Fitness enthusiast Alana has been speaking out about her experience with Lee, with her now seemingly sharing a vile email he sent her ‘wishing her dead’.
Alana, 32, took to Instagram to share the correspondence she allegedly received from Lee.
In an Instagram post, Alana said: “Also anyone who knows me will know that I went through a really tough time with someone that was not only my partner but also my best friend that sadly took his own life when we were younger.
“This impacted me so massively I was in hospital for a whole of my life and had a huge impact on my mental state and health and still does,” she explained.
Alana continued: “This is something I told Lee Andrews out of confidence about what I had been through and he sent me this email, along with many more, wishing me dead.”
In the screen grab of the email, Lee allegedly said: “Now go join Carl in the fucking ground where you both belong!”
Also on her Instagram page, Alana shared another slew of accusations.
She said: “It makes me so sad when I look at this all now and I realise how much Lee put me through and how many people I cut off and ignored when I should have listened!!”
Alana then proceeded to share an extensive list of “things I felt throughout” her relationship with Lee.
The list was long and included “financial abuse” as well as “controlling behaviour” and “constant lies to maintain dominance”.
Speaking to The Sun last week in an exclusive interview, Alana issued a stark warning to Lee’s new wife Katie.
“Once I tried to leave him, he told me had a heart condition and was living on borrowed time.
“Lee doesn’t know what’s fact and what’s fiction.
“It’s worrying because I think he believes his own lies.”
Also in the exclusive chat, Alana said Lee showered her with gifts, and she recognises the significance of Katie and Andrews’ matching 11:11 handtattoos.
She said: “I’ve never had someone basically tell me that they love me the way he does.
“That 11:11 thing with Katie, that was our thing. He’d ring me at 11:11, he even bought a horse I called 11:11. He puts 100 per cent effort into you. He bought me Cartier bangles, Cartier rings, and clothes.
“He sent a Louis Vuitton handbag to my office. He would transfer me cash — £5,000, £2,000, it was a lot.”

But today Lee took to Instagram to address the rumours, sharing a grab allegedly from an app which shows if someone has any travel bans in Dubai.
He said: “Oh guys, I’ve never really been one to explain myself but there’s a lot of fake news going around so I better say something.
“I’m going to share on the next story, after this one, that there is no travel ban, directly from the police UAE application.
“It’s my profile. You can check those statuses, you can check any fines you’ve got, relating to traffic, and also if you’re allowed to travel.
Just days after telling followers he would be travelling to meet his new wife, he said: “I’m waiting for Katie to come out here, love you so much Katie.”
WHEN Katie Price got married to Lee Andrews at breakneck speed, just days after they began dating, her loyal fans were left bewildered.
For her family, the reaction has been even more stark. Here, insiders tell us how Pricey’s son Junior responded to the Dubai nuptials – and why her closest ally, sister Sophie, has been left reeling as concern for the mother- of-five reaches an all-time high.

Hours after revealing her extravagant engagement, The Sun told how Katie and Lee had in fact got hitched with none of her family there. Her fourth marriage took place less than a week after she had met Lee.
It was an unusually quiet ceremony for the former glamour model . An officiator was seen in front of the pair reading from a script as Katie, who wore a £12 dress from Shein, said her vows.
She gushed about how happy she was, telling fans: “All I can say is ‘fatale’, and this was a wedding at First Sight.”
Yet celebratory messages from her nearest and dearest have not been forthcoming, despite Price, 47, returning to the UK earlier this week without Lee, 43, who has since been accused of being a ‘swindler’.
There’s only so much Katie’s kids can take. It is really not fair.
Insider
One source said: “It’s just another day on Planet Katie, and everyone has to deal with the consequences.
“She will always have a close bond with her children, but there’s only so much they can take. It is really not fair.”
Her son Junior, 20, has refrained from posting to his half a million Instagram followers in the days following the whirlwind wedding – which is not legally binding.
And it is not only Junior’s fans who have got the silent treatment from the singer.
Rather tellingly, we have been told that the rapper, who is “very close” to dad Peter and stepmum Dr Emily, has not contacted his mother to offer his congratulations on her marriage to Andrews.
A source said: “Junior is used to Katie’s increasingly erratic behaviour, but even this took him by surprise.
“He is so fed up with his mum’s constant dramas. He wants no part in it. He’s hardly going to send a congratulations message about a bloke he hasn’t even met.”
But while Junior is more resilient, sister Princess, 18, has given clues to her hurt feelings, taking to TikTok in the days following her mum’s wedding ceremony to post two emotional videos on the social media platform, including one featuring a tearful girl.
Sophie is understandably horrified by it all. It’s been incredibly draining for her. The sisters are incredibly close so it was very hard for Sophie not to know what was going on.
Insider
The writing on top of the clip reads: “I feel everything very deeply” with an accompanying voiceover on top of the clip that says: “I’m such an incredibly, stupidly, sensitive person that everything that happens to me I feel everything really intensely.”
Another featured a teen girl getting into bed and wiping tears from her eyes as she lets out a sigh.
The writing on top reads: “When the smallest thing upsets me, and now I have to be non-verbal and easily irritated for hours until I can let it go”.
Insiders say that despite the cryptic posts it is unlikely that Princess, who remains close to her mother, will publicly condemn her. But a pal of the star confided: “It is so selfish to create all this drama just before Princess is about to launch series two of The Princess Diaries. This should be her turn in the spotlight. Not her mums.”
In recent years as Katie’s fame has dwindled, she has become increasingly reliant on her younger half-sister Sophie, 36, who has devoted a large part of her life to looking after her.
Despite managing the wayward reality star, organising much of her chaotic life, and co-hosting a podcast together, Sophie was not invited to Katie’s wedding.

