Strictly’s Sara Davies shares unseen pics from Adam and Holly Ramsay’s wedding

Strictly’s Sara Davies has shared some unseen snaps from Adam Peaty and Holly Ramsey’s lavish wedding – and fans cannot help but point out how upset his mum must be.

The BBC One star took to Instagram to share a carousel of pictures from the big day.

Sara, 41, could be seen laughing and smiling with fellow Strictly star Dan Walker as they posed at the dinner table.

One snap showed guests swinging their white napkins in the air as the married couple walked in.

Another saw blonde bombshell Sara cosy up to Tilly Ramsey, 24, at the after party.

Sara captioned the post: “Awwww just been sent the pics from the Peaty-Ramsay wedding – what a fab day!

Adam Peaty’s family have ‘given up hope’ of reconciliation after Gordon Ramsay dig

FAMILY FEUD

Gordon Ramsay praises Holly & Adam Peaty with comment ‘that’ll break his parents’ hearts’

“So grateful to have been there with @adamramsaypeaty and @hollyramseypeaty to celebrate such a wonderful day.”

The Dragon’s Den investor also thanked Gordon Ramsey and Tana Ramsey for being such amazing hosts.

Some fans in the comments were not happy about Sara’s post begging her to think of Adam’s mum amid the feud chaos.

The feud is understood to have begun in November when Holly, 26, didn’t invite her future mother-in-law to her hen party, it later blew up and she was uninvited to the wedding on December 27 last year.

One fan said: “Wonder how Adam’s mum must be feeling seeing celebs at her sons wedding and she not there as a mum must be awful.”

Another said: ” Not such a great day for his family though was it. But at least you all enjoyed it.”

A third person wrote: “So sorry but I cannot get over Adam’s mam and Dad missing their big day!! So very sad!!”

A mum said in the comments: “Looks an amazing wedding. All I can think though is my sons are my world. It’s clear you feel the same with your gorgeous boys.

“Can you imagine for one moment not being included in their biggest day yet celebrities passing through their lives are? Sad times.”

Others simply could not get over Sara’s stunning black dress adorned with blue flowers and finished off with a pair of glitzy silver earrings.

The Olympic gold medallist became pals with Sara during the 2021 series of Strictly Come Dancing around the same time he first met Holly.

Sara previously said the pair bonded over the fact Adam had just started his business, AP Race, which holds advanced swim clinics and international competitive events.

The pals would go on long walks and Sara would give him heaps of business support and advice.

Sara must’ve thought Adam was onto a winning idea as she even invested in the business herself.

Adam, 31, and Sara’s Strictly co-star Dan Walker was also spotted at the star-studded bash.

The newsreader was slammed by fans when he posted snaps of the wedding amid the couple’s feud with Adam’s family.

Caroline and Richard Peaty didn’t attend the wedding – his mum wasn’t invited and it was reported his dad could only turn up if he sat at the back of the church.

Adam’s aunt Louise, who was also not invited, wrote a text to him, saying: “I hope you never suffer the depth of pain you have put your mother through and despite it all she loves you still. Shame on you both. Shame.”

Yesterday The Sun exclusively revealed Adam’s family have given up hope of reconciling with their son after Gordan’s latest snub.

The Olympian’s new father-in-law called himself “dad” as he commented on a clip of Adam’s wedding speech, in which he declared he would “always choose” Holly.

An inside close to Adam’s parents said: “They’re coming to terms with what has happened and that Adam has picked his side.

“It’s dashed any hope of reconciliation in the near future.”

Gordon Ramsay’s scathing digs at Adam Peaty’s family ‘filmed for Netflix show’

Gordon Ramsay added even more fuel to the ongoing feud with Adam Ramsay Peaty’s family after humiliating them in his wedding speech, which was reportedly caught on camera for his Netflix show

Gordon Ramsay’s six-word put-down towards Adam Ramsay Peaty’s family has reportedly been filmed for his Netflix show. The TV chef used his proud moment as the father of the bride to deliver a six-word put-down during his wedding speech.

Holly Peaty Ramsay and her now husband, Adam Peaty, tied the knot in a lavish ceremony over the Christmas holiday, surrounded by A-list friends and family at Bath Abbey. But due to a bitter clash over wedding arrangements, neither of Adam’s parents attended the wedding.

And now the feud is likely to take on a new dimension as Gordon’s caustic put-down was caught on camera, filming for his upcoming Netflix reality TV show. Gordon’s camera crew were present at the wedding reception when his comments were made.

The first comment, which was perceived as a jab at Adam’s mum, Caroline, was that Tana “will be a good mum to them both”, leading many to believe that he was hinting at Caroline not being the same. And the second jibe came when he said Adam was a “lucky man” in reference to his daughter, Holly.

