She took to Instagram to share snaps from a recent romantic trip to Brussels with her new man – but kept his face hidden in the photos.
One showed them posing for a selfie, with Erica’s mystery man putting his arm around her, while another saw them laughing in a sweet photo both snap.
Fans rushed to comment on the post, with one writing: “Soft launches are killing us all.”
While another urged Erica to reveal her boyfriend’s identity, saying: “Hard launch the new man, we all want to see.”
In February Erica made a surprise appearance at the 2024 series reunion – where it was revealed she’d enjoyed a secret fling with Kieran Chapman, much to the surprise of his show bride Kristina Goodsell.
Fans were less than impressed when Erica put Kieran on the spot and pushed him to tell Kristina about their fling.
Gutted Kristina said to camera: “I feel like a bit of a nob, Erica’s been kissing my ex-husband.”
At the table, she held it together well, telling him: “Kieran, whose tongue you have in your mouth is none of my business.
“Erica, I hope you haven’t got a cold sore now.”
Furious MAFS star slams ‘desperate’ rival and reveals the ‘real reason’ for reunion feud in ‘final word’ video after she’s accused of abuse
Sacha told The Sun: “Some of Erica’s friends have been commenting on my posts saying, ‘you know the industry’. I’ve blocked them.
“That gave me the impression that she’s been doing what she’s doing to draw attention. This reality TV career is obviously something she really, really, wants.”

A WOMAN who stabbed her boyfriend to death after she found him speaking to his wife has been jailed for 16 years.
Joanna Wronska plunged a kitchen knife into partner Marcin Koziol’s heart – only to ring the emergency services and tell them he “injured himself”.

Wronska was jealous and “possessive” of Marcin’s ongoing contact with his estranged wife and attacked him in an “explosive loss of temper”, the court heard.
She then made a 999 call claiming her partner had “injured himself with a knife”.
When the cops arrived, they found Marcin naked and bleeding on the bed in the flat in Wrexham, North Wales.
And despite the best efforts by the paramedics, Marcin tragically died from the wounds.
Wronska is said to have gone to great lengths to cover her crime.
She maintained that her partner stabbed himself in an attempt to take his own life.
But Home Office forensic pathologist Dr Brian Rodgers said it was “highly unusual” to sever your own ribs when stabbing yourself.
Cops also found a large “freshly washed” knife in the kitchen sink, which matched the wounds inflicted on Marcin.
Prosecutor Andrew Thomas KC said: “This was a knife with an eight-inch blade that was thrust with severe force towards the chest and through the rib cage – penetrating the heart and lung.
“Her actions, in removing the knife and washing, “strongly suggest” she stabbed Mr Koziol and tried to hide the evidence of her involvement”.
Knifeman on loose as 5 stabbed ‘at London party’ in early hours sparking major hunt
In the 999 call played to the jury, Wronska is heard saying: “My partner dead…please help me now.”
She kept saying “Marcin, Marcin, Marcin” over and over again before saying the word “gone”.
It is believed that in a drunken temper, Wronska took the knife and stabbed her partner.
Judge Rhys Rowlands said: “[The attack followed] an explosive drunken loss of temper on your part, to which you stabbed the victim to the chest with a kitchen knife, you then washed the knife in the sink.”
He said the blow from the knife had been delivered “with severe force”.
Detective Chief Inspector Eleri Thomas said: “Joanna Wronska senselessly and needlessly ended Marcin Koziol’s life – her partner whom she claimed she loved deeply.
“It was a cruel and violent attack on a man who had sought support from her.”
Marcin’s wife Marta said: “Joanna has taken all of this from me, I have seen no remorse, she has not even admitted the fact she has done it and I can’t understand this senseless crime
“I can’t understand why she has done it, Marcin was harmless and wouldn’t hurt anyone. I can’t understand why someone would do this and that Marcin has been taken away and I can never bring him back.”
The court heard Marcin and Marta had separated after he suffered an injury at work and fell into depression after losing his career.
But she said he was a “gentle giant” who would not hurt anyone, and they had remained in contact.
Wronska was jailed for life and told she must serve a minimum of 16 years behind bars less the time she had spent on remand.
Domestic abuse – how to get help
DOMESTIC abuse can affect anyone – including men – and does not always involve physical violence.
Here are some signs that you could be in an abusive relationship:
Emotional abuse – Including being belittled, blamed for the abuse – gaslighting – being isolated from family and friends, having no control over your finances, what you where and who you speak to
Threats and intimidation – Some partners might threaten to kill or hurt you, destroy your belongings, stalk or harass you
Physical abuse – This can range from slapping or hitting to being shoved over, choked or bitten.
Sexual abuse – Being touched in a way you do not want to be touched, hurt during sex, pressured into sex or forced to have sex when you do not consent.
If any of the above apply to you or a friend, you can call these numbers:
Remember, you are not alone.
1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience domestic abuse over the course of their lifetime.
Every 30 seconds the police receive a call for help relating to domestic abuse.

