it’s like doing my music things – it’s very difficult for people in that business to understand that you want to keep it small.”

He added: “People keep saying to me, ‘Why don’t you do a bigger tour, or ‘ Why don’t you do a bigger release, or ‘ Why don’t you promote this more? I’m not doing it to be famous.”

On his previous leading role as the Doctor, the Glasgow-born star said he had “a little regret” when asked if he left the long-running BBC sci-fi show too early. He added: “It’s great fun being Doctor Who, but the pressure of it is quite intense.

“You’re sort of on all the time and you don’t want to disappoint anyone because even though I’m not Doctor Who, if people are meeting me they’d rather meet the version of me that is Doctor Who. So you try not to let them down, right?” Yeah, because I’m quite miserable and melancholic, really.

“And that was, that was one of the big changes in my life, I guess, which happened quite late, was I’m quite miserable really, but I thought you can’t be miserable if you’re Doctor Who. You can’t because you would disappoint people so I have to become cheerful all the time.”

The first series of The Celebrity Traitors aired on the BBC last autumn, with its nail-biting finale hitting a peak of 15.4 million viewers, according to the broadcaster.

It featured a star-studded cast including actors Celia Imrie and Nick Mohammed, singer Paloma Faith, author and actor Stephen Fry, broadcaster Jonathan Ross and comedian Alan Carr, who went on to win as a Traitor.

The spin-off series, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, brought in an average audience of 14.9 million people during its run – the biggest TV audience of 2025.

Why isn’t I’m A Celebrity South Africa on tonight and when is it back?

Fans of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa have to wait for the next episode as two new campmates arrive

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa won’t air this weekend.

Five episodes of the hit ITV reality show have already been broadcasted but fans will have to wait until Monday (April 13) for the next instalment.

The pre-recorded series was filmed in September 2025 with a host of famous faces returning to battle it out to be crowned I’m A Celebrity Legend.

Friday’s (April 10) episode played a teaser trailer confirming the arrival of former King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp and ex-contestant Jimmy Bullard.

Speaking to the group, hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly announced: “Camp life as you know it is about to change. It’s time to welcome two new campmates”

The group were then taken into a new area of the jungle to meet Harry and Jimmy.

Former Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas could heard be shouting: “Oh my God! What is going on?” before the show ended.

The second All Stars spin-off kicked off on Monday (April 6) and welcomed back fan favourites from throughout the ITV show’s history and like the first All-Stars series, which aired in 2023, it will Monday to Friday across three weeks.

From Gemma Collins and Sir Mo Farah to Scarlett Moffatt and Sinitta, they are all hoping to follow in the footsteps of season one winner Myleene Klass.

Tensions are already on the rise in camp with Coronation Street icon Beverley Callard taking a swipe at former professional boxer David Haye after he sent her to Savannah Scrub in the very first episode.

During the episode, Beverley threatened “to chin him” and later hit out at him again once the two camps were finally reunited.

It comes after the announcement that the live final will be split into two parts on Friday, April 24, meaning there’s just two weeks left.

The grande finale will be broadcast live from London with the first part airing from 7.30pm until 9pm and then returning at 10pm until 10.30pm for the winners’ announcement.

In the hour gap between 9pm and 10pm, Graham Norton’s new reality show The Neighbourhood will launch.

Whilst there will be two hours of I’m A Celebrity South Africa to enjoy, fans are not happy with how the scheduling shake-up.

Taking to social media, fans lashed out at ITV’s decision to split the finale in two with one fan wrtiting: “Seems kinda pointless imo, why not start I’m A Celebrity at half 8 and put Graham on before or end I’m a Celebrity 9.30.”

“They might want to rethink that… I’m A Celeb won’t add any viewers with its current figures,” another said.

However, there was some positivity surrounding the move. “Seems odd nowadays, but a part of me misses when some live shows used to be split into two parts with another programme airing in the middle. Never see it now with the likes of BGT and Big Brother. Made it feel more like an event,” one viewer said.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa returns Monday, April 13 at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX

I was on Saturday Kitchen — celebrity guest showed true colours when I opened my mouth

I’ve rarely been more embarrassed.

Saturday Kitchen has been a regular part of the weekend for millions of people over the years. In the days before I had children, I enjoyed nothing more than starting off the weekend slowly with some relaxing, wholesome TV over brunch and a cup of coffee.

