BioMarin Q3 financial results to see IPR&D expense impact of $283M

  • BioMarin Pharmaceutical (BMRN) said that it would incur an acquired in-process research and development (IPR&D) expense of $283M for Q3.
  • As a result, GAAP and non-GAAP diluted EPS for the quarter will be negatively impacted by $1.50.
  • The non-GAAP diluted EPS estimate for the quarter is $1.25.