Sharon has since shared several black and white photos that were taken backstage at the talk, which show her in a stunning long-sleeved dress and Matthew in a tux.
But after the law graduate posted the pictures on Instagram, fans couldn’t help but spot the ring on Sharon’s left hand.
Sharon told her followers: “I can’t wait to tell our future child that mum and dad were once guest speakers at the union they’ll one day be members of 👀.”
Replying, one follower wrote: “It’s giving engagement announcement pics tbh.”
Much to everyone’s delight, Sharon and Matthew both confirmed that an engagement is very much on the cards.
“It’s coming,” Sharon replied.
Matthew added: “Trust me, it’s coming.”
Sharon even went one stage further in response to a follower who had written: “This is so gorgeous. I’m seeing the not too distant future here.”
The former reality star replied: “Everyone get ready for the wedding content 😂.”
Sharon Gaffka’s love life
What we know about Sharon’s private life since she left Love Island…
Sharon appeared on Love Island in 2021 because she had grown tired of “being the only single one” in her group of friends.
The former beauty queen and law graduate said she was on the look out for someone intelligent.
Sharon was paired with Hugo Hammond on the show but later accused him of ‘touching her inappropriately’ outside of the villa. Hugo flatly denied her allegations.
Sharon went off the radar in terms of her private life following her villa stint.
But in 2023, she made a rare admission about her love life – revealing she had enjoyed a celebrity romance.
Sharon confessed: “I have only ever dated one person in the public eye in the past two years, it lasted for the best part of five minutes, so it’s no even known about outside my inner circle.
“I’d want a relationship that was known of, not known about.”
She alleged her friendship with Hugo ended because of his behaviour following Love Island, however he described her claims as “completely false” on social media.
Sharon has since remained tight-lipped about romantic liaisons but revealed two years ago that she had suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.
Opening up as she marked what would have been her baby’s first birthday, the women’s rights campaigner said: “Grief is not a linear process.
“I’m tired of being told that time is healer and this truth is especially evident in the aftermath of miscarriage for those who never planned to have children. Feelings of loss, confusion, guilt, and even relief can surface unexpectedly, and these emotions are all valid.”
Sharon told her fans she wasn’t sharing her story for sympathy, but as part of her healing process.

DEAR DEIDRE: OPENING up our relationship has been thrilling and better than I expected, until my boyfriend’s latest suggestion – that he sleeps with my childhood best friend.
Non-monogamy made our sex life far more exciting as we shared our adventures with each other. I’ve had three different partners, he’s had two and we always talk about our experiences after. It’s such a thrill.
But now he’s been making a move on a friend of mine and it feels too close to home. And instead of just talking about their adventures after, he wants to record it and ‘enjoy the footage together’.
His request feels like he’s overstepping the mark. I almost thought we didn’t need to say it but surely we shouldn’t be bringing in people we know already – let alone people we are close to.
And it’s one thing talking about our escapades and another thing being confronted with the evidence.
My boyfriend and I met three years ago in London, after I moved from the south coast. I’m 27 and he’s 28.
Dear Deidre After Dark- Understanding open relationships
We’ve been living together for just over two years and everything has been great.
It was my suggestion to try polyamory. Although at first he was cautious, after we both researched how to open up your relationship, he agreed to give it a go.
We’ve been non-monagamous for over a year now and make sure that we keep checking in with each other.
Our rules are simple, that we tell each other who we are seeing, and that we let the other person know our relationship status.
People warned me it would wreck our relationship but I’d say it’s done the opposite – up until now anyway. Our sex life is so much better and we talk about our sexual exploits with others which is so erotic.
I look at friends in long term relationships and can see they are getting bored staying in together night after night.
There is always so much going on in London, and I’ve loved exploring all the different areas when I’ve been on different dates.
I’ve seen three different guys regularly and my boyfriend has two regular women he hooks up with.
I’ve never felt a twinge of jealousy before, but I could tell when he came back to my home town with me at Christmas he’d taken a shine to my friend.
Not long after we returned he told me he’s started messaging her and was going to ask her out.
He seemed surprised when I got upset.
He’d be making a big effort to see her as he’d have to travel over an hour and a half to get there.
Am I being over sensitive or does he want to go too far?
The Different Types of Non-monogamy
There are many types of non-monogamous relationships. All of them allow sex with more than one person but the expectations for things like emotions, priority and lifestyles are very different.
Open Relationship/Monogamish
A committed couple that allows each other to have sex with other people.
Polyamory
Multiple emotional and sexual relationships at the same time, with the consent of everyone involved.
Hierarchical polyamory
A “primary” couple prioritise each other, but each has multiple romantic, sexual relationships too.
Non-Hierarchical Polyamory
Individuals engage in multiple romantic, sexual relationships without assigning priority.
Polyfidelity (also known as Triads, Couples or Quads)
Three or more people involved in an exclusive relationship.
Solo Poly
Having multiple intimate relationships with people while otherwise living a single lifestyle.
Swinging
A couple who have sex with other people, usually simultaneously.
Casual sex, casual dating, friends with benefits
Dating or having sex with multiple people, while remaining uncommitted to anyone.
Relationship Anarchy
Doing away with some or all of the traditional ‘rules’ applied to romantic relationships.
Polygamy
Polygamy is being married to more than one spouse. Polygamy isn’t legal in the UK.
DEIDRE SAYS: You’ve researched how to make non-monogamy work so will know the first rule is that you both have to be 100% happy with the arrangement.
The moment one of you feels unhappy or even unsure is the time to pause and reevaluate.
Talk to your boyfriend about your reservations. He won’t appreciate your position unless you explain.
This potential liaison isn’t solely about your boyfriend and his extra partner, it’s also about a pre-existing relationship between you and your childhood friend.
While you are totally at ease with your open relationship in London, bringing it closer to home, where you grew up and your family is, understandably feels different.
And as you say, your boyfriend would have to make a big effort to meet your friend, which could mean he’s getting emotionally involved.
Opening up your relationship for sexual relationships is one thing, but multiple romantic relationships can be much harder to navigate.
Again you both need to be clear about what you want from non-monogamy – is this about multiple sexual partners, or are extra emotional relationships okay?
My support pack Non-Monogamy explains more.
