Fans have reacted to remarks made by Love Island host Maya Jama to islander Helena Ford after Casa Amor. The presenter was made aware of what Harry Cooksley had been up to whilst they were apart after they reunited this week.
Last night’s episode of the ITV2 show continued the latest recoupling as the two villas came together. Helena and Harry were among the couples who chose to stay together rather than recouple with one of the new additions introduced recently.
Shortly after their reunion, Helena was introduced to dumped islander Rheo Parnell, who had grown close to Harry in Casa Amor. Rheo said: “I don’t think I need to explain what he may have been up to over there. Harry strikes again!”

Helena asked: “How bad are we talking?” Rheo replied: “Well, I mean there were kisses in bed. There was like … cuddles.” Amid discussion about his latest antics, Harry said that he had been “exploring the connection” whilst in the other villa.
Andrada Pop added: “I did ask Harry did he miss Helena and he said he didn’t.” Helena reacted: “To be fair, I think I did say I didn’t miss Harry on the first day either.” Helena and Harry were then seen laughing together over the situation.
Rheo said: “Fair enough.” Love Island host Maya then shared her thoughts, saying: “I don’t know. I probably wouldn’t find it that funny if I was in a couple with someone like that but…”
Jamie Rhodes said: “Yeah, I can’t lie, this is like repeated behaviour. Like you gotta wake up at some point.” After confirming he was talking to Helena, he added: “Personally, I think you deserve more respect.”
Maya – who also confronted Ben Holbrough in the episode over a comment that he made in another scene – said: “Helena, you laugh quite a lot when he’s been doing things. Is that to avoid upset or are you genuinely not bothered?”
Helena responded to the presenter: “It’s not that I’m not bothered. It’s more that I’m just not surprised.” Rheo said: “But do you not think that you deserve more? You do.”
Harry then explained: “If I wanted to be with Rheo, I would have come back with her. No, I’m not excusing anything. I’m not saying that everything I do is right, I just do what feels right in the moment [and] then deal with it after.”
Later, Harry spoke to Helena about their time apart. He admitted to kissing Rheo “once in bed” but said he felt it was “never gonna be” their relationship. Helena was later told by Andrada that he had kissed Rheo more than once.

Love Island fans are ‘done’ with Harry after he made a sickening confession to Helena in tonight’s explosive episode. Casa Amor is finally here, but before the islanders were told their fate, on-off couple Harry and Helena were enjoying a breakfast date before the controversial islander dropped a bombshell.
Harry, 30, was speaking to Helena, 29, about their past relationships when he asked her if she has ever been in love. After some thought, Helena admitted that she doesn’t think she has ever been in love with anyone. When asked the same question, Harry told Helena that he was in love with ex-girlfriend Emma.
Helena then asked why he and Emma broke up, to which Harry admitted that they ended because due to different circumstances. However, he then dropped the bombshell that he cheated on Emma just one week into their relationship – but they ended up staying together for three years after his infidelity.
Love Island fans were left ‘sickened’ by Harry’s admission, but more than that, they were horrified by the fact he seemed proud of the admission. One viewer on X said: “Harry is such a manchild! The way he was loving admitting that he cheated on his ex. Sickening.”

After the shock of her entrance, Harry and his ex Emma finally caught up, and he said: “I don’t need you to come and tell me off.” But Emma has no plans to stay quiet as she called him out on his bad behaviour with Helena.

You can change the genders whichever way around, but regardless, we’re about half way through this storyline so far with Love Island‘s Helena and Harry.
She appeared to have conveniently forgotten however, about running to the Hideaway with Harry while he was coupled up with Shakira – just 56 hours after meeting.
Despite an intimate night in the boudoir, Harry then snogged saucy sexpot Yasmin behind Helena’s back before ending up back with Shakira again.
Through tears last night, Harry admitted to having regrets about ‘cheating’ on Helena, who has barely been able to look at him since.
But before Helena could take him back, she was whisked away for a sleepover with bombshell Giorgio.
He’s not the air stewardesses’ usual type, but he’s the perfect distraction to stop Helena reuniting with Harry.
I have no doubt Helena will end up back with Harry in a storyline set to rumble on this series, but I’m here to warn her that holding out for him will RUIN her career.
Aside from her obvious similarities to Love Island legend Olivia Attwood, Helena’s got the potential to be a stand-out star of the series thanks to her hilarious wit and bombshell beauty.
She had the villa in hysterics when, during a game of Spin the Bottle, she dared ex Harry “to go home”.

But if she doesn’t stick to her guns and stay far away from Harry, she’s going to come across more like pushover Chloe Burrows who kept going back for Toby Aromolaran than brave Liberty Poole who dumped Jake Cornish and left the villa on her own accord.
By proving she knows her worth and can resist Harry’s temptation, Helena will secure herself an army of female fans they can look up to.
She’ll be able to capitalise on this by landing lucrative deals with empowering female brands instead of facing heartbreak once they’re out the villa when Harry inevitably cheats.
I say this because a leopard never changes its spots – and if he’s already untrustworthy while living 24/7 under the same roof, then I don’t hold out much hope.

