After eight weeks of drama, Big Brother has come to an end
Big Brother fans were all left saying the same thing just minutes into the live final.
The ITV2 reality show came to an end on Thursday night (November 5) after eight weeks of plenty of drama and a ton of iconic TV moments. There has been no shortage of chaos as housemates clashed while having to endure a different theme each week on the show.
And with AJ Odudu and Will Best back at the helm, the pair were on hand to host the epic live final. The housemates left hoping to be crowned the winner following a recent shock double eviction included Twinks, Rochelle, Yasmin, Samuel, Lynx and Catrin.
However, as the show kicked off, it didn’t take viewers long to issue complaints over the fact that the Big Brother final was airing on a Thursday, instead of a Friday.
On X, one person said: “The final on a Thursday, how odd.” Echoing their thoughts, another disgrutled viewer wrote: “Final on a Thursday… nonsense.” A third chimed in: “The live final being on a Thursday feels so wrong.”
Someone else wrote: “Just feels weird the final on a Thursday night..” A fifth also said: “The final should not be on a Thursday. Abysmal scheduling let’s be honest.”
Instead of the final airing on Friday evening (November 6), the Big Brother reunion is set to air. The show will see housemates reunite to look back on their unforgettable time in the house, and revisit the biggest moments, arguments and friendships of the series.
However, from this weekend, due to no more episodes of Big Brother, the show will be replaced with two different spin-off shows that follow iconic couples through separate, life-changing milestones. On Sunday and Monday at 9pm, viewers can tune in to Jordan and Sophie: A TOWIE Baby.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, in the same time slot, ITV2 will broadcast Amy Childs: A TOWIE Wedding . In this three-part special, cameras follow TOWIE royalty Amy Childs and her husband Billy Delbosq as they finally get their happy ending: a Spanish wedding years in the making, and a year overdue.
What’s more, from next Friday (November 13) viewers can settle down for some spectacular movie nights. It kicks off with Dune. The first part of 2021’s remake slash adaptation of the classic sci-fi epic sees Timothee Chalamet take on the role of Paul Atreides as he arrives on Arrakis.
