If access is denied then clubs will have to accommodate another request for access later in the season.
The process of adding the new enhancements has been thoroughly mapped out by the league, outlining the procedure that clubs and broadcasters will have to take.
Roy Keane clashes with Micah Richards on Sky Sports but fans distracted by Daniel Sturridge
Broadcasters must request enhanced access at least five days before the match they want it for, identifying what kind of access they would prefer.
The Chelsea legend, 44, told SunSport: “I really liked the honesty from the manager because the message is clear to the players. We’re not there yet.
“If you’re the manager now coming into that dressing room and you’re going, ‘We’ve got a chance this year’, the players will think we’ve got a chance. This year I think his message will be different.
“He was spot on because we were young, it was a little bit up and down last year. At the moment, we’re clearly building and moving in the right direction.

“I’m not sitting here saying I want to wait five years to win another Premier League. We’ve got to go into it 100 per cent with the mindset of going, ‘Yes, we have to try to win the league this year’.
“Without a shadow of a doubt. But there’s other big competitions as well.
Fans spot Liam Delap’s reaction on bench after Joao Pedro goal as Chelsea fans say ‘this guy can’t catch a break’
“You fight right to the end until it’s not possible. The Premier League was done last season, Liverpool were very good last year and rightly the winners. We have to compete for that again.”
Key to success will be whether or not the fledgling leaders within Maresca’s squad can find another level.
Reece James, 25, was called out by his manager last season for not doing enough as a captain but has stepped up since.
Centre-back Levi Colwill looked to be following in Terry’s footsteps at the back before his cruel ACL injury last week.
And Chelsea’s 15-time trophy-winning former skipper has long been impressed by Enzo Fernandez.
But James staying fit and leading on the pitch will be vital after missing months at a time with hamstring, knee and thigh problems.
Terry added: “For Reece, concentrate on staying fit and having a fully-fit season for him is the most important thing. He can make such a difference.
“We’ve seen the quality. When Reece is at it, he is the world’s best right-back.
“When you’ve picked up a couple of injuries like Reece has had, it’s difficult to really feel like you belong.
“So when you start demanding from people around you, when you’re the one not playing, that’s also very difficult.
“When you’re in the starting line-up week in, week out, it’s easy to command and run the dressing room — and the standards of the football club.”
Terry made more than 500 appearances as captain and says boss Jose Mourinho always demanded his skipper be robust and a regular.
JT said: “You need to be robust. You need to understand that you can push through little injuries, niggles, and you can kind of come out the other side of it.
“You need to manage your body throughout the week and all of that.”
As well as mentoring players in the Under-18s and U21s, Terry stops in to catch up and offer support to players such as James and Colwill.
He even spoke to the pair of defenders before this interview.

Terry added: “We talk generally about football and some situations — but it’s super relaxed.
“Out of pure respect, I don’t get too involved because I fully respect the manager and his role.
“I would never want to say something that goes against what he’s saying to those players.
“But the boys know I’m always there if they need me.
“Not just the defenders but the ones that have just arrived. Always here to help. That’s my role as someone who has been at Chelsea for so long and the club means the world to me.”
And that is the clubman role he wants some of his academy predecessors to take up.
Terry said: “You’ve got Reece and there’s a few other boys that really live and breathe Chelsea.
“But the boys that come in and really buy into the club, this is where the importance of Reece, Levi and the academy graduates really play an important role.
“This is how we do it. This is what we do at Chelsea. We win football trophies and we win cups on a regular basis.
“All the top clubs have that. Man United have that, Liverpool have that, Arsenal. Spurs not so much . . .

“But all the big football clubs have that — they find a way to win.
“So in terms of where we were last year . . . a little bit inexperienced. Thiago Silva left and all of that. But the team managed to find a way to win.”
Terry also believes recent successes will be transformative for the Blues.
While the Conference League would have been scoffed at during Terry’s era had it existed, now it is viewed as a stepping stone within the camp.
He said: “It gives you belief, back when we won our first one, the 2004-05 Carling Cup at Cardiff, it gives you belief that it can be done within the squad.
“When you’re a young group, it ripples throughout the whole squad of players.”
If this group can match what Terry and his team-mates did after that Carling Cup win 20 years ago, the Blues will be in for one hell of a ride once more.

Life is never dull at FC Barcelona – or ‘Can Barca’ as the club and its surrounding environment is known in Spain.