My assumption is also based on what Harry told me before going into Love Island.
While the 30-year-old was in isolation days before the series launch, Harry’s ex said he dumped her for Love Island – despite claiming he was going to Bali for the summer.
When I confronted him about this, Harry played Mr Innocent.
“Oh that sounds so terrible, wow,” he exclaimed.
“No, we were casually dating and I told her I was going away for the summer and we left it there. I didn’t ‘dump’ anyone.”
In fact, Harry went on to rubbish the idea he was as much of a “player” in dating as he was on the pitch.
“I think that is the reputation footballers get, but I can only be myself and that’s not who I am,” Harry insisted to me.
“I’m not a player.
“I’m 30. I’ve got a mullet. I’m ready for something serious.”
As he said this, with a twinkle in his eye and dimple in his smile, it was difficult not to fall for Harry’s charm.
But Helena needs to be strong and resist – or face being played by a player who has no intention of settling down.

Helena, 29, was getting to know Harry, 30, however, their relationship came tumbling down after he kissed Yasmin three times in the hideaway and then lied about it. The blonde beauty is now opening herself up to Harrison, but fans aren’t pleased with their conversation.
Helena and Harrison were seen having a cosy chat in the pool together when Helena brought up his other interest, American girl Toni, 24. Helena said Toni was “marking her territory” with Harrison and said she feels like Toni doesn’t like it when she talks to Harrison.

Elsewhere in the episode, fans showed real concern for Alima as they pointed out her lack of airtime and questioned if she had gone missing.

However, Harry tried to downplay the night to keep Shakira sweet, describing their intimacy as just a “PG cuddle and kiss”. He also insisted that there was something drawing him and Shakira to each other, adding that their story could not be finished yet.

Why Love Island’s Helena holding out for Harry will RUIN her career – and what he told me that proves he’ll never change
IT is a scenario we’ve all witnessed – or perhaps even lived through ourselves.
Boy meets girl. Boy cheats on girl. Girl tells friends they’re definitely over. Girl secretly thinks she can change boy. Girl takes boy back. Boy doesn’t change.

You can change the genders whichever way around, but regardless, we’re about half way through this storyline so far with Love Island‘s Helena and Harry.
The couple were over before they began because of the footballer’s wandering eye, with Helena moaning about being made to look like a mug.
She appeared to have conveniently forgotten however, about running to the Hideaway with Harry while he was coupled up with Shakira – just 56 hours after meeting.
Despite an intimate night in the boudoir, Harry then snogged saucy sexpot Yasmin behind Helena’s back before ending up back with Shakira again.
Through tears last night, Harry admitted to having regrets about ‘cheating’ on Helena, who has barely been able to look at him since.
But before Helena could take him back, she was whisked away for a sleepover with bombshell Giorgio.
He’s not the air stewardesses’ usual type, but he’s the perfect distraction to stop Helena reuniting with Harry.
I have no doubt Helena will end up back with Harry in a storyline set to rumble on this series, but I’m here to warn her that holding out for him will RUIN her career.
Aside from her obvious similarities to Love Island legend Olivia Attwood, Helena’s got the potential to be a stand-out star of the series thanks to her hilarious wit and bombshell beauty.
She had the villa in hysterics when, during a game of Spin the Bottle, she dared ex Harry “to go home”.
But if she doesn’t stick to her guns and stay far away from Harry, she’s going to come across more like pushover Chloe Burrows who kept going back for Toby Aromolaran than brave Liberty Poole who dumped Jake Cornish and left the villa on her own accord.
By proving she knows her worth and can resist Harry’s temptation, Helena will secure herself an army of female fans they can look up to.
She’ll be able to capitalise on this by landing lucrative deals with empowering female brands instead of facing heartbreak once they’re out the villa when Harry inevitably cheats.
I say this because a leopard never changes its spots – and if he’s already untrustworthy while living 24/7 under the same roof, then I don’t hold out much hope.

My assumption is also based on what Harry told me before going into Love Island.
While the 30-year-old was in isolation days before the series launch, Harry’s ex said he dumped her for Love Island – despite claiming he was going to Bali for the summer.
When I confronted him about this, Harry played Mr Innocent.
“Oh that sounds so terrible, wow,” he exclaimed.
“No, we were casually dating and I told her I was going away for the summer and we left it there. I didn’t ‘dump’ anyone.”
In fact, Harry went on to rubbish the idea he was as much of a “player” in dating as he was on the pitch.
“I think that is the reputation footballers get, but I can only be myself and that’s not who I am,” Harry insisted to me.
“I’m not a player.
“I’m 30. I’ve got a mullet. I’m ready for something serious.”
As he said this, with a twinkle in his eye and dimple in his smile, it was difficult not to fall for Harry’s charm.
But Helena needs to be strong and resist – or face being played by a player who has no intention of settling down.

