Harry’s new track Paint By Numbers sees him sing vulnerably, acknowledging a failed past relationship as well as the status of his own celebrity.
Among the difficulties of stardom and heartbreak, he’s reaching out for a glimpse of humanity.
He croons lyrics including: “It’s a little bit complicated when they put an image in your head, and now you’re stuck with it.”
But fans are convinced a later part of the song is directly reflecting on his relationship with former flame Olivia Wilde.
The part goes: “Holding the weight of the American children whose hearts you break.
“Was it a tragedy when you told her, ‘I’m not even 33’?”
The couple shared a ten year age gap, which the reference to not even being in his 30s could be pointing towards.
Fans also took to X to decode whether another track on the album called Season 2 Weight Loss is about his past relationship with Kendall Jenner.
Harry dated the model on and off for years in a messy situationship.
So hearing lyrics like: “Do you love me now?” instantly sent fans typing.
One fan gushed in response to the possible link: “HARRY STYLES OH MY GOD,” followed by some sobbing face emojis.
Though later in the song Harry sings about “coming back as a stronger version” of himself, possibly referencing the end of the cycle of on-and-off dating.
The deciphering comes after Harry’s tour ticket sales encountered frustrating mishaps for fans.
In addition to being set to perform 12 shows inWembleyStadium, Harry had one gig booked atManchester‘sCo-opLive in due to play this month.
Though many fans woke up to find their tickets to the event cancelled and refunded.
Ticketmasterreleased a statement on the decision to axe the tickets, explaining that some customers managed to purchase tickets they shouldn’t have been able to buy in the first place.
These include many of the£20 ticketswhich were later resold on other ticket selling sites, and therefore were no longer eligible for use at the venue.
Ticketmaster explained: “We’re working with the Harry Styles ‘One Night Only’ team to cancel and refund any orders that have violated the rules of sale.
“As all tickets are non-transferable, any tickets listed on unauthorised resale sites are void and will not get fans into the show – so we’re cancelling and refunding these.
“There is also a ticket limit of 2 tickets per person, so any orders above that are being cancelled and refunded.”
The majority of the voided tickets appear to have been sold on Viagogo.

London-born Olivia, who stunned on the red carpet, also performed on stage, a decade on from partying at the event as a Brit School student in 2016.
Her impressive haul followed the success of her second studio album, The Art of Loving, which spent seven weeks at No1 following its release last year.
The songstress celebrated by holding a private afterparty in Manchester where the ceremony was held.
The switch to the city’s Co-Op Live arena marked the first time the event has been staged outside London.
A source said: “Olivia wanted to thank everyone around her for their support. She sees the success of the evening as a group effort.”
Olivia won a place at the free Brit School in Croydon, South London, aged 15, following in the footsteps of singer-songwriter former students Adele, Amy Winehouse and Jessie J.
She enrolled on a theatre course but later switched to songwriting as she began creating tracks on a second-hand piano which she begged her mum, Christine, to buy.
Speaking about the Brit School, Olivia said: “It set me up for life. I knew what I wanted for myself and it taught me so much. I just think it is a magic place.
“Look at all the people it has produced and will continue to do so.”
Born in 1999, Olivia grew up in Highams Park, North London, to a British dad and Jamaican-Guyanese mum.
Her maternal grandmother emigrated to the UK as part of the Windrush generation aged 18.
As a result, Olivia refers to herself as a “product of bravery”.
Her success in all of the four categories in which she was nominated follows her triumphs at the Grammy Awards in the US last month.
Holding back tears as she collected the Grammy for best new artist, she said: “I guess I want to say that I am up here as a granddaughter of an immigrant. I am a product of bravery and I think those people deserve to be celebrated.”
Last night’s Brits, hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall for the sixth time, was dominated by women for a third year running, following the success of Charli XCX and Raye.

The breakthrough artist award went to Lola Young, while international group went to Brooklyn rockers Geese.
Best R&B act was claimed by group Sault. Dave picked up the hip hop/grime/rap act gong.
Speaking about his pre-show warm up, host Jack said: “It tends to be always the same.
“I lock myself in a toilet and try to hide from all the people banging down the dressing room door trying to get me to change lines from my monologue or tweak introductions.
“That’s mainly my pre-show routine — trying to make as little noise as possible, so that they don’t find me.”
RAYE won the prize for the most dressing rooms.
The singer, 28, who performed at the show, had five rooms for her band.
Meanwhile, fellow performer Harry Styles, 32, had a private area decked out with limited edition bars of Tony’s Chocolonely.

He wore a white shirt, tie and pinstripe trousers as he danced on stage in a halo of light.
Host Jack Whitehall commented: “Wow, what a way to warm you up — the equivalent to sitting on the washing machine for a few minutes.”
Speaking previously about the venue, in which he is an investor, Harry said: “Manchester is an incredible city, filled with incredible people, and I couldn’t be happier being involved in this project.”
His fourth studio album — Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally — is out on March 6.
GUESTS were served a reduced carbon three-course meal.
The menu showed the carbon footprint of each dish which included a celeriac starter and venison main course.
A Manchester tart dessert was a nod to the new home of the ceremony.
WAYNE Rooney enjoyed an evening at the city’s Soho House on Friday night.

ITV did not screen host Jack Whitehall’s joke about the Peter Mandelson scandal.