I adored not only the live studio cooking fronted first by the legendary James Martin then the equally watchable Matt Tebbutt, but also the segments from the likes of Rick Stein, Mary Berry or the great Keith Floyd slurping his wine while cooking up his rustic, no-nonsense meals somewhere in the south of France.

In fact, I loved it so much that I actually appeared on the show. Remember those days when two random members of the public would be studio guests and would sit at the table off to the side of the set while the guest chefs and celebrities wondered who they were and what they were doing there? Yep, I was one of those.

This was obviously quite a while ago — Saturday Kitchen stopped having members of the public as guests back in 2012, with James Martin saying afterwards: “That wasn’t my decision. I liked having the studio guests. It was the BBC’s decision. Budget cuts — and don’t look at me, I didn’t get a pay rise.”

James wasn’t the only one who was disappointed, with viewers taking to forums to ask why the show had got rid of its non-celebrity guests. One said: “Every Saturday without fail I watched Saturday Kitchen. Now it is just another cookery programme with, nine times out of ten, a boring guest. Bring back the viewer guests, get rid of the celeb.”

Not everyone agreed, though, with one saying: “Er, the viewer guests did nothing, they were hardly ever interviewed, they added little to the programme. So how can that be a loss?”

Viewers also speculated whether their sudden absence was down to the cost to the BBC of paying the guests’ hotel and transport costs. However, having been a Saturday Kitchen guest, I can confirm that the BBC didn’t pay for either of these things. Rightly so, of course.

This is how it worked. There were always two guests, usually a couple (or two friends if someone’s other half was too embarrassed to go on with them). You had to submit an application, including a picture, and then hope for the best.

Not long after we submitted our application, my partner and I got a phone call from a show producer telling us they would like us to be guests on the show. She said something like “As soon as we saw your picture we knew we had to have you on the show.” Which, if you had seen the picture, or any picture of me really, you would find hard to believe. Still, the flattery worked and we were booked on.

The only instruction I can remember being given about our appearance was not to wear black. I forgot this instruction and wore a black shirt, meaning I had to scrabble around on the day to find something to wear over it — which ended up being a beige-coloured tank top. Lovely.

Next we had to get ourselves to the Saturday Kitchen studio, which at that time was in the Kennington area of London, not far from the Oval cricket ground. We were asked to arrive at a stupidly early time in the morning (the show starts at 10am) and were shown into the green room to wait. We were even there before James Martin because I remember him arriving in the car park outside in what my partner described as “one of his funny little sports cars”.

We got to watch from the wings as James and the guest chefs practised their dishes and then it came time for the live show to start. I don’t remember being told not to speak unless spoken to but I didn’t say a word during the entire live broadcast. My partner was interviewed, though, and described having recently cooked a lobster when we’d been guests in a Michelin-starred kitchen.

Her description had the celebrity guest, Eve Myles, laughing out loud and James abruptly moved the conversation on! I still remember the warm way Eve laughed, she seemed genuinely tickled.

But after the show came a moment I still cringe about. I happened to leave the studio at the same time as Eve, who has just starred in one of the best TV crime dramas I’ve seen in a long time. As we both lived in roughly the same area of the UK at the time, I offered her a lift for the 150-mile journey home. Obviously, as any sensible person (let alone a well-known TV star) would, she politely declined this offer of a long lift home to Wales in a battered old Fiesta from a stranger. A less kind celebrity may well have been more blunt in her refusal. But Eve did her best to be polite despite my idiocy, which I’ve always remembered.

Incredibly, this wasn’t my only cringeworthy moment from that day. I’ve also worried ever since that I offended the hugely successful TV chef Jason Atherton, when I asked him at the chef’s table during a break in live filming why he didn’t have a recipe book out. He replied: “I do.” This was way back in 2008 but I’ve still not fully got over the embarrassment.

So, if Eve or Jason happen to read this, please accept my very late apologies. Thankfully, I don’t think I embarrassed myself in front of James Martin or the show’s other guest chef, Bryn Williams (they must have had a Welsh theme that day) and I’ll always remember being on the show. It’s a shame no one gets to any longer. Bring back the guests, BBC!

In his first 100 days, Mamdani brings a unique star power to New York City governance

In his first 100 days in office, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has governed with a star power unusual in politics.

Crowds of supporters show up to his news conferences. Basic municipal services have been infused with newfound excitement. Celebrities help him promote his agenda.