Even the sleepiest off-season Sunday can suddenly erupt into the latest melodramatic controversy, with rumours, counter-rumours and abrupt U-turns a matter of course.
This summer has been no different, with Rashford’s first fortnight at the club overshadowed by a series of sagas.
The biggest of those, centred on club captain Marc-Andre ter Stegen, looked for a while as though it would even delay Rashford’s league debut.
Ter Stegen is a Barca legend with more than 400 appearances and 17 trophies under his belt. But he has recently sustained several injuries, playing only nine games last season, and the summer signing of Joan Garcia from Espanyol strongly suggests the club is ready to shove their captain aside.
Attempts to sell him, however, were thwarted when the keeper underwent surgery on a back problem – and that also had wider ramifications.
Barca are currently barred by La Liga from registering their new signings, including Rashford and Garcia, because their troubled finances do not meet La Liga’s strict guidelines.
Selling Ter Stegen would have freed up enough salary space to do so, but his surgery made a summer sale impossible. So Barca devised another plan: de-register their captain until January.
Ter Stegen, however, refused to sign the necessary paperwork, reasoning that his injury should only sideline him until November.
Barca reacted furiously, opening disciplinary proceedings against the keeper and stripping him of the captaincy.
Ter Stegen then relented, had the captaincy restored and will spend the next few months as an unregistered player in rehab before – barring poor form or injury to his replacement Garcia – most likely being sold in January.
That should open the door for Rashford and other new signings to be registered (but take nothing for granted until the paperwork is complete), meaning he’ll be available for next Saturday’s league opener against Mallorca.
That game will be played away from home… and therein lies another summer drama.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen has been reinstated as Barcelona captain and disciplinary proceedings against him dropped in a dramatic 24-hour turnaround.
The German keeper had been stripped of the armband on Thursday because of a dispute centred around surgery on a back injury in July.
Barcelona would reportedly have been able to clear 80% of his wages until mid-season if the 33-year-old was classed as a long-term absentee, freeing up funds to allow them to register new players.
However, Ter Stegen recently published a post on social media saying he would be out for three months, whereas La Liga rules require a player to remain sidelined for at least four to be considered a long-term absentee.
He had also reportedly, external been unwilling to allow Barca to share his medical data with La Liga.
But Barca said Ter Stegen has now signed the relevant forms giving them authorisation to send the medical report.
In a social media post earlier on Friday, the keeper said he was “fully willing to collaborate with the club’s management to resolve this matter and to provide the requested authorisation”.
Ter Stegen added the suggestion his injury absence was being used as tool for Barcelona to register new players was “both unfair and inaccurate”.
“I would also like to clarify that all of the club’s signings and contract renewals were completed prior to my surgery,” he said.
“At no point could I consider that my unfortunate circumstances with the new surgery I had to undergo would be necessary for the registration of other colleagues whom I greatly respect and look forward to share [a] locker room with for many seasons.
“I understand that difficult moments can generate tension, but I trust that, through dialogue and responsibility, we can resolve this situation constructively.”
The La Liga champions’ summer signings have included the arrival of keeper Joan Garcia from Espanyol and England striker Marcus Rashford on loan from Manchester United.
Ter Stegen has made more than 400 appearances for Barcelona since joining from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2014, and his honours include winning the Champions League and six La Liga titles.
Burrows, who represented Northern Ireland at the 2022 Euros, said she was “relieved and appreciative” that Cliftonville’s challenge was successful.
“The original sanction was not only going to affect my ability to play the sport I love, but it also took a significant toll on my mental and social well-being,” added the former Blackburn and Linfield player.
“The stress of being accused of something I knew I didn’t do was incredibly emotionally difficult, and it placed strain on my relationships both on and off the pitch.
“I’m proud to represent both Cliftonville and Northern Ireland, and I’ve always tried to conduct myself with professionalism and respect for the game.
“I’m thankful the challenge process acknowledged the full context of the incident, and I now look forward to moving on and continuing to give everything for my club and country.”
Son Heung-min captained Tottenham Hotspur to the Europa League title last season but will leave the club this summer.
After 10 years with Tottenham Hotspur, captain Son Heung-min announced on Saturday that he plans to leave the English Premier League club.
At a media conference in Seoul, Son, appearing at times to be holding back tears, said his decision to leave the Spurs was ’the most difficult” of his career and said the club was supporting him as he looks to move on to another team.
Spurs will face Newcastle United in a preseason friendly on Sunday in Seoul in what could be the final match of Son’s time at Spurs.
