Oasis star Liam Gallagher fuels rumours band are about to announce Knebworth 2026 as he promises ‘big announcement’
LIAM Gallagher has fuelled rumours Oasis are set to play Knebworth in 2026 with a cryptic new post.
He reunited with brother Noel, 58, for a historic stadium tour earlier this year, which saw them perform together for the first time in 16 years.
Now Liam, 53, has left fans convinced they’ll return to Knebworth next year – three decades after their iconic gigs there.
He took to social media to tease: “BIG ANNOUNCEMENT IMMINENT.”
And Oasis guitarist Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs didn’t help speculation from fans by replying to the post: “Bonehead’s a geezer.”
One follower commented: “No presents for the kids this year, we’re getting Knebworth tickets instead.”
Another said: “OASIS AT KNEBWORTH.”
And someone else questioned: “Knebworth???”
The Sun previously told how the brothers have been offered four huge shows at Knebworth House next year.
A well-placed insider, who works for a major promoter, said: “I could see all of this happening.
“There is so much on the table but it’s whether Noel and Liam want to do it.”
Liam has been dropping more hints than ever before and seemingly confirmed Oasis would be remaining together for 2026 during one of their Wembley Stadium gigs in October.
Before Champagne Supernova closed the band’s set at Wembley Stadium, Liam praised fans for making the comeback happen and told them there was more to come.
He said: “I wanna thank you lot for keeping the faith and putting this band back on the f**king map. Champagne Supernova. See you next year!”