In the process, he’s been able to notch a few notable early wins. And he’s reached a detente, at least for now, with President Trump, a mercurial leader with an affinity for celebrities.

But as Mamdani, a Democrat, marks an early milestone in his mayoralty, it remains to be seen whether he’ll be able to leverage his fame into achieving the progressive policy proposals that propelled him to office.

Though he still has staunch critics, many of whom still view his past criticisms of the police department and Israel as major problems, Mamdani has been able to ease concerns among at least some skeptics.

“It’s early but so far, so good,” said Jay Jacobs, chair of the state’s Democratic Party, who made waves for not endorsing Mamdani during the election. “We may not agree on everything philosophically, but he is getting the job done.”

‘The biggest needs and the smallest needs’

As the mayor approached his 100th day — long a benchmark for judging an administration’s opening vision — his team has moved to highlight the administration’s commitment to the everyday responsibilities of the job.

While much of those duties are typical for his local office — picking up trash, plowing snow and filling potholes — the 34-year-old mayor has leaned on his knack for viral content creation to drive interest and awareness of government programs.

To hype up his child-care program for 2-year-olds, Mamdani recruited Cardi B to help judge a jingle contest that will determine the initiative’s theme song. His slick social media videos helped recruit thousands of new snow shovelers as a storm bore down on the city. A public service announcement he made brought more than 50,000 new subscribers to the city’s emergency alert system in a single week.

A few weeks ago, alongside Natasha Cloud of the New York Liberty, Mamdani announced a bracket-style competition in which people could vote on small projects for him to come and personally fix on his 100th day.

On Friday, Mamdani selected a winner — a garbage-filled lot in the Bronx — and helped pick up some of the junk with a sanitation crew, following a celebratory event that featured an overflowing trash can mascot and a cheerleading squad.

“I think every single day it’s an opportunity to meet the needs of New Yorkers,” he said. “And what we’ve seen over the course of this 100 days is that New York City wants to see a city government that is able to meet the biggest needs and the smallest needs.”

The celebrity status, though, can also prompt backlash. During a bitter cold snap, his surprise appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” was seen by some as insensitive at a moment when the death toll of homeless New Yorkers was rapidly rising.

“Too much styling and profiling,” said Curtis Sliwa, a Republican who ran against Mamdani during last year’s election, noting longstanding problems with street homelessness, public housing and infrastructure.

Still, Sliwa, who hammered Mamdani during the campaign but recently appeared in a comedy skit with the mayor during the City Hall press corps’ annual roast, appeared to give Mamdani some credit, even if it came with a caveat.

“We just had Eric Adams, swagger man who’d party to the break of dawn, and now we have a guy who seems like he’s got a normal working schedule,” said Sliwa, referencing the city’s previous mayor. “So having Zohran as the alternative, I think for a lot of people even if they disagree with him, there’s some stability.”

Still a star among supporters

On the night of Mamdani’s election party, hundreds packed the streets, some spontaneously, waiting for a glimpse of the mayor-elect leaving the venue. Departing campaign aides were cheered, by name, well after midnight. One attendee likened the street party to Beatlemania.

“I feel like I’m at a presidential inauguration,” said Medhavie Agnihotri, a 25-year-old tech consultant. “This is the first time in a while I’ve felt this hope.”

His star power has not appeared to wane since then.

Outside City Hall, New Yorkers and tourists frequently stop for selfies, peering through the iron gates in search of the mayor.

This week, on the mayor’s 97th day in office, a crowd gathered in the lobby of the busy Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan to watch as Mamdani announced the city would start transferring Rikers Island jail detainees with serious medical illnesses to a specialized unit at the hospital.

He entered to woos and applause from the onlookers, as many held up cellphones to record videos of the mayor. Dozens more watched along from a set of elevated walkways.

One man, Ricardo Granados, a 67-year-old retiree, was on his way to take his son to a medical appointment but stopped to see what all the hubbub was about just before the news conference started. He appeared delighted to learn the mayor was going to show up, saying he met Mamdani previously when the mayor was campaigning in his neighborhood.

“I’m extremely fond of him. I think he’s going to make a real difference,” Granados said. “He wants to find out who needs what and he wants to help.”