“Before we start the press conference, I just want to share the information that I have decided to leave this club in this summer,” Son said. “Respectfully, this club is helping me to my decisions. So I just wanted to share this information before we start the conference.
“I came to North London as a kid, 23 years old, very young age, a young boy came to London who even didn’t speak English and leaving this club as a grown man is a very, very proud moment.”
He continued his tribute by thanking Tottenham fans.
“So I just want to say thank you to all of the Spurs fans that gave me so much love and felt like it was my home,” he said. “It was one of the toughest decisions I ever made. So I hope the goodbye is always also in a good timing you know. But I think it’s the right time to make this decision.” Son was asked in Korean on his future playing plans, and he replied: ’I don’t think I have an answer yet.”
He also confirmed in Korean that he would play for South Korea at the World Cup next year in North America.

“I felt the pressure. I wanted it so badly,” Son said after that match. “The last seven days, I was dreaming about this game every single day. It finally happened, and I can sleep easy now.”
The 33-year-old Son has been one of the biggest stars of the Premier League, scoring 173 goals in 454 competitive appearances for Tottenham. He was made captain in 2023 by former head coach Ange Postecoglou and helped the club lift its Europa League title, a first trophy since 2008.
Son added that the team’s recent success was a factor: “ Winning the Europa League made me feel I had achieved everything I could here. I need a new environment for a fresh challenge.”
Son has been heavily linked with a move to the United States and there is reported interest from Saudi Arabian clubs.
Thomas Frank succeeded Postecoglou in June and the Danish coach paid tribute to Son on Saturday.
“He is truly a Spurs legend in every aspect,” Frank said. “One of the best players to ever play in the Premier League, in my opinion, as a winger. I think it is probably the perfect timing, going out on a high.”
Later in the media conference, Son reiterated that he has not decided on where he will play next. But he said next year’s World Cup was his priority for his home country.
“I don’t think I have an answer yet,” he said of his future playing choices. “I think I can share more about my future after tomorrow’s game once things become more certain.
“My most important priority right now is the World Cup. It’s likely to be my last World Cup and I want to give everything I have in that environment … I want to be able to play football happily, which I think will play the biggest role in my future decision-making. I am still trying to organise my thoughts around that.”
Son said winning a title in Europe with Spurs “felt like I had achieved everything I possibly could”.
He made his Tottenham debut in September 2015 and went on to make 333 Premier League appearances.
He scored 127 times in the league – level with former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at 16th in the league’s all-time scorers list, above the likes of Dwight Yorke, Steven Gerrard and Ian Wright.
He became the first Asian player to win the Premier League golden boot, sharing the title with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah with 23 goals in the 2021-22 season, and a year later was the first from the continent to reach 100 Premier League goals.
He featured in the Champions League final against Liverpool in 2019 – which the Reds won 2-0 – and took over as club captain from Hugo Lloris in August 2023.
“I need a new environment to push myself. I need a little bit of change – 10 years is a long time,” Son added.
“I spent a lot of time reflecting on whether I wanted to experience football in a different environment, and I had those conversations with myself over and over again.”
Son also provided 101 assists in all competitions and holds Spurs’ record for Premier League assists with 71.
He has also made the sixth-most appearances in the history of the club – behind only Cyril Knowles, Pat Jennings, Gary Mabbutt, Steve Perryman and Glenn Hoddle.
India close day one of the fifth and final Test of their tour of England on 204-6 with skipper Shubman Gill was run out.
England gained the upper hand after a rain-hit first day of the final Test against India at The Oval as the tourists, needing victory to square the series, battled to 204-6, with all their big guns dismissed cheaply.
England had to work hard for their breakthroughs on Thursday and will be delighted to have got rid of KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja and Shubman Gill, the men who have tormented them recently, though captain Gill gifted his wicket with a suicidal run-out.
Even though there are four days remaining, India’s chances of fighting their way into a position where they could force a victory already look extremely slim.
The overcast morning conditions had looked ideal for England’s all-seam attack, even without injured captain Ben Stokes, but they lacked a cutting edge.
Recalled Gus Atkinson trapped Yashasvi Jaiswal lbw for two as stand-in captain Ollie Pope finally got on the right side of a DRS review after 14 unsuccessful appeals last year.
Rahul, with more than 500 runs to his name from the first four matches, looked relatively untroubled before playing on to Chris Woakes for 14 as India reached lunch on 72-2.
