Aminu is a farmer in Daki Takwas, Northwest Nigeria. But he was unable to access his farm due to the incidence of abductions that have persisted. Life became unbearable as a result.

The region, which has become a precipice in Nigeria as terrorism expands, has eaten up the comfort of residents. The criminal violence has led to a surge in cattle rustling, raids on communities, ethnic conflicts, and kidnapping for ransom.

We follow through the journey of Aminu, a student who couldn’t pay his tuition fee, and the only way was to work as a farmhand in Northwestern Nigeria.