Where are Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard? I’m A Celebrity fans question ‘missing’ stars

I’m A Celebrity fans are wondering what has happened to Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard and why they’re not on the show, after it had been announced they would be on the line-up

Harry Redknapp and Jimmy Bullard’s I’m A Celebrity debut, or lack of, has sparked questions on social media.

So where are the former campmates, and why have they not entered the South Africa camp? Stars including Gemma Collins, Beverley Callard and Craig Charles are already on the show.

That said, we already had late arrivals with Gemma and Craig joining the likes of Ashley Roberts, David Haye and Sinitta. But fans are now asking what’s happened to Jimmy and Harry after the news they too would be on the series.

Taking to social media, one fan said: “Where is Harry and Jimmy Bullard?” Another asked: “So no Harry?” as a third said: “Now we just need Harry!”

Some viewers were quick to comment that they’d heard the pair would be late arrivals. It seems the arrival of both stars could be very soon if a TV guide is anything to go by.

While hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have yet to address it, Radio Times’ TV guide states that there are two new arrivals entering during Monday’s show. While it doesn’t name the newcomers, it seems only Harry and Jimmy are missing from the current line-up.

Viewers had been confused, as both Harry and Jimmy were named by the show as stars on the line-up on their social media accounts. So when they did not appear with the others, they questioned what had happened.

But rest assured, Harry and Jimmy are on the show and will join very soon, likely Monday if that TV guide is anything to go by. It’s been hinted by Ant and Dec that the arrivals of both stars will be teased at the end of Friday’s show.

Unlike the normal series, I’m A Celebrity South Africa will not air across the weekend. So it seems the arrival of Harry and Jimmy will be teased on Friday, and air on Monday.

Ant had said: “We’ve got two more late entries coming at the end of this week. Then, from week two, it just goes off again to another gear. It’s just got everything.”

The series was filmed last September in South Africa, so most of the series is pre-recorded. There will be a live episode for the final though later this month, taking place in London.

Gemma Collins fumes ‘someone call my agent’ as she regrets I’m A Celebrity return

I’m A Celebrity’s returning campmate Gemma Collins confessed to co-stars she ‘regrets’ her comeback, calling the camp ‘hell’ and ‘rancid’ as she feared she’d need surgery

Gemma Collins certainly brought the entertainment on I’m A Celebrity after her big return.

But Gemma wasn’t seeing the funny side, demanding someone “call her agent” as she slammed the “rancid” camp. She fumed the conditions “were not right”, calling it “hell”.

She hadn’t even been in camp for a day, but life in the basic camp took its toll as she confessed she regretted her return. Gemma left her series after 72 hours in 2014, and now she’s ready to redeem herself.

But just a day in, Gemma was struggling. Seeing the bed situation, the toilet and the shower, Gemma did not hold back. She said to Adam Thomas: “Do you think this is acceptable? This ain’t right. I ain’t showering.

READ MORE: I’m A Celebrity viewers say ‘axe it immediately’ as they fume over ‘cruel’ twistREAD MORE: I’m A Celebrity finalists ‘confirmed’ days in – and it’s not Gemma or Scarlett

“This is so bad. Someone call my agent if they’re listening because this is not acceptable.” As Adam asked if she regretted coming back, she simply replied: “Yeah.”

Later the complaints continued, as she said: “What have I done in my life to deserve this? It is just rancid. The beds… I’m gonna need back surgery after one night sleep.

“It is just hell, basically. That’s not right.” She then added after her first sleep in camp: “I feel like I’m in a torture camp. I’m in agony, this is so bad but I’ve done it.”

It comes after fans complained about the ending to Tuesday’s episode, calling for the pre-recorded format to be axed entirely. Just as Gemma and Craig Charles battled it out during their first trial in the spin-off series, the episode featured a cliffhanger twist that left fans fuming.

Gemma and Craig had just decided how much they were going to eat in the eating trial, battling it out for points for their team. It all came down to the final showdown, but as hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly kicked it off, the show ended.

Featuring a cliffhanger and ending the episode before the trial had finished did not go down well with ITV viewers. As many slammed the decision and bosses, one viewer even called for the format of the spin-off series to be axed entirely.

With it being a pre-recorded series, filmed late last year, viewers have less involvement and it’s all a little different to the main series. Taking to social media to call out ITV for ending the episode too early, one fan said: “What a cruel way to end that.”