Gill, averaging more than 90 and with four centuries to his name in the series, then inexplicably set off for a non-existent single and was run out by four yards as bowler Atkinson had time to transfer the ball to his right hand before throwing down the stumps.

Gill had started the day with all sorts of records in his sights but, by adding only 21, he achieved only a couple as his tally of 743 took him beyond West Indies’ Garfield Sobers (722 in 1966) as the highest-scoring visiting captain and also moved him into the top nine for the most runs scored in a series in England – either for or against the hosts.
After a rain-delayed restart, a wayward Josh Tongue, whose first over lasted nine balls and went for 12 runs, finally found his line to nip the edge of Sai Sudharsan’s bat to dismiss him for 38.
Tongue repeated the feat soon afterwards to remove Jadeja – who scored a superb unbeaten century in his team’s rearguard action in the fourth test – for nine and India were reeling on 123-5 with their big-hitters all gone, or in the case of Rishabh Pant, absent through injury.
Dhruv Jurel, a ball after overturning an lbw decision against him, then got tucked up by Atkinson and was caught neatly at second slip by Harry Brook for 19.
Karun Nair batted calmly to finish on 52 not out, and Washington Sundar, another centurion last Sunday, was on 19 at the close as the impressive Atkinson finished the day with figures of two for 31 off 19 overs.
It was a less enjoyable day for Woakes, who suffered a serious-looking shoulder injury after falling heavily as he dived to try to prevent a boundary in the final overs.

Jamie George, a titan of the 2017 tour in New Zealand, starts at hooker after he was drafted in from the England camp in Argentina.
Blair Kinghorn is back from injury and has been chosen in his favoured position at full-back.
Both wings are Scottish, with Darcy Graham, one of the many who have been called up as cover, on the right wing and Duhan van der Merwe on the left.
Fin Smith and Ben White are the half-backs, just as they were in the rout of AUNZ.
Pierre Schoeman and Finlay Bealham pack down either side of George in the front row, with James Ryan and Scott Cummings renewing a partnership that faced the Waratahs in game three in Australia.
Jac Morgan will start at blindside for the first time on tour, with Josh van der Flier and Henry Pollock making up the back row.
Ewan Ashman, Rory Sutherland, Tom Clarkson and the latest call-up, Gregor Brown, all fill the bench as coach Andy Farrell throws a protective blanket over his first-choice players. Mack Hansen, who has been battling injury, is not included.
The relevance of this game is limited given that so many of the 23 are firmly out of Farrell’s thinking for Saturday’s second Test.
There are points of interest, however.
Kinghorn might well be playing for a starting place given that Hugo Keenan was hit-and-miss in the first Test. Kinghorn is probably favourite to take over.
Might Farrell be a bench contender on Saturday if he performs well on Tuesday, maybe at the expense of Marcus Smith?
Garry Ringrose, who is fit again, was having a storming tour before getting concussed against the ACT Brumbies in Canberra.
Does Farrell dare to break up the Scottish midfield by picking Ringrose ahead of Huw Jones? If not, does he bring Ringrose on to the bench for Saturday ahead of countryman Bundee Aki?
The Lions back row performed wonderfully in Brisbane so it is impossible to see a change there, but what about the back-up?
It was Earl on Saturday and it might well be Earl again, but Morgan, having played at seven throughout the tour, is now being given a shot at six. He is fighting for a place in the 23.
Tuesday’s opponents will be captained by the veteran Kurtley Beale.
The fly-half is one of six indigenous players, with the rest of the squad made up of men with Pacific Islands heritage.
It is the first game of its kind, a celebration of First Nations, Samoan, Tongan, Fijian and Cook Island culture.
Tonga-born prop Taniela Tupou and Fiji-born wing Filipo Daugunu have been released from the Australia camp to play for a team coached by Australia 1999 World Cup winner Toutai Kefu.
WNBA All-Star weekend is only a few days away, with the anticipation of hometown favorite Caitlin Clark serving as captain of Team Clark for the game in Indianapolis palpable among fans.
Nothing like a pulled muscle to mute the buzz.
The Indiana Fever superstar guard grabbed her right groin and appeared to be holding back tears as she exited with 39.6 seconds to play in a victory against the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday night.
“[Clark] just felt a little something in her groin,” Fever coach Stephanie White told reporters. ”She’s being evaluated, we’ll see where we are with that, and certainly we’ll have another evaluation, probably a conversation in the morning, and see where we are.”
Teammate Aliyah Boston tried to console Clark as she walked to the basket stanchion and tapped her forehead against it before sitting down and covering her head with a towel. She did not speak with reporters after the game.
