Israeli forces have installed three new metal gates near Palestinian homes that are under siege in Qusra, in the occupied West Bank. Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim reports that Palestinians fear the gates could signal a permanent Israeli presence and further restrict access to their houses and land.

Israeli soldiers blocked Knesset member Ofer Cassif from reaching a Palestinian family home in the occupied West Bank village of Qusra, where settlers have maintained a 17-day siege. Cassif eventually reached the families and expressed his support.

Al Jazeera’s AlMigdad Alruhaid travelled along one of the main supply roads to Sudan’s besieged city of el-Obeid, where hundreds of thousands of people are sheltering as the Rapid Support Forces continue attacks on aid trying to reach them.

Activists say Israeli soldiers have prevented them from delivering aid to Palestinians who have been besieged by settlers outside their homes in the occupied West Bank village of Qusra for nearly a week. We spoke to Jonathan Pollak from the Sumud Network.