Another said: “No no no, it didn’t just end like that. Who do I’m celeb think they are. Love island?” A third post read: “WHAT THE F**K. Axe this pre-recorded format immediately WHAT DO YOU MEAN ending the episode on a cliffhanger in the MIDDLE OF A TRIAL?!”

A further post said: “YOU CANT JUST END IT LIKE THAT WHAT THE HELL.” One fan wrote: “NOOOOOOOO WHY END THERE,” as another said: “A cliffhanger. You’re ending it on a cliffhanger.”

Sinitta ‘to quit’ I’m A Celebrity trial as fans ‘rumble’ result after cliffhanger

I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers are convinced the unnecessary cliffhanger on Tuesday night may have cut off the moment where Sinitta will quit her Bushtucker Trial

Fans of I’m A Celebrity South Africa think they already know how Wednesday’s episode will begin.

After yet another cliffhanger during a trial, the episode on Tuesday ended with Sinitta screaming in terror. Both she and Seann Walsh were tackling the latest trial, with perspex helmets placed over their heads.

They were at the mercy of their campmates who had to correctly guess the answer to a number of questions. Sinitta and Seann each represented a team and the loser would have snakes added to their headwear.

Sinitta screamed for the entire trial, disliking snakes. Each time the team she belonged to got the answer wrong, she let out a wail as she realised another snake would be added.

It reached a point at the end of the episode where Sinitta faced yet another snake being put into the helmet, and her high-pitch squealing was all fans could hear. Suddenly there was a cliffhanger before we could see the end result.

But fans think they already know how it ends, and what happens next once the episode on Wednesday picks back up from Tuesday’s cliffhanger. Fans are convinced there was a cliffhanger as right after that moment, Sinitta might quit the trial.

Taking to social media one fan said: “Sinitta is going to crack!” adding: “I reckon one more snake and Sinitta will freak out!” Another said: “I’m surprised Sinita didn’t wave the white flag Sean was very calm in comparison.”

A third fan said: “I definitely don’t think she’s going to survive until the very end of the trial!” A further comment read: “Felt like poor Sinitta’s screams were going to go on forever, not really sure what the point was in that trial.

“I reckon after yet another annoying cliffhanger, the next episode will start with her shouting the famous words I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and ending the trial.” A final post read: “Yeah there’s no way she’s making it to the end of that challenge. They just need to put one more snake in there and she’s gone.”

A further post said: “YOU CANT JUST END IT LIKE THAT WHAT THE HELL.” One fan wrote: “NOOOOOOOO WHY END THERE,” as another said: “A cliffhanger. You’re ending it on a cliffhanger.”

I’m A Celebrity finalists ‘confirmed’ days in – and it’s not Gemma or Scarlett

I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers think they already know the final three for the 2026 spin-off weeks before it airs after scenes during Tuesday’s episode of the ITV series

Viewers tuning into I’m A Celebrity South Africa think they already know which three campmates will be this year’s finalists.

Proceedings kicked off on Monday night on ITV1, as hosts Ant and Dec greeted the brand new cast of the spin-off series. On Tuesday, the second episode saw three campmates in particular proving popular.

As Seann Walsh, Adam Thomas and Beverley Callard got on with things in the basic camp, they were in hysterics over more than one discussion. The hilarious scenes left fans amused, loving the trio “they didn’t know they needed”.

Fans quickly predicted the three stars would go all the way to the final together, and one of them will win the whole series. Despite both Gemma Collins and Scarlett Moffatt being predicted winners, many fans now think Seann, Adam and Bev will be the final three.

One fan said: “Adam and Beverley running the game and it’s only the first day! Oh I need them in the final two!” Another fan said: “Beverley Callard, Adam Thomas & Seann Walsh – the trio I never knew I needed in my life.”

A third fan said: “Bev, Adam and Seann are TV gold. I don’t care about anyone else on this series as long I have these three.” A fourth said: “Just show us Sean, Bev and Adam for 3 weeks because they are GOLD.”

It comes as viewers predicted that one campmate will quit very soon. Gemma Collins made a brief debut on Monday before officially taking part on Tuesday, but the last time she did the series, she left after just 72 hours.

Now, fans are predicting yet another early exit very soon on the series as it continues. Gemma is tipped “not to last” by viewers, while many are excited to see her take part.

A fan said: “Let’s take bets on how long Gemma Collins will last!! I’ll be surprised if she makes it till the end of tomorrow nights episode.” Another agreed: “First boot hopefully, maybe 3 days again.”