This is the fourth leg injury of the season for Clark, who is averaging 16.5 points, 8.8 assists and five rebounds a game. She missed five games — including the Commissioner’s Cup Championship — because of a left groin strain and missed five games with an injury to her left quad. She also missed the Fever’s preseason opener May 3 because of tightness in her quad.
Before this season, Clark, 23, had never missed a game in college or the WNBA because of injury. She played all 139 games at Iowa, then 46 games in a row to start her WNBA career.
“It’s been challenging mentally, just, you know, staying in it,” Clark told reporters July 8 before her return from the left groin injury. “I’ve been here for hours and hours on hours trying to get my body right and do everything I can to put myself in a position to be available the rest of the year.”
The Fever plays the New York Liberty on Wednesday at Barclay Center ahead of the All-Star Game, which will be played Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Fever’s home arena. Clark is also scheduled to compete in the 3-point contest Friday.
Clark and Napheesa Collier of the Minnesota Lynx were named captains of the All-Star teams and drafted the rosters after getting the most fan votes. Clark finished with a record 1,293,526 fan votes and Collier received 1,176,020.
During a three-year stay at Wolves, Jota made 131 appearances for the club, scoring 44 goals, including consecutive hat-tricks in the 2019-20 Europa League victories over Besiktas and Espanyol.
In September 2020, he joined Premier League champions Liverpool in a £41m deal, with Wolves boss Nuno saying Jota is leaving “knowing that it will never be forgotten, especially by our fans, all the memorable moments that Diogo provided”.
“We were gutted we were losing him because he was that good,” said Coady.
“But at the same time, you gave him a big hug and you went, you know what mate, you deserve it more than anyone. Go and enjoy yourself. Go and make a name for yourself at one of the biggest clubs because you can certainly do that. And he has done for that a number of years.”
Coady posted a moving tribute to his former team-mate on his social media account after hearing the news, which he said he did while he “cried my eyes out”.
In the post, he describes how he felt grateful hearing his kids say “dad, you played with Jota” when the Liverpool player came up on the television screens – a feeling he reiterated again.
“People look at football and think it’s all about rivalry. But watching him win the Premier League with Liverpool, it filled me with immense pride – to say I played with him and he has gone on to do incredible things,” said Coady.
“He took it by storm, like he took us by storm. Like he then took the Premier league by storm. Like he then took Europa League by storm with Wolves.
“He’s then gone and done it with one of the biggest clubs in the land. A remarkable footballer, but an even better team-mate, which is 10 times more important than being a remarkable footballer for me.”
Former England captain Paul Ince has been charged with drink-driving after crashing into a central reservation, police said.
The ex-Manchester United and Liverpool midfielder was arrested after a black Range Rover crashed at 17:00 BST on Saturday on Chester High Road in Neston, Wirral.
Cheshire Police said the 57-year-old has been bailed to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on 18 July.
The former Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool manager, who also played for West Ham United and Inter Milan, won 53 caps for his country and played at Euro 96 and the World Cup in 1998.
He became the first black footballer to captain England in 1993.
After retiring, he moved into management, most recently working for Reading between 2022 and 2023.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said officers “were called following reports of a collision on Chester High Road, Neston”.
“The incident involved a black Range Rover which had collided with the central reservation barrier,” the spokesperson said.
“Officers attended the scene and arrested a 57-year-old man.”
STANFORD — Marco Reus scored in the 70th minute and the Galaxy played the San José Earthquakes to a 1-1 draw on Saturday night in the 104th edition of the California Clásico.
The Galaxy (1-14-5) are unbeaten in their past eight road matches (Stanford Stadium and PayPal Park) across all competitions against San José (7-8-5) dating to June 26, 2021.
San José native Beau Leroux opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a shot into the upper-right corner for his fourth of the season. He settled Mark-Anthony Kaye’s cross with his left foot and curled in a shot with his right from the top of the 18-yard box.
San José goalkeeper Daniel stopped an initial attempt in the 70th, but it bounced right back to Reus for an easy touch home. It was Reus’ first game wearing the captain’s armband.
Daniel made several key saves. He came out of his area to deny Joseph Paintsil on a one-on-one opportunity in the 60th. He also got a hand on Gabriel Pec’s shot on a counterattack in the 88th.
Lake rekindles the Wales captaincy role he adopted during the 2024 summer tour of Australia and the autumn internationals.