An insider said: “Sophie is understandably horrified by it all. It’s been incredibly draining for her. The sisters are incredibly close so it was very hard for Sophie not to know what was going on.
“They were due to record a podcast like normal this week, but at the last minute, they decided not to go ahead.
Their mum is utterly beside herself with worry.
“Sophie felt the need to say sorry to her fans, while Katie kept silent. It is quite typical of their relationship that Sophie is the one picking up the slack, and she’s honestly struggling with it at the moment. It has caused tension between the siblings, with Sophie just desperate for Katie to be ok.
“Their mum is utterly beside herself with worry – they have all been through so much with Katie, but thought the worst was over in recent years.
“They don’t believe Lee is the man he said he was and are just waiting for Katie to click. It was a huge relief when he did a U-turn on coming to the UK. Sophie was not ready to meet him and deal with all that.”
Sophie made her feelings very clear on the situation today as she shared a picture of the countryside and wrote: “This and never stepping foot in Dubai.”
Last night, Sophie took to social media to explain what was happening to the podcast.
Looking exhausted, she said: “Hi guys, how are you all? I know you’ve all been chomping at the bit to find out what has been going on. All our DMs have been going off,” she began in her video address.

“Let’s just say, it’s been one hell of a week. We have done over a 100 episodes of the podcast, which sounds absolutely nuts when it’s just me and Kate doing our b*s chat.
“We will be back next week as normal, and we will be able to update you guys on what’s been going on. It will be business as usual.”
Such was the emotion on display that one commentator posted: “’You are a good sister. Hope you’re ok, Sophie, you look like you’re holding back tears”
Sophie has always been outspoken about Katie’s relationships, while trying to be as supportive as possible.
Just a couple of weeks ago, she expressed her horror when Katie announced she was looking for a Richard Gere type.
She retorted: “Absolutely not, you need a break, you need time to yourself’.”
Katie completely ignored her, and when she announced her engagement, she gushed about finding her ‘real life Richard Gere’. The film is, of course, about a wealthy gentleman who sweeps a prostitute off her feet.
The sisters – who have an 11-year age gap- have talked in the past about being “like chalk and cheese”.
Sophie was just six years old when her big sister found fame, meaning that she doesn’t remember a time when Katie wasn’t in the spotlight.
However, Katie’s fame made her a target at school – and she was bullied by cruel classmates.
She recalled: “It was just girls saying nasty things, when you’re a teenager… You know what girls can be like.”
Yet a beautiful relationship blossomed, with the sisters becoming firm friends and podcast favourites.
But after the latest cruel snub, it might be a while before fans get a new episode of the podcast.

FORMER glamour model Katie Price’s new husband has challenged her cage fighter ex to a mixed martial arts match for criticising her whirlwind wedding.
Lee Andrews, 41, wants to take on Alex Reid, 50, in a one-on-one because he called her latest marriage irresponsible.

