OLIVIA Attwood has heartbreakingly revealed she “cried so much” she “nearly passed out” in the aftermath of her split with Bradley Dack.
The Love Island alum, 34, and footballer spouse Bradley, 32, split in January and she claimed recently that his infidelities were the reason for the relationship ending.
The Loose Women panelist then told how she felt like a “f**king idiot” and admitted covering and lying for the footballer in a fiery statement.
Olivia has showed her vulnerability as she navigates her new life chapter and admitted she was “learning to forgive” herself.
Now she has spoken candidly to the Extra Dirrty podcast, recorded in March, about the backlash towards her response to her marriage breakdown.
It came as she found herself at the centre of wedding fakery row, after it came to light that she and Bradley were never legally married.
Olivia told the podcast: “I can only see what I’ve had because people just like to give women a hard time.
“Someone wrote me on my TikTok yesterday when I was with the girls in New York having fun, and she’s like ‘I really hope someone screws you over so badly, like you’re such a cold calculated b***h.’
“I thought, it’s because I’m open and I talk about all kinds of things, but I’m not going to video myself crying and put it on the internet.
“I’m just f*****g not”.
She poured out her heart further and said: “It doesn’t mean I don’t cry. I have cried, I’ve cried so hard during this breakup to the point where I f*****g think I’m going to pass out, and then I will slap myself in the face and go to work.
“I don’t need to be crying on the internet, I don’t think that people, professionally, are going to respect me and book me to host their TV shows when I’m videoing myself lying on the floor crying”.
Olivia then told how it had been her most painful break up yet and continued: “I think that when you know you tried, we both tried so many things to make it work, so of course it’s just so sad. It’s sad.
“Also, this is why I’ve not rushed to say anything because it’s like, I can still acknowledge the fact that I like him and I love him as a person, those things can still be true while knowing that it’s run its course.
“I think it would be easier if I hated him, which I don’t”.
Previously, Gillingham player Brad spoke out to defend Olivia on social media while we exclusively told how her family had cut ties with him.
While attempting to get on with her life, with a work trip to Seoul, Olivia re-posted an inspirational quote to her Instagram page.
On it she added the caption: “I’m in love with this sentence”.
It read: “Forgive yourself, for not knowing earlier what only time could teach you”.
Earlier this month, we were told by pals that Bradley had been unfaithful to Olivia, hence the break-up.
Confirming this was the case, Olivia, who wed Bradley in 2023, finally broke her silence on the situation this week in a statement shared to Instagram Stories.
She wrote: “I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied & cheated on me multiple times.
“The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.
“I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself – as I did for 10 years.
“Covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies.
“I of course now feel like a f***ing idiot (Especially as more things come to the surface).
“I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.
“But some of the disgusting things written about me in the last few weeks just blow my mind – and of course sadly it’s always fellow females doing the writing.”
Olivia added that she decided to leave her marriage after being told he was unfaithful again in January.
The star also confirmed that she is now dating after being seen kissing Pete Wicks.
