ANDREW Tate and his brother Tristan have been released from jail tonight and put on house arrest.

Former kickboxer Tate, 36, was arrested on December 29 in Romania amid a probe into human trafficking and rape allegations.

The brothers and their two alleged accomplices have now been released on house arrest.

Tate has been going to and from the court as his legal team fight against the arrest warrant and the extensions to his detention.