He has been asked to lead the squad again after his good friend Jac Morgan was one of only two Welshmen picked for the British and Irish Lions tour of Australia, alongside scrum-half Tomos Williams.
“I was just proud of him and happy for him,” said Lake. “We came through together and have done a lot together.
“To see his name read out was amazing. I was on the flight in South Africa with him at the time when he found out and we all expressed how happy and proud we all were.”
Lake’s own Lions ambitions were hampered by an injury-affected Six Nations in which he missed the start of the tournament because of a bicep injury.
After being absent for the first three games, Lake was reduced to replacement appearances against Scotland and England.
His latest setback continues a series of niggling injuries that has limited the Ospreys hooker to just 20 caps so far.
“It’s tough, but things happen for a reason I guess,” said Lake. “But I’m feeling good and my body’s feeling good.”
There are six uncapped players in the 33-man squad in Japan and Wales have benefitted from having a month together.
“We’ve trained well and hard,” said Lake. “It’s kind of a new group so a lot of time has gone into just building relationships.
“Having a certain understanding of each other and how they work has been important.”
Everton club captain Seamus Coleman has signed a one-year contract extension to take his stay at the club into a 17th season.
The 36-year-old right-back has made 428 appearances for Toffees across all competitions, and his 369 Premier League appearances is the club record.
“I love Everton so to continue playing for this special club means everything to me and my family,” said Republic of Ireland defender Coleman.
“Like every one of our passionate fans, I’ve lived and breathed what has been a difficult past few years for the club and have put my heart and soul into doing all I can to help us get through it.”
Coleman’s previous deal was due to expire last week.
Everton move to the new Hill Dickinson Stadium next season after leaving Goodison Park, their home for 133 years.
“Thanks to the hard work of many people, we’ve been able to get into our magnificent new stadium and pave the way for a brighter future under ambitious new owners, which I want to be part of,” said Coleman
“After a disappointing time with injuries last season, my focus will be on working hard, spending as much time on the pitch as possible, and helping Everton any way I can.”
Coleman made just five league appearances during the 2024-25 campaign as he struggled with various injury issues and notably took interim charge of the side alongside Under-18s coach Leighton Baines after the sacking of Sean Dyche in January.
Ireland’s Dan Sheehan will captain the British and Irish Lions in their opening game on Australian soil against the Western Force on Saturday.
Sheehan is one of five players in the starting line-up who will make their Lions debut in Perth, his Leinster team-mates Garry Ringrose, James Lowe, Joe McCarthy and Josh van der Flier being the others.
Four more Lions are set to make their debut off the bench – Ollie Chessum, Huw Jones, Andrew Porter and Will Stuart.
Northampton tyro Henry Pollock will make his first start having come off the bench against Argentina last Friday night.
Head coach Andy Farrell is still without Jamison Gibson-Park and Hugo Keenan, both inching their way back from injury, so Elliot Daly is in at full-back and Tomos Williams is rewarded for a fine cameo against the Pumas in Dublin with a start in the nine jersey.
Finn Russell also makes his starting Lions debut having only appeared as a replacement in his one appearance against South Africa four years ago – although he did play in two of the tour games.
Farrell goes with a new midfield combination in Ringrose and Scotland’s Sione Tuipulotu, who will make successive starts.
Tuipulotu and Tadhg Beirne are the only two players selected to start against Argentina and the Force, albeit both have moved position, the Scot from outside to inside centre and the Irishman from lock to blindside flanker.
FIRE-BREATHING US Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley may just have given himself the chance to finally unlock the suitcase that has remained off for limits nearly 11 years.
After experiencing a second successive Ryder Cup defeat at Gleneagles in 2014, Bradley vowed never to unpack his case until he finished on a winning USA team.

That looked increasingly unlikely as the man from Vermont failed to play his way back onto the team, was controversially snubbed for a wild card in 2023, and was then installed as US captain a year ago.
But exactly a year to the day after he was asked if he wanted to take on the Ryder Cup captaincy, he clinched a victory that handed him a whole new dilemma.
But after his dramatic win in the Travelers Championship, he admitted he would have to take a “pretty hard look” at whether he should be on his own team.
That propelled him to a career high seventh in the world rankings, and catapulted him from 17th to ninth on the Ryder Cup qualifying list.
Only the top six qualify automatically. But the question now is whether Bradley, 39, can afford NOT to pick himself, unless his form falls off a cliff between now and September 26, when the battle with Europe begins at Bethpage Black in New York.