The businessman goaded Reid as he told The Sun he wanted to fight him “anytime, anywhere” in Britain, Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
He also said he had spoken with Katie about the challenge only briefly, but insisted: “We do support each other.”
Lee — dubbed a “Walter Mitty” over his long list of outlandish or untrue claims including that he is Director of Philanthropy at The Prince’s Trust — confidently claimed he had his own experience in sparring, partial boxing and “elite fitness”.
He said he wanted it to be on an Ultimate Fighting Championship five-round match setting and said proceeds would go towards supporting mum-of-five Katie and charity.
It comes after Reid, who was Katie’s second husband, made his feelings plain over her fourth wedding.
He said: “It’s irresponsible on your family and the children to marry someone you don’t know.” Reid added: “I genuinely wish the man good luck marrying her.
“I hope the marriage lasts longer than the court-ordered debts that she still owes me and to many others, demonstrating accountability and responsibility.
“It’s not really her strong point. Maybe, he could be the best thing in the world to happen to her.
“He could help her pay her debts and be accountable with money.”
Her family are understood to be concerned about her, while an ex of Lee warned: “Run for the hills.”
Katie flew back to Britain by herself on Monday.
Lee claimed two days later that she went home early because of her children and insisted he had to “wrap a few things up” and would fly back the next day to join her.
But he appeared to U-turn when he posted an Instagram story yesterday seemingly still in Dubai.
He wrote: “Waiting for Katie.” And he said in the video: “I’m waiting for Katie to come out here, love you so much Katie.”

For years, Katie Uhlaender had a goal that few athletes even dare to dream — to compete in both the Winter and Summer Olympics.
An injury derailed that attempt. Now another dream appears to have been dashed for the daughter of former major league baseball player Ted Uhlaender — representing the United States in a record sixth consecutive Winter Olympics.
Team Canada was found to have manipulated the outcome of the Lake Placid North American Cup in early January. Uhlaender, 41, won the race in skeleton, but the manipulation kept her from getting the requisite points to qualify for the upcoming Milan Cortina Winter Games.
An investigation by the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) found that Canada purposely withdrew four athletes from the competition, reducing the number of points that could be awarded and making it mathematically impossible for Uhlaender to earn enough points to qualify.
Why did Canada hold back four athletes from competing? Because it ensured that a second Canadian would qualify for the Olympics rather than Uhlaender.
Canadian skeleton athlete Madeline Parra admitted as much, telling The Canadian Press that her coaches “explained to us that it would be in the best interest for the way points had worked for [Canadian skeleton racer Jane Channell], so that we as a team can qualify two spots to the Olympics.”
Yet despite the IBSF finding that Canada breached its Code of Ethics, no action has been taken because IBSF rules also state that National Federations may withdraw athletes from competition at any time.
The IBSF said it will “possibly suggest adjustments to the rules” when its sport committee meets in the spring, but that doesn’t help Uhlaender. The Winter Olympics begin Feb. 6.
“This is about the integrity of sport and code of ethics that upholds sportsmanship, fair play, integrity, respect and community,” Uhlaender said in a post on X.
A petition by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to accept Uhlaender as a discretionary entry was supported by 12 other countries, but the request was denied. Discretionary Olympic spots are infrequent, but in 2023, fencer Olga Kharlan received a place at Paris 2024 from former IOC President Thomas Bach.
Uhlaender also felt a personal betrayal because she described Team Canada coach Joe Cecchini as a longtime friend and former fellow skeleton competitor. Cecchini called Uhlaender the night before the race to inform her that four Canadians were pulling out.
“I cried when I found out he went through with this plan,” Uhlaender said. “I didn’t know if it hurt more that my friend of 20 years just nailed my coffin, my Olympic dream is over. Or, that my best friend of 20 years is doing something so horrible that hurts so many people.”
Disappointment seems to haunt Uhlaender. In 2009, she shattered her kneecap in a snowmobiling accident and required eight surgeries, but she recovered in time to compete at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
She finished in 11th place in those Games, saying the death of her father in 2009 to cancer impacted her even more than recovering from the surgeries. Ted Uhlaender was considered one of the top center fielders in MLB from 1965-1972 for Minnesota, Cleveland and Cincinnati.
The injury ended her attempt to make the summer U.S. Olympic team as a weightlifter, a sport in which she had risen to a world-class level in the women’s 63-kilogram division. Uhlaender continued to dominate in skeleton, where a racer rides a small sled up to 80 mph head-first and face-down along a steep, banked ice track.
Although Uhlaender has not won an Olympics medal — coming closest with a fourth-place finish at the 2014 Sochi Games — she won the skeleton World Championship in 2012 and World Cup titles in 2007 and 2008.
The U.S. will send Kelly Curtis and Mystique Ro to the Milan Olympics in skeleton. Uhlaender’s last hope for a discretionary berth is an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Should that fail, Uhlaender’s final Olympics impact might be a change in IBSF rules to prevent a recurrence of Canada’s scheme.
The IBSF alluded to the problem in its ruling that Canada was free to hold back its racers, regardless of motive: “The Canadian coach and the National Federation shall be reminded that, whilst acting within the letter of the IBSF Code of Conduct, it is expected that all parties concerned should also act within the spirit of the Code, whose aim is to promote fair play and ethical conduct at all times.”

