STRANGER Things fans have been left shocked as they realise that show star Charlie Heaton has an 11-year-old son.

The actor, who turns 32 next month, portrays Jonathan Byers in the popular Netflix series – which recently came to a hotly-anticipated end.

And this week, Charlie has made a rare admission about his son, leading fans to only know find out he is a dad.

Charlie welcomed little one Archie in 2014, when he was just 20 years old.

He shares the youngster with ex-girlfriend Akiko Matsuura, who at the time was 32 – meaning the pair have a 12 year age gap.

In a new interview, Charlie said that Archie is finally reaching an age where he is getting into his dad’s show Stranger Things.

“He has just started getting into it,” the actor told US outlet PEOPLE.

He continued: “He got to come to set last year and that was really cool.”

Charlie’s rare insight into family life has left fans online more shocked that he has a son.

Talking on a Reddit thread, one fan said: “SON??!!!????!! TWEEN!!?!!??????!!!??”

Another wrote: “I’m 33, about the same age the mother of his child was when she was with him and had their baby. I can’t even fathom being with an 18/19 year old like he was at the time”.

“The fact that he has an eleven year-old; I am speechless. I am without speech,” said a third.

While another fan wrote: “What in the actual f***?? I can’t with the ages of Charlie, his kid, and the mother”.

Charlie was in a relationship with Akiko when they were bandmates in rock group Comanechi.

The duo met when Charlie was a teenager and are thought to have split shortly after Archie’s birth, but it’s not known exactly how long the relationship lasted.

Charlie is now in a relationship with his Stranger Things co-star Natalia Dyer.

The duo fell in love on the show’s set and confirmed their romance back in 2017.

HELEN Flanagan has revealed she thought she was being drugged and feared her kids would be taken away from her following her split from ex-fiance Scott Sinclair.

The former Coronation Street actress opened up on the breakdown she experienced after parting ways with the footballer in 2022 after 13 years together.

Helen, who is on medication for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), believes she experienced an adverse reaction to her prescription drugs which fuelled the feelings.

“I do think the medication was really bad for me, but I became quite addicted to it.”

It’s been revealed shameless Lee told former girlfriends that he had studied at Cambridge University, and has a PhD in biotechnology science.

But The Sun has seen a response from the university explaining it could not find a record of Lee being registered as a student with a date of birth they had provided.

His LinkedIn profile says Lee has been a Member of the Board of Advisors to the Labour Party since 2015.

But a Labour source said: “We don’t have a board of advisors and he doesn’t work with us.”

The King’s Trust also confirmed Lee does not hold the role of Director of Philanthropy, and it has no record of him as a volunteer, or under the moniker Weslee Andrews, which he uses online.

Today Lee deleted an AI image of US reality star Kim, 45, from his Instagram profile.

The image appeared to show her at at event for Lee’s Aura Group business – but it’s disappeared from his grid.

A source close to Kim told The Sun: “Kim doesn’t know him, the photo is faked.

“This happens to her all the time – she’s never met or worked with this man.”

Yesterday, Lee was mocked for repeating the exact same proposal on Katie – that he did for another woman just four months ago.

He popped the question to fitness fan Alana Percival in September after they met in May on a Dubai beach.

The new parents have been coming to terms with their two daughters, Ocean and Story, being diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 — the most severe form of a rare disease affecting muscle strength and movement.

Jesy and Zion have been told it is unlikely the girls will ever walk, and may face serious breathing and swallowing difficulties.

Symptoms of SMA depend on which type of condition, but the most common include floppy or weak arms and legs, as well as swallowing and breathing problems.

If untreated, the life expectancy of a baby with SMA Type 1 is two years.

Early intervention is ­considered critical in limiting long-term impacts.

If the twins had been tested and treated in time, there is a chance they would have avoided disability.

It is now unlikely they will regain their neck strength after the disease caused nerve cells to die, leading to progressive muscle weakness.

Ocean and Story are under the care of Great Ormond Street Hospital in ­central London and have received treatment, including a one-off gene-therapy infusion approved by the NHS.

‘TRAUMATIC MOMENTS’

Meanwhile, in the wake of their split, Jesy’s ex Zion shared a candid post about “traumatic moments” and “stress”.

It came following the release of the first trailer for the singer’s new Amazon Prime docu-series; Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix, Zion has shared an insight into what went on behind the cameras.

On Friday, the reality star took to her Instagram stories to share a series of engagement pictures, sending fans into a frenzy.

In one photo, the mum-of-five was seen standing beside rose petals that were arranged to read ‘will you marry me’ before she showcased her huge diamond engagement ring.

However, just 48 hours later, she announced the pair had tied the knot in a quickie ceremony in Dubai, a move which has reportedly left her closest family and friends shocked.

In the pictures, the 47-year-old was seen beaming from ear to ear and locking lips with her new husband shortly after the ceremony.

Katie was seen in a cut-out, white bodycon dress while Lee wore white linen trousers and a taupe shirt.

The leggy dress displayed the reality TV legend’s toned abs and tattoos as she showed off her huge diamond ring.

The Sun understands Katie’s family were not aware of the wedding taking place and were not given prior warning it was happening.

An onlooker said: “Katie and Lee had no one with them when they got married. It was just the two of them.

“Katie couldn’t stop smiling, she seemed so taken with Lee. They said their vows and then kissed, it was sweet to watch.”

An officiator was seen in front of the pair reading from a script as they stood together in the sunshine saying their vows.

A family friend added: “Kate’s family are dumbstruck. To see she had got engaged after flying to Dubai – literally just after she had arrived was crazy.

“The fact she has now married him the following day is even more shocking.”

“No one knows who Lee is, they know nothing about him. Kate’s mum, her children, no one knew about the wedding.

“She has a lot of questions to answer when she comes home.”

The Sun understands Katie and Lee met just over a week ago.

They were introduced on social media and spent time talking before Lee invited Katie to fly out to Dubai to meet him.

He put on an extravagant proposal, with Katie branding him her “Richard Gere”.