He then turned to Holly and added: “Shame you don’t have the same.” According to reports, Caroline was left “outraged and hurt” in hearing about his harsh quip. A source told The Sun: “The cameras were there and part of the day was filmed. It’ll be very obvious which family members aren’t there.”

They added: “I would imagine that the family feud will come up at some point – it would be weird to just ignore it.” Meanwhile, an insider of Adam’s family told the Daily Mail: “Caroline can’t believe Gordon brought their family troubles up in his speech.”

They continued: “It is outrageous and very hurtful. By him saying Tana will be a good mum to them both makes Caroline sound like a bad mum. It was a cruel dig at her.” It was reported that Adam’s family have contacted Netflix in order to be removed from the chef’s docuseries, which is likely to follow in the footsteps of his close pals David and Victoria Beckham.

The family of the Olympic swimmer has reportedly contacted the streaming platform to claim that they had not given consent to being filmed at the engagement party last year. However, the Mirror understands that throughout the night, there were visible signs stating that the party would be filmed. A source close to the Ramsays told us that everybody in attendance had a “jolly time” and that by attending, “you were giving your consent” to appear in his docu-series.

Our source went on to add that the Peaty family were not formally interviewed, so there was no additional consent required, and they are not in the final edits of the programme. The source went on to tell us that there are “no delays to the production”.

A source said: “Caroline has written to Netflix to say the family were not asked for their consent to be filmed for Gordon’s documentary at last year’s engagement do. She was very clear that, after everything that’s happened, they do not want to be featured.”

The insider added: “She was filmed giving a speech, as were the family, during arrivals and while mingling at the party.” Adam banned his mum from the wedding ceremony following a fallout after Caroline was not invited to Holly’s glamorous hen party last month, which included fashion designer Victoria Beckham. It’s claimed that Holly also called the police after Adam’s brother James allegedly made threats over text message while on his stag do in Budapest. James was later arrested at his home in Staffordshire on suspicion of harassment but was placed on bail.

Caroline has spoken in the past about her heartbreak over being estranged from her son. And now, on New Year’s Eve, she has taken to social media once again to speak about her pain. One sketch was of a Robin and a ladybird sitting together on a twig with a comment that read: “Just a little reminder that you don’t have to make resolutions, or huge decisions, or big proclamations. You can just set some sweet intentions and take each day as it comes.”

The second quote read: “I won’t end this year pretending everything was fine. I lost a piece of myself this year that I will never get back, and I’m not forcing a smile like it didn’t change me.” She added: “So no… I won’t be saying ‘2026 is going to be my year’. I’ll be praying that I recover next year, that my heart never has to break like this again, that I never have to survive something like this again. I’ll be praying for peace… real peace, the kind that lets me breathe without fighting for it. I deserve a year that doesn’t hurt.”

The Mirror has reached out to Gordon’s representative for a comment.

Gordon Ramsay’s explosive speech at daughter Holly’s wedding to Adam Peaty as swimmer blocks texts from estranged family

GORDON Ramsay gave a fiery speech at daughter Holly’s wedding to Olympian Adam Peaty — saying his wife Tana “will be a good mum to them both”.

The celebrity chef waded into the swimmer’s family feud as it emerged 31-year-old Adam has blocked their texts.

Ramsay, 59, gushed at how beautiful Holly looked and told Adam he was a “lucky man”, adding: “Look at Tana and that’s what you have to look forward to.”

And in a sly dig at Adam’s absent parents he told Holly, 25: “Shame you don’t have the same.”

Adam’s feud with mum Caroline, 60, exploded last month after she was not invited to Holly’s hen do.

Last night a Peaty family source hit back at Gordon’s speech saying: “It just goes to show that this was the Ramsays’ plan all along.”

Adam Peaty ‘sent brutal text by aunt moments before marrying Holly Ramsay’

FACE OF GLOOM

Adam Peaty’s parents look devastated as they break cover after wedding snub

And it emerged Adam’s aunt Louise texted him moments before he walked into Bath Abbey on Saturday — but he never read it because he has blocked family messages.

The triple Olympic gold medallist, 31 yesterday, acknowledged the pain caused by the bust-up in his speech at the reception at Kin House in Kington Langley, Wilts.

He told how his swim coach Mel Marshall has been “everything”, “grounding and inspiring” him.

After an emotional pause he said she was, “like a mum”.

Adam also hailed the 200 guests’ support in a “difficult time”. Sister Beth, 32, was his only family at the service, maid of honour with Holly’s sisters Megan, 27, and Tilly, 24.

Adam’s mum, dad Mark, 65, and brothers James and Richard stayed at home in Staffordshire

The family source said: “This was the Ramsays’ plan all along. They wanted Adam’s family gone and they have succeeded.