No-one can doubt Bradley’s passion for the Ryder Cup. Or anything else.

He has become famous for the sort of frenzied celebrations that followed his latest win – letting out a massive roar, screaming a few obscenities at the adoring New England crowds and chest bumping caddie Scott Vail.
When he calmed down, a sheepish-looking Bradley confessed: “I kind of lost it again there, didn’t I? I might be in trouble with my mom for using some bad words.”
Keegan Bradley set for Ryder Cup job that hasn’t existed for 62 years after stunning PGA Travellers Championship win
It would not be the first time.
Despite being known for his fiery nature, Bradley shocked plenty of people with his outburst in the USA’s President Cup team room, shortly after holing the winning putt in their victory over the Internationals last year.
He roared: “I’ve been doubted my whole f***ing life, That’s when I do my best work. We are gonna go to Bethpage to kick their f***ing ass.”
Bradley later claimed he was surprised that comment was broadcast on Netflix’s Full Swing series. Really?
They did not hold back from showing the stunned reaction of the entire Bradley family when he missed out on a wild card pick from Zach Johnson two years ago, with the out of form Jordan Spieth and Rickie Fowler picked ahead of him.
Maybe the memory of how the Scottish crowd taunted Bradley over his exaggerated pre-shot routine – a dozen or more club twirls, and backing away from his ball a few times before pulling the trigger – counted against him.
And his volatile on-course antics, which once saw him in a World Match Play face-off with Migel Angel Jimenez that had to be defused by a rules official, has also raised a few eyebrows.
Off the course, Bradley is a completely different animal – a devoted family man who dotes on wife Jillian and their two sons.

Bradley was their original brand ambassador when the range of Jordan golf shoes was launched, and he still wears them now. Do not be surprised if golf nut Jordan is one of the US cheerleaders at Bethpage Black in September.
Bradley, 39, insists he will not surrender the US captaincy, “under any circumstances”.
But he admitted the possibility of doubling up – and leaning more heavily on vice-captains Webb Simpson, Brandt Snedeker, Kevin Kinsner and Jim Furyk to look after the off course stuff – is now a real possibility.
He said: “This changes the story a little bit. I never would have thought about playing if I hadn’t won. This definitely opens the door to play.
“I don’t know if I’m going to do it or not, but I certainly have to take a pretty hard look at what’s best for the team and we’ll see.
“I never really planned on playing. I really wanted to just be the captain. I really felt strongly about that. I want to serve the guys. They asked me to do a job. I want to do it to the best of my abilities.
“Now, with the amazing vice captains that I have, and I have a better perspective of playing in the Presidents Cup and being around a lot of the guys, I feel a lot more comfortable if I went that route.”
“It’s still only June, so we’ve still got a long ways to go. This definitely changes things a little bit, and we’ll all get together and figure out the best way to do this.”
Cardiff City captain Joe Ralls is leaving the club, bringing an end to 15 years at the Bluebirds.
Ralls, the Bluebirds’ longest-serving player, had initially been in discussions over potentially extending his stay at Cardiff City Stadium.
But, after talks with new manager Brian Barry-Murphy, the 31-year-old midfielder will move on when his contract expires at the end of this month.
Midfielder or right-back Andy Rinomhota is also set to depart with his three-year deal also not being renewed.
A decision on their futures had been put on hold as the club awaited to appoint a successor to Omer Riza after demotion to League One, with Barry-Murphy being confirmed as new head coach last week.
Ralls thanked owner Vincent Tan and the Cardiff board on social media, and Barry-Murphy for “being completely honest with me”.
“It’s incredibly hard to find the words after 15 years here… but the time has come for me to move on and for the club to go in a new direction,” Ralls said.
There are lots of items people are prohibited from bringing onto a cruise ship, but one company has added a popular travel accessory to the list leaving travellers confused

Carnival Cruise passengers have been left baffled by a new rule that has seen people be banned from using one specific item onboard. There are certain items people are forbidden from bringing onto a cruise ship including candles and heating appliances, but now people are confused over the newest item added to the list.
The luxury cruise liner announced that passengers are now no longer able to bring handheld fans to certain areas on the ship, as noted in a cabin letter given to everyone as they first board the ship. The popular travel accessory for many is an essential in hot destinations, and the ban has left many people worried about it.
The letter states: “For safety reasons, handheld fans are not permitted in the nightclub or any indoor dance floor.” In a video message, Carnival Cruise Line’s brand ambassador John Heald, addressed the rules. The ambassador stressed that only handheld fans – paper fans ‘made of cardboard’ – are banned from the indoor dance floor.