The mother-of-five got hitched for a fourth time in a quiet ceremony in Dubai with no loved ones present.
It came just hours after Katie revealed they had got engaged, calling it a “wedding at first sight”.
And earlier this month, the podcaster showcased her huge flower tattoo on her bum as well as horses on her forearm and stomach.
Her various leg inkings were also on display.
Katie wrote: “I absolutely love it!! Now that is what you call a piece of ART!”
When it came to her bum art, Katie said: “Tattoo round 3,” with a picture of her full behind peeking out from red tracksuit bottoms.
Earlier this year, Katiestripped nakedto show off her tattoo-covered back and captioned the revealing shot: “Join myOnlyfanslink in my bio,” referring to the X-rated online subscription service.
Katie Price’s relationship history
We take a look back at the highs and lows of Katie Price’s relationship history.
1996-1998: Katie got engaged to Gladiators star Warren Furman – aka Ace – with a £3,000 ring. But their relationship didn’t make it as far as ‘I do’.
1998-2000: Katie described Dane Bowers as ‘the love of her life’ but she broke up with the singer after he allegedly cheated on her.
2001: Footballer Dwight Yorke is the father of Katie’s eldest child Harvey. He has had very little to do with his son throughout his life.
2002: Rebounding from Dwight, Katie famously had one night of passion with Pop Idol star Gareth Gates, allegedly taking his virginity.
2002-2004: Katie was dating Scott Sullivan when she entered the jungle for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!. He threatened to “punch Peter’s lights out” when chemistry blossomed between her and Peter Andre.
2004-2009: The jungle romance resulted in Katie marrying Aussie pop star Peter. They had two kids, Junior and Princess, before their bitter split in 2009.
2010-2011: Fresh from her break-up with Peter, Katie enjoyed a whirlwind relationship and marriage with cage fighter Alex Reid. They split 20 months after their Las Vegas wedding.
2011: Katie briefly dated model Danny Cipriani… but it ended as quickly as it begun.
2011-2012: They didn’t speak the same language, but Katie got engaged to Argentinian model Leandro Penna in 2011. He later fled home to South America.
2012-2018: Wedding bells rang once more after Katie met Kieran Hayler in 2013. They had two kids together, Jett and Bunny, before their break-up and divorce.
2018-2019: Katie moved on quickly with Kris Boyson. They had an on-off romance for one year and even got engaged. They split for good in 2019.
2019: Katie was linked to Charles Drury during her on-off relationship with Kris. Charles, who also dated Lauren Goodger, has always denied being in “official relationship” with her.
2020-2023: Car salesman Carl Woods took a shine to Katie in 2020. Their relationship was up and down for three years. They broke up for a final time last year.
2024-2026: After weeks of rumours, Katie confirmed her relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater in February 2024. The pair split in January 2026 after two years together.
2026: Katie shocked fans when she revealed she is engaged to businessman Lee Andrews.
He said: “I’m going be meeting Katie tomorrow in the UK.
“I just need to wrap up a few things here.
“She had to get back for her children because she’s a good mother and she’s lovely like that.”
Despite currently being apart, a smiling Lee said that he and Katie “are so happy” and that more information would be coming out via their publicists in the coming days.
“Hey guys, how are you?” he began in a video posted on his Instagram Stories.
“So yeah, myself and Katie are legally married okay. I think you know that.
“No, I’m not a gigolo,” he added. “There is a press release going out.
“I wish,” he said of the gigolo nickname. “I would have got more money from it wouldn’t I, I don’t think those are the going rates in Dubai, but let’s look at it obtusely.
“So yes, I’m in Dubai, she’s in England,” he confirmed again of their current locations. “You’ll see us reunite.”
Before signing off, Lee made a brief swipe at online speculation over the couple’s wedding rings.