A third viewer said: “I do think she may quit again, but maybe after a few days this time.” Others were just thrilled to see a glimpse of her appearance after having to wait the entire first episode, which she did not feature in much at all.

One fan said: “We watched an hour and a half to see 3 seconds of Gemma,” as another wrote: “I’m only here for Gemma and Scarlett.” A further post said: “Gemma Collins is going to save this series!”

Gemma Collins fears being hospitalised after grimmest I’m A Celebrity eating trial

Gemma Collins and Craig Charles entered the I’m A Celeb All Stars show in dramatic fashion with one of the worst trials ever seen on ITV

Camp late entries Craig Charles and Gemma Collins took part in an epic eating trial called Gut Instincts that pushed them both to the limit. At one stage Craig was sick and during another course Gemma claimed she had to quit that course as she was “going to be hospitalised” if she finished the food.

Before the I’m A Celeb games began, 45-year-old Gemma pleaded with the group: “Just give me a chance guys, please. I’ve got a different mindset this time, don’t write me off.”

Hosts Ant and Dec told Craig and Gemma that their first task will be an eating trial, after which they will split to join separate camps. The main Camp selected Craig to join them, assigning Gemma to Savannah Scrub.

During the trial, Craig and Gemma had to privately decide how many servings of dishes to eat. The player who commits to the highest number of servings then had to eat them to win points, but if they failed their rival could try to eat their food to steal the points.

Dishes included Fish Eye Pie, Terror-rine with blended chicken intestine and Brain Freeze – which was made of Springbok brains. This final one caused Gemma a lot of problems.

Shocked by the sight of one of the dishes, Craig said: “Have you ramped this up because it doesn’t look that bad on the telly?” Dec replied: “This is the Legends.”

The pair made their way through the lengthy menu, and after six of the seven courses, Craig has 12 points and Gemma 10.

The trial will finish tonight(Wednesday) in a dramatic climax that left the campmates in disbelief, as both contestants vowed to consume 30 shots each of Bloody Moory Shots – blended bull’s heart and bull’s blood.

Gemma said: “I’m gonna bang the whole tray. I’m doing my best.”

Once they both decided to go for the maximum, Ant and Dec said it would be race to see who finishes them first and wins meals for their camp. But if either is sick they will forfeit the round.

Scarlett Moffat said: “This is amazing, this is unbelievable.”

I’m A Celebrity viewers say ‘axe it immediately’ as they fume over ‘cruel’ twist

Some I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers were so unimpressed with the latest episode twist that they slammed bosses, and one even called for the format to be axed

It’s safe to say I’m A Celebrity South Africa viewers were not impressed with the ending of Tuesday’s episode.

Just as Gemma Collins and Craig Charles battled it out during their first trial in the spin-off series, the episode featured a cliffhanger twist that left fans fuming.

A further post said: “YOU CANT JUST END IT LIKE THAT WHAT THE HELL.” One fan wrote: “NOOOOOOOO WHY END THERE,” as another said: “A cliffhanger. You’re ending it on a cliffhanger.”

It comes as fans predicted a feud could be headed for three campmates on the show. After Beverley Callard brought up her launch episode drama with David Haye, her co-stars were stunned by his betrayal.

Back in the main camp, another campmate appeared to call David out after he moaned about their dinner, despite it being better than the rations the other camp were getting. David who feared he would go hungry.

Seeing the portion size, especially once split between the five campmates, he told stars including Sinitta that it wasn’t enough food. When it came to eating it though, he couldn’t finish his bowl. Sinitta pointed out that there was more food left over if he was still hungry, but he declined.

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Sinitta pointed out how he’d claimed the food wasn’t enough, yet he didn’t even eat what was in the food tin. Viewers were amused at Sinitta calling him out, and predicted both she and Beverley would end up clashing with David in a camp feud.

One fan said: “Sinitta and Beverly vs David Haye feud incoming.” Another fan theorised: “Haye I can see causing rows,” as a third said: “Obsessed with them all hating David.”

Sinitta spills on ‘dreamy’ Brad Pitt romance in I’m A Celebrity camp

The I’m A Celebrity All Stars have only been in camp a day but Sinitta is already opening up about her famous exes – including Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt

Sinitta has been regaling her I’m A Celebrity campmates with tales of her Brad Pitt romance. The former singer is one of the stars competing in the latest All Stars series in South Africa.