Olivia showed off her incredible figure after earlier “paying tax” at the gym with a sweaty workout to get red carpet ready.
She rocked an asymmetrical black dress with a dramatic fan cut out shape across the chest and back.
The stunning gown also had thigh high split and Olivia completed the look with sheer black gloves.
Once inside the venue, Olivia and Pete reunited with Pete’s podcast co-host Sam Thompson, where an onlooker said, “Pete was a gent and poured the drinks for the group before they settled down to their meal.”
While in conversation with TikTok sensation Tinx on the latest episode of her podcast, Olivia’s House, the Love Island icon made reference to her own relationships while discussing dating.
After Tinx said she’s happy in life but would like to meet someone, Olivia responded: “And that’s like the best place you could be in to meeting the right person. There’s not like a void to fill.
“If you’re going into relationships and there’s motivations of, you know, say you have a gap in your life or you need saving, it doesn’t start on a healthy trajectory.”

The Heat was set to be ITV’s next big reality show but the culinary programme fronted by Olivia Attwood has been criticised after its first episode
22:38, 25 Feb 2026Updated 22:49, 25 Feb 2026
The Heat has been criticised
Olivia Attwood’s new ITV show, The Heat, reportedly ran into a few hiccups during filming. Former Love Island star Olivia, 34, took on the hosting duties for the new reality TV cooking show. It sees 10 chefs head over to Barcelona to work under multi Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
The group is battling it out to become the next rising star in the culinary world. But guests invited into the pop-up establishment were supposedly greeted with non-alcoholic Prosecco.
A source told The Sun: “The diners waited for nearly two hours for their main courses while shouting and screaming could be heard from the kitchen.
“They didn’t even have any alcohol to keep them going – just some warm non-alcoholic Prosecco.”

And the insider added that some of the show’s starters were served “lukewarm”. There is also claims that the Spanish omelette that was served on the menu was missing a key ingredient – potatoes. Things took a turn for the worse when the establishment was forced to be evacuated following a small fire, which is shown in the trailer.
In the first episode of the show, it was soon a baptism of fire for the new chefs as they hit the ground running while trying to stay focused on a first service while having fun flirting. In an exclusive first look at the second episode that was obtained by the Mirror, host Olivia is seen on a lavish yacht in the Mediterranean sea.
The presenter says: “Yesterday The Heat opened its doors, the fire was on in the kitchen and later on the team let their hair down but there were sparks there too… Today, a new head chef has to step up and take control. Let’s hope there’s not too many distractions!”
And later, Olivia hilariously asks crew members: “Is my a**e out? I want it to be, I’ll get more likes” to which laughter off camera is heard.
Opening up on what she is usually like in the kitchen, Olivia confessed: “I’m a bit Victoria Beckham-coded. I could eat the same thing every day, I can’t be bothered to make a big mess. I want to eat the food, I don’t want to make it.”
The Heat has released an explosive first look at episode two of the new ITV reality show

First look at the next episode of The Heat
Olivia Attwood makes a cheeky admission in a first look of The Heat episode two.
The new ITV series, which started on Tuesday 24 February, sees ten ambitious chefs as they travel to Barcelona in the hopes of being the next rising star of the culinary world working under multi-Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
However, there’s a twist, as the cameras don’t stop rolling after the cooks have left the kitchen. As these chefs turn up the heat on the stove, things get hot under the collar at home too. Tempers rise, romance brews and drama is guaranteed.
The first episode saw viewers introduced to the new chefs and it was soon a baptism of fire for the new chefs as they hit the ground running while trying to stay focused on a first service while having fun flirting.
In an exclusive first look of episode two obtained by the Mirror, it sees host Olivia, 34, on a lavish yacht in the mediterranean sea.
The presenter says: “Yesterday The Heat opened its doors, the fire was on in the kitchen and later on the team let their hair down but there were sparks there too…
“Today, a new head chef has to step up and take control. Let’s hope there’s not too many distractions!”
In a candid moment, Olivia then hilariously asks crew members: “Is my a**e out? I want it to be, I’ll get more likes” to which laughter off camera is heard.
Meanwhile, an explosive teaser clip shows viewers what they can expect as tensions soar in the kitchen while two contestants strike up a romance, causing jealousy with another ambitious chef.
It comes as Olivia shared what she’s really like in the kitchen ahead of the show’s realease. “I’m a bit Victoria Beckham-coded,” she laughed. “I could eat the same thing every day, I can’t be bothered to make a big mess. I want to eat the food, I don’t want to make it.”
She added that she can bash out a decent spaghetti bolognese and a good roast dinner, but that she can’t do anything fancy.
Still, Olivia continued to say she thought people underestimated her abilities. “I think people think that I can’t cook at all because I think I’m a bit Carrie Bradshaw-coded, probably like with sweaters in the oven.”
Given her expertise lies less in the kitchen and more in the heart, Olivia said she left the cookery advice to her co-host Jean-Christophe Novelli.
However, she was much more willing to advise the contestants on the reality side of the show, as her experience on Love Island in 2017 meant she had a “unique perspective” on what its like to be filmed all the time.
“I was nervous,” she said, looking back on when a 26-year-old Olivia jetted off for a ‘summer of love’ with ITV2. “But I know what it feels like when you go on to a reality show, and you know some things, but you know there’s going to be surprises.
“I think it gives me a unique perspective, which I’m really grateful for. I would say to anyone actually going on reality shows, or competition shows, that you have to just kind of give yourself to the process. Because you’re in it now, so you might as well just jump in with both feet!’
The Heat continues tomorrow, 25th February at 9 pm on ITV2 and ITVX
