The former Geordie Shore favourite posted a sweet video of a series of photo of herself and Jordan, 25, looking loved up.
“Just when I was about to give up on love you came into my life and showed me what a true gent and real love is,” she posted.
“Thank you for making me the happiest girl in the world. My forever JB, I love you. Merry Christmas.”
The video showed the pair kissing one another, as well as posing for selfies and photos at events and various dinner dates.
One clip showed Sophie reading out a heart-felt card she was given by Jordan, as she sobbed over his sweet choice of words.
As she cried, the TV star read: “You are the one I want beside me, every day and every night, hold tight. The one I want to be with forever and ever.”
Another clip saw the pair singing karaoke together, as well as dancing on nights out and laughing amongst themselves.
Her friends and fans flooded the comments section to gush over the couple, with Geordie Shore’s Nathan writing: “You deserve this. Buzzing to see you so happy, look forward to meeting him.”
Marnie Simpson chimed in: “Too frickin cute I can’t deal,” while Vicky Pattison wrote: “You guys look so great together.”
It comes after Jordan and Sophie fuelled romance rumours after they were spotted together on a date night.
The reality stars were seen enjoying an evening out at a restaurant in Newcastle, and both shared a similar photo of the venue.
The rumoured new romance came after he left co-star Chloe Brockett furious after he “ditched” her after filming.
Chloe, 21, and professional barber Jordan had “grown close” while they filmed the latest series of the ITVBe reality show.
The Essex lad was said to have lost interest in the brunette stunner after filming had wrapped on the series.
A source told The Sun: “Chloe is convinced Jordan is only interested in a showmance. As soon as filming wrapped, he was suddenly busy all the time.”