“You’d think that as parents, Gordon and Tana would have a bit more compassion towards Caroline, Mark and the family.

“Caroline did everything and more to help Adam. She and Mark sacrificed a lot to get him where he is. Adam ought to be ashamed of himself for going ahead with the wedding without them after everything they did to support him.

“Beth has betrayed her mum to see what she can get out of being the only family member who gets on with Adam and Holly.

“This isn’t the Bethany we all know, she’s changed her appearance and personality to fit in with the Ramsays’ celebrity lifestyle.”

The source also revealed Adam had disinvited his great-aunt Janet and her husband Eddie days before the wedding — despite them booking accommodation and purchasing outfits. The source added: “It’s completely unacceptable.”

In her message, shortly before Adam entered the abbey with son George, five, his aunt Louise wrote: “I hope you never suffer the depth of pain you have put your mother through and despite it all she loves you still. Shame on you both.

“Remember on this, your happiest day, and on each anniversary of your happiest day, that you hurt your mum so deeply her soul screams.”

A family source confirmed Adam did not receive or read the message.

Holly wore two outfits at the reception — including Tana’s gown when she wed Gordon in 1996.

A DJ announced the tribute, sparking applause from guests including Ramsay pals David and Victoria Beckham

A source said: “David and Victoria were on the dance floor most of the evening. And they were almost the last to leave it. They happily mingled with everyone else.”

Adam’s best man was Ed Baxter, a former swimmer and business partner. Adam’s coach Mel sparked laughter by referring to her student as Golden Balls, while pointing out “the other” Golden Balls, Becks.

Mel told of her pride and joy at seeing Adam win the 100metres breaststroke gold at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, and Covid-hit Tokyo Games postponed to 2021.

All guests wore a wristband embossed with Adam and Holly’s initials to prevent wedding crashers.

A pal said last night: “Nothing interrupted what was a peaceful, joyous day with those closest to Holly and Adam.

“The ceremony was magical and the reception very emotional, there were a lot of tears.

“Gordon made an amazing speech that had everyone laughing and crying. None of the outside noise overshadowed what was an occasion filled with heartfelt joy and happiness for two people who are very much in love.”

Gordon walked his daughter down the aisle and Tana gave a reading during the hour-long service.

Holly arrived nearly 30 minutes late, wearing a bridal cape over her Christmas-themed dress.

A crowd of onlookers cheered the couple as they emerged. They were later whisked to the reception in a black Rolls-Royce. The maids of honour wore red dresses designed by Victoria, while Tana wore a similar style dress in green.

Other celebrities in attendance included Dragons’ Den star Sara Davies and TV presenter Dan Walker, who said on social media: “We had a lovely time celebrating with Adam and Holly.

“Great wedding, top people, wonderful service, unforgettable reception, brilliant speeches and we got to sing some bangers in the church too.”

A select few were invited to a breakfast gathering yesterday.

£50,000 FLOWERS JOKES IN SPEECH

Exclusive by Stephen Moyes

MEGABUCKS chef Gordon jokingly complained about the wedding’s £50,000 flowers in his speech.

And he poked gentle fun at Holly — calling her easily the most expensive of his six children.

Gordon revealed how young Holly worked out how to attach his credit card to her Apple Pay.

And he joked his other children will have to marry in a register office.

He said: “Only Holly could pick the most beautiful church and choose to cover its stunning windows in white roses.”

Holly will show off her wedding dress in Vogue magazine, published on New Year’s Day.

A source added: “Holly has always wanted to do Vogue so this is a coup.”

Her and Adam’s gift list included a £1,450 Big Green Egg outdoor cooker.

Other options were a £995 mahogany table, £800 chair and footstool, and £450 log storage bin.

Distraught Caroline had been intent on travelling to the lavish ceremony in Bath tomorrow despite being snubbed.

However, the swimming star’s mum has backed down, with a family member telling The Sun: “She will not be there because it would be too sad and she don’t want to spoil his big day.”

The change of heart comes as Holly Ramsay and her family were spotted leaving their £7.5m mansion to travel to the wedding venue.

Dad-of-one Adam, 30, and Holly, 25, are due to wed at Bath Abbey in Somerset on Saturday, December 27.

Adam Peaty’s mum shares Christmas heartbreak after being uninvited from wedding

Caroline had previously insisted: “I will be there and I will watch from the street.”

But she changed her mind after her devoted husband Mark made her see sense, telling her it would be “too upsetting’ to be there.”

Around 200 people are set to attend Adam’s wedding including Holly’s chef dad Gordon and their close friends David and Victoria Beckham.

But there won’t be any surprises from unwanted guests.

Sources say the couple have booked Bath Abbey “all-day” and tourists will also be stopped from entering the landmark.

A security team is also set to patrol to stop people trying to take pictures of the couple.