At the time, she told The Mirror that if Katie and Lee are happy then she is too.
But despite putting on a brave face, it now seems Trisha has doubts about the marriage.
The clairvoyant wasn’t present at the wedding and, today, posted a quote to her Facebook page that said: “Do not get upset with people or situations; both are powerless without your reaction.”
Trisha previously said to The Mirror: “There’s a lot of lies going around about Lee and that’s made me really upset. He’s not been married twice. I just want to defend my son, but I can’t say much more until I know everything.
“He did tell me that the wedding was happening. He spoke to me and if he is happy, I am happy – he’s my son, and that’s all that matters.”
Speaking about Katie, Trisha added: “Of course, I know who Katie is.
“I’ve always been very neutral about her. Everyone deserves a chance, you should never judge anyone in life.”
Last week the reality TV star sent fans wild as she dropped a series of engagement snaps.
In one photo, the podcast host was seen standing beside rose petals that were arranged to read “will you marry me” before she showcased her huge “25 carat” diamond ring.
Model Katie has since arrived back in the UK as two of Lee’s former lovers have hit out and warned that she should “run for the hills.”
Lee, who has also been caught faking his Instagram posts using AI, has revealed he is inbound for Britain as he wraps up “business” in the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Katie’s family are said to have been blindsided and are planning an intervention.

The club has become an Ibiza icon in recent years, and many celeb social media feeds have included pictures of the resort’s huge pool parties. This includes Katie Price who was seen posing on a sunbed last summer
The resort’s parties are often attended by celebs(Image: O Beach Ibiza)
Summer may seem like a long way off, but many of us are already making plans to visit warmer, more exciting destinations in the coming months.
One spot that Brits seem to return to year after year is Ibiza. While the party island has many iconic venues, one resort often hits the headlines during the summer season thanks to its decadent parties beloved by celebs. And you can already book a spot at its annual opening party.
O Beach Ibiza is owned by Wayne Lineker, who often posts poolside photos on his Instagram, and the resort can often be seen on social media feeds during the summer. From celebs to famous sports stars and influencers, it’s safe to say that you’re bound to see someone you recognise when you visit.
Last year, Katie Price enjoyed a well-documented trip to Ibiza, which included partying at O Beach in a tiny pink bikini. She reportedly danced with UFC-fighter Conor McGregor and posed for selfies with other celebrity pals.
The most famous part of O Beach is its day club, which opens at 1PM and generally closes by 11PM: perfect timing for those heading out to enjoy Ibiza’s nightlife. The official opening party for 2026 is on May 1, and the club opens nearly every day until mid-October, meaning visitors can make the most of the sunny Ibiza weather.
Guests can book a range of sofas, tables, or day beds to stake out their spot, and can either lie back and enjoy the sunshine while ordering cocktails and champagne, or join in the party. One option is to hire a daybed in the Sunset Garden area, which overlooks the pool and enjoys great views. This area also has its own bar for quicker service. Depending on when you visit, you can enjoy DJ sets, live music, or other poolside entertainment throughout the resort.
O Beach also has a restaurant where you can enjoy al fresco Mediterranean dining in the shade, or you can order poolside food to enjoy at your daybed.
While O Beach used to be just a day venue, last year it launched Bonito Ibiza by O Beach, taking over a hotel just across the road. This means guests are just steps from the party and can easily get back to their rooms in the evenings. The Bonito Ibiza has its own pool with more chilled vibes, and a stylish, neutral décor that’s Insta-perfect.
Staying in the area means you’re just steps from Playa de Sant Antoni, a sandy beach in a shallow bay with clear waters. It’s also just a short walk from San Antonio’s popular clubs, including Eden and Es Paradís, where the party can continue until the sun comes up.
The port town of San Antonio is also famous for its Sunset Strip, where you can watch the sun go down while enjoying its al fresco bars, which play chill music to create the perfect atmosphere. From the port, you can also hop onto a boat trip, whether it’s one exploring the coast or a party boat combining sightseeing with cocktails and unforgettable views.