Harry, 30, was previously seen sobbing as he appeared to backtrack on his behaviour towards Helena.
The ITV2 star caused shockwaves in the villa last week when he split with his day one partner – before he attempted to pursue a third different romantic connection in the compound just hours later.
Viewers previously begged Helena to stop being a “doormat” and dump Harry for good after he finally admitted to snogging Yasmin in the Hideaway.
His confession prompted the blonde beauty to storm off – before her villa pal Megan Forte Clarke, 24, unleashed a sweary rant.
In scenes aired on last night’s Aftersun, Harry appeared to have huge regret on calling time on his connection with Helena.
A video shows him in tears as he sat with Dejon, who said if he could have it his way he would see the pair together.
Semi pro footballer Harry, with tears in his eyes, replied: “Yeah. Like, we just have nothing. Do you know what I mean?”
He then paused to dab his face and added: “Where it’s just like, we were good and then it’s just like she can’t even be around me.

Yet many thought he was having a taste of his own medicine following his lothario conduct.

SNEAKY SNOG
The final nail in the coffin for Helena and Harry came after his kiss with Yasmin.
Confident Yasmin initiated the smooch after Harry admitted he enjoyed their initial kiss in a villa challenge.
She told him bluntly: “I’m waiting for you to shut up and kiss me.”
Harry duly obliged and went all in. He grabbed Yasmin by the throat and bit her lip as they gave in to desire.
Yasmin was just as handsy, leaving her mark on Harry by scratching his neck.
But despite their snog, neither Harry nor Yasmin admitted to it when they returned from the Hideaway.
That was until their actions were exposed in a brutal firepit game on Thursday night.
Helena was left in shock as Yasmin revealed they’d kissed not once, but three times.

Love Island’s Helena has been slammed by fans after the latest instalment of the reality show, as fans claim they have worked out her game plan and said her ‘main personality trait’ is putting ‘other girls down’, following a chat with the latest Bombshell, Harrison.
Helena, 29, was getting to know Harry, 30, however, their relationship came tumbling down after he kissed Yasmin three times in the hideaway and then lied about it. The blonde beauty is now opening herself up to Harrison, but fans aren’t pleased with their conversation.
Helena and Harrison were seen having a cosy chat in the pool together when Helena brought up his other interest, American girl Toni, 24. Helena said Toni was “marking her territory” with Harrison and said she feels like Toni doesn’t like it when she talks to Harrison.
Fans rushed to express their opinions on X, as one person wrote: “Helena’s main personality trait is putting other girls down. And she has the audacity to call THEM boring”, while another added: “Helena’s chat is literally just talking down other girls”.

The Islanders were faced with telling truths and dares. Conor, who is currently getting to know Emily, got a dare to put the person he thinks is best in bed in his “most favourite sex position”, and he chose Megan.
Conor got her to lie on her tummy on the floor and declared his favourite position to be “speed bumps”, before he hovered above her and said: “Pump”. Megan’s partner Tommy shook his head disapproving of the actions.
Emily then said: “If he carries on, he’ll never find out how I am in bed.”
Elsewhere in the episode, fans showed real concern for Alima as they pointed out her lack of airtime and questioned if she had gone missing.

Love Island fans rumble Harry’s real intentions for Helena after shock recoupling

Love Island fans are convinced they’ve seen through Harry Cooksley’s games, and if they’re right, it’s bad news for Helena. After a shock recoupling that saw the girls in charge, viewers are calling the footballer out for using Helena as a pawn to make Shakira jealous.
Drama erupted in the villa during tonight’s (June 12) episode after Harry and Helena snuck out to the Hideaway together while Harry was still dating Shakira. The pair agreed to quietly sneak out five minutes after the lights went off in the main bedroom, but unfortunately for them, everyone in the entire villa clocked their exit.
As a result, Shakira broke things off with Harry the next day, despite his protests that there was “unfinished business” between them.
Helena took Shakira aside for a heart-to-heart, insisting that their Hideaway escapade “wasn’t malicious”, and admitting to their kiss. Shakira stayed calm during their conversation, simply telling Helena to “crack on” with Harry because she was done with him after that stunt.
However, Harry tried to downplay the night to keep Shakira sweet, describing their intimacy as just a “PG cuddle and kiss”. He also insisted that there was something drawing him and Shakira to each other, adding that their story could not be finished yet.
Despite laying it on thick with his ex, when he spoke to others in the villa, Harry made it seem like he was really the one to end the relationship and claimed Shakira had been “aggy”.
He spent the rest of the day flirting with Helena by the pool, but made one last move on Shakira ahead of the recoupling ceremony, cheekily telling her: “Think of lots of nice things to say about me.”
The Burnley beauty was shocked by his confidence that she would still be interested in him, and giggled about the incident with her friends in the dressing room, saying: “Harry just went to me, ‘Are you going to practise what you’re going to say in your recoupling speech to me?’
“I want to couple up with this boy because he ran to the Hideaway with another girl last night and I love being cheated on!” she continued sarcastically.
In the end Helena got their first and did choose Harry, blissfully unaware that he had still been demonstrating his interest in Shakira ever since going to the Hideaway without her.
Viewers are convinced Helena is being strung along, and raced to social media to share their thoughts on what Harry’s strategy is. One person shared: “This is just so cringe, Harry isn’t interested in Helena at all and she can’t see it, she’s just there to make Shakira jealous.”