The cruise company further addressed the confusion and detailed that guests will still be allowed to bring small electric handheld fans onboard Carnival Cruise Line ships and Heald added: “Are fans allowed on board? Yes they are.
“We have not changed any rule regarding the fans that some of you like to have in your cabin. The electric fans – no bigger than 12 inches – they are allowed, of course. Please make sure they are in good working order. But you can, of course, continue to bring fans.”
And although some guests were confused by the rules, Heald added that the majority of passengers had reacted positively to the letter.
There are a number of items banned from being taken on a cruise ship, and rules can differ for each company but many of the banned items are outlawed for health and safety reasons. And cruise operators aim to stop fire, accidents and even violent incidents. This explains why baseball bats are certainly not permitted on board because they fall into an offensive weapons category
Bizarre items which cannot be taken include a skateboard or roller skates which are banned aboard a Princess ship. Another cruise liner operator Costa Cruises lists tattoo-making kits among its banned items. Other items such as balloons or handcuffs cannot be taken aboard a P&O Cruises ship.
There are also restrictions on personal alcohol which can be brought aboard, but many believe this is more about the operator wanting to make money in the cruise ship’s bars. Bags are scanned before being delivered to your cabin. Items which have been blacklisted will be confiscated and luggage access delayed. Worse still, you could be prevented from boarding.
Rules on cruise lines and can change quickly and each operator’s list of banned items varies. Royal Caribbean has now said no to multi-plug outlets in a new restriction. It’s vital to check with the cruise line if unsure.

It was then sold, renamed the Lord Sandwich and was last seen in the US in 1778, during the American War of Independence.
During the war, the ship was scuttled (intentionally sunk) to create a blockade to prevent French ships from entering the harbour and supporting the American forces.
And it has now been confirmed that a shipwreck off Newport Harbour, Rhode Island, USA, called RI 2394, is in fact the HMS Endeavour.
In a new report the Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) announced the verdict, after 25 years of studying the wreck.
“This final report is the culmination of 25 years of detailed and meticulous archaeological study on this important vessel”, said museum director Daryl Karp.
“It has involved underwater investigation in the US and extensive research in institutions across the globe.”
“This final report marks our definitive statement on the project.”
The ship was hard to identify because anything that would have been of value, such as a bell, would have been stripped from the boat before it was intentionally sunk.
However, experts were able to determine that the shipwreck is the lost ship by comparing it with plans for the Endeavour.
For example, they discovered timbers which matched with the placement of the main and fore masts of the ship.

Additionally, measurements from the wreck corresponded to those taken during a 1768 survey of the ship.
Analysis of the ship’s wood also revealed that it had come from Europe, which is consistent with records show that the Endeavour was repaired there in 1776.
ANMM archaeologist, Kieran Hosty, said: “We’ll never find anything on this site that screams Endeavour. You’ll never find a sign saying ‘Cook was here’.
“We will never see a ship’s bell with Endeavour crossed out and Lord Sandwich inscribed on it.
Who was Captain Cook?
Captain James Cook was one of Britain’s most renowned explorers, celebrated for his contributions to navigation and mapping during the 18th century.
While he charted the eastern coastline of Australia in 1770 and claimed it for Britain, Cook was not the first European to encounter the continent, as Dutch explorers had sighted it earlier in the 17th century. His expeditions, however, significantly advanced European knowledge of the region and laid the groundwork for British settlement.
Similarly, Cook’s role in New Zealand’s history was pivotal but not first in sequence. Dutch explorer Abel Tasman had visited New Zealand in 1642, long before Cook’s arrival. Nevertheless, Cook’s meticulous circumnavigation and mapping of New Zealand were instrumental in understanding its geography and establishing connections with the indigenous Māori people.
“We’ve got a whole series of things pointing to RI 2394 as being HMB Endeavour.
“The timbers are British timbers.
“The size of all the timber scantlings are almost identical to Endeavour, and I’m talking within millimetres – not inches, but millimetres.
“The stem scarf is identical, absolutely identical.
“This stem scarf is also a very unique feature – we’ve gone through a whole bunch of 18th-century ships plans, and we can’t find anything else like it.”
However, the Rhode Island Marine Archaeology Project previously said the identification is “premature” and has not yet ruled out that the Endeavour could be another shipwreck .
Only 15 percent of the ship remains and researchers are now focused on what to do to preserve it.