Mum-of-five Katie, who flew back from Dubai to her home in Horsham, West Sussex, on Monday, is understood to be standing by her new husband despite a string of disturbing allegations.
SAN FRANCISCO — Katie Porter’s still standing, which is saying something.
The last time a significant number of people tuned into California‘s low-frequency race for governor was in October, when Porter’s political obituary was being written in bold type.
Immediately after a snappish and off-putting TV interview, Porter showed up in a years-old video profanely reaming a staff member for — the humanity! — straying into the video frame during her meeting with a Biden Cabinet member.
The former Orange County congresswoman had played to the worst stereotypes and that was that. Her campaign was supposedly kaput.
But, lo, these several months later, Porter remains positioned exactly where she’d been before, as one of the handful of top contenders in a race that remains stubbornly formless and utterly wide open.
Did she ever think of exiting the contest, as some urged, and others plainly hoped to see? (The surfacing of that surly 2021 video, with the timing and intentionality of a one-two punch, was clearly not a coincidence.)
No, she said, not for a moment.
“Anyone who thinks that you can just push over Katie Porter has never tried to do it,” she said.
“You definitely learn from your mistakes,” the Democrat said this week over a cup of chai in San Francisco’s Financial District. “I really have and I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how do I show Californians who I am and that I really care about people who work for me. I need to earn back their trust and that’s what campaigns are literally about.”
She makes no excuse for acting churlish and wouldn’t bite when asked about that double standard — though she did allow as how Democratic leader John Burton, who died not long before people got busy digging Porter’s grave, was celebrated for his gruff manner and lavish detonation of f-bombs.
“It was a reminder,” she said, pivoting to the governor’s race, “that there have been other politicians who come on hot, come on strong and fight for what’s right and righteous and California has embraced them.”
Voters, she said, “want someone who will not back down.”
Porter warmed to the subject.
“If you are never gonna hurt anyone’s feelings, you are never gonna take [JPMorgan Chase Chief Executive] Jamie Dimon to task for not thinking about how his workers can’t afford to make ends meet. If you want everyone to love you, you are never gonna say to a big pharma CEO, ‘You didn’t make this cancer drug anymore. You just got richer, right?’ That is a feistiness that I’m proud of.”
At the same, Porter suggested, she wants to show there’s more to her persona than the whiteboard-wielding avenger that turned her into a viral sensation. The inquisitorial stance was, she said, her role as a congressional overseer charged with holding people accountable. Being governor is different. More collaborative. Less confrontational.
Her campaign approach has been to “call everyone, go everywhere” — even places Porter may not be welcomed — to listen and learn, build relationships and show “my ability to craft a compromise, my ability to learn and to change my mind.”
“All of that is really hard to convey,” she said, “in those whiteboard moments.”
“When we say boring, I think what we’re really saying is ‘I’m not 100% sure how all this is going to work out.’ People are waiting for some thing to happen, some coronation of our next governor. We’re not gonna have that.”
None of those running this time have that political pedigree, or the Sacramento backgrounds of Newsom or Brown, which, Porter suggested, is not a bad thing.
“I actually think this race has the potential to be really, really exciting for California,” she said. “… I think everyone in this race comes in with a little bit of a fresh energy, and I think that’s really good and healthy.”
Crowding into the conversation was, inevitably, Donald Trump, the sun around which today’s entire political universe turns.
But, she said, Trump didn’t cause last year’s firestorm. He didn’t make housing in California obscenely expensive for the last many decades.
“When my children say ‘I don’t know if I want to go to college in California because we don’t have enough dorm housing,’ Trump has done plenty of horrible attacks on higher ed,” Porter said. “But that’s a homegrown problem that we need to tackle.”
Indeed, she’s “very leery of anyone who does not acknowledge that we had problems and policy challenges long before Donald Trump ever raised his orange head on the political horizon.”
Although California needs “someone who’s going to [buffer] us against Trump,” Porter said, “you can’t make that an excuse for why you are not tackling these policy changes that need to be.”
She hadn’t finished her tea, but it was time to go. Porter gathered her things.
She’d just spoken at an Urban League forum in San Francisco and was heading across the Bay Bridge to address union workers in Oakland.
The June 2 primary is some ways off. But Porter remains in the fight.
Katie Price surprised fans when she tied the knot for the fourth time last weekendCredit: GettyKatie wed new husband Lee Andrews in a small Dubai ceremonyCredit: Instagram/@wesleeeandrewsCelebrant Darryl Rees who officiated the nuptials has since confirmed the ceremony was not legally-bindingCredit: Instagram/djdarrylrees
The nuptials – which took place at the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai – were officiated by part-time DJ and celebrant Darryl Rees, who has since broken his silence on his involvement that day.
“What I do is a symbolic wedding,” he told the Daily Mail. “I’m like the showman, and then they get married in the courts with all the paperwork.”
Darryl, who has been operating as a celebrant in Dubai for over five years explained that couples who opt for these style of nuptials have to then have the legalities carried out in a Dubai court or UK registry office either pre or post-ceremony.
Darryl added that the newlyweds “mentioned that they were going to get the wedding legalised the day after on the Monday.”
It’s currently not known if Katie and Lee have filed to make their marriage official in a court of law.
“From my point of view, they seemed like a lovely couple,” he said of his experience of their wedding.
“They appeared very much smitten by each other. When I was speaking to Lee initially, he was clearly head over heels for Katie and very excited to marry the girl.
“And Katie seemed very taken with him as well. They were both looking into each other’s eyes the whole time when I was doing the reading, never looked away, just transfixed like any couple would be, madly in love.
Darryl revealed that Lee reached out to him on Saturday enquiring into his services, one day after the couple announced their engagement on Instagram.
“When Lee messaged me on the Saturday, he said ‘I want to do a wedding with my fiancée’.