During Monday night’s launch, viewers saw the first set of celebs join the show with latecomers Craig Charles and Gemma Collins set to follow this evening.

A preview for tonight’s episode, sees Sinitta talking about her famous exes. In Main Camp, conversation turns to Sinitta’s former flame Brad Pitt. “Did you, like, kiss and that?” Scarlett asks cheekily while the group all listen giddily.

Reflecting on the relationship in the Bush Telegraph, Sinitta confesses: “Even I do think, wow, it was nice while it lasted.”

When Scarlett asks if the memories still exist in her head, Sinitta confirms: “All I have to do is close my eyes and there he is.”

“I’d be napping all the time,” jokes Scarlett.

Sinitta tells her co-stars she dated the Fight Club actor ‘years ago’ before he was ‘famous’ and ahead of the release of Thelma & Louise in 1991. Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts tells her that was ‘prime’ Brad Pitt as they congratulate her on the experience.

Sinitta has previously revealed she dated Brad for two years in the 80s before he became a major Hollywood star. She has described him as “fun,” “sweet,” and having “the most amazing body.”

Her first high-profile romance was with singer David Essex, when she was 16 and he was 37.

Sinitta said she was initially not interested in Brad, who she thought was a ‘nobody.’

“He was in Dallas at the time and I was more of a Dynasty fan,” she said. After asking for his number, Sinitta said they went on a first date and ‘clicked immediately.’

“We were both quiet people, Christian, normal and healthy people underneath our crazy, public lifestyles and, at that point, he wasn’t really, really famous. He was just the hottest boy – drop dead gorgeous.

“Everywhere we went, all the gay guys were after him, all the girls were after him. Everybody just loved him because he was stunning.”

Declan Donnelly left stunned by intruder at his I’m A Celebrity South Africa lodge

In recent months Ant & Dec have spoken more about their televisual adventures both in front of the cameras and behind them as I’m A Celebrity South Africa kicks off

Declan Donnelly, one half of the Ant & Dec presenting duo, has said they were stunned by an intruder at their lodge on I’m A Celebrity South Africa.

The pair are out in the region presenting the latest series of the ITV programme, which features 12 celebrities, including Gemma Collins, Sinitta, Seann Walsh and Sir Mo Farah, competing for victory.

Anthony McPartlin, 50, said to Declan on their podcast Hanging Out with Ant & Dec: “Didn’t you have a bush baby in your room?” The bush babies Anthony was asking about are a type of nocturnal primate.

In response, Declan, 50, said: “In my lodge was a thatched roof, and I came back from work and my fruit bowl — there was an orange on the side — and it had been half peeled, and there was wee on the worktop.

“Somebody came round — one of the guys who come to pick us up. I said, ‘Have you seen this? Looks like wee on the side and my fruit’s had a go at.’

“He went, ‘Oh, you’ve got bush babies. They live in the thatched roof and they come down and they come at your fruit, have a wee and then they go again.’”

This isn’t the only time Ant & Dec have spoken about their lives behind the television screens, with their podcast seeing the pair speak a little more about the famous people they’ve talked to and the hilarious incidents along the way.

Notably, the pair spoke earlier this year about what it was like when they met King Charles when he was the Prince of Wales in the early 2000s, and how Declan got distracted whilst meeting the then heir to the throne.

The interview, to mark the 25th anniversary of the Prince’s Trust — now the King’s Trust — with the future monarch took place at Highgrove House. Declan recalled how Charles said that he wanted to chat with Ant & Dec off camera before the interview began so they could get to know each other.

As a result, he invited them in for tea. However, Declan said he got a bit distracted by not knowing who was going to pour the tea.

He said: “So, we went in, sat in this room, and he came in and shook our hands and we sat down and they brought in this massive tray with a big teapot, teacups on it, biscuits and stuff, and we sat there and he’s talking to us.

“I’m sitting there going, ‘Who’s going to pour the tea? He’s not going to do it. Do we do it? Are we supposed to do this? Should one of us just dive in?’ I was really distracted.

“‘Has this been left for us to do because he’s not going to do it? So have we got to do this?’ I was really distracted through the whole thing. I kind of wasn’t listening to what he was saying because I was too worried.”

Declan’s comments came ahead of the pair’s travels to South Africa to film the I’m A Celebrity spin-off, which returns to screens at 9pm tonight on ITV.
