Hailey, wife of singer Justin, 32, is their latest global ambassador.
It comes after she sold her beauty brand Rhode for $1billion.
The wife of troubled pop superstarJustin Bieberput aside the pain of her allegedly rocky marriage byfinalizing a $1 billion saleof the beauty line toe.l.f. Beauty.
The “beyond her wildest dreams” acquisition is split into $600 million in cash, $200 million in e.l.f. Beauty stock, and an additional $200 million contingent on the brand’s growth over the next three years.
Rhode’s meteoric rise, fueled by New York native Bieber’s star power and sought-after products like lip glosses and exclusive phone accessories, led to the powerhouse partnership.
According to two sources close to Hailey, the 28-year-old was bawling her eyes out when the deal was struck, with friends and family flooding her phone with over 900 congratulatory messages.
One insider claims the stress of closing the astonishing takeover had taken its toll. The entire process had become “very stressful.”
“Despite everything going on with Justin, she remained focused and poured her energy into her company,” the source claimed. “When everything was finalized, she couldn’t stop crying and screaming with joy. I haven’t seen her like this since the birth of her son.”
The close confidant added that Hailey was “on her knees for 10 minutes, repeatedly saying, ‘Oh my god!’ and ‘This is so crazy!’”
In the new collaboration, Bieber will expand her role beyond being Rhode’s founder.
She’s set to take on the titles of chief creative officer and head of innovation, while also serving as a strategic advisor to the newly combined companies.

Just weeks after Justin Bieber’s well-received Coachella headline gig, the singer played a small private event for tech, entertainment and defense industry moguls. Executives at controversial firms, such as surveillance tech giant Palantir, were also on the bill.
Bieber was a headliner at WNDR, entertainment executive Jeffrey Katzenberg’s invitation-only confab at the Rosewood Miramar in Montecito last week. The programming for the event was first reported by Puck.
The ultra A-list talks and guests included director James Cameron and former Disney CEO Bob Iger, YouTube CEO Neal Mohan, FIFA President Gianni Infantino, Oprah Winfrey and Julia Roberts, comedians Chris Rock and Trevor Noah and artist Jeff Koons on a panel discussion with LACMA chief Michael Govan.
Bieber, meanwhile, performed a Wednesday poolside set for attendees at the Rosewood. The “Swag” singer reportedly became the highest-paid headliner in Coachella history last month, and its most lucrative merch seller.
Representatives for Bieber did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
While there was lighter programming (like a karaoke party with pop producers StarGate and a talk about snacks with chef Nancy Silverton), the bill included talks and cameos from major weapons and surveillance technology firms noted for their support for — or deep engagement with — the Trump administration.
One panel featured Anduril Industries’ Palmer Luckey, who recently welcomed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to its Southern California headquarters. “We are rebuilding the Arsenal of Freedom,” Hegseth said after the Anduril visit.
Palantir Chief Executive Alex Karp led another talk. Palantir’s AI-driven defense and surveillance software has faced scrutiny around how tech like its Maven Smart System may have been used to target civilians in the Iran war.
Karp also published a recent book, “The Technological Republic,” where he wrote that “We must resist the shallow temptation of a vacant and hollow pluralism. We, in America and more broadly the West, have for the past half century resisted defining national cultures in the name of inclusivity. But inclusion into what?”
JUSTIN Bieber superfan Billie Eilish dramatically dropped to the floor on at Coachella when he brought her out on stage.

Justin then sang the song One Less Lonely Girl to her midway through his Coachella set.
Billie, who has long been a fan of the Baby singer, looked so emotional as she was serenaded by the star.
On X, fans have reacted to the moment.
One person penned: “THE FACT that it wasn’t planned, literally it was Hailey Bieber herself who pushed Billie Eilish to get on stage and be the OLLG.”
A second wrote: “No way that Billie Eilish became one less lonely girl in 2026.”
“This is so cute I love how Billie still stays in her fangirl zone around Justin,” said a third.
“Will go down as one of the most iconic Coachella performances ever,” added a fourth.
“She’s such a fan lmao,” penned a fifth.
While a sixth said: “Justin pulling Billie on stage for ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ and holding her like that?? Coachella 2026 just healed my 2015 heart. This is the collab we NEVER knew we needed.”
Billie has long credited Justin as an inspiration, and even grew up as a Belieber.
“He’s amazing. He’s so sweet and, like, I feel – just, honestly, I feel for him, man. He’s been through a lot, dude,” Billie toldEllen DeGeneres previously.
The pair met at Coachella in 2019 and went on to collaborate on the remix to her song Bad Guy.
When the remix came out, Billie shared a photo of her as a teen in her bedroom which had posters of Justin plastered all of the walls.
Alongside the snap, she penned: “BAD GUY FEAT. JUSTIN BIEBER OUT NOWWW OMGFFFFGGG ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE MAN.”
This weekend’s set from Justin marked his second weekend headlining at Coachella this year.
Following his headline set last weekend, the star hosted a blowout bash with wife Hailey and A-list friends.
“Many people were turned down who had previously been invited,” they claimed.
“Promoters also had a lot of girls on their guest lists and I heard Hailey was turning them away.”
Influencer Zach Clayton echoed this by sharing a video on his TikTok showing a guy complaining, “They cut all my guest list off.”
He explained he invited 20 girls and they were all denied, joking that Hailey is a “boss,” and she was likely the reason they were not given access to the private event.