“Then he gave me the names as Lee Andrews and Katie Price, and I was a bit taken aback, so I wasn’t that surprised when I saw it was indeed her the following day.”
Following their big day, Katie and Lee have been sharing several loved-up selfies on social media.
“The happiest Mr and Mrs” read one photo caption, with another photo showing the pair cuddled up together in white dressing gowns.
Now back in the UK – and seemingly apart – Katie took to Instagram to reaffirm her love for Lee amid concern from her family.
“Despite all the noise going on, I miss you Lee,” she said in a video posted on her Stories.
“I love you unconditionally,” she concluded, kissing her huge diamond engagement ring.
The Sun understands Katie’s family, including her children, Princess and Junior Andre, had no idea she was getting married for a fourth time.
“They’re planning on sitting down with her for a serious talk today,” the insider said.
“Everyone is worried she’s spinning out of control.
“They haven’t even met this man and if she’s only known him a week, he could be anyone.
“Nobody is planning to hold back.”

Now a YouTube video has resurfaced showing Lee starring in a US short film titled Altum Ratio, in which he plays a man grieving the loss of his wife.
During the clip Lee is heard using an unconvincing American accent while giving his best performance.
Failed actor is just another title to add to Lee’s questionable CV, after he claimed to have once worked as the Director of Philanthropy at The Prince’s Trust (now The King’s Trust).
Lee also shared images – since proven to be AI – of him working with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.
It’s been revealed shameless Lee told former girlfriends that he had studied at Cambridge University, and has a PhD in biotechnology science.
But The Sun has seen a response from the university explaining it could not find a record of Lee being registered as a student with a date of birth they had provided.
His LinkedIn profile says Lee has been a Member of the Board of Advisors to the Labour Party since 2015.
But a Labour source said: “We don’t have a board of advisors and he doesn’t work with us.”
The King’s Trust also confirmed Lee does not hold the role of Director of Philanthropy, and it has no record of him as a volunteer, or under the moniker Weslee Andrews, which he uses online.
Some have also accused Lee of giving Katie the same engagement ring that he gave to his ex-wife Dina Sari Taji.

KATIE Price’s new husband sent X-rated messages to an influencer just weeks before their wedding.
Businessman Lee Andrews called ex-bodybuilding champ Tina Prodromou, 48, a “sexy little beast” last month – and also joked about marrying her months earlier.

Single mum-of-two Tina began chatting to Lee, thought to be 41, online in December 2024.
Katie’s new relationship timeline is muddied by the fact she appeared to have Lee’s name tattooed on her hand on January 12.
She told The Sun the tattoo and the purchase of their wedding rings came days after they first hit it off.
In other Katie Price news…
“How I met Lee was esoteric; we connected [by] both checking each others’ socials and quickly realised, ‘wow, this is for me’,” she said.
“In the old-fashioned way, first by words which captured us both.
“That evolved deeper as we connected further within days [getting] matching tattoos, and then both deciding to buy rings for the other.
“All this without even meeting, we let fate, but you could say destiny, decide.”
Lee then wed Katie in a quiet Dubai ceremony on Sunday – with none of their loved ones present – after they connected online.
It came just two days after Katie stunned friends and fans by revealing on Instagram that she had got engaged for a ninth time.

