He joined Sharon Osbourne for her panel debate show The Talk at the time, before going on to present the networks breakfast show.

The broadcaster now appears every weekday from 4-7pm on the radio and connected TV service in the prestigious drive time slot.

In his new Instagram snap, he gave the camera an expression of surprise as he relaxed on his plush crushed velvet sofa.

He was dressed in a casual grey top and blue denim jeans as he looked directly down the lens whilst announcing his news.

The post read: “Just completed the first few paragraphs of my memoir and even I can’t believe what’s going to be revealed…!!! 2025 watch out.”

The Jeremy Kyle Show drew over a million viewers per episode but was axed for good in 2019 after guest Steve Dymond, 63, died from an overdose.

It was pulled off air as bosses worked frantically to come up with a final decision on its future.

ITV then decided to scrap the programme after 14 years and 3,320 episodes.