Tina, from Enfield, North London, said: “We had good banter and he always came across warm and respectful with me – that’s why the timeline has shocked me.
“To be speaking to me like that at the end of December – he was affectionate, explicit – then a month later he’s married… it just doesn’t make sense to me.
“I’m not trying to paint him as a bad person, because I was genuinely drawn to him as a person.
“I just know it didn’t align with the person he presented himself as to me. “I was genuinely shocked and, if I’m honest, a bit disappointed – because I’m someone who values integrity. It simply didn’t sit well with me.”
Tina, who ended a previous relationship last May, added: “After my break-up, I did play along more than before – but I still kept it to that same boundary, so there were no blurred lines.
“I told him that if we don’t find someone in the future, we will just marry each other.
“It was just flirty banter.”
British-Greek Tina has 19,000 Instagram followers on her account, @greeksuperwoman_official – where she frequently posts pictures flaunting her chiselled body.
In one exchange, on September 12, Lee responded to a picture Tina posted on her Instagram Story showing her toned abs, saying: “Gorgeous one!
“Absolutely looking amazing!!!!!!
“The things I’d do to you!!!
“When we are married.”
DOUBLE TROUBLE
Yesterday, we told how Lee had proposed to Katie in exactly the same way he did to his ex-girlfriend, Alana Percival, four months ago.
He gave her a chunky diamond ring and popped the question at Dubai’s swanky Burj Al Arab hotel by using rose petals to spell out the words: “Will you marry me?”
Brit real estate worker Alana, who is understood to have invested in one of Lee’s companies, got into a relationship with him after they met on a beach in the United Arab Emirates city last May.
But she called off their romance after becoming suspicious of his intentions.
Twice-married Lee was also today accused of proposing to Katie with the same ring he had given to his ex-wife, Dina Sari Taji, whom he reportedly was with from 2020 to 2024.
Lee is Katie’s fourth husband – following singer Peter Andre, ex-cage fighter Alex Reid, and personal trainer Kieran Hayler.
She only split from her Married At First Sight star ex JJ Slater, 32, earlier this month after nearly two years together.
The Sun revealed how Katie had married Lee on Sunday, two days after he proposed.
Our exclusive photographs showed former glamour model Katie, who has been married three times before, saying her vows with Lee in a top-secret location in Dubai.

Insiders said none of Katie’s family or friends knew she was getting married and found out on The Sun’s website.
A source added: “Everyone was gobsmacked.
“No one knew about the engagement, nor the wedding.
“The first time those close to her found out was on social media or in the news.
“Everyone is still in shock.”
Katie is set to speak about the whirlwind romance in full for the first time on her podcast with her sister, Sophie, later this week.
Katie, who has got matching tattoos with her new fella, told The Sun: “How I met Lee was esoteric.
“We connected by checking each other’s socials and quickly realised, ‘Wow this is for me’.”
Lee and Katie were approached for comment yesterday.

Following the nuptials, the loved-up newlywed took to her social media to update her new relationship status, proudly writing in her Instagram bio: “married @wesleeeandrews”.
However, 48 hours on, Katie has now ditched the tribute to her new hubby, reverting back to her former bio and deleting any mention of Lee.
While Lee no longer features in her bio, Katie has continued to repost photos of her with her new groom online.
Katie reposted a selfie on her Instagram stories of her and Lee posing in front of a mirror during their stay at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai – the same place they married.

Now Lee’s mum Trisha has spoken out for the first time and revealed she knew the two were going to be getting hitched.
The clairvoyant from Nottingham told the Mirror: “As long as they are happy I am happy.
“There’s a lot of lies going around about Lee and that’s made me really upset. He’s not been married twice. I just want to defend my son, but I can’t say much more until I know everything.
“He did tell me that the wedding was happening. He spoke to me and if he is happy, I am happy – he’s my son, and that’s all that matters.”
Speaking about her new famous daughter-in-law, Trisha continued: “Of course, I know who Katie is.
“I’ve always been very neutral about her. Everyone deserves a chance, you should never judge anyone in life.”
She joked: “You can ask what it’s like to have a famous daughter-in-law, but she’s got a famous mother-in-law!”
On Friday, the reality star took to her Instagram stories to share a series of engagement pictures, sending fans into a frenzy.
In one photo, the mum-of-five was seen standing beside rose petals that were arranged to read ‘will you marry me’ before she showcased her huge diamond engagement ring.
However, just 48 hours later, she announced the pair had tied the knot in a quickie ceremony in Dubai, a move which has reportedly left her closest family and friends shocked.
In the pictures, the 47-year-old was seen beaming from ear to ear and locking lips with her new husband shortly after the ceremony.
Katie was seen in a cut-out, white bodycon dress while Lee wore white linen trousers and a taupe shirt.
The leggy dress displayed the reality TV legend’s toned abs and tattoos as she showed off her huge diamond ring.
The Sun understands Katie’s family were not aware of the wedding taking place and were not given prior warning it was happening.
An onlooker said: “Katie and Lee had no one with them when they got married. It was just the two of them.
“Katie couldn’t stop smiling, she seemed so taken with Lee. They said their vows and then kissed, it was sweet to watch.”
An officiator was seen in front of the pair reading from a script as they stood together in the sunshine saying their vows.
A family friend added: “Kate’s family are dumbstruck. To see she had got engaged after flying to Dubai – literally just after she had arrived was crazy.
“The fact she has now married him the following day is even more shocking.”
“No one knows who Lee is, they know nothing about him. Kate’s mum, her children, no one knew about the wedding.
“She has a lot of questions to answer when she comes home.”
